Everything was GREAT 🤩. A lovely atmosphere, excellent service, and outstanding food. If we're ever in Frankfurt again, we'll definitely be back!

The food was really delicious. The place was a little noisy, but that's how it is in an Italian restaurant.

I had to wait over 40 minutes for my table, despite having a reservation. I could have used my time much more productively.

Located a bit outside of the hustle and bustle, it has a very nice atmosphere and great, friendly staff. We were there on a Saturday evening; it was very busy, and you might have to expect a bit of a wait, but it's definitely worth it.

The food is delicious and the portions are generous. However, you're required to tip at least 5%.

5 GREAT STARS ⭐️ for the kitchen. Top-notch!! Staff: Inattentive...the waiter is overly self-absorbed. Every time we try to order, we get a "hmmmm" from him 🧐. The winter garden is beautiful!! Ashtrays weren't swapped at the table when the food was served, so we placed the ashtray on the next table on them. It wasn't a hindrance for the waiters; they didn't see them, they were preoccupied with themselves...Service if it's less than one star!! For two people with a bottle of wine, food, and coffee, €250, you should leave satisfied and come back with a friendly welcome. It's a real shame for such a lovely restaurant.

Disgraceful. Dishonest! They offered the appetizer of the day for 29 euros, a shared dish. The same thing happened with the main course, a cut of meat for 95 euros. When you finalized the bill, they multiplied each item by 3. This was for each person who ate the dishes! Plus a suggested 15% gratuity! It's incredible that places like this still exist! Run away.

I eat here a few times whenever I'm in Frankfurt. The service is always good the menu has a great choice and the food in my opinion is really good while really well priced. I am always surprised that I can get a seat and that this off the main street restaurants isn't fully booked out.

By God, he has delicious pizza. Apparently, its name is Norma. The eggplant 🍆 with cheese is absolutely amazing. The calamari is perfect.

After getting stranded in Frankfurt on our flight from Costa Rica to Leipzig, we were still looking for something to eat after 10 p.m. We found this Italian restaurant, where we received a warm welcome and a delicious dinner, including dessert and grappa/limoncello. It was a culinary delight for us. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Great Service, super friendly staff

Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it. I had pasta Bolognese. There was a mosquito in my pasta; it was cooked with the food. The reaction of both servers was highly unprofessional. I was given incredulous looks, as if I had made it up, even though I had left the mosquito on my plate. I didn't like the atmosphere either. Everything was very hectic, and you get fobbed off quickly. The staff is extremely inattentive and not particularly friendly. I didn't feel welcome as a guest. The pasta was quite tasty, but the atmosphere and service were unfortunately disappointing. I won't go there again.

Today I was at the Quattro Restaurante with some former colleagues on the terrace area. Given the current temperatures, it's a pleasant place to eat and chat. The service is attentive and quick. I had spaghetti with prawns, which was good, even though I wasn't expecting the taste to be anything but.

Unfortunately, the menu wasn't very helpful for guests with certain allergies. If there's no allergen information on it, the staff shouldn't be bothered by questions about it. For our child, this is a vital question. Perhaps the heat tired the staff? In any case, it was an unpleasant experience that we couldn't relate to. I'd read in other reviews that some staff members try to get guests to leave quickly at the end of the meal. That's exactly what we experienced. Children eat more slowly. Nevertheless, our plates were cleared away immediately, even though our child wasn't finished. While our child was still slowly eating his pasta, someone even wanted to take his plate away.

We were there with a large group and, despite having a reservation, were barely noticed, even though the restaurant was almost empty. The staff was unfriendly; we had to call for service ourselves each time, and the air conditioning was simply turned off in the middle of our meal. Overall, we felt unwelcome. The food was disappointing.

A great place for gourmets and wine lovers! This restaurant offers not only delicious cuisine, but also an impressive wine list. It is especially convenient that there are separate rooms for smoking and non-smoking guests - everyone will find a comfortable atmosphere for themselves. The staff is really great - attentive, professional and always ready to help with the choice. I especially recommend paying attention to their signature dishes combined with author's selections of wines. This is the case when gastronomy becomes a real art! I will definitely come back again.

Sat in a pleasant outdoor area which was great on a hot summer night. Was I in Germany? Service was extremely attentive and quick, food was well presented and quite delicious. Dining here was a great experience. Recommended

Real italian restaurant with nice view

Authentic Italian food in Frankfurt with reasonably priced and nice atmosphere

This Italian restaurant really has almost everything delicious, and it's a good thing that we made reservations in advance. First of all, since there were eight of us, there were eight people who helped us customize the appetizers, but because some of them were seafood, it was actually a little expensive. The same goes for sea bass, which depends on the current price. We spent about 80 euros per dish, but I have to say that the meat was very good and delicious. As for the Italian tortellini that many people ordered, it was also quite good, with figs inside. The only real flaw was that the bread before the meal was very ordinary and too soft, otherwise it would be five stars.

I was there in a large group with work colleagues, and we sat outside, which was comfortable. Since the menu didn't list vegan dishes, I asked if they could offer me something vegan. They recommended meat or fish. I can't say whether the Arrabiata is vegan, otherwise there wouldn't be anything on the menu that is theoretically vegan. So, to be on the safe side, I only ordered a salad. It consisted of some lettuce, two quarters of a tomato, an enormously long piece of cucumber peeled with a vegetable peeler, carrot pieces peeled with an equally long peeler, vinegar, and oil. But you can't expect much for €8.90. I decided to skip the dessert (sorbet) for €12.

Delicious pasta 🍝 They changed the seafood pasta to tomato sauce ☺︎ The risotto was also delicious 🙆‍♀️ The roast beef appetizer was also gorgeous ✨✨ For dessert, we had three luxurious items: chocolate fondant, cheesecake, and pistachio cake 🫶🏻

Rucola pizza and cola With tip it become 27 euro I don’t recommend this pizza

The service quality at this restaurant is disappointing. The waiters were not only unfriendly, but also often urged guests to leave, making people feel disrespected. In addition, the act of deliberately giving change makes people feel unprofessional and affects the overall dining experience. If the service attitude can be improved, customer satisfaction will be greatly improved.

We ate there with the family for the first time at Ristorante Quattro. When it was 20 degrees, we sat outside where we could also smoke. Very pleasant atmosphere, friendly waiters and excellent Italian cuisine rounded off our good conversations. The toilets were clean, we had nice table neighbors and can highly recommend the restaurant.

I had dinner there with friends. After the meal the table was cleared very quickly, no “did you like it?” Then we asked if we would like dessert. We just wanted an espresso. Afterwards, the bill was immediately slapped on the table without a word. There's no question about whether you want to pay by card or separately. At these prices I think I can expect a different service. I just found it impossible.

I've been going to Quattro for over 5 years. I think the food is great. But recently there have been deficiencies. You don't serve a steak on a cold plate. At this price range, every meal should be served on a warm plate. The prices have recently increased noticeably again, EUR 37 from EUR 20 for a rump steak is definitely too much. Then you have to put in a lot more effort because your service leaves a lot to be desired. Far too inattentive, even when there isn't much going on. You always have to call the waiter if you want something else. That doesn't work. That used to be much better. I also don't understand why there is now a permanent ban on smoking in the smoking area?! Just try harder, it's not that hard.

Nothing special. Tremendously expensive for pasta with little sauce. For a third of what it costs you can have it anywhere more normal. Beer also double price than normal. I don't understand

More Hype Than Hygiene – Just Grab a Slice at the Station Instead! If you’re looking for a pizza here, skip the white tablecloths and head to the no-name stall at the train station—it would be leagues better than what this place serves. The fancy ambiance might fool you, but your taste buds (and your stomach) will know better. Even more concerning? The hygiene. The restroom had no toilet paper or towels, and when I told the waitstaff, they looked genuinely surprised—like it was news to them. Which begs the question… if they didn’t notice, are they even washing their hands? Save your money, and maybe your digestive system, and eat elsewhere.

Ah, Germany. The land of efficiency—except when it comes to basic bathroom necessities. No toilet paper, no paper towels, just a raw survival experience straight out of the Dark Ages. Who needs food when you have such heartwarming hospitality? Update: The pizza? A crime against dough. If this was inspired by anyone’s nonna, she must have had a deep personal vendetta against food. After politely (read: loudly) requesting toilet paper, did we get an apology? A free drink? A discount? Nope. Just an unwavering expectation that we tip for the privilege of this medieval dining experience. On a positive note, the spicy oil was decent—probably because it required zero effort on their part.

The restaurant is nice, the food was tasty and the service was good. However I will not return nor recommend it because of the price. Be aware of the recommendations outside of the menu because they charged a ridiculous amount of money for a dish with 6 raviolis (almost twice the price of the menu items). In addition, 7.9€ for 0.75cl of water is a rip off.

We are taking dinners here each year for last 10 years and service always was very good. Really disappointed this time. We got 1 menu for 9 persons and after I asked for more menus, we got only 1 more. The service was very slow and bad. The food is fine, but this restourant is definitely overrated. Next year we will break tradition and choose another restaurant.

This restaurant is tucked away in an alley, and the entrance can feel a bit dark. However, the interior is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend the homemade pasta—it’s a must-try! To improve: Upon entering, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which isn’t ideal for a dining establishment.

A corner of Italy in cold Germany Nice experience

Everything was very good from the starters, to the first and second courses. Excellent and fast service. The only downside is the noise! I don't understand why these restaurants don't do anything to improve the acoustics! Almost impossible to hear the neighbor at the table!

This place probably was better before.. we have been there yesterday with a group of friends and I was kind of inspired to be there, because my friends said that it was a great experience last year. But I should admit this time everyone said that it was much worse.. especially SERVICE! Not friendly at all.. doing their staff with no emotions, sometimes coming to the table and take plates so fast from the back..it was really stresseful. Staff was kind of busy all the time without paying much attention to guests. We also filled "pushed to go away" after we have finished our dinner with buying deserts and addtional drinks.. It also were not enough place for garderobe. We need to dress ourselved on street, because it was just not enough place with new people who came for dinner and no one really helped to manage this. The food was ok.. but good service sometimes is even more appreciated that food itself.

This place is a hidden gem. I would never have discovered it if it hadn't been recommended because it's hidden down a side alley. But the food is very tasty and the atmosphere is also lovely. I went first with a group from work and everyone said how delicious their dishes were. I went again with my partner and we both enjoyed our meals. I recommend the pasta with Parmaschinken and figs in the lemon sauce. Delicious!

This place was recommended by my hotel. However, my food was just not good. I tried the fig Ravioli. It was super salty and tasted like they used mayonnaise instead of cream sauce. I didn't enjoy it at all.

Ambience was great. I can't really judge the service. But the portions were terrible! They were way too small! Two thirds of the time was spent eating the crust of the pizza and the taste was average at best. So definitely nothing special and very underwhelming when you put the performance in relation to the price. In order to actually get full, you would have had to go eat somewhere else afterwards.

That was one of the worst restaurant visits of my life. It smelled like a toilet in the restaurant. The service was a disaster. You sat for 30 minutes without anyone coming. The first dish was only served after about 50 minutes. The soup didn't taste like anything, and the pasta wasn't anything special - many of the vongole were empty. The highlight was that I hung my new, light jacket over the chair while the waiter prepared the pasta in parmesan right next to me. The grease splattered onto the jacket. This is ruined and can only be thrown away. Simply incredible.

The food was absolutely delicious… my pasta was one of the best I have tasted and the staff are amongst the friendliest we have met .. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back and recommend. And my chance the couple at the next table to us were from Newcastle and we ended up chatting all night and ended up going for drinks with them After … what a great night

The appetizer we ordered: baby squid salad, very fresh and appetizing. Main course: grilled lamb chops and spaghetti. It tastes great. The ingredients are fresh and the materials used are exquisite. Gemütlich und gut besucht. Wir haben aber sehr lange auf die Karten warten müssen und dann ist nochmal viel Zeit vergangen, bis wir bestellen konnten. Wir haben zwei Vorspeisenplatten genommen für 6 Personen. Darauf waren ein wenig Carpaccio, Vitello Tonnato, eine Burata, drei Scampi und ein paar kleine Calamari für 155€. Das fand ich sehr teuer, für das was wir bekommen haben. Ich habe sehr lange in einem Italienischem Restaurant gearbeitet und finde das steht in keinem Verhältnis, auch wenn alles sehr lecker war. Die Hauptspeisen waren okay, aber auch nichts besonderes und preislich auch im oberen Segment. Zu dritt haben wir insgesamt für drei Personen mit einem Vorspeisenteller, Pizza, Pasta und Saltimbocca und 4 Getränke 180€ gezahlt. Mein Fazit, lecker aber überteuert.

Sono da una settimana in Germania tra Monca e Francoforte. Avevo voglia di mangiare Italiano e ho trovato questo ristorante qui su tripadvisor, sperando che non fosse la solita “cucina italiana” all’estero. Locale molto accogliente e pulito, camerieri super gentili e disponibili (ero con il mio piccolo shiba inu e gli hanno portato anche l’acqua senza che lo chiedessi), servizio veloce ed efficiente e cucina davvero eccellente. Il cameriere mi ha consigliato delle orecchiette “homemade” con macinato e tartufo… incredibilmente buone. Da ristoraratore italiano non posso far altro che complimentarmi con voi, e grazie a chi lavora come voi che la cucina italiana é la migliore del mondo! A presto.
