Cozy restaurant and delicious food. The staff was also consistently friendly. You didn't have to wait too long for food either. The ice cream dessert wasn't that great though. It tastes good when it's not homemade. Artificial and way too sweet. Otherwise, going out to eat is definitely recommended!

Great restaurant. Friendly, attentive service, very tasty food. Four of us came there spontaneously and got a table straight away. The waiting times were completely fine. The food was very tasty. We had three different dishes. Everything was on the table at the same time. The prices were OK. I don't think that almost 30 euros per person, including drinks, is too much. The only point of criticism, and that is complaining at a high level. The air could have been a little fresher. We'd love to come back.

I have been to this restaurant before, and today I came for dinner again after such a long time... The service is still very good as before, and the food is very delicious... But it would be even better if there is tiramisu for dessert.

When we were there the store was very busy. Good sign! We had to wait a few minutes for our table because it had just been freshly set. If we hadn't seen that the tablecloth had just been taken out of the cupboard, we would have thought that it was still stained by the guests beforehand. Not dramatic, but a bit spotty. Menu arrived promptly and drinks were picked up and served very quickly. It took a little longer for our food to be ordered. The people at the next table who came clearly after us were served sooner. But those were all the “negative” impressions. The menu with local advertising on it, which I had never seen before, was amusing. The entry for Weightwatchers is more than appropriate given the portion sizes 🤣 The food was absolutely great for me. The woman only thought it was good. This was the tastiest gyro I've ever had! I could have sat in. Juicy and strongly seasoned, with delicious tzatziki and a spicy paste made from something with chili. In my opinion, the food is worth every cent of the many euros you have to pay, because it is not cheap here. The nice gesture with the Slivovic is nice, but I think it would be better to ask the guests whether they would like that or perhaps a non-alcoholic alternative or something. We will come back here next time we visit Papenburg 😁👍

Small but very fine restaurant with a stylish, modern ambience, where you feel very comfortable and like to linger, even without the usual Mediterranean kitsch. The food is very tasty and also very inexpensive, especially the lunch menus. In August 2024, I had lunch with a tour group consisting of scientists from all over the world. It's not always easy to get everyone under one roof. But in this case everyone was completely satisfied and found Adriatik to be one of the best restaurants during the entire two-week trip. In addition, thanks to the great service, we had the food on the table within a very short time, so that the little time we had for the lunch break was even enough for coffee and desert. Many thanks to the very friendly team!

We went to the restaurant to celebrate our anniversary as I have good memories of the then (Yugoslavian) kitchen. We were not disappointed. A large selection of dishes accompanied with some lovely wine and rose. The staff was friendly and not pushy. A great experience overall to be repeated soon!

Whenever we come from Sauerland and are in Papenburg, the Adriatik restaurant is our first address. Top food and extremely friendly service. The price-performance ratio is also right.

We are often in the Adriatic. The food has always been good and the service was friendly. In fact, I was only dissatisfied once with the table at the entrance that we reserved in March. Unfortunately it was very drafty. Otherwise, we were always very satisfied and would be happy to recommend this restaurant.

If you would like to be catapulted into cloud 9 when it comes to taste, HERE is definitely the right place!!! Pork medallions - soooooooo... tender and juicy from the first bite to the last. The fried potatoes as well - with an exorbitant oregano-based homemade spice that is second to none. The waitresses and the boss are incredibly unobtrusive and friendly...👍! You almost feel annoyed that you don't live nearby and can't visit this restaurant more often! Price-performance ratio can't be topped either: with 4 adults including drinks plus schaps you only paid €100. When we are back in Papenburg, the Adriatic will definitely be our first stop! We say THANK YOU from ❤️en!!!!

Very friendly atmosphere. The owners and the service staff are very welcoming. The food is excellent. But you should call in advance on the weekend because it is always very busy. I shouldn't recommend it to others just to always get a table myself. But I can't. It's so great that you want to tell everyone about it

I've eaten better before. It's a shame about the money, it wasn't really worth it. Ordered a side salad without tomatoes, but there were still traces of the tomato that had simply been removed... We actually wanted to go out to eat somewhere else, but unfortunately the restaurant was closed. This will no longer be a replacement in the future.

We had 2 gyros plates on Sunday lunchtime. The food was plentiful and well prepared. One star deducted because there was no tzatziki with the gyros. My wife had ordered an extra portion as a precaution, so it wasn't a dry affair. That's usually always part of it. The staff was very good friendly and attentive. Strangely enough, there were 3 large burn marks on our tablecloth. Possibly. when people smoked there? No barrier-free access.

Actually quite good...but unfortunately only actually. The product quality is top... BUT... a tablecloth with burn holes, an almost cold side dish (apparently no preheated plates) and an ambience that lacks a bit of separation from table to table are unfortunately a drawback. Top service team attentive and courteous and good value for money. Conclusion: We would be happy to come back and hope to be able to adjust our rating to five stars.

Ich hatte die Spezial Grillplatte. ES war die beste Grillplatte die ich je gegessen habe. Jedes Stück Fleisch war perfekt gewürzt und super saftig. Fast zu gut um wahr zu sein.

Wir waren total begeistert! Es hat uns vorzüglich geschmeckt 😋😋 und hätten den Koch am liebsten mit nach Hause genommen !!

Die Begrüßung war sehr hektisch. Ich hatte einen Tisch reservieren lassen und bat um einen schönen Platz, anlässlich einer Geburtstagsfeier. Leider landeten wir direkt neben dem Gang zur Toilette. Mein Mann brachte die Jacken nach vorne und unsere Gäste und ich setzten uns an den Tisch und schon in dem Moment wollte jemand unsere Getränkebestellung aufnehmen. Das war einfach zu schnell. Das Essen war dagegen sehr lecker, egal ob mit oder ohne Fleisch. Da waren wir alle sehr zufrieden. Wir werden dort wieder hingehen.

Wir sind heute Abend hier essen gewesen ich kann das Restaurant blind empfehlen es war einfach nur lecker und wir sind sehr nett bedient worden. Selbst an unseren Hund 🐕 haben sie gedacht und ihm Wasser gebracht. Das hat man nicht überall. Fünf Sterne sind noch zu wenig, hätte gerne noch mehr gegeben.LG Ilona

Goed restaurant in Papenburg achter de kerk. Vers en smakelijk eten. Enige minpuntje was het dessert, ijs met warme Kersen. IJs was niet geweldig en de slagroom kwam helaas uit een spuitbusje. Altijd zo jammer.

Leckeres Essen, das Steak war wirklich überraschend gut. Gerne wieder.

We hadden bij dit restaurant niet van te voren gereserveerd en misschien was dit wel mijn grootste fout. We werden naar een klein tafeltje verwezen. Het eten werd zeer snel geserveerd . Mijn vrouw had kip besteld maar deze was helaas niet gaar. Ook de saus was vrijwel zonder enige smaak. Ik had een mixed grill en dit was wel erg lekker.

Ein schöner Abend mit Freunden bei leckerem Essen. Aufmerksamer Service, immer präsent aber nicht aufdringlich. Essen umfangreich zu einem guten Preis- Leistungsverhältnis
