Bad and no respect. It was crowded and after waiting for a quarter of an hour, I raised my voice asking if anyone would answer us, but no one responded. My family was with me, and it was the first time we went to Essen. We tried another one, and thank God it was better and better.

It was bad and there was no respect. There was a crowd, and after waiting a quarter of an hour, I raised my voice at the top of my voice for someone to answer us, and there was no life for whomever you called. My family was with me, and it was the first time we went to Essen and tried something else, and thank God it was better and better.

Please change your opening hours on Facebook...it's very weak when you're not up to date and the customer finds themselves standing in front of a closed door at 8:50 p.m. I had to give it a star...but unfortunately I couldn't rate anything!!!!

Am Kattenturm 12DO NOT VISIT!!!!!! Please do yourselves a favor and stay away from this dump. The owner is an absolute nightmare. She couldn't be more unfriendly to customers. If I could give zero stars, I would, because even one star is undeserved. She practically screams at her customers. Instead of finding a solution to a problem, she loudly attacks them. This kind of behavior should be illegal; I can't understand how this woman can own a place. Please steer clear and save yourselves from this utter disappointment.
