Super authentische französische Küche mit tollen Weinen. Die Hummersuppe war einfach Super spitzenklasse! Das Rinderfilet auf den Punkt zubereitet mit leckeren Spargel als saisionales Gemüse und dem besten Crepe suzett den ich je gegessen habe.

Wir waren mit den köstlichen Speisen und Getränken wirklich sehr zufrieden. Der Service war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Besonders der Zander war hervorragend zubereitet – frisch, perfekt auf den Punkt und geschmacklich top. Auch das Rinderfilet war super lecker, hochwertig und genau richtig gegart. Der Nachtisch war ebenfalls ein Genuss und hat den Abend perfekt abgerundet. Ein Restaurant mit tollem Service, angenehmer Atmosphäre und exzellenter Küche. Sehr leckeres Restaurant mit vielen Auswahlmöglichkeiten bei Speisen sowie Getränken. Ein super Service mit Mega netten Personal und ein tolles Ambiente. Nur zu empfehlen. Es hätte eigentlich mehr Sterne als 5 verdient.

Jedes Mal, wenn ich in Düsseldorf bin, versuche ich, in diesem fantastischen Restaurant vorbeizuschauen. Der Koch versteht es, zu überraschen! Ich war schon mindestens sieben Mal dort und wurde nie enttäuscht – weder vom Essen noch von den Weinen! Ich kann es von ganzem Herzen empfehlen!

Mehr Schein als Sein. Geburstagsanlass wurde vergessen bzw ignoriert, dafür aber nicht das Menü neu bis in die Einzelteile zu zerpflücken, sodass man für ein komplettes Gericht (so wie auf der Karte eigentlich angeboten) tatsächlich extra bzw. zusätzlich bezahlen muss und dies ausschließlich bar. Edit nach der Antwort des Inhabers: Die Wahrheit tut wohl weh, daher muss man sie als "Unwahrheiten" deklarieren, um sich zu retten. Das ist das einzig Traurige hier.

My first time trying French cuisine. The food was excellent and beautifully presented. The aroma, flavor, and texture of the steak tartare were simply superb. It literally made my mouth water. The bouillabaisse was indescribable. The fish fillets practically fell apart. What more can I say? Maybe I'll get lucky and the chef will share his recipe with me! The service was also top-notch; they checked on us frequently and were very friendly! The music was a bit loud, but the later it got, the less interesting it became. Plus: Very clean restrooms! Excellent value for money.

Erstes Mal französische Küche. Hervorragendes Essen und sehr geschmackvoll angerichtet. Duft, Geschmack und Textur vom Tatar einfach klasse. Da läuft einem wortwörtlich das Wasser im Mund zusammen. Die Bouillabaisse war unbeschreiblich. Die Fischfilets sind auseinandergefallen. Mehr muss man nicht sagen. Vielleicht habe ich Glück und der Küchenchef verrät mir sein Rezept! Der Service auch 1A, es wurde immer wieder gefragt und sehr freundlich! Musik war etwas laut, aber je später der Abend wurde, desto uninteressanter war die Hintergrundmusik. Pluspunkt: Sehr saubere Sanitäranlagen! Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Wir haben uns heute Weihnachtsgans mit Klößen und Rotkohl für zu Hause abgeholt und diese wie in der Anleitung aufgewärmt. Es war wirklich sehr sehr lecker und auch viel! Das Personal ist wirklich immer super freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Wirklich ein schönes Ambiente und leckeres Essen. Wir waren an Heilig Abend hier und alle waren gut gelaunt 😄

Es war mein Geburtstag, und mein Mann und ich waren begeistert. Die Consommé war besonders köstlich. Zum Schluss bekam ich als Geburtstagskind eine Flasche Wein geschenkt. Das war eine sehr nette Geste. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent cuisine! Highly recommended for special occasions

The Ratatouille restaurant, which I already knew when it was still located on Nordstrasse in Düsseldorf, is not just a gourmet restaurant, but also an institution. The owner and head chef Sam and his partner Mona are very amiable and empathetic hosts who immediately make you feel very comfortable and welcome. The food is Michelin-starred, even though the restaurant doesn't have a Michelin star. It's haute cuisine with a down-to-earth yet subtle style, featuring unusual spices like saffron, angel hair, etc. that you won't find anywhere else in Meerbusch. Not to mention the French flair amidst the fine cooking. We're less and less happy to be guests here, and Sam was the exclusive chef at my last birthday party. The guests still rave about it today.

That was truly disappointing. Just because you've eaten ceviche somewhere in South America doesn't mean you can prepare it. Raw fish in a small bowl on ice cubes, with cuacamole next to it. Which, at about 50 grams (of course, top-quality fish, Mr. Chef—that's obligatory with raw fish...), seems a bit overpriced to me for this rustic brasserie. The oysters (they were semi-rare, no oyster sauce, no vinaigrette, but a small slice of lemon) were served with multigrain rolls, and the ceviche was served with poppy seed rolls from Kamps next door. We've been here sporadically, and it's really gotten worse. What annoyed me most, though, was the chef himself. I don't want to have to argue with him about what ceviche is. As if you didn't know anything :/// Self-confidence is good, self-reflection is more productive. €150 for a stupid evening is expensive. Older local crowd, well attended, and seemed satisfied. So we can continue like this.

Hubertus goes French cousin ;) It's a bit funny to eat oysters in a pub atmosphere at a typically French table with a red checkered tablecloth ;) But it's exactly this mix that makes it! It's super cozy and the food tastes excellent. A touch of France for the gourmets in Büderich - très bien! An addition after the second visit: the food is excellent and the price-performance ratio is right. However, a 500% surcharge on wine is incomprehensible. €49.50 per bottle is definitely not appropriate for a wine that costs €8 at the dealer around the corner.

I went to Meerbusch without any expectations. Even when looking for a parking space, the place seems quite inconspicuous. When you enter the restaurant feels warm and cozy. And then the magic begins! I don't know what blew me away more, the warmth of the hosts and their team or the mercilessly fresh cuisine, where both the compositions and each component are individually convincing. I'm already on the verge of moving to Meerbusch so that I can have this enjoyment and hospitality more often. I would like to thank everyone again for making this evening unforgettable and I am already looking forward to my next visit!

Ich bin ohne Erwartungen nach Meerbusch gefahren. Auch bei der Parkplatz Suche, wirkt der Ort recht unscheinbar. Beim betreten nimmt man das Lokal als warm und gemütlich war. Und dann beginnt die Magie! Ich weiß garnicht was mich mehr umgehauen hat, die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber samt Team oder die gnadenlos frische Küche, bei der sowohl die Kompositionen als auch jede Komponente einzeln überzeugen. Ich bin schon drauf und dran nach Meerbusch zu ziehen um diesen Genuss und die gelebte Gastfreundschaft häufiger zu haben. Ich danke nochmal allen, die diesen Abend unvergesslich gemacht haben und ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

My husband and I ate here for the first time and we were warmly welcomed and served excellently. The restaurant has a glass front and was unfortunately quite cool at the beginning, but things improved as more guests arrived. We had the 4 course meal and it was delicious. The courses came one after the other at a pleasant time so that you could enjoy them in peace.

An excellent little restaurant with great French dishes. We had the 4-course menu and were particularly impressed by the porcini mushroom saffron soup and the main course (beef fillet and fish). The best part, however, was the dessert. Quinces in phyllo dough - for me, a dessert is only good if there is chocolate. Here I was in heaven even without chocolate. Incredibly delicious and the combination was so great. This was rounded off by courteous, friendly service. With his style, Suad manages to create a great atmosphere and thus make the meal a special experience.

The restaurant completely deserves first place in “My Local, Your Local”! The Christmas menu was a delight – prepared with regional ingredients, delicious and creatively implemented. The shop is really adorable. The tables are set in typical Italian/French red and white. The food is an absolute culinary delight for spoiled palates 🙂 The goose including the side dishes was a real firework of flavors. The mussels were also good, although the broth could have been more flavorful; which is complaining at a high level. We spontaneously got a place including a stroller. The menu is manageable and the food is higher priced, but worth every cent as the kitchen really cooks well and pays great attention to sophistication. The service was very friendly! We'll be back!

Sorry, I can't understand the good reviews either. Price performance is not right front and back. Paying 30 euros for a minced steak (meatball) with bad fries borders on impertinent. Not to mention the ambience on the busy Moerser Straße. The waiter's forgetfulness leaves a lot to be desired.

Traditional French dishes reinterpreted. The menu was fantastic, especially the starters delicately napped with sauces. Unfortunately I didn't take any photos. The arrangement, matching the plate, is absolutely a feast for the eyes. The boeuf bourgignon was very tender with lots of sauce, which was served with a soup spoon. The side dish, Calvado apples with mashed potatoes, was unfortunately replaced by vegetables by the chef, which is a shame. Last but not least, the flat sourdough bread made from spelled and colored with kukuma, baked with a double crust, is a sensation. The personal welcome and the nice conversations with the boss were very attentive By the way, only the old counter remains from the old Hubertusstube. I find that appreciative and sympathetic. The windows go all the way to the floor and can be opened completely. We'll be back with high expectations*****

The Hubertus-Stube is now a French restaurant, I was told. I had already noticed the beautiful tablecloths on the table on the street. So we tried it out today: reservations online worked and the three of us had a nice table for four in front of the window. Service attentive and friendly, professional process, no waiting! For eating: Only high-quality products, fish, shellfish, meat, but also vegan. Even a selection as the soup of the day. The spagel soup was a dream, no cream, spagel with a bite, great👍 Main courses and dessert would now take us too far, unfortunately I didn't take any photos. We were all convinced that we hadn't eaten so well in a long time. And the price was okay too. It's nice to be able to recommend such a great restaurant in Meerbusch.

Four of us were at Ratatouille at the Chef's Table and had a very nice evening! Two of us also ordered the wine accompaniment and were more than satisfied here too. After each course, we were asked whether we wanted to continue straight away or take things a little slower - so you can choose the pace of the 5 courses depending on your taste, which suited us very well. The service was attentive and extremely friendly, even though the restaurant was very busy. We can only recommend it and will definitely come back!

The restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere and adequate service. Unfortunately, in some places there is a lack of communication between the service staff. Unfortunately, the steak tartare didn't quite meet our taste expectations, it was stretched with lots of tomatoes and cucumber, which overshadowed the delicious tartare taste. The dessert turned out to be a bit burnt, but they offered to bring a new one, which we declined as it would have taken another 15 minutes. The wine selection was solid, but it would have underlined the enjoyment even more if the right bottle of wine had been brought to the table. We ordered a Miraval Rose but were given a Miraval Blanc. However, we didn't complain about this as it was also extremely good. Overall, the visit was satisfactory, but there is still room for improvement to optimize the dining experience.

Unfortunately, I can't understand the good reviews at all, the entire staff seemed off track. Even though we repeated the order loudly and clearly, we still received the wrong food. The “asparagus soup” was reminiscent of a flat, simple mushroom soup from the canteen and was not reminiscent of asparagus. When asked, they said there was asparagus in it. When I showed the service that there was no asparagus in it, she said I should complain to the chef. The taste and appearance of the main course also reminded us of a very simple, inexpensive restaurant.

Sam‘s Verwöhn-Stube ist uns nach mehreren Besuchen ans Herz gewachsen: Gute, abwechslungsreiche Küche, die auch unsere Gäste überrascht und erfreut. Zuletzt das Chef‘s Table Angebot genutzt, bei dem Sam ein 5-Gänge-Menü und Weinbegleitung zu einem sehr fairen Preis anbietet. Dass immer noch „Hubertushof“ über dem Eingang steht, ist der Wunsch des Hauseigentümers - Kritik daran ist völlig deplaziert. Sam bietet ein Ratatouille Erlebnis, das Meerbusch sehr zu Gesicht steht. Aus unserer Sicht unbedingt ausprobieren

In den „ollen“ Hubertusstuben ist was Neues passiert, also nicht für alle, aber ich komme nicht mehr oft in meine Heimatstadt. Aber das Ratatouille ist ein Highlight. Eine spannende Kombination aus französischer und orientalischer Küche. Wir hatten ein Steak Tartar, geschnitten, nicht gewolft, einen Oktopus, sehr zart und gemischten Fisch en Papillote. Es war köstlich, manchmal überraschend, aber immer äußerst schmackhaft und von hoher Qualität. Wie kommt man in den Fanclub?

Wir waren zu viert und keiner war zufrieden. Das Ambiente: gruselig! Früher hiess das Lokal Hubertusstuben und so sieht es auch immer noch aus….. es passt nicht zum Essen und auch nicht zu den Preisen. Auf der Fensterbank standen ömmelige Lampen vom Vorbesitzer und eine vertrocknete Topfpflanze…… Das Essen: geniessbar, aber mehr auch nicht. Der Service: schwer verständlich und leicht nervig. Ich glaube nicht, dass die Wirtsleute lange durchhalten. Da muss schon gewaltig was passieren.

Very good food and great service

We have been able to experience Sam and his team in different ways: in “normal operation” in a restaurant, as part of a private party and as a caterer/cook at a private celebration. We were completely thrilled every time. The food is fantastic and the interpersonal encounters with the team are really enjoyable. Keep it up and see you next time!

We celebrated our wedding lunch at Ratatouille after the civil wedding. The menu was discussed and refined in advance, Sam was a great help. On the big day, perfect delicacies were prepared and we had a great atmosphere. 100% recommendation even for small events.

Ich kann "Ratouille" in höchstem Maße empfehlen. Unser Menu war fantastisch - beste Zutaten, fein und überraschend abgeschmeckt und harmonisch zusammengeführt - ein wirklich schönes kulinarisches Erlebnis. Alle 4 waren wir begeistert. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst herzlich und schlagen keinen Extra-Wunsch aus. Vielen Dank für den schönen Mittag bei Ihnen!
