Worst place I've ever ordered from. Service is terrible and simply intolerant. You order there and get your food half an hour late. Then my requested rice was swapped for fries. And as if that wasn't enough, the Dürüm doner plate I ordered was COMPLETELY inedible! The meat was rock hard and completely dry. It had nothing to do with a juicy doner. I contacted the place and expressed my frustration, to which all I got was: "Some people like it and others don't, it's nothing to do with me," and that from the boss of this joke shop. I'd rather not give this place any stars at all. Not recommended.

Kastanienallee 93Bad and no respect. It was crowded and after waiting for a quarter of an hour, I raised my voice asking if anyone would answer us, but no one responded. My family was with me, and it was the first time we went to Essen. We tried another one, and thank God it was better and better.

Bochumer Landstraße 257Never again, I got a pizza and it was so disgusting, as if you had just gotten one from a Penny or Edeka... shop instead of a pizza like that, the Dr. Ötcar pizza tastes better than this one and there is more dust on the chair than in the basement!
