We ordered pizza from the internet and wanted the vegetarian version, wrote it down specifically but it was ignored at all. Very disappointing that the preferences and wishes of customers are not taken into account!!!

Food was ok. But with a group of almost 20 people we were in the three-digit range of what we paid, I think they could have given at least 1 bottle of something to drink.

In principle, it's delicious - when you receive your order. Should arrive at 5:40 p.m., pre-ordered from Lieferando 4 hours ago. No information from the store or anything else. As much as I enjoyed eating there - never again given how unreliable it is. Update: 50 minutes late and the driver didn't understand a word of my complaint😂 Another update 3 years later: Despite pre-ordering, the food came late again and was cold. It doesn't taste as good as it did back then either. The blast? It's June 2024 and the Coke I ordered expired in April 2024.

My preferred delivery service for the GT area for years. Pizza, salad, potato casserole. We were never disappointed! Always fast delivery and friendly drivers. Always food very (above average) warm compared to other delivery services. Pizzas are thin, crispy, well topped and taste great! No thick dough sponge dripping with fat ;) Salad large, fresh, delicious (with fresh pizza rolls and herb butter included). Prices are okay for the quality and taste. We will continue to order there!

Very friendly staff, I was always afraid to go there because the reviews were not very good. But for me, the tastiest Pizza and Tiramisu here is generally the best in Germany ❤️

I previously ordered three very tasty ice cream sundaes, fast delivery and they were so delicious. spaghetti ice fruit cup 2 scoops of vanilla with cream. 👍🥰

Ordered today for the first time by chance. My daughter got schnitzel which tasted very good. I had pasta with salmon, unfortunately I forgot to order it without cheese (I just don't like cheese) but that was my fault. Very nice staff, the food was there within half an hour. Everything was hot and nothing was forgotten.

Really very bad! The spaghetti pizza had far too few toppings and the pizza rolls were forgotten. After calling once they said they would be delivered, but no one came. The second time I called I was yelled at on the phone. Catastrophe as people talk to you, very bad customer service!!!!!

Delivering food only partially works. Ordered toppings on the pizza are missing. But they have been calculated. And that twice in a row.

Unfortunately, the pizza base was not cooked through and had very little toppings. Unfortunately the size of the pizza doesn't fit. I ordered 60 cm and unfortunately it was only 52 cm. I think that's a real shame. And a rip-off is not recommended

The star for the nice delivery service. Italia pizza without oregano. Tomato sauce without spices. Tomatoes and onions cut so roughly that words fail. Never a chef or anything like that in the kitchen. By far the worst pizza in Gütersloh.

The food (pizzas) was very well topped and tasty. The option to order ice cream from the attached ice cream parlor was also positive - we liked it. We experienced great hospitality. Inside the restaurant was decorated for Christmas and cozy.

Edit: I have just changed the rating to 1 star (unfortunately zero stars are not possible)! I ordered ice cream and cigarettes today. And yes, it was late (but in good time) and it was certainly not a very worthwhile order. But I'm a regular customer here and have already ordered food and drinks (without cigarettes) for a lot more money here If the order is confirmed but the delivery simply doesn't arrive, then I have zero understanding! I won't be ordering here again for the time being! I want to be fair and give it 4 stars, but it's actually more like 3.5 stars. Let's start at the back, with dessert: The ice cream was always delicious and where else can you get ice cream delivery from ice cream parlors in GT? However, the quality of the actual food can sometimes vary greatly and the boss could also take criticism! I've also forgotten extra topping, so I'm not going to open the barrel, it can happen. However, the preparation seems to depend on the kitchen staff, the quality varies from good (not very good!) to just ok, with a total failure (calzone, which was packaged and prepared more like lahmacun!). Most of the time the pizza/calzone is ok for a delivery service. I often have the tortelline al forno and they were always good. What is not possible, however, is if you order on the website and are shown that delivery is free (with discounts) above a certain value, but afterwards you are almost always charged 2 euros for delivery! It is also not legally permissible to insist on a delivery fee here. Just a note to the boss! I have no problem with delivery fees, but then they should be shown correctly! I can't say anything negative about the drivers, on the contrary, they've all always been very friendly and therefore I regularly give them tips (because they're the worst paid people in the delivery service game!). Delivery time is usually ok and I have personally never experienced a 2 hour waiting time or anything similar. If it takes a little longer (!) (up to an hour) I'm willing to accept that.

We ordered. First of all, the positive: the ice cream was good. According to my partner, the tortellini with spinach and mushrooms was just okay. That's just what the star is for. The delivery service is an absolute disgrace and deserves -5 stars! Delivery time stated is 20-45 minutes. After 100 minutes the delivery man came trotting up, put the delivery boxes in front of my feet with the words "Pick out your own food, it's too much for me now". Are you crazy??? The carbonara I ordered also tasted like absolutely nothing.

Eigentlich alles gut schmeck richtig gut und sehr empfehlenswert.Gute pizza auswahl.Aber machmal wenn man ohne Zwiebeln bestellt kommen irgendwie trotzdem Zwiebel drauf.

Wir haben aufgrund einer Fortbilfung jeden Tag hier zu Mittag gegessen. Ich muss sagen uns hat es rundum gefallen, immer pünktlich , immer warm und mir persönlich haben alle Speisen geschmeckt. Gerne wieder!

Habe Pizza mit Zwiebeln bestellt. Kam schnell, war noch heiß und der Fahrer war nett. Sehr gut :-)

Aber.. Ja aber schmeckt richtig lecker, eine große Potion, schnelle Lieferung, sehr nett. Die Gabel auch sehr nett, die hat Sorge dass ich zu schnell esse mich zu verschlucken….

Das Essen ist wirklich sehr Lecker dafür ist der Lieferservice sehr dreist. Der Lieferant sagte erst er habe kein Wechselgeld dabei und wirft das Wechsel Geld später in den Briefkasten ein. Das Wechselgeld habe ich nie erhalten.

Also die Pizza war gut. Aber die pommes hat nach Pappe geschmeckt und war wabelig. Dazu kommt das deren Gyros dieses billig tk Zeug ist. Pommes und Gyros sind Leider im Müll gelandet.
