Wir wurden freundlich empfangen,schnell und gut bedient. Unser Essen war super lecker und reichlich. Auch der Preis war in Ordnung. Wärmstens zu empfehlen 👍

Tolle GastgeberFamilie die sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert hat & unseren Besuch kulinarisch zu einem Highlight gemacht hat. Die mit Feta gefüllten Paprika zur Vorspeise exzellent 😋, die frisch gegrillte Dorade und die Baby Calamaris ein Genuss und die Lammspiesse ausgezeichnet… nicht zu vergessen, es gibt wirklich ausgezeichneten Retsina. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch 👍

Voor als je genoeg hebt van de Duitse keuken, is dit een prima alternatief. Goede porties, heerlijk vlees! Hondje was ook welkom.

For the price the food was not that great. Piles of flavorless meat. The Dorade looked good but didn’t taste that great. Tomato rice was bland and boring. Every dish served with fried potatoes. Uninspired. Expensive. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.

If you like Greek food, run away.it has nothing to do with the good Greek food you can taste when you are in Greece. You will only get fat and salt. Tarama has no taste I couldn’t eat my gyros, the meat was too salty and full of fat. The only good thing was the mineral water.

Draußen in der Altstadt, richtig schönes Wetter, sehr freundliche, familiäre Atmosphäre, und richtig gutes Wssen! Was will man mehr?

Saganaki Fertigprodukt, Bifteki ohne Schafskäse, beim Bauernsalat musste man nach Brot bitten, kein Salat vor Fleischgerichten, wenn man anstelle Kartoffeln Reis möchte zusätzlich 1,50€. Bedienung freundlich. Alles in Allem - wir gehen dort nicht mehr hin

We found the waiters very nice and attentive. The dishes came quickly and were large. We didn't feel very comfortable with the waitress. Personally, we didn't find her as polite and friendly as the other waiters, regardless of whether she had direct contact with the guests or when serving food.

Actually a nice restaurant with friendly service. However, the additions to the meal were missing: a salad without bread and no garnish at all with a not very tasty grill plate for over €20 - is simply not enough. I will not visit the restaurant again.

Worst Greek wine I have ever drunk (or not drunk)! (had a very untypical "aftertaste in the finish"! When asked by the boss, "the wine has of course never been complained about"! Lamb chops (and other foods that were served at the next table) came in aluminum pans that looked a lot like a bowl! Unfortunately it's not exactly appetizing and very unwieldy to eat lamb chops from - not to mention enjoyable! Fakely friendly but resolute boss - the waiter barely understands German! Were honored with an uninvited music group! On the service counter there was a bucket of water with a cleaning cloth over it... you'll definitely need it to wipe tables, but having to constantly look at this cleaning cloth while eating takes away from the enjoyment! Food was ok but nothing special! I can do it better at home!

The waiter recommended me the daily speciality - Dorado. Unfortunately, I don't like my food at all. Part of the Dorado was still raw, I could even see its pink meat. After reporting this to one waiter, he just took my fish to let it rebaked. No apologies or any remedies from their side. The fish is tasteless in the end. Disappointed ☹️

We got a table without a reservation. The food was super tasty and was served very quickly. The service was very nice and attentive. Can be recommended without reservation!

There were four of us and just because we wanted to share our food we had to pay extra for two plates. When asked, unfortunately only the comment was: “I’m just employed here”. We certainly ordered properly.

We visited this restaurant as part of a trip to Lindau - and were very positively surprised. Four meat dishes and one calamari - and everything tasted great! We can absolutely recommend the Acropolis, we have rarely eaten such good Greek food. We will be happy to come back!

The world's best bifteki, the gyros are also impressive. We felt comfortable here and we noticed that high-quality ingredients are lovingly transformed into fine, authentically Greek dishes. We'll definitely come back when we're nearby. Thank you for this great lunch!

I was recently in Lindau Island with friends. We went to eat here on the recommendation of friends and since I'm Greek myself, I couldn't resist. When I entered the restaurant I immediately felt welcome, super friendly, service was very nice, the atmosphere was pleasant, the music in the background was great. The food was very tasty, I can only recommend it to everyone! With this I confirm that I will add this restaurant to my favorite restaurants. And I would like to go there every chance I get.

Great Place to be! Very Friendly Owners! Food is all homemade and very delicious!! We had Bifteki and Pikilia. The Sweets are also homemade. We had the Galaktompureko and it was awesome!! 5*

Once again on Lindau Island, this time I decided to eat Greek and wasn't disappointed. One of the best restaurants! Starting with the very nice staff. Starter Bujurdi and Zucchini Chips with Pida are a must try. When we asked about the main course, we were recommended the super delicious fish 🐟 from the grill. Never eaten such delicious fish. Our friends also loved it. We can highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to our next visit to Lindau to our new favorite restaurant Akropolis.

Extremely unfriendly waiter, friendly waitresses. There is no such thing as 1/8 liter of wine and a glass of tap water! Only 0.2 l and still water. The octopus (starter) was very good. On the fish plate there was a good portion of different fish, a mussel and 3 rings of calamari. The “oven vegetables” were not typically Greek but a boring, tasteless vegetable mix from the freezer. It's a shame, we know Greek cuisine much better!

Restaurant Akropolis in Lindau. Everything here is very beautiful. The staff is very kind and nice. The people are beautiful and hardworking. The interior is very beautiful. The food is delicious. I am very pleased. I recommend it with love.

Delicious food, fast and nice service. We were very satisfied. The only deduction is due to an additional charge for an empty robber plate and for changing the side dish.

It was a wonderful evening, the cuisine was very convincing and the service was super nice! Again and again :)

We were there spontaneously on a Saturday evening. The restaurant was busy and we still got a nice seat. My husband had Greek spare ribs and was really impressed. I had gyros, it was juicy and still very tasty. If we come to Lindau again, we would be happy to come back 🤤

The restaurant is pleasant. The food is also good. Only service is available in micro version. In a time of health-conscious guests, charging for a side dish exchange is a no-go “Some (there was no mention of a whole salad) salad instead of fries. It does not work. Order a salad separately and fries are of course not charged for. Service sloppy. Something like that simply doesn't work anymore these days, or only in a tourist town like Lindau, because it's more about passing customers than satisfied customers who might come back.

The service was good and friendly. However, what we ate was a bit disappointing. Unfortunately little taste and carelessly prepared.

We stop by to had a quick lunch. It was almost 2 o'clock as they close at this time, but they took us. I had an amazing spare ribs with bbq sauce and my husband had a bifteki. No words can describe how tasty it was. Service was also really nice.

Sehr schönes Restaurant mit nettem Personal und sehr leckerem Essen.

Das Lachsfilet mit Gemüse war sehr lecker, hätte aber etwas mehr sein können. Das Gemüse bestand aus Brokkoli und Blumenkohl. Hätte etwas mehr Vielfalt sein können vielleicht mit Reis oder Chips. Wenn man richtig Hunger hat, wird man leider nicht satt.

War ganz okey. Das Essen schmeckt gut und der Service ist auch freundlich. Alles in allem hats gepasst. Umgehauen hat es mich leider nicht. Zwei Sterne, weil wir Leitungswasser bestellten und das nicht in einer Flasche serviert wurde. Wir bekamen normale Gläser mit Leitungswasser. Bezahlt haben wir dafür € 3,50. Für Wasser das aus der Leitung kommt ist das zu viel.

Habe Bifteki mit Pommes und Tsatsiki bestellt. Geschmacklich in Ordnung. Pommes waren nur Kartoffelchips… Bifteki kam ohne beschriebene Füllung… Ouzo als Absacker wie alle anderen neben uns, haben wir nicht bekommen… Zwiebeln haben gefehlt…

Die Preise sind relativ hoch, aber sie sind es wert. Das Essen ist geschmacklich und von der Qualität sehr gut. Der Service ist sehr bemüht.

Alles in einem gutes Essen und freundlicher Service. Einen Stern Abzug aufgrund der Portionen…für 21€ kann man auf einen Grillteller etwas mehr erwarten.

Das Essen war für 21 Euro den Teller mehr als dürftig, zum einen wegen der Menge zum anderen wegen des Geschmacks. Die Freundlich der Bedienung war auch mehr als dürftig. Wenn sich unser Grieche zu Hause das so leisten würde, wäre er Abends schon längst allein im Lokal. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Hmh, Ähm, ja ich weiß nicht so recht. Da gibt es eine Dame, die ist voll auf Zack. Dann sind da zwei Ober, ich glaube, die sprechen nur sehr schlecht deutsch. Jedenfalls machen die ihren Job sehr unproffesionell. Zum Retsina bekommt man ein Wasserglas(!). Die Mousaka kommt ohne Soße und ist nicht überbacken (steht aber so auf der Karte). Für mich sieht das ganze aus, wie ein Confinience-Produkt. Riesen Plus: Öffnungszeiten. Durchgehend warme Küche.

Leckeres griechisches Essen und preislich in Ordnung.

Essen war sehr lecker, Wartezeit okay und es hatte (Dienstag gegen 16 Uhr) im Vergleich zu fast allen anderen auch offen. Preis mit 22 Euro pro Person für ein Essen und Getränk eher teurer (und es gibt fast nichts unter 17 Euro, selbst die beiden vegetarischen Gerichte sind nicht wie üblich preiswerter) Räumlichkeiten waren angenehm, die ungeheizte Toilette sah sauber aus, roch aber trotzdem recht stark

Sehr leckeres Essen, Preis Leistung stimmt. Portionen sind ausreichend groß, Service war sehr freundlich. Ambiente ist für meinen Geschmack ok, wirkt ein bisschen kühl.

Leckeres vegetarisches Moussaka und liebes Personal.

Komme ca. 1x im Jahr nach Lindau. Meist zusammen mit meinen ü70 Eltern. Meist gehen wir tatsächlich zusammen griechisch essen. Die Inhaber haben Corona genutzt, ihre Gerichte schöner zu präsentieren, geschmeckt hat es immer schon. Nun isst das Auge auch noch mit. Wirklich immer einen Besuch wert! Ach ja, deren Krautsalat ist wirklich lecker 😋

Das Restaurant kann ich gut empfehlen, das Essen war sehr lecker. Wir hatten nicht reserviert, aber die Bediehnung war sehr nett und hat sich gut darum gekümmert, das wir trotzdem noch einen Platz bekamen.

Seit langer Zeit sind wir mal wieder auf der Insel Lindau.. immer wieder schön .. besonders jetzt im Oktober bei 23 Grad.. heute konnten wir in den Genuss kommen im Restaurant Akropolis zu speisen.. sehr geschmackvoll und lecker. Personal freundlich.. fehlte an nichts .. kommen gerne wieder 👍👍
