We were genuinely disappointed. The ambiance was well-intentioned, but ultimately unsuccessful. The service was far too slow for drinks and food – a full hour. Only after our dishes were brought to the table did we learn that they were out of Metaxa sauce. And the restaurant had only just opened! As a result, our meal was severely lacking. There was neither an apology nor a discount for the incomplete dish. We will not be returning. The tzatziki was homemade and absolutely delicious, and the appetizers in general were excellent. However, the quality of the main courses declined rapidly.

Very good food. The price/performance ratio is good. We'll be happy to come back.

We've eaten at many Greek restaurants, and this one is definitely one of the best. We went back after just three days because it was so delicious 😋. The price/performance ratio is simply top-notch. We're already looking forward to the summer so we can enjoy it again 😄

We were warmly welcomed there today with our dog. The food was excellent, the service very friendly. Our dog even got a water bowl and treats to feed him. The price was completely reasonable. If we're ever here again, we'll be happy to come back 😊

We visited this restaurant for the first time today. We ordered giros with onions and calamari. We were asked at the table if everything was okay. The food was perfect; we've never had such delicious calamari before. So, it's always worth a meal there. We'll be eating there again next week.

I visited last week; we were booked with a large group. The food tasted okay, but the prices are quite steep, and some of the fries on the side are really meager. That's not good value for money. Everything would have been okay if the service had made up for it. The ladies and gentlemen were all very helpful and quite friendly at the beginning, but after a short while, as the orders piled up and the commotion increased, they visibly lost their friendliness and quickly became irritated. The smallest misunderstandings or unplanned incidents led to unrest; salads weren't brought until some of the main courses were already cold, and the checkout process didn't work very well either, and it was very time-consuming for everyone. Overall, the evening simply didn't have a feel-good factor, which is a shame.

I cannot recommend the restaurant because the service was so bad that we left the restaurant after 20 minutes without being served

The staff are the most heartfelt people ever. I vacationed there with my family, and they always served us with a smile. The food was also the most delicious I've had anywhere. 🥰

I visited this restaurant for the first time today (unfortunately). The food was simply amazing! Anyone who goes there must have gyros on their plate. I've rarely eaten such good gyros. The skewer was also perfect, and the tzatziki was also perfect! Friendly service, and to finish off, they even gave me a free ouzo. A definite 5 stars *****

The Raftopolus restaurant is highly recommended! The food is delicious and freshly prepared, and the service is fast and extremely friendly. What's especially nice is that you can sit comfortably both inside and outside. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and you immediately feel at home. The homely, friendly atmosphere is particularly pleasant; children and dogs are also welcome here. That was great for us. You feel at home everywhere. Disastrous! The restaurant overall feels very dated and chaotic. In August, the Christmas decorations were still hanging around. The waiters were completely overwhelmed. We waited over an hour for our food. After 45 minutes, we cautiously asked, but were assured it would be ready soon. It wasn't. The food itself wasn't good either. Fatty meat, far too little tzatziki, and the coleslaw was completely missing. The drinks were also stale. Never again!!!

We were initially put off by all the negative reviews, but then decided to go anyway. The building looks very dated and has a musty smell upon entering. The staff was very friendly and quick. The food came as ordered and was delicious!

Due to my good upbringing, I don't want to go into detail about the rudeness we experienced from the waiters there. It was horrible; I've never experienced such treatment from service staff in over 67 years. Insults and lies were the least of it. When we dared to ask after an hour whether we had been forgotten, as guests who had arrived after us had already had their food, things really got going. They lied until the cows came home. After another 30 minutes, the first two meals arrived. We had ordered three. Upon request, we received a third meal, but not the one we had ordered. I'll spare you the excuses. After another 10 minutes, the correct meal was brought, but it was inedible; it was burnt. I was lucky; mine was mostly edible, our daughter's was just partially edible. The wrong food was also brought to the neighboring tables several times. Here, too, there were "conversations" with the waiters. Since payment was now due, we asked the manager to come over. With a largely understanding approach and an effort to limit the damage, we reached an agreement, but the waitress constantly torpedoed it with rude remarks. I paid the price I had negotiated. Afterward, we were asked not to enter the restaurant again. We are, of course, happy to comply. P.S. Pack cash; card payments are not possible, and there was no bill either because the cash register was broken. 😉

We ordered, but the quality was still top-notch. Ordered at a specific time and arrived right on time. I had a Greek restaurant right outside the holiday home, but I prefer ordering...that should say it all about the other restaurant. The portion sizes were absolutely fine and the temperature was perfect. Prices are absolutely reasonable. I would order there again.

I can't recommend it; we had to wait 45 minutes for our food and then didn't even get what we ordered. Instead of gyros, we were served two souvlaki. When we asked, they said they were all gone. My tzatziki came in a bowl that normally serves a portion of mustard. They're understaffed, so the young children have to step in, and they're sometimes overwhelmed. They tried hard, though. In July, there were still Easter eggs hanging in the windows as decorations, as well as Christmas lights. A disappointment for us.

We waited an hour and a half for our food, which was served lukewarm and, unfortunately, with too much salt. While we were waiting for our food, three couples canceled their orders and left because of the long wait. What a shame.

Unfortunately, I can't rate it differently since I found the doors closed at 8 p.m., even though they were supposed to be open until 9:30 p.m. Very unpleasant.

The dining room, very warm even at this time of year. The only service was very nice and quick, but also quickly overwhelmed. Drinks came very late and my cola (pepsi) was non-carbonated. The gyros itself, little taste, very fatty and with the fries and side dishes not worth 15.50. The entire family of the operators was apparently on site, which is why it was a little louder there...a dog was also on site. Maybe he fried the gyros... For €15.50, definitely not enough of everything and not worth a second visit.

Unfortunately a very negative experience. An order was placed at 6:30 p.m. for delivery at 8 p.m. This order was confirmed in a few minutes. When there was no delivery in sight at 8:30 p.m., we called to inquire. I was told that they had just accepted the order by mistake and unfortunately they couldn't deliver that evening. Then why did you accept the order in the first place? Then why didn't you cancel the order? Why didn't they at least try to reach me by phone? No service!

I ordered food online, called a few times and asked what was going on, but apart from a meaningless apology and then hanging up straight away, nothing came. After 2 hours and 10 minutes I called again and said that we had now made our own food. 👎

We ordered via Lieferanto and after 2 hours of waiting (the app kept adding time, which didn't bother us that much since we were on Easter vacation) we asked politely so that the food stayed. Statement from the restaurant: we were just about to call you, the gyros skewer was empty. We'll be right back with the food. Then it took over 30 minutes again. My family was happy with the food, my food wasn't good, the gyros were too dry, the liver was totally sour, you couldn't eat it. And the suflaki was only grilled on one side, absolutely wrong! You could clearly see it, one side grilled, the other just light beige. My family had salad and feta gratinated, which was fine, everyone's fries were no longer warm. Sorry, you really don't deserve more than 2 stars. And the extreme waiting time speaks for not ordering anything via Lieferando!

A very nice restaurant. We'd love to come eat here when we're nearby. Nice, very friendly and attentive. Food was very tasty. Please bring some time, the food will only be freshly prepared when you order. You can taste that too. ADDENDUM......... Were here on April 18, 2025 and were a little disappointed. We had the beef liver and I say all respect, the chef was able to cut the liver as thin as a slice of hunting sausage. The minced steak with feta cheese was long like a schnitzel but not thicker. A filling with feta cheese is hardly possible with this thin slice, you could guess where there might be a little cheese. The minced steak used to be thick and round and had a great cheese filling. The restaurant has been removed from our plan

We ordered again via Lieferando. Therefore we cannot judge the restaurant ambience. The food was very good and filling. The gyros were fried nice and crispy, the rice and the tzatziki were also very tasty. Delivered quickly and hot, perfect. I haven't had such a good Greek meal in a long time.

We came here with a group of 7 people. The young service staff was appropriately friendly, but seemed a bit overwhelmed. The food was good for everyone, but the general feeling was that there wasn't enough served on the plate. Five people complained about the musty tasting beer and there was also a replacement. But this one didn't taste any better either. Fresh beer is different. Unfortunately the tables weren't clean either...

We ate here for the first and last time. The tables were wobbling, the food was completely over salted (both dishes), the gyros were dry and hard and the glass was deeply cracked... This could really be done much better. It's a shame, we were so looking forward to good food.

That was the worst Greek ever. Gyros burnt on one side other side quite greasy. Suflaki wasn't suflaki, really disgusting, bifteki was half done, fries were ok, tzatziki, well.

Reserved a table inside, got a table outside. Starter: Tzatziki with MOLDY bread. There was no apology or anything like that! This is an absolute no go Metaxasose with vegetables: frozen vegetables (including cauliflower stalk) with thin soup... The children order extra gyros WITHOUT tzatziki and then get it. In response: it can stay that way Given the price, it's a shame! All in all, overwhelmed service, food so-so and no apology.

NEW OWNERS!!!! Unfortunately very small portions, waited about an hour for the food and then the food was still way too cold. Honestly, unfortunately that was the last time we ate here.

Had dinner here today. Open from 5:00 p.m., at 5:10 p.m. the tables and chairs were wiped down and a little later the table decorations (plastic lavender with the respective table number) were placed. Then the menu came... drinks and the side salad came quickly. Now the waiting began. We ordered a starter which came with the main course. As I said, the side salad was there for a long time. Well.. The food was great and tasted very good. While we were eating, the ouzo that was supposed to come after the meal suddenly came. At least it was already there, which couldn't be said about the waitress. Empty glasses were ignored. Conclusion.. Food good, everything else could be improved...

Unfortunately the portion was very measly for the price. Unfortunately there was also a lot of fat on my gyros. The service was very friendly but a little overwhelmed since she was alone. A portion was forgotten but brought in quickly. Unfortunately, I couldn't start eating. Unfortunately the atmosphere wasn't that nice, we would have preferred to eat in the restaurant. My mother-in-law had wood in the bifteki. She didn't have to pay for this either.

A really nice family business. The kids help out, the very nice daughter manages the outside terrace. Like last year, Gyros was very good, as was the big one Greek salad. Passed the spoiled Italian palate test with flying colors. All tables were occupied and I was told there would be a wait. Nevertheless, it came very quickly. The kids get mixed up sometimes but that makes it all the more charming, as if you were at home with a Greek family. It's also good that you can get special drinks from next door, even sitting there.

A big compliment to the two men at the grill. The meat is fantastically prepared and tastes great. We had the shared platter for 2 adults with a child. It was so plentiful that we had the rest packed up. The side dishes were also sufficient and tasted very good. But the meat was amazing! The service can still be improved a bit and the cleanliness of the tables and benches should also be adapted to the great food. We would love to come back to you!! We recently had to wait 1.5 hours for food, even though it wasn't that crowded. Some guests had also been waiting for a long time. 2 guests left without receiving their food. The service is a disaster, only the young girl (the daughter?) is constantly rushed back and forth. When there are so many guests, the service cannot depend solely on one person. The boss makes a grumpy impression. For a Greek restaurant it is a tragedy. The food is somewhat OK, but the quality varies. One would almost like to hope that there will be another change soon.

Very long wait. Went there on a Saturday, everything outside was full, was supposed to sit upstairs in the restaurant. We had to get the card ourselves. The waitress had to be called first. Drinks came after 30 minutes, food after over an hour. The waitress said that she was alone (there were two older children serving) and also prepared the food. But you can't let so many people into your restaurant. Others have already left because no one came. The food was not what you would expect from other Greek restaurants. The gyro was cut very large, the liver was bitter. Metaxa sauce didn't taste like Metaxa, the rice had the same sauce instead of tomato. There was only rice or fries as a side dish.

I ordered delivery on February 18, 2024 at 5 p.m., which I can also prove. The portions were very small and the food was cold. It took over 1 hour to deliver 3 dishes (gyros, 2x suflaki). It's not worth the money for that. At least the delivery was free.

Miserabel Location, Nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen, auch wen es das weit breit einzige günstige Speiserestaurant, ist in einem Baufälligen 70iger Jahre Einkaufszentrum Charme und Ambiente lassen zu wünschen übrig. Das Essen selber war ok; Preise sind natürlich auch hier hoch. Personal war nicht unbedingt motiviert.. , Fazit: 1x ist kein mal !

Wir waren in unserem Urlaub zwei Mal im Raftopulos. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und man kam schnell in ein nettes Gespräch. Am Essen gab es nichts auszusetzen, gute Qualität und eine ausreichende Menge.

Das Essen war sehr gut. An den Koch ein großes Lob. Allerdings sind die Mitarbeiter in der Bedienung nicht sonderlich umsichtig und wirken lustlos und überfordert. Der Laden war nicht sonderlich voll und man musste jedesmal über 30 Minuten warten, bis jemand mal kommt. Schade, waren das erste mal da und es war einfach nicht überzeugend vom Gesamteindruck.
