RAZZO - Vegan Pizza Bar in Köln

We ordered two pizzas via the in-house website. When ordering, the delivery time was stated as 30 to 40 minutes. It took over an hour and a half and the order was cold (or minimally lukewarm). Of course, negative things can happen, but good service means you still want to offer the customer a positive experience. We called and were told that there was simply nothing they could do about it, as deliveries are ultimately made via Wolt. (As a customer, you only find out that delivery is made via Wolt after you place your order). My comment that I ordered and paid from you myself and am now turning to you as a restaurant was dismissed and referred back to Wolt. Rather, I was given the “tip” that if I wanted a good pizza, I shouldn’t order online. I was more than surprised. I said again that a pizza for 16 euros per piece should have a certain standard of quality. This probably also includes a normal, warm, or even better, hot temperature. Now I was told to send a message via Instagram and the boss could then reply to me there. I rejected that. I said he was welcome to call me back. Then they hung up. It's a shame, unfortunately really not recommended. I've eaten there several times and the pizzas are really good. But with this experience you really can't recommend it, especially when it comes to delivery.

There is incredibly delicious vegan pizza here! A huge selection that makes it really difficult to decide because everything sounds so good. I would come back again and again just for the carbonara pizza.

Pizza is crispy and unusual with classic toppings, you can taste the high-quality ingredients and experience in the kitchen. A meal with a clear conscience for people who appreciate enjoyment and a pleasantly uncomplicated environment. Prices absolutely justified for the outstanding quality. All day dining concept, perfect before going out, with colleagues or even with the family. Everyone seems welcome, this is what diversity looks like in Cologne. We'll definitely be back!

Yesterday, after a long time, I was at Razzo's in the Belgian Quarter again. The pizza was good, but not as I remembered it. I was disappointed that they didn't offer any drinks or cocktails other than bottled drinks. The staff seemed pretty disinterested.

The toppings on the pizza were very tasty. However, the dough was almost raw and not cooked through at all, after only eating half (!) of pizza I felt sick and had a stomach ache. That doesn't work at all. The service also leaves a lot to be desired. You won't be served at the table, even if there are 3 people behind the counter. Payment is made before the pizza is received, but a tip is asked directly. I find it somehow very questionable, since 1. the "service" is more of a self-service and 2. you haven't even seen the food yet. The staff seems annoyed and bored with their job. The prices are way too high, even for vegan food, which I often prepare myself (around €14-17 per pizza). Then there is no toilet, which as far as I know is required for 8+ seats and I think is pretty important for a restaurant. What I also noticed as a very negative thing is that you are not allowed to pay with cash, which is an absolute no-go for me. If I had had this information beforehand, I would have preferred to go somewhere else. All in all, I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat here.

I had very high expectations to be honest. It is difficult to find a well-made vegan pizza in Cologne, unfortunately this pizza bar also seems like one of the many hipster places where gastronomy is an excuse to sell food at exorbitant prices. The pizza itself tasted good given the combination of ingredients, I love truffles and I was very eager to try the pizza, however, the pizza dough is not well leavened, it is served half raw and I had digestion problems after eating the pizza. The service really makes you feel uncomfortable, I didn't feel at ease since the staff was more busy closing the place than finishing the service on the table, I wanted to order a dessert but after the disdainful comment of the waitress I decided to avoid it. If you want a well-made vegan pizza, make it at home.

Delicious vegan pizza with just the right amount of ingredients. We had the pink truffle and the pizza with capers and olives. The big downside is that you can't use the toilet here and they refer you to another restaurant.

definitely the best vegan pizza in cologne, especially their special pizzas are delicious. they dont have no toilet but you can go at the bar next door which is super close. also no cash payment sadly.

Pizza is really good. Most of the staff is nice. Only issues are no toilet and no cash. The no cash is a big issue for me to be honest (on principle). I would eat here way more often if they accepted cash. Carbonara is really nice.

All the pizzas I've tried so far have been absolutely delicious and the toppings are modern (if you can say that when it comes to food) but still authentic.

Tiramisu tastes like cream with cardboard. Pizza balls are just hard pizza rolls. Unfortunately it wasn't worth it.

The vegan pizza tastes extremely good - but don't expect the usual pizza taste. Good service, fair prices, but unfortunately no toilet. Therefore one star less for service.

Phenomenal!!! A pleasure from start to finish. Pizza slices with very good sauce as a “greeting of the house”, then we had fried olives as a starter, which was great. Then two pizzas with the best pizza dough we have ever eaten and extremely delicious toppings. Afterwards we got an espresso on the house and then ate a very delicious strawberry tiramisu. The super friendly and quick, attentive service and the table outside make the whole thing an unforgettable culinary experience. A top in every way - super highly recommended!!!

Great vegan pizza selection that makes the decision almost difficult. I had the pink truffle and was happy with my choice. The dough is excellent, the toppings are not too overpowering and taste very good. Everything happens at lightning speed.

So yeah, this was delicious vegan Neapolitan style pizza. I did manage to eat the whole pizza and now I am wishing I had gone back the next day. Good service. Some outside seating available if you aren’t bothered by smoke.

Excellent place for vegans and meateaters who want to try something different. It's hip, the service very friendly and the pizza is huge! Tiny point lf criticism: the vegan salami is still bland in comparison to the meat version. And the diet coke is really pricey. Still, definitely worth a visit.

I can only really recommend it to every vegan and non-vegan, the taste is amazing, the price/performance is great and there is a large selection. A MUST for every pizza lover!! Any time!

Very quirky pizzas, lots of different flavours that you don't often see at a pizzeria. Had the vegan Tuna and the carbonara pizzas. Haven't had tuna on pizza for years, so it was great to finally have it again, tasted really realistic. Carbonara was also good.

The pizza is delicious, the place is quite nice. They even have vegan gummies at the cashier level :)

The best pizza I've ever had. I'm absolutely thrilled. One star is deducted because the website offers latte, but I was told twice in the store that it wasn't available here. A pity! Then maybe please remove it from the website. Unfortunately, the conditions don't come to you even though you were seen and NOTHING was going on. And it's stupid that there are no toilets. Otherwise very satisfied!

If you just want to eat marginally with your pizza, this is the perfect place to go. If it were the ideal vegan pizzaria, you would get more of what you want from a pizza and the prices would be a little less expensive.

Gorgeous place with pink tablecloths and a generally cool vibe. I'd never had vegan pizza and that's what this place serves. I ordered their version of a Margherita and a rhubarb Schorle fritz cola. As I was their first customer the oven must not've been heated up because the pizza took a surprisingly long time to get to me- in this style of oven it takes only about a minute to get to perfect doneness. I sipped that DELICIOUS Rhabarberschorle and finally my pizza arrived. The crust was perfect! The rest...was pretty good, but I just found it aggressively salty in parts and it left me feeling very thirsty. Still, a good experience.

I ordered 1 Pizza Big Fat Tonno without olives, 1 Pizza Spicy Meatballs without pepperoni and 1 Strawberry Tiramisu on the website. I was there at the time of pickup. It turned out that they weren't logged into the system yet and therefore hadn't seen an order yet. I should wait. After about 15 minutes, both pizzas were ready and the colleague was called. It turned out they had made a Big Fat Tonno pizza and a salami pizza. So I should wait again for the Spicy Meatballs pizza to be made. After another 5-10 minutes I was able to take my food with me. The tiramisu didn't fit in the bowl, I was told the lid compressed it. It was only when I got home that I saw that the Spicy Meatballs pizza had pepperoni on it and the edge was quite black. The tiramisu wasn't pressed, it was frozen. I won't order there again. There were problems with my first order too.

I've tried the pizza twice now in different versions and apart from the shape, I don't understand it. There are much better substitutes for cheese that also melt. I don't understand the toppings and these fancy things either because you don't get that kind of pizza served in Italy. Except for the tiramisu, the desserts have nothing to do with Italy, which is, however, a creation that is not normally available in Italy. Staff was friendly LG An Italian

The pizza was extremely soggy. Unfortunately the pizza wasn't warm either, as we weren't informed about the finished pizza. Please cut the pizza correctly… Please cut the pizzas correctly! Pro: you can pay by card.

Service was friendly and tried very hard, but unfortunately completely overwhelmed! I could observe how the pizzas of the same types were topped differently...value for money, absolutely overpriced - the taste was okay but nothing more. Would order the “Strawberry Tiramisu” again. There was hardly any taste of the dressing in the César salad. The truffle on the pizza was grated too small (mushy) with a grater. I find it very strange that there are no toilets. The room with the tables feels more like a storage area and doesn't invite you to linger for a long time.

We weren't even served or noticed here for the time being; we sat outside for about 20 minutes. The waitress looked at us briefly and immediately went back inside. Unfortunately it wasn't what we wanted at all, but since we didn't have a vegan alternative that day we ate there. Otherwise we would have gotten up again and left immediately. The next day I had a stomach ache and diarrhea for half a day after the pizza. Pizza wasn't worth the price, extremely limp and most of the dough was still raw.

Mega Pizza 😋 is really quick and personally tastes better to me than normal pizza from Italian restaurants etc, although I actually thought hmm vegan is definitely not my thing. So I thought I'd try the pizza. I've been here twice and it wasn't the last time. They only offer card payments and don't have a guest toilet, but they still give 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ because it's so delicious. Ambience is also great. the boys are friendly, always friendly and say hello.

The food was delicious and came surprisingly quickly. The pizza was good! Unfortunately, the service wasn't very warm and we weren't wished a bon appetit. During the meal, suppliers brought goods down the aisle to the back and unfortunately we had to freeze. In addition, the service staff talked loudly, which really bothered us as guests. Unfortunately there are no toilets either...

We went to this pizzeria because of the positive reviews, but we were disappointed: (-) The pizza was good, but very cold, even though there wasn't much going on. (-) There is no toilet or possibility to wash hands. (-) The service was not particularly nice and warm. Drinks were delivered during the meal, so a door to the street was exposed to a draft and it got very cold. No apology was made in this regard.

Anyone who says that vegan, gluten-free pizza can't taste good (I was exactly that person) can convince themselves otherwise here. Better than many pizzas from large pizzeria chains. Gladly again at any time!

This vegan pizza was SO GOOD. I took my non-vegan friend and he loved it, too. We also got the strawberry tiramisu which was very good as well! Service was super friendly and the atmosphere was super cute. I would 100% recommend.

We went to Razzo for the first time today without reading the reviews first. The service was very friendly and quick. We had the carbonara and another pizza, both were fresh and by far the tastiest vegan pizzas we have ever eaten. Unfortunately, there are a few small negative points, although this seems to be part of the concept and/or cannot be done otherwise: -Card payment only -No toilets -No way to hang jackets and bags. Still worth 5 stars and we would be happy to come back if we get the chance and recommend you to others!

Tried it for the first time and just WOW! The Black Truffle Pizza with the combination of truffles/mushrooms/garlic simply fits together. A combination that you don't expect. Just treat yourself.

ganz gute Pizza, lieber Service, definitiv zu empfehlen. Minuspunkt: das Menu enthält keine Infos zu Allergenen (bei veganen “Ersatz”produkten weiß man ja nie was es ist und leider gibt auch der Pizzaname/Beschreibung keine Info). Atmosphäre im Laden ist super. Pizza bestellen funktioniert auch gut, schnell und freundlich. Beim Liefern via Wolt sind Allergene beschrieben. Ich habe die Meatball Pizza bestellt, die so wie es da steht ohne Soy ist, aber trotzdem eine starke allergische Reaktion (hab Sojaallergie) gehabt. Allergene richtig kennzeichnen müsste schon drin sein, allein dafür die schlechte Bewertung, sonst hätte ich so 4 Sterne gegeben. Außerdem stand bei einigen Pizzen (Meatball und Caesar) bei den Allergenen “Ei”, was ich bei einer veganen Pizzeria nicht erwartet hätte.

Die leckerste vegane Pizza der Stadt (auch für Nicht-Veganer) Außergewöhnliche Kreationen und ein zauberhafter Service. Ein Pflicht Besuch für jeden Pizza Liebhaber. Und unbedingt das Erdbeertiramisu als Nachtisch bestellen ❤️

Sind aus Frankfurt für einen Tagestrip nach Köln gefahren. Hatten uns aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen für dieses Restaurant entschieden. Bei uns gibt es kaum vegane Pizzen. Die Pizzen hier waren extrem lecker, die Bedienung war super freundlich und die Atmosphäre des Ladens sehr angenehm. Auf dem Bild sieht man die Vegharita und die Carboara. Für jede*n zu empfehlen :)

Für alle Veganer (und Nicht-Veganer) eine gustatorische Offenbarung. Meine persönliche Empfehlung: Pepperoni Salami Pizza. Für die komme ich auch gern aus Düsseldorf ;-)

Als nicht Veganer sehr positiv überrascht, die Pizza ist sehr gut. Im Winter für 2 Personen völlig fein, mehr wird evtl eng. Ausprobieren, hopp hopp.

Premiere véritable pizza napolitaine végane de ma vie, et quelle expérience ! Une carte originale aux goûts variés, qui n'a rien à envier à ses concurrents carnés. Une ambiance électrique feutrée, on mange dans une jolie pièce rose à la lumière d'une boule disco et d'un néon rose, et on passe un très bon moment. Quelle masterclass, c'est un banger.

Une expérience électrisante ! Quelle joie d'avoir découvert cet OVNI dans les rues assez ternes de Cologne. Si vous avez envie d'essayer une très bonne pizzeria (peut être la meilleure de Cologne), venez ici sans détour. Il se trouve qu'en plus de la qualité EXCEPTIONNELLE des pizzas, elles sont également véganes. Je recommande vivement l'adresse et reviendrai encore avec plaisir.

They say that they have gluten-free pizza.I went there for 3 days in a row and asked for gluten free pizza but they told me it wasn't available.If you don't serve this option then don't show it in your menu.

War spontan vom Regen geflüchtet kurz ne Pizza essen . Ging super schnell , Service war gut und freundlich . Der Boden der Pizza ist top . Könnte länger drin gewesen sein . Kleiner Kritik Punkt ; der Pizza fehlt Würze . Und sei es nur ne Prise Salz . Die marinara deluxe finde ich wenig Deluxe und den Preis leicht zu hoch dafür . Die Menge an Veganem „Parmesan“ und die 3 Granatapfelkerne rechtfertigen kalkulatorisch den Preis nicht . Und die Würze kommt davon auch nicht zustande . Würde wenn ich wieder in der Gegend bin wieder kommen und evtl eine andere Variante probieren
