Mittelurbach News - Attention Swabian alarm!!! You just have to get your chicken here. These are always available at the beginning of the month on Friday-Saturday, and in the summer the small beer garden is often open to serve beer and invite you to linger with the operators. Back to the chicken, these are world class, like no one else can do. Super crispy, huge portion and delicious! A whole chicken (yes, 2 half chickens) for eight euros! Wir waren auf der Durchreise. Wir haben dort übernachtet. Zimmer waren sauber. Frühstück war auch gut. Die Übernachtung war günstig.

I went there on a recommendation. A great restaurant, the kind you rarely find these days. Honest, traditional, uncomplicated, and good. I had a shashlik with French fries and quickly made contact with the locals. Excellent wheat beer and a good quarter of a liter of tsp from Ochsenbach (Zabergäu). It wasn't the last time I was there.

Gut-Betha-Platz 1Enjoyed a great lunch and what we would particularly like to mention: It feels so good as a guest when the house is run by empathetic, very qualified owners. We noticed this immediately, from the presentation of the daily menu, the asking how we liked it, the clearing up including changing the tablecloth after each guest, etc. etc. It's a shame that you can't give it 6 stars! We'll be back - no question!
