The meal took almost 2 hours. The vegetables were too salty. The potatoes were raw and cold. No bread was served. Drinks were not requested and had to be requested separately. The paper servings were on special offer. No, never this restaurant again!

The first time I ate here was in 2021, and back then the price-performance ratio was really good: now it's rather sobering. The food is good, but the price is now just too high when you look at the pasta and pizza dishes. The ambience is otherwise nice, there is a nice dining area for smokers.

Absolutely disgusting. My LINGUINI AL TARTUFO are swimming in oil. Rarely have I eaten something so disgusting in a restaurant. Ambiance ok. Service unmotivated and unpleasant. I had the rest packed up and am trying to make it edible at home with lots of bread. The service was so unpleasant that I will write off the restaurant for myself. There are many other options to have dinner here (certainly nice).

There were seven of us, and we all ordered different things. We asked the waiter to bring us another plate and exchanged tastings. Every dish is delicious and moderately salty. The dining environment is also very joyful, and the small LED lights on the table illuminate the dishes even more exquisitely. If we have to say a shortcoming, it is that we ordered a fish, and one service staff silently brought it to our table, while another took a photo with his mobile phone, and before we could react, he left in a hurry without explaining the reason. We were quite puzzled... maybe they couldn't communicate with us, but you should say hello first if you want to take pictures! It feels a little disrespected!

A true must-do when visiting Frankfurt! The food is absolutely delicious, with authentic and well-crafted flavors. The staff is incredibly kind, always smiling and attentive. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking to enjoy a great meal and have a wonderful experience in the city!

The place is nice (better in personal opinion obviously), the portions of pasta are generous and well cooked, the price is correct in my opinion compared to quality/quantity.

You don't have to say much: Super attentive and nice staff, but without a hint of intrusiveness. Simply great food! Exactly what I imagine a good Italian restaurant to be. The dessert (especially the homemade pistachio parfait) was an absolute highlight. Price/performance was reasonable and therefore good. We'll definitely be back 🙌🏼

Great Sicilian/Italian cuisine in a central location. The terrace is really a hit. My pizza was very tasty! We'll be back.

Very great Italian restaurant, service is friendly and accommodating. The food is excellent and the ingredients are of the best quality and fresh. Can only recommend this restaurant for those who prefer good food. Just try the Melanzano Quattro as a starter and the chocolate souffle as a dessert.

Right next door to the Grand Westin Frankfurt. Classic Italian cooking. Classic Italian wines. Our waiter was from Sicily and added another touch of authenticity. We were very lucky to get in without a booking!

We had reserved a table in the winter garden for my daughter's birthday. The atmosphere is very nice, tasteful and cozy. However, when we entered the restaurant we were greeted by a grumpy, not very polite employee (or boss?). The rest of the staff was nice, but kind of superficial. Now about the food: We actually expected a house dressing for the (extremely boring) salad and not just vinegar/oil. Both me and my husband still had the seeds hanging in the pepper strips. That is not how it works! At the beginning a bread basket arrived, which was quickly empty with 6 people. When the salads came, the bread basket was not refilled. Pizza and spaghetti with seafood were ok, but everything was a bit bland. But, dear people: 6.90 euros for a Hefeweizen is extremely ambitious, even for Frankfurt!!! There was no soap or towels in the ladies' room... We expected more based on the reviews and probably won't eat here again. Price/performance just doesn't fit. We were then said goodbye again by the grumpy employee (or boss?). A pity.

Very nice staff and there is delicious food there. The restaurant is also close to the city center and can be easily reached on foot.

We registered at the Ristorante with a group of 7. The choice of seats was very narrow. In my opinion, it is not possible to sit comfortably in the accessible rooms. The air was stuffy for all of us. The ambience is beautifully decorated with love. So we still felt comfortable and stayed. The service came quickly and various dishes were ordered. These were delivered very quickly. The pizzas were great and the colleagues were happy. Unfortunately we had to complain about a few things about the round and chicken dishes. The broccoli was completely overcooked and seemed to be the same color and flavor as it was yesterday. On all plates. The same thing happened to us with the salad. We ordered new ones. What was then delivered was first class. Why not like that? The drinks were delivered incorrectly several times. But corrected on complaints. After the initial quick delivery of food and drinks, it was difficult/challenging to get supplies. I have several videos documenting self-maintenance. The guest is clearly the focus. It's a shame a lot of potential was wasted. Makes a little more space. Take your time and spend a few more euros. Then the Ristorante can also be something.

The salmon pasta is incredible - everyone in the restaurant was ordering it. We also ordered a pizza and can highly recommend the menu and service.

quattroのカラマリグリルとリモンソルベを食べたくて２年ぶりにご訪問。やはりフランクフルトquattroは期待を裏切ることはありません。イカ墨パスタも程よい塩加減です。営業部長の女性はいませんでしたがブラザーなる男性がグラッパを大盛りにしてくれました。ベルタグラッパquattro盛りでした。

I had a hard time finding a decent Italian in Frankfurt. This one is certainly extraordinary. Excellent food, impeccable service, good wine and atmosphere. I will definitely repeat if I return.

Having read the long list of positive reviews we thought we would give Quattro a try. The fact that we were staying in the Westin just around the corner made it very convenient. We had checked the menu via their website and had a pretty good idea what we were going to choose. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to find that in addition to the standard menu, there were a list of 'monthly recommendations' and also a list of 'specials'. One of the specials was a sharing platter. We selected from the 'monthly specials' and had a perfectly cooked (i.e pink in the middle) tuna steak and a mediterranean style swordfish steak. The tuna steak was on the large size and priced accordingly at 55 Euro. The swordfish was also delicious and consisted of two medium size steaks for the bargain price of 33 Euros. So, why only 4 stars and not 5? Sorry to say the vegetables served, in this case broccoli, were cooked to within in an inch of their life! So over-cooked it went mushy when you tried to pick it up. We rounded this off with a nice Chardonnay at 55 Euros. Total bill came to about 148 Euros - ok, not cheap but bearing in mind the quality of the fish, we were quite happy. It should be noted that it would be possible to eat cheaply here if you chose from the wide selection of pasta dishes. Will definitely eat in this restaurant again.

Staying at The Westin- we could see the restaurant from our room! Shortest walk! Beautifully appointed tables with very nice linens. Outstanding freshly made pasta & delicious seafood. Beef carpaccio- excellent. I couldn’t even finish my tortellini with sage & butter sauce. We both had limencello & grappa afterward - just too full for dessert!

Had a thoroughly enjoyable evening at Quatro Ristorante tonight. Stefano's service was first class, second only to the delicious food! Highly recommend!

We ordered a seafood pizza and spaghetti. Both really delicious. The menu is clear and not too busy. The ambience is also very nice. I highly recommend this restaurant!

By chance I decided to try this restaurant for dinner during my business trip, I must say that I was surprised by the quality of the food and the service provided by the team of Italian guys who work there.

My pasta was served together with the starter salad. We had our seats in the smoking area, which was not communicated to us beforehand. All in all, a recommendable restaurant.

It was a relief that it was open even on May Day, May 1st. We ate on the outdoor terrace, but the view was disappointing depending on where you sat.

Angenehmer Service und leckeres Essen. Leider kein selbst gebackenes Brot vorweg und die obere Schicht im Tiramisu war Sahne statt Mascarpone Creme. Sonst top.

I stayed with family, and I had a great time…

My wife and I enjoyed our takeout order of linguine bolognese and penne al Norma, respectively a few nights ago. Food was delicious, portions were generous, service was friendly, and prices seemed quite reasonable.

Das Essen war ausgezeichnet! Als Vorspeise hatten wir den gemischten Vorspeise Teller und als Hauptgang Spaghetti mit Trüffel und Parmesan. Es ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert! Und die Preise sind nicht zu hoch.

Visited during the recent trade show. Food was ok. Pasta dishes really not anything special - at least the penne was al dente. The pizza looked ok and the fish looked ok. The Burrata was good. The wine list is ridiculously overpriced - by any measure. I visit Michelin star restaurants across Europe and don’t see Italian wines priced at €500 a bottle. They have an outdoors covered terrace to the rear which permits smoking. One of those things o guess but I don’t tolerate smoking in restaurants.

Bad service. We were wondering how many starters to order for 9 people (3 maybe?). The waiter said he would prepare for 8. He brought 2 platters for 9 people but charged 25 euros x 8 persons. Basically we paid more than 200 euros for 2 platters to share among 9 persons. AMAZING.

Very good pizza, but there were hardly any side dishes with the fish and they weren't really good either

Would not recommend this place. Took three hours from being seated to main entree being served. And in-between, they would blare this terrible birthday music every 45 minutes for anyone having a birthday. It was like being a restaurant designed for 6-year olds. Food was decent... service slow and not attentive. Will never go back.

We have been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years, on the occasion of the Ambiente fair, but we have never been disappointed like this time. It was an Italian restaurant, poor food quality (considering that the bill with 1 mixed starter + 1 other dish was 100 euros each). Just a joke, but if they continue to work, it's clear that people are fine with it. Never again, as far as we're concerned.

Food was over priced and not very good. You could give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt given we were there during a very busy time (there was a fair in town). But it was WAY over priced and did not taste very good. Proceed with caution (in past years it was good - so not sure if a general drop in quality or an off night)

Only one star for the food because the pasta was not served al dente, the steak was ordered medium well and it was served medium rare. The fish was still raw in some places. Unfortunately, taste was more than usual for this price range. Service only one star because the staff couldn't speak German or Italian properly, but the decisive factor for the one star was the unfriendliness. 3 stars for the ambience because it is nice in the anteroom and also nice in the converted winter garden, but unfortunately too cold. We highly doubt it's a real Italian since they haven't even gotten the tiramisu right yet... It was totally watery. Therefore not recommended for us!

I am free only on Tuesdays, and usually I travel around. Since I work in an Italian restaurant, on my free day I visit different Italian Restaurants. Today I visited Quattro Ristorante Italiano. I ordered a Gemischte Salat as appetizer. Cucumber - tasty and fresh, felt like it was brought straight from garden. Rucola very fresh and the balsamico tastied awesome. Tomato - fresh and tasty. Main dish: Trofie with white bolognaise and truffen Noodle boiled in a perfect condition ( ALDENTE). The sauce extremely tasty and the bolognaise minced in super small pieces made the dish perfect. Dessert: Trafoccini The best dessert dish I have ever eaten in a Restaurant. Service: Very proffessional and polite. They didn't hesitate to answer all of my questions. Very friendly and always smiling. To conclude: this Restaurant is the best one of those I have visited in Frankfurt till now.

Super Restaurant! Essen war überragend. Preisleistung für direkte Innenstadt gerechtfertigt! Service war okay. Die Dame war nicht so erfreut und zu sehen. Der Herr zum Ende hin hat es wieder gerade gebogen.

Service sehr zuvorkommend, allerdings im Raum viel zu laut, Unterhaltung nur eingeschränkt möglich , Zum Essen: "Rumpsteak " für 26,90 war ein ??? Hüftsteak oder alles andere als ein Rumpsteak: es war ein ovaler dicker Fleischfladen...einfach nur ekelhaft...🤢 Vorspeise Platte. hervorragend: Baby Calamari ,Carpaccio, Auberginen, Serrano Schinken – alles top ABER : das Fleisch der Hauptspeise war richtig enttäuschend… Nie wieder.

Geeignet auch für Viele am Tisch. Hausgemachte Pasta, Pizza zum teilen kommt gleich auf zwei Tellern, guter Service. Restaurant hat zwei Teile durch Anbau mit Wintergarten, geschlossen beheizt aunch im Winter, also mollig warm. Guter Service auch bei Vollbesetzung des Restaurants.

Das Essen war sehr gut und ging auch recht schnell, dass Personal fanden wir nicht sehr freundlich, kein lächeln und wirkten auch etwas muffig, und nach dem Essen wurde nicht gefragt ob wir noch etwas möchten.

Beim Betreten des Restaurants wurden mein Freund und ich nicht empfangen sondern mussten eine Kellnerin nach unserem reservierten Tisch für 2 Personen fragen und wurden dann unmittelbar vor der Toilette platziert. Zusätzlich zum super Platz neben der Toilette lagen mehrere schwarze Haare auf unserem frisch gedeckten Tisch. Allgemein durften wir sehr lange auf unseren zuständigen Kellner warten. Das Essen brauchte jedoch nicht allzu lange - was jetzt im Nachhinein gut verständlich ist, da mein Rumpsteak (bestellt medium) blutig an den Tisch kam. Die zwei Kartoffeln, die zu dem Rumpsteak serviert wurden, waren komplett übersalzen und schmeckt wie wenn man Kartoffeln vom Vortag wieder aufwärmt. Mein Freund bestellte die Ravioli der Monatsempfehlung - die Portion bestand aus nur 5 Ravioli.. für über 20€. Letztlich durften wir am Ende unseres Abends, nachdem wir nach der Rechnung fragten, 30 Minuten warten bis diese endlich an unseren Tisch gebracht wurde. Alles in allem war das Ambiente, der Service und auch das Essen für diesen Preis eher enttäuschend.

Cute place, nice location. If you are lucky you can park your car right next to the restaurant. Great atmosphere, little bit dimmed lights which I personally love. Stuff there was ok We got seated next to the bathroom which was not my favorite. Food was good. We took pizza, pasta and ravioli. Nothin extraordinary just good.

Go for the parmesan pasta, I think you won't regret it

Geheimtipp mitten in Frankfurt wo es niemand erwartet in einem Hinterhof. Tolles Ambiente, sehr aufmerksame Kellner. Essen war köstlich.

Nous avons eu la chance de manger dans la véranda qui est vraiment très belle. Au menu, carpaccio de boeuf, spaghetti alle vongole et pizza caprese. Rien à redire, tout était très bon. Personnel agréable. Au moment de régler l'addition, on vous demande si vous souhaitez laisser un pourboire.

Nice menu, long wine list available. Big inside and also a decent external place for smokers within the restaurant. Location in the city center in a small side street, which is quite messy in the evenings with homeless and drunk people.

Vorzügliches Essen, eine empfehlenswerte Adresse in Frankfurt. Ich habe bei jedem guten Italiener im Rhein-Main-Gebiet gespeist und kann festhalten, dass meine probierten Gerichte (und die meiner Begleitung) schmackhaft waren. Tolle Terrasse, sehr ansehnlich.
