Sehr schöne Essensauswahl zu gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.Freundlicher Service, schöne Getränkeauswahl.Es gab zum Beispiel eine hausgemachte Rhabarber-Schorle,die richtig lecker war.Auch unser Essen war reichlich und lecker.Wir haben es in Ruhe und mit Genuss im Biergarten zu uns genommen.Es gab sogar noch ein leckeres Dessert und eine Julishka vom Haus...

Dieser Ort eignet sich gut für einen Privaten besuch aber auch für Firmenfeiern o.a :) der service und die höfflichkeit des Personals dort ist nur zu empfehlen.

Die Bedienumg war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, dss Essen sehr lecker und nicht das Übliche. Wir hatten einen Gemüseauflauf, die große Portion war so reichlich, dass zwei davon satt geworden wären, so haben wir den Rest einpacken lassen. Der Buchweizenpfannkuchen mit Speck und Zuckerrübensirup war eine ungewöhnliche Kombination aber lecker. Sehr gut haben uns auch der liebevoll dekorierte Espresso und der Cappuccino in der alten Kaffeetasse gefallen und geschmeckt. Wir können das Lokal wärmstens empfehlen.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - auch wegen dem üppigen Salatbuffet das in vielen Gerichten enthalten ist. Große Auswahl an vegetarischen Gerichten. Super freundliches Personal.

Super schönes Ambiente und vor allen Dingen sehr sauber. Essen " All you can eat " ein Träumchen......dazu noch sehr freundliche Bedienung. Einen leckeren Absacker gab es auch noch.

Wir waren für Kaffee und Kuchen da. Der Geschmack der 🎂 als auch der Kaffee ☕️ ist spitze. Eine schöne Gelegenheit für eine kleine Pause.

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern in der Bauerndiele zum Abendessen. Das Ambiente ist rustikal, aber gemütlich. Der Service war hervorragend: Wir wurden nett und freundlich bedient und die Kinder bekamen zur Beschäftigung etwas zum malen. Das Essen war ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir hatten Schnitzel und die Portionen waren riesig. Dessert auf's Haus gab es auch noch. Mousse für die Erwachsenen und Eis in lustigen Bechern für die Kiddies. Wir können Renken's Bauerndiele nur weiterempfehlen, gerade auch für Familien.

Wir sind öfter hier und egal, was wir bisher gegessen haben – ob beim Buffet oder à la carte – es schmeckt immer sehr lecker. Auf Unverträglichkeiten, gerade bei Gluten, wird individuell eingegangen. Die Atmosphäre ist familiär und gemütlich. Kinder sind herzlich willkommen, und auch mit großen Gruppen oder nur zu zweit ist der Service stets aufmerksam und freundlich. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Bauerndiele bietet eine gemütliche und rustikale Atmosphäre. Der Service ist hervorragend. Das Essen ist fantastisch. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert auch für Familien.

Ich war beruflich in der Gegend und hatte einfach Hunger. Nach einer kurzen Recherche, sagte mir mein Bauchgefühl, dass es Renken's Bauerndiele sein soll. Man sollte verstärkt auf eben diesen vertrauen, denn er hat mir ein wahrhaft köstliches Champignon-Rahm-Schnitzel, mit perfekten Bratkartoffeln und leckerem Salat beschert. Ein fluffiges und ebenfalls sehr leckeres Dessert gab es als Gruß aus der Küche auch noch dazu, sowie einen leckeren Absacker. Insgesamt war es ein rundum schönes Erlebnis. Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit wachsam und freundlich, die Inhaber sehr herzlich, das Essen fantastisch und das Restaurant ansich urgemütlich. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Einmalig lecker vorhin Grünkohl gegessen.... lange nicht mehr so super lecker. Sehr netter Service. Stuten mitgenommen der auch einmalig lecker ist. Vielen Dank dafür jederzeit wieder.

Mittagessen mit 4 Personen: leckere "Hochzeitssuppe" vorneweg; Hauptgang: Spiessbraten ( wahlweise 1 oder 2 Scheiben); sehr zart und schmackhaft! Flotter, freundlicher Service; Präsentation auch der Kaffeespezialitäten tiptop; vom Haus aus wurde noch ein Dessert gereicht.Ein rundum gelungener Besuch dieses Landrestaurants.

Fried potatoes just like my grandma used to make. Schnitzel as big as the plate. Super friendly service.

Rustic ambiance, little frills. The coffee and cake area is very large and open, but therefore lacks coziness. The cake was okay. Nothing special. Rather a disappointment for cake lovers.

I visited this restaurant more or less by chance on a Friday at 1:30 pm. There were about 10 guests. I was greeted warmly and quickly presented with a (very) extensive menu. The service was very friendly. The food and drinks were served quite promptly. I especially recommend the schnitzels, which are offered in almost 20 (!) variations. We left feeling quite satisfied. Prices initially seem on the higher side, but it turns out that the value for money is absolutely fine.

The good times are over. We went to eat schnitzel in the restaurant and had a lackluster evening. The service was slow, and the food was just okay. Yes, the schnitzel was large, but nothing else. It had hardly any flavor, the sauce was okay, and the fried potatoes weren't great either. Overall, we were full, but we've certainly had better.

Great food and very friendly service

Three of us ended up at the Bauerndiele restaurant around lunchtime on our bike tour from Bad Zwischenahn to Wiefelstede! Although we only ordered one beer, we were served very nicely in the beer garden. Even the "boss" came over and gave us tips for the rest of our stay in the Ammrrland region! All respect, we took it very positively. 👍

We went to the Bauerndiele with our two children on a Wednesday evening. The children were given a slice of pizza to try and crayons to color with. The service was very friendly and even asked if everything was okay. The schnitzel and fried potatoes were delicious. According to my son, they were the best pancakes he'd ever had in a restaurant. For dessert, we got a free yogurt spread. We'll definitely be back.

Unfortunately, disappointing – not recommended We were very dissatisfied with our visit to Renken's Bauerndiele. Unfortunately, some dishes were not served as ordered. The roulades were very disappointing in terms of taste. The red wine sauce was particularly disappointing: Despite the waitress's assurances that the wine would barely be noticeable, the flavor was so overpowering that the dish was inedible for us. The schnitzel and fries deserve special mention – they were really good. However, if we had complained, we would have expected at least a small discount or a fair response. Instead, everything was billed without comment. In our opinion, this is not how you treat guests. For us, this was our first and last visit – unfortunately, we cannot recommend Renken's Bauerndiele.

5 stars in all areas... very generous portions, so even men can feel their fill... really good value for money here, and truly unbelievably delicious... you can taste the love that goes into the cooking... the service is truly exceptionally friendly and welcoming... the nimble waiters in the restaurant always have a kind word and a smile, and apparently, they're not just regulars... because we, too, received very warm and friendly service. The ambiance is very cozy. The outdoor terrace is also beautifully landscaped. So, we would definitely come back... Our conclusion: if you want good, delicious food, enjoy friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere, you're definitely in good hands at Renken's Bauerndiele...

We went to your place for lunch with the family today. Everyone was thrilled with the great selection. The portions are generous, the food is delicious, the service is very friendly, and the prices are reasonable. This was our first visit, but certainly not our last.

We had another delicious dinner at RENKEN'S BAUERNDIELE on Sunday. We absolutely love this rustic restaurant with its delicious home-style cooking and friendly, attentive service.

We had coffee and lunch there with a friend. Delicious, just like mom's home-cooked food 😍 The waitress is very friendly and empathetic, always making time for her customers! We've been there many times and will continue to be guests.

The food was super delicious; even the kids ate it all up. Afterwards, there was a delicious welcome from the kitchen. The service is excellent, fast, and courteous. So if you're looking for a good meal, a visit to Bauerndiele is definitely worth it ❤️

It's not a Michelin-starred restaurant, but that's not what the place claims to be! Homely cooking with a lovely menu that also includes dishes that some have forgotten about and have unfortunately gone "out of fashion." We've eaten there twice now. Each time, the food was delicious (it tastes like grandma's), and the service was prompt. The big surprise always came at the end... the bill... the prices are more than fair, and the value for money is absolutely spot on.

We had a large rösti with vegetables and a buckwheat pancake with blueberries. The dishes are prepared by the chef and are very tasty and filling. The service is very friendly and welcoming. When the weather is nice, you can sit outside. We felt very comfortable and can wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful restaurant!

There were four of us dining. It was wonderful! The staff was super friendly, the drinks were excellent, and the food was fantastic. The wedding soup was incredibly delicious. I highly recommend the tarte flambée. The grilled platter for two was just as good! At the end, we got dessert and a liqueur on the house. Everything was reasonably priced.

Can I recommend this restaurant?: No, not at all. This was the worst restaurant meal we've had so far this year. We had one schnitzel with Beurre de Paris and the other with the Jägerschmaus (hunter's feast). I wouldn't eat either of them again. The Beurre de Paris was frozen herb butter with a strange aftertaste. The whole schnitzel was carelessly presented. What was quite tasty were the fries and salad. The croquettes were also okay. The only one star for service is due to the waitress's reaction to our question about how the food tasted. We said, "Really bad." The waitress's response was, "Okay." That's completely unacceptable. That's not even acceptable at a chip shop.

Even if the furniture is starting to show a few minor imperfections here and there, I personally feel very comfortable there. Friendly staff, generous, tasty portions, and a great selection of dishes. As a finishing touch, you always get a small, delicious dessert from the kitchen. Top-notch!

During our bike ride, we sat down in the beer garden in beautiful weather. I wonder if the very friendly service staff were on their first day at work? It seemed as if they weren't quite up to speed yet. But the food was first-class and delicious! The soups were top-notch and lovingly presented, the schnitzel in the traditional German style, and the apple pancakes were truly delicious. We'll be happy to return.

It's a shame, I came especially from Westerstede because according to Google it says - open on March 16th, 2025!! Everyone deserves a note on the door on site - operational shutdown - but then always maintain it on Google! Back to Westerstede and found something there.

I had the great pleasure of visiting this wonderful restaurant and I still love it! As soon as you enter you feel like you are in another time - the charming, old-fashioned style gives the place a warm, cozy atmosphere. It's like entering a traditional German inn where every guest is welcomed with open arms. The food? Simply sensational! Homemade specialties, prepared with love and perfection - every meal tasted like it came straight from a German grandmother's kitchen. I was particularly impressed by the juicy Wiener Schnitzel and the crispy fried potatoes served with it - golden brown and perfectly seasoned, a true taste experience! But what really makes this place special is the staff. Friendly, attentive and warm - you don't feel like a guest here, but like part of the family. Every wish is fulfilled with a smile, and the waiters' recommendations are worth their weight in gold. In short: A real home for lovers of German cuisine and hospitality! I can't wait to come back. Absolute recommendation!

Highly recommended, delicious food, great schnitzel, large portion and rustic atmosphere

So, in my opinion, this restaurant is not recommended at all. We were there as a family cabbage trip. The cabbage was available in several courses. First the potatoes, then at some point fried potatoes, ages later the cabbage came and when almost everything was cold the meat came. The quantity was far too little and follow-up service was not available upon request. A real joke! Not to mention the price. Alternatively there was schnitzel. Schnitzel on the plate and nothing else €32.50. The soup and ready-made dessert didn't justify the price either. So if you are hungry and thirsty you should definitely go somewhere else. We definitely won't be back.

Went there to eat kale, it was also very tasty, but there were only 4 small bowls of kale for 16 people, schnitzel was served dry on a plate without any side dishes. The staff had already cleared away even though you were still eating, they didn't ask you if you needed anything else or anything like that, which meant very poor service and, on top of that, far too expensive!

We went here last night for the Ammerland buffet on the occasion of our daughter's birthday. Very cozy atmosphere, super nice service and very tasty food. We felt really comfortable. At the end our daughter received a “sweet surprise with singing”. We can only recommend Renken’s Bauerndiele!

Today we celebrated my birthday with Mr. Renken and his great team and enjoyed the delicious buffet. Great staff! So attentive, friendly and funny. The food was indescribably delicious and the buffet was always filled. We didn't miss anything. And the absolute highlight of the evening was the surprise dessert I received for my birthday with singing from the boss and the lovely waitress. Thank you for this wonderful evening. We'll be back. Simply top, great service, unique food!

I was there for lunch on Sunday. There were two of us, but I'm just writing here for myself. In terms of taste, the food was okay. I had schnitzel with mushrooms. I was missing the garnish. As we all know, the eye is there too. But that's probably how it is in the country. What really shocked me was that I actually had to pay 5.90 euros for a glass of ginger ale. Let's be honest, this is a rip-off.

We were there for breakfast. The atmosphere is very attractive and cozy. The breakfast itself is extensive. Unfortunately, we didn't like it all the time; none of us liked the fish on offer. The herring was too salty, the salmon was musty and the rest was partly impossible to identify. The rolls were baked. Scrambled eggs and bacon were very good. We have experienced much better approaches here in other restaurants. Coffee and tea and all other drinks are good. The service is very friendly, which improves the overall atmosphere.

Barometer: Leider wird man auch hier als Gast "abgezockt"...wir wollten unseren Barometer-Gutschein über 10,00 € einlösen - ja wir haben es nicht angekündigt aber die Bedienung hat selbst gesagt, daß sie das Buch gesehen hat (hatte ich auf die Jacke gelegt) Bei der Bezahlung sagte sie, daß wir ja nur 1 Schnitzelgericht hatten - wir müssten 2 Schnitzelgerichte bestellen, damit wir den Gutschein einlösen können... Hallo ??? auf dem GS steht ganz klar: 10 € auf 1 Schnitzelgericht !!! (wer das Buch hat lese es bitte selber nach) Auf spätere Nachfrage beim Chef wollte er mich als doof hinstellen und argumentierte, das alle anderen Gäste dies so verstehen - nur ich bin die Blöde und kapiere es nicht...dann bin ich eben die Einzige die mit der deutschen Sprache so spitzfindig ist... Abschließend hat er sich bei mir für den Hinweis bedankt, aber weder entschuldigt noch eine Entschädigung angeboten. Wir werden bestimmt nicht wieder kommen - mein gutes Geld gebe ich liebr dort aus, wo man als Gast auch noch geschätzt wird !!!

We were here with the whole family. We liked it very much. The dishes are lovingly cooked and beautifully presented. We didn't expect anything like that here in the farmer's hall. But it was just great. The service was very friendly and always there when something was needed. I would say on ZACK. There were always one or two sayings.🫶☺️ We have been here several times now and will continue to do so. Thank you for these great hours!

Wie waren schon häufiger dort und es ist immer sehr lecker und reichlich. Die Wirte sind nett und das Tempo der Bewirtung ist sehr fix. Die Preise sind normal mittelpreisig , die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich und urig. Wir kommen wieder.

It was a nice brunch! You have to like the ambience, but of course it belongs to an Ammerland farmhouse! The food was good, the service could be improved but was ok. Unfortunately the brunch was very expensive. With family it's pretty tough. Luckily the children had to pay less. So ask! Price performance is just OK. But still a nice day!

Super, super nice service and super child-friendly. The food was also very excellent and everything was freshly prepared. My absolute highlight was the rhubarb spritzer, which is made in-house. Super delicious 😋 and definitely recommended.

We happened to pass there on our bikes for coffee and cake. Since the cake at lunchtime was already so good, we decided to head straight to Bauerdiele again for dinner. Food was super tasty and rich. Service super friendly and quick. Inside it was a bit too dark and rustic for us. Therefore a star deduction for the ambience. There is even a changing table for families with children👍🏻 We'd love to come back
