Delicious food and very friendly people

The place looks rather unassuming, but the pho was among the best I've had in Berlin so far. The sushi was also delicious. Truly worth a visit.

My favorite Asian restaurant! - You order, pay, and the food is ALWAYS prepared on demand with fresh products to your complete satisfaction. - When it's ready, you pick it up, to go (I always do), or to enjoy in the restaurant. - Open kitchen, spartan furnishings, very friendly staff. - The chef takes your order, etc., and prepares the dishes if he has time. - If you like and find space, you can sit outside. - The first tea is always free, and the following ones are more than reasonable. - The "shop" is 80% busy. - My favorite dishes are summer rolls with chicken/vegetables/fish sauce, fried noodles with chicken/vegetables, rice with chicken/vegetables/fresh herbs/peanut sauce. - Any special requests are accommodated. I can wholeheartedly recommend the rice bowl! The food is fresh, hot, and prepared very quickly. The ingredients are high-quality, and the vegetables are firm to the bite. The meat is tender and very flavorful. The complimentary tea is probably the highlight and also very tasty. The chop suey, in particular, is truly fantastic and the tastiest thing I've ever eaten in a restaurant! The prices are more than fair, and the value for money is very good. It's been consistently at a very high level since 2014! :-) The owner is a kind-hearted person and radiates joy in his work. Thank you for the rice bowl!

Probably the best option in the neighborhood for fast, good food. Friendly young chef/manager and team! Prices have (like almost everywhere) caught up with 2025 levels, but there's usually a relatively affordable weekly or daily special for around €10. The baked chicken pieces used to taste like they were freshly breaded, but now they taste more like frozen goods (similar to frozen chicken nuggets). Other than that, I highly recommend it!

This was my second time there in two weeks. I tried different dishes. Both were excellent. The tea, which comes free with every meal, is also fantastic. The guys behind the counter are incredibly fast. Plus, even when the place is really busy, they remember everyone. I'd love to come back.

The food has tasted very, very good for years. I already know the owners from the time when they had a snack stand on Ruschestrasse. Always very good quality food. Absolutely recommend the cup of ginger tea with every meal. The staff is always nice, friendly and accommodating. It is also a plus that you can look into the kitchen. Unfortunately the dining room is too small. This makes it very loud in the restaurant.

Hey, are you looking for a really good Asian restaurant here in the neighborhood? Then you've come to the right place in this little shop! There aren't many restaurants in the area, but this one really stands out. The food? Really awesome! Fresh ingredients, great flavors – you can really look forward to it. Sure, it's not a feel-good oasis with candlelight and quiet music, but more of a “self-service then get started” vibe, which reduces the coziness somewhat. But honestly, when the food is this good, you can forgive it. A small downside: unfortunately the shop is closed on Saturdays. This would have been a nice spot, especially if you want to start the weekend. But hey, the remaining days are definitely worth it!

We always eat our vegan Pho here and are super happy with it. The owner is friendly and personable. We like coming here. Other dishes can alternatively be prepared vegan, which we have already tried. It's worth it!

Como era dinero en efectivo solo tuve que salir corriendo para ir al cajero automático de enfrente pero no fue ninguna preocupación para el camarero que esperaba con mi novio.

Place to be The rice bowl has evolved a lot in recent years. Further development does not necessarily have to mean improvement, but in this case it completely applies. The food is excellent across the board and, despite the inflationary times, quite cheap. The operation and service are very good. Truly a place to be. Highly recommended.

It was recommended to me several times and now I've been there and can only recommend it. The food was super tasty, really well seasoned and what a great service, the first cup of tea is included and after that it only costs €1.50. If you want to go there at lunchtime you should call ahead, the shop is busy. 😁👍🏻

I expected more based on the reviews. It's not a nice place, more of a very simple large Vietnamese snack bar. Relatively clean, but with a large trolley for dishes and large buckets in direct view next to the counter. Unfortunately the duck we ordered was no. 43 from the menu was quite dry and didn't seem fresh. The peanut sauce and vegetables were delicious. If you live in the area you can definitely eat there, but it's not worth driving there.

Best Asian noodles in the area! Free drink (tea) with the meal. Large selection of dishes, service at the counter is Asian, super quick and friendly. A waitress to bring the food to the table and clear it away would be perfect. Since Corona (like all shops) it has become more expensive. You're happy to pay for the noodles, they're super tasty!!!

You eat tremendously well, well, a lot, tasty. Spectacular and cheap. Two people ate (3 dishes and there was plenty because they were huge) plus a drink for 25eu. We will be here all week and it is clear that we will return!!!
