The lady from the service was so unfriendly. She seemed totally annoyed because we didn't want ouzo. And a sloppy answer to the question of why you can't pay by card. No card payment and that after Corona? The food portion was very clear and expensive. We won't be coming back!

There were four of us who ate there today as a family. The order was taken quickly and the staff was friendly. The waiting time for the food was normal, the portion size was average and everything tasted good, which is what is important when visiting a restaurant. When we wanted to pay, an employee brought us the bill. We wanted to redeem a voucher and pay the remaining difference in cash. Then the employee said that the voucher could not be redeemed because the invoice had already been written or printed out. She then tried to explain to us why it didn't work. I then said, OK, then write a new invoice, cancel the “old” one and then we will redeem the voucher. But that wouldn't work because it's already booked. Then the boss came at my request and said it wouldn't work. We should have been told before we billed that a voucher was to be redeemed, but we were not informed of this anywhere, neither on a notice board nor on the website or a note in the voucher itself. This is poorly communicated. The boss told us that the buyer of the voucher has to tell the recipient exactly this. Please ?! A little hint somewhere would save trouble. Both "sides" were now visibly annoyed and then the boss's statement came relatively abruptly: "If it's such a problem for you, then I'll just pay the value of the voucher out of my own pocket." Actually a nice offer, even though the value of the voucher is already in circulation with the company. So nothing out of your own pocket. A little annoyed, we wanted to pay with the EC card (without a voucher - the money still passes through the company as a plus) but that didn't work either. No information here either, at least not on the map or on the website. Luckily the last bit of cash in my wallet was enough. If we hadn't had enough cash with us, this text would most likely have been a lot longer. So please fix that.

We ate here twice while on vacation and were absolutely satisfied both times. Super delicious food and great service. We can recommend all of the dishes unconditionally, there was really nothing that wasn't tasty. Clear recommendation from us ☺️ keep it up!

Without a reservation, the 4 of us got a nice table. We were served quickly and friendly. We adults got an ouzo, but the kids got nothing. Something a little non-alcoholic would have been nice - we know it from other restaurants. We had 4 drinks and 4 main courses and paid €102 for them. The price/performance ratio is absolutely not right here. The portions are simply too small (1 example: 2 small thin halved slices of liver with a scoop of rice and a small handful of fries were more reminiscent of a senior citizen's plate - just like the coleslaw with a quarter of a tomato and a slice of cucumber. None of us were full. That The taste of the food was ok, but without any wow effect. It was more reminiscent of snack food - that's our opinion, but in Schönberg this seems to work as the restaurant is always busy.

Wanted to eat with 5 people. Unfortunately we didn't reserve. We have never been rejected so arrogantly and stupidly. The owner's arrogant answer confirms my first impression. There is definitely an opportunity to inform guests in a respectful and polite way that a reservation is necessary. But the Greek still has a lot to learn, as he expressly points out in other commentaries that he is Greek. Other restaurant operators take a different approach with holidaymakers who spontaneously decide to stop by a restaurant and therefore don't think about making a reservation. By the way, restaurant operators who know and think about this situation have a notice on their website that draws attention to the fact that a reservation is required. Enjoy your work.

Been here for the first time today, the staff is very, very friendly. The food is perfect and very tasty. The question of whether the dog was allowed in was immediately accepted, and the dog was even greeted in a very friendly manner. The ambience is very nice. We liked it so much that we booked a table straight away. I can only recommend Poseidon in Schönberg and with a clear conscience. The food is so good, the meat is buttery soft, everything is perfect for the price. We already know where we will eat on our next vacation

Went there without a reservation which wasn't a problem at all. The service was very, very friendly. When we got the ouzo we even thought of our little daughter who got strawberry juice in a shot glass. The food was very tasty and the portion was more than enough. We will come back on our next vacation.

We've been coming here for years, always for dinner on holiday. We always eat very well there. We had a very nice chat with the boss. Very tasty, good portions. We had the classic gyros.

Cozy Greek restaurant, very nice, friendly host.

We were greeted very warmly and didn't have a reservation. But we were immediately assigned a table. Our dog was also welcome. . First there was an ouzo. Yammas. Afterwards the drinks were served. The menu offers a large selection of different dishes and desserts. The restaurant was becoming increasingly full, but the boss and his mother took the time to go from table to table and ask if everything was okay. The food was excellent, rich and very hot. At the end there was an ouzo. The prices are ok and justified. Recommended at any time

Nice service. The food was fresh and delicious. Could have used a little more salt. For my taste, Metaxa sauce was just cream with a few spices and at over 5 euros for the sauce it wasn't worth it for me. But the overall package was ok and I would come back at any time.

The food was very tasty and the restaurant has a very pleasant atmosphere. The service was friendly and fulfilled all wishes. The only negative point is that you can only pay in cash, no card payment is possible.

The prices are a bit too high for the quality offered. After our visit we had stomach problems and a very restless night. The Metaxa sauce doesn't seem to have gone well with us. Mr. Tzimas... the tone of your voice and your sometimes disrespectful way of answering unfortunately confirm the unfriendliness that was criticized about you?! Think about it

Highly Recommended! Very good cuisine, the dishes are of the highest quality and very delicate. Here, lamb crowns are still real lamb crowns and not sheep or mutton as is now increasingly experienced in other restaurants. This restaurant is a traditional Greek family business, authentic Greek dishes, hosted by father, mother, son... I take every opportunity to dine there when I'm in the area. Really always top! Very tasty food, gyros, bifteki and suvlaki were super tender. Tzatziki could do with a little more "bang". Nice polite courteous service. The prices were appropriate for the food.

We ate there on January 3rd, 2024 and everything was delicious 😋. I ate liver, it was very thin, I love that. My husband ate the Crete plate and he was also very impressed. Everything around was also very nice. Always worth a visit. 👍🏻🫶😊

Sehr leckeres Essen und sehr freundliches Personal. Reichhaltige Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken, im Sommer schöner Garten mit Tischen.

Bereits zum wiederholten Mal sind wir (jeweils 4 Pers.) hier Gäste gewesen. Qualität des Essens, Service sowie gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis haben uns immer begeistert. Insbesondere der sehr angenehme und unaufdringliche Service durch Gregor und Johanna sind hervorzuheben. Wir kommen wieder.

Alle waren sehr nett und das Essen war wirklich lecker. Das Fleisch war gut zubereitet. Leider konnten wir nur bar bezahlen.

Heerlijk gegeten, snelle en vriendelijke service. Hond mocht mee. Dat was heel fijn, want op vakantie kunnen we die niet thuislaten. We namen een grote fles mineraalwater, de poseidon schotel en tzatziki. Was allemaal heerlijk. We kregen een grote salade vooraf. Kwaliteit van het vlees was veel beter dan gemiddeld, frietjes heerlijk knapperig, en de rijst geweldig. Soms is een dergelijke schotel erg zout, maar deze was perfect op smaak

Essen top, Bedienung nett, Service sehr schnell und echt preiswert.

Ich besuchte zum ersten Mal dieses Restaurant und habe mich bereits auf gutes Essen gefreut, was jedoch serviert wurde war alles andere als „gutes Essen“! 2 Kinderschnitzel mit Pommes für je 9,99€ Ergebnis: Keines der Kinder hat es aufgegessen, da diese bretthart waren und den Kindern nicht geschmeckt haben. Das Schnitzel war Tiefkühlfleisch, welches kurz frittiert wurde. Meine Beanstandung wurde abgewiesen. Des Weiteren folgten zwei weitere Speisen mit Gyros (Nr. 41+42). Zu erst gab es einen lieblosen Teller mit Krautsalat, 1 Scheibe Tomate und 1 Scheibe Gurke. Das Gyros war trocken und hart. Der Reis war zerkocht, das Tsatsiki wurde wohl mit Mayonnaise verfeinert, war ebenfalls nicht besonders lecker. Je Essen wurden rd. 20,00€ berechnet. Der ouzo war auch von keiner hohen Qualität und schmeckte wässrig. Der Abend wurde mit 87,00 € abkassiert. Für uns alle ist dieses Restaurant mit derart hohen Preisen und schlechtem Essen ein Ausschlusskriterium geworden. In der Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Restaurants, die hervorragendes Essen zu normalen Preisen anbieten dort wird sich um den Gast bemüht und man erhält etwas gutes für sein Geld. Wer TK-Ware mag, kann hier essen gehen, jedoch kann ich mir zu Hause ein zartes Schnitzel selber in die Pfanne hauen, schmeckt besser.

Waren zum Geburtstag von Familie hier. Super nette Bedienung, fix waren Getränke da und Salate folgten schnell. :) Das gesamte Essen war suuuuuper lecker und es gab absolut nichts zu beanstanden, eagl ob Vorspiese, Hauptgang oder Dessert. Immer mal wieder wurde gefract ob alles ok sei mit dem Essen, eine nur halb gegessene Haxe wurde eingepackt und uns mitgegeben um sie nicht verschwenden zu müssen <3. Man sitzt sich nicht gedrängt mit anderen Gästen auf dem Schoß, die Atmosphäre ist super und entspannt zum Essen. 5/5*, danke an das Team von Poseidon für den tollen Abend!

Wir waren schon öfter dort essen. Immer wenn wir in Schönberg sind. Es war wie immer lecker. Leider hat die Bedienung in diesem Jahr etwas gestresst gewirkt und dann fühlt man sich einfach ein kleines bißchen unwert, aber es war alles in allem gut 👍 wir kommen wieder.

Waren im Urlaub dort. Essen schmeckt sehr gut und preislich auch gut. Sehr bemüht und sehr Kinderfreundlich. Sehr empfehlenswert

Bedienungen waren sehr unterschiedlich. Bis auf eine junge Dame (die super lieb und freundlich war!) aber eher unfreundlich und genervt den Gästen gegenüber. Man bekam das Gefühl, als würde man stören.. Bestellungen wurden teils verwechselt, es wurden falsche Sachen gebracht = nicht unsere Schuld, aber Bedingung dannach noch pissiger als vorher. Jede Kleinigkeit kostet extra. Sogar das mini Tütchen Ketchup wird auf die Rechnung geschlagen. Beim Take Away haben am Ende auch noch Sachen gefehlt. Sehr ärgerlich. Geschmacklich waren die Speisen okay. Würde es trotzdem nicht empfehlen.

Das Essen ist sehr gut. Preis Leistung ist allerdings nicht so gut. Ich weiß es ist alles sehr teuer geworden. Die Preise sind auch recht hoch. Trotzdem nicht wirklich im Gleichgewicht. Das Personal war bemüht aber nicht gerade freundlich. Der Preis für eine Person

Ich hatte die Souvlaki in Metaxa-Soße als Take out. Leider war so wenig Metaxa-Soße am Gericht, dass ich überhaupt nichts zum Geschmack dieser sagen kann. Das Fleisch war in Ordnung, aber das Gericht insgesamt viel zu trocken! Das Gyros war leider sehr durchwachsen.

Spontanes Abendessen in Familie am 25.08., leider nicht ganz nach Wunsch und Bewertung lt. Google …, positiv: jeweils Ouzo vorab und hinterher aufs Haus . Normale Gerichte lt. Karte als Kinderportion …keine Chance , Hauptspeise Bifteki überbacken für 18,90€ …leider lieblos angerichtet ohne jegliche kleine Beilage oder Tsatsiki…Fleisch / Knoblauchkartoffel fertig …bessere Imbisskultur …., alles in allem 45 min für Getränke/ Vorspeise / Hauptgang …Zahlen und Tschüss, die nächsten Gäste standen schon bereit ….Sorry aber Preis / Leistung stehen in keinem Verhältnis…., an den Nachbartischen wurde bei Kleinigkeiten und Reklamationen von der Bedienung schnell gemotzt …trug auch nicht zum Ambiente bei ….
