I visited this rest stop about 15 minutes before closing at 10 p.m., and a very unfriendly employee barely managed to get me a burger and a Coke, which I wasn't even allowed to consume on the spot, despite politely asking if I could still do so because "We're closing!" When you're still on the highway at 10 p.m., you appreciate a friendly word. There's still a lot of room for improvement here. I'll be avoiding this rest stop in the future.

Absolutely no parking for motorhomes up to 3.5 tons – only parking spaces for cars (motorhomes are prohibited), trucks (only 3.5 tons and above), buses, or trailers. A disgrace to the many motorhome drivers with vehicles that are not loaded with the required load.

There is parking but you need to be careful, they got into the cab at 2:21 am so close it...after inspection the car was intact

The staff doesn't feel like working because when I wanted to buy my coffee and it took a while to pay, the lady reacted very unfriendly and blew into the air. I can't rate the rest stop itself, so I'm still giving it 3 stars.....we only used the toilet.....that was the dirtiest toilet I've encountered at a rest stop....1 euro for a toilet that had glasses that were almost black....plus I stood in a puddle of urine....at this price I actually expect a service person who makes sure everything is right....plus you don't get the receipts can be redeemed completely...

Someone stole the wires to the trailer on the night of January 16, 24; the tractor was standing behind the trailer.

Toilet system was not working with the bank card, so I was obliged to take some money from the ATM to later note that it charged me 6,5 euros extra without previous announcement for taking money from there.. so in the end the most expensive toilet ever... Not very friendly staff either....

Mały parking na około 20 zestawów , nawet o 6-7 rano było ciężko znaleźć miejsce , po za tym czysto , toalety również w dobrym stanie płatne 1e ( awaria terminali , także nie było można zapłacić kartą)

Zwar eine saubere Toilette, erstaunlich jedoch, dass man für den Pflichterwerb eines Bons über einen Euro keine Karte nutzen kann, zudem nur ein Eingangs-Gerät funktioniert und 3 von 6 Damen-WCs defekt sind.

Da haben wir unsere Mittagspause gemacht auf der Hinfahrt nach Bochum.

Ich kann nur 2 Sterne geben. Die Toilettenanlagen waren sowas von dreckig. Lange sowas schon nicht mehr gesehen. Personal auch nicht Grade freundlich aufgelegt... Sehr Schade...

Das Personal war eher unfreundlich. Nachdem wir uns (wir standen extra etwas weiter weg von der Theke) die Karte 30 Sekunden angeschaut hatten, sollten wir direkt bestellen.

Super freundliches Personal, alles sauber auch die Toiletten. Die Preise sind für die frische der Speisen auf einer Autobahnraststätte in Ordnung. Auf der A24 zahlt man erheblich mehr. Es gibt 10% bei ADAC Mitgliedern, also hier nichts zu meckern und gern wieder.

Regulär ist eines immer klar. Preise an Raststätten sind höher, was wirtschaftlich ja auch klar ist. Miete, Kosten usw. sind hoch und als Franchise´r muss man dies alles tragen. Darum geht es nicht. Allerdings gibt es Dinge, bei den man den Kunden lieber nicht verarschen sollte. Vorab, Sauberkeit 4*, Freundlichkeit 3*, Aufenthaltsbereiche 3*, Preise für RASTSTÄTTE 3,5* Was allerdings gar nicht geht ist bei einem Currywurst-Gericht mit Pommes von 12,90 Euro, dann noch ein nachbestelltes Ketchuptütchen von 15g (Ketchup der nicht am Platz steht oder angeboten wurde) …. 0,79 Euro zu verlangen… das ist einfach dreiste Dummheit und Abzocke… Regulär könnte man dies human halten und beim Gericht zumindest Soße beifügen, was man auch nicht macht. Aus diesem Grunde gesamt nur 2*
