Simple club restaurant, run by a very friendly boss, with very friendly staff and super delicious food at absolutely humane prices!!!! Dogs are welcome and even get a treat 😀

Daniela and Dieter have separated! No, not humanly but business-wise. Dieter took over the sports restaurant from SC Worzeldorf in Worzeldorf. There has been a new landlord in Worzeldorfer since March 23rd, 2024 Sportheim and Dieter, I wish him much success. Daniela stays in Katzwang and Dieter then runs the sports restaurant in Worzeldorf.

This placed worked for me ! Good food, sensible prices and lovely people, next time I am working in the near vicinity, I will return! Thank you..

A sports center bar that is located in the basement, but is neither musty nor dark. This is due to a large window front and bright, clean furnishings. Since the landlord was in the kitchen when we arrived, we simply sat at a free table without a reserved sign. The audience consisted mainly of “old gentlemen” and some cart members - which is in no way meant in a derogatory way! We were quickly greeted and the drinks came quickly. The selection of dishes included exactly what we chose this restaurant for - German tavern cuisine. The dishes came quickly, and there are several people working in the kitchen who sometimes help with serving so that large groups can be served at the same time. First there was a salad plate with plenty of dressing (no choice), which was consistently good, we didn't have anything wilted. The shish kebab bratwursts were fresh sausages, well browned all over and covered with a dollop of (homemade?) shish kebab sauce, served with fries. It's a shame there weren't any fried onions, but overall it was a solid plate that was also filling. The cordonbleu had a strange breading that fell off when it was cut, which I thought was a shame. It wasn't particularly lavishly filled and unfortunately absolutely tasteless. The cooked ham had no taste, the cheese had no taste (no idea which one) and neither meat, egg nor breadcrumbs were seasoned. Since the breading always fell off, you could also see that the meat was completely unseasoned. Ok, there was salt and pepper at the table, but a certain basic seasoning was still missing. Maybe my cordon bleu was simply forgotten to season. The fried potatoes with it were delicious again, although the onions in them were a bit too “raw” for me - but THAT is just my personal taste and should be mentioned here but not rated. Toilets are upstairs and old but clean. There is a small parking lot, but it's also fine on the street. All in all, a good sports bar, without any major gaffes. You can go there now.

Unfortunately, delicious spareribs are apparently only available on Tuesdays.

I haven't been as happy as I was here for an afternoon in a long time. The food was absolutely delicious.

We have eaten here many times and are always very satisfied. Schnitzel, fried potatoes, ribs, shashlik, salad, everything really tasty, decent portions and a good price-performance ratio. The service is always friendly, funny and helpful.

The guest room is ugly in the basement! The service was annoyed and unfriendly. We all had stomach problems after eating. Hands off!

Food is delicious. You can't go wrong with turkey schnitzel with fried potatoes and salad.

For the second and last time we were there today we were told that service would only be served in the guest room because it was too cold on the terrace (20 degrees) then we went to the guest room and were told that everything would be reserved. Apparently the innkeepers have a clear idea of ​​who they serve and who they don't.

Das Schnitzel und die Bratkartoffeln haben einfach volle Punkte verdient.

++ Top Essen zu fairen Preisen 👍 ++ Schnitzel ( immer ) & Braten (meist Sonntags) ein Traum ++ Dienstags Ribs & Burger🍔der Burner, Donnerstags Schaschlik ++ Sonnige Terasse am Tennisplatz. Schön auch zum Verweilen während die Kids trainieren ++ Geeiste Getränke ;-) ++ Alles auch zum Mitnehmen

Große und gute Portionen zu fairen Preisen. Man sitzt auf der Sonnenterrasse ganz gemütlich und bekommt nicht viel von der Straße mit. Service war Ok.

Sehr leckere Küche und Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist vollkommen in Ordnung.

Unglaublich tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, rießige Portionen und auch noch sehr lecker in ruhiger Lage im Herzen Katzwangs! Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!

Bisher habe ich nur Schnitzel und Cordon Bleu dort gegessen. Kann ich definitiv weiterempfehlen. Bedienung ist super freundlich und Essen kommt auch ohne große Wartezeit. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top, bei den riesen Portionen :)

Замечательный, семейный ресторан, очень вежливый, приветливый и дружелюбный персонал, разрешили войти с собакой 🐶. Порции большие, сытные и вкусные, пришлось забирать с собой. Цены не высокие.

Wir waren heute Mittag auf Empfehlung mit meinem Vater der schon öfter zum Essen dort war und was soll ich sagen das Essen war sehr lecker 😋 das Ambiente sehr gemütlich und das Personal und der Chef sehr sehr nett wir werden auf jeden Fall Fans bleiben

Einfaches Ambiente. Die Spareribs (immer am Dienstag) sind einfach super! Zart und nicht trocken, dabei etwas scharf. Bedienung aufmerksam und nett. Preis Leistung stimmt einfach.
