Damn, I have to write this, the food is top notch, the atmosphere is like the Champions League

One of the best Greek restaurants I've ever been to. Even under the new owners, it's a top spot. I'll definitely be back. The food is fantastic: The gyros is perfectly seasoned. The rice is seasoned to order. = A truly authentic Greek experience and a reason not to become a vegetarian ;) There's plenty of parking. The price is right. A well-maintained restaurant. Anyone who hasn't eaten here is missing out!

We celebrated our son's christening at the Akropolis this past weekend – and it couldn't have been more perfect! The food was outstanding, and the service was attentive and warm. We are especially grateful for the lovely and beautiful decorations, which made our day truly special. Simply fantastic! A definite recommendation and a huge thank you to the entire team.

The parking situation is a bit difficult, but manageable; larger vehicles might have problems. The service is very friendly and competent, and if it takes a little longer, they apologize to the customer, which isn't always a given these days! I'll definitely be back!

I've been eating here for many years. Unfortunately, the portions are getting smaller and the prices are getting more expensive. But okay, that's the case everywhere, unfortunately. Now for the food: rice is lukewarm and barely flavorful, the meat is lukewarm and quite dry. It tastes good, though. For the amount of money you have to spend, it's a real shame when the restaurant is normally full...

We were there today for my son's first day of school, with 16 people. The table was set up unfavorably. The worst part was, we ordered a salad that had fish sauce on the menu. This salad didn't come with it. The manager told us they didn't have any food. She told us they were going on vacation tomorrow. That was very disrespectful for a restaurant, and on top of that, they charged full price. Never again

A truly fantastic Greek restaurant! The food was freshly prepared, very aromatic, and authentic. We were particularly impressed by the grilled dishes and homemade appetizers. The portions were generous, and the value for money was absolutely spot on. The staff was attentive, friendly, and immediately made us feel welcome. The atmosphere is cozy—it almost feels like you're on vacation in Greece. We will definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend the restaurant!

The place has a really nice ambiance, interior of the restaurant is also great! Gives a nice greek vibe. The people are really sweet and helpful and the food is great too. The portion size is really nice. The seating is both outside and inside.

We were guests at the Akropolis today, and what can I say? The service was excellent, very friendly, and accommodating. The food, from the appetizer to the main course, was a feast for the palate. The ambiance (we sat outside) was inviting, cozy, and the music (thankfully not the monotonous Greek tinkling) was at a pleasant volume, making it easy to have a conversation and listening to the rain pelting down on the tent roof. We can and will, of course, recommend this restaurant and will be back soon. It was a truly wonderful evening; many thanks to the service and the kitchen. Oh, and I almost forgot...excellent value for money.

Price-performance ratio is right...

A very nice restaurant, at least the outside area. We didn't see the inside. They don't allow dogs. The starters came super quickly, but the main course took a while to arrive. But that wasn't a big deal in our case. We all enjoyed our food. The vegetarian dishes are definitely good.

Waiting time after reservation 1 hour 20 minutes! We were allowed to take meat with us when it was still raw, but I had to put it in the oven again at home 🤔👍! After the criticism, we were wished a nice evening! 👍The warm and professional Greek has left the restaurant with the “old” line-up! What a shame! (The 2nd star was only given for the meat quality, which was good) Update: the “new crew” has now got everything back on track so you can come here again!

We were there today with colleagues to sit together again to say goodbye to our department manager. The drinks were ordered first and it went absolutely smoothly. The food was then ordered. Since I'm vegetarian, I opted for a starter platter for €16.50. First, white cabbage salads were distributed, although I was the only one who didn't get any. The reason was: "Your platter has salad on it, so you don't get any extra!" Good, I thought. If so, then it's fine. When my plate came, there was no white lettuce on it. I refrained from criticizing, but didn't miss the opportunity to ironically comment on the lack of salad. Ultimately, the bare appetizer platter was served. Usually there is bread, which was missing. When I asked, they generously brought me 2 slices. The atmosphere in the room where we were sitting was like a train station lobby, which wasn't surprising since we weren't far from the train station. In short; I didn't feel comfortable in the restaurant and will therefore never eat there again. It's also worth mentioning that this restaurant is the only one I know that doesn't offer free ouzo with your meal.

So now a very special compliment, I didn't know this store just from Google. I have rarely eaten such a great meal, so it was simply delicious and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I had the steak platter, the lamb chops were just amazing, tender and simply brilliant, so I don't have the words for this place. Unfortunately we were just passing through but we'll definitely be back.

Akropolis in Northeim is definitely the best Greek in southern Lower Saxony! The trip from Kassel was absolutely worth it. As soon as you enter the restaurant you can tell that quality and atmosphere are important here. The food was excellent – ​​from the starters to the main course everything was fresh, authentic and full of flavour. I would particularly like to emphasize the courteous service, which made the entire evening even more pleasant. You feel completely comfortable and in good hands here. I will definitely come back and highly recommend Acropolis!

Went there for a birthday party. Typical atmosphere of a Greek restaurant. Service was courteous, but a bit overwhelmed with a busy restaurant. Drinks and appetizers came quickly. The starters were attractively presented and delicious. After that, however, it took over an hour for the main course to arrive. Unfortunately, the food was consistently cold and the rice was bland. The bifteki were very parsley heavy and the lamb skewer had parsley with a little salt instead of herb butter. Overall we were disappointed.

Service is still taken seriously here. Waiter very friendly. Rarely eaten so deliciously.

In Nörten we can only recommend the best Greek far and wide.

We were there on Halloween and luckily reserved a table, it was full, which of course speaks for this restaurant. Also that many came to take something home with them. Despite it being very busy, the staff, no matter who they were, were very, very humorous, friendly, friendly and not hectic, which gave me a feel-good atmosphere. The food was very good and a decent portion. The side salad was fresh and delicious...I'm thrilled.

Stopped here for lunch with 6 other family members. Everyone ordered something different, some with special requests, and everyone got really tasty food. The Greek hospitality also speaks for itself. We'll definitely be back.

Good Greek in Northeim. Recommended in terms of taste. Gyros too dry for my personal taste. The liver is very tasty and so are the fried onions. Price performance is okay. Not necessarily with the children's portions, too expensive here. Service would be perfect if dessert wasn't forgotten. Main courses served quickly and brought to the table together. Not perfect for 5* but definitely recommended.

This is how you imagine warmth and welcome on vacation, even though you are a guest, you are also a friend, highly recommended. Every visit is a mini vacation.

I was here for the first time 2 years ago. I'm from Baden-Württemberg and I was helping out in one of our plants. I was immediately recognized again after 2 years. Great... food is still bomb. Service was flawless and super nice. Best Greek I've ever eaten at. If I'm in the area I'll come back straight away.

Unfortunately, the seats are a bit tight, so you have to sit on the benches in a group of four, cuddled up together. The food was good and the employees were very nice!

The food at the Acropolis was absolutely delicious and everything was as ordered despite many extra requests. The staff is also very friendly and always checks to see if everything is OK or if something is missing. The toilets are also really very clean and hygienic, unlike many other places.

Ordered food by phone for pickup. Despite the restaurant being packed on Saturday evening, the food was delicious. Especially the gyro. The exception was a piece of liver, which wasn't of great quality. The portion of tzatziki could have been significantly larger. The service was super nice.
