A very friendly restaurant with very good food 👍🏼👍🏼🙂

Lunch used to be a highlight before the change of ownership, but nowadays the food isn't freshly cooked, it's pre-made! The difference between then and now is like night to day!

Finding food at 10 pm in Frankfurt is a rarity. But here, no problem. And it's quick, too. The vegetarian curry with tofu, pumpkin, and sweet potatoes was delicious; the pumpkin, in particular, had a wonderful, distinctive flavor. Garnished with fresh cilantro and served with rice, it was a quick and tasty way to satisfy my hunger. A glass of white wine on the side, perfect.

I hope I could give less stars than this, respect the customer should be a must for Restaurant !! Worst experience ever!!

Top-notch service and ambiance. I had chicken in coconut sauce and rice. The rice had the consistency of rice pudding, the sauce tasted of condensed milk, and the broccoli, cucumber, and carrot were fresh. The pale, thinly sliced chicken had a sour, bitter aftertaste at its core that had nothing to do with chicken. Anyone who spends €10 on this has only themselves to blame. The total value of the goods was approximately €1.80. This has nothing to do with cooking or Vietnam.

This is the best pho I have ever had. I have been to many highly rated places, both here and elsewhere, but I have never had anything like this. Yes, the price is a little higher than average, but it is worth it for the quality. The fried shrimp and wontons are also incredibly delicious. Just thinking about this pho makes my mouth water! Highly recommended.

Excellent Vietnamese cuisine in the Nordend district 👌 Quan Van has been an institution in Frankfurt's Nordend district for many years. There was a change of ownership in 2024, but the quality of the food and the excellent value for money have remained consistent – ​​highly recommended.

We went there at the beginning of the year to check out the new owners, after my family has been going to Quan Van regularly for over 15 years. The food itself still tastes good, but unfortunately, we were still disappointed. The menu has shrunk significantly, and many highlights have been lost. We also feel like the dishes have lost some of their authenticity. They seem more generic and Western than their predecessor. It's a real shame; we'll probably have to find something else.

Simply the best pho soup I've ever had in my entire life. The service was super attentive, and the restaurant was pleasantly relaxed and cozy. The bun cha was also very tasty, while the summer roll and beer were rather average. I will definitely return again for the authentic pho. Thank you so much for this amazing taste experience! The ingredients were fresh, and the broth had a depth you rarely find. If you love Vietnamese food, you should definitely visit this place.

Ate special dish from the daily menu. 10 euros. Food was very tasty, typically Vietnamese. Unfortunately the portion is much too small. Therefore only 4 stars. Lunch should be reasonably priced, but not significantly smaller than normal meals. With very tasty homemade lemonade, mint, ginger. 5.50 euros. Unfortunately, since a man can't get enough, I won't be going there anymore.

It's the best Phó I've ever had. I've been to all the well-rated places here and there, but there's no place like this one. The price is a bit expensive but well worth it. The fried shrimp and fried wontons are so delicious, and talking about Pho makes my mouth ache. Highly recommended!

Since the new opening, there has been very good, delicious food to enjoy with a great ambience and very friendly, fast staff. We order very often and it works great. I prefer to eat fried duck with rice, everything is very fresh. Delicious!!!

Leider gab es hier einen Besitzerwechsel. Die Preise wurden zum Teil bis zu 60% erhöht. Dafür wurden die Portionen kleiner und das Fleisch war sehr übersichtlich. Wir haben 2 Rotweine probiert, die nicht geschmeckt haben.

But Quan Van also reveals its full charm in the evenings when you can dine in the rustic garden. The shop was so good, they had such great dishes. Unfortunately they have all been gone since January. Now it's the same as any other Vietnamese restaurant. I loved being there but unfortunately I don't see any reason to come back, perhaps for a change

Pretty Vietnamese restaurant in the middle of the north end. The restaurant is not that big, but offers outdoor seating when the weather is nice. The food is really delicious and the waiting times are not long. Service is also very friendly.

I popped in here for a quick dinner after work and wasn't disappointed. I got a good table quickly, the service was friendly and the food was delicious. I also had a tea with lemongrass and kumquats, which tasted a bit weak. All in all, recommended.

My family has been going to Quan Van for years and we have always gotten great food at fair prices. Unfortunately, yesterday came the disappointment: it seems as if the owners have changed. As soon as you walk in, you notice that there is a huge TV hanging in the middle of the room, which I think disturbs the ambience. In addition, both the selection on the menu and the taste of the dishes do not come close to the old quality. It now looks more like a mediocre Thai. We had the vegetarian curry and fried noodles, which were not convincing in terms of taste. Only the vegetarian spring rolls were delicious. All in all, I'm sad that this great restaurant no longer exists. If you're looking for a quick, cheap meal, you'll find it here today. Unfortunately, it's no longer anything special.

One of my favourite vietnamese places in the city. No matter if dining in or getting take out, the food is always delicious. Very friendly staff too. The things to order here are the Pho soup and number 223 (chicken in coconut, my absolute favourite).

We ate today with 10 people and were impressed by the food and the friendly atmosphere. It's a simple restaurant, but I would personally recommend it to everyone! Small and fine. The starters were delicious, the dishes were flawless and I had a clean impression. Clear five stars from me and thank you very much for a nice evening. There are no children's menus and no fries, but my children were very very happy with the rice and crispy chicken! That means what. (Unfortunately cash payment.)

Wir gehen seit Jahren regelmäßig in dieses Lokal und sowohl mittags als auch abends war das Essen immer exzellent. Preis / Leistung perfekt. Wir waren letzte Woche dort und es ist außer dem Mobiliar und dem freundlichen Personal nichts mehr wie vorher. Der Besitzer hat gewechselt und damit die gesamte Speisekarte. Es sind nur noch wenige Gerichte geblieben , man kann jetzt von panasiatischer Küche sprechen, von vietnamesisch ist so gut wie nichts mehr übrig. Das Essen ist Mittelmaß, die Portionen kleiner und die Preise deutlich höher. Wenn man das alte Quan Van kannte wird man bitter enttäuscht sein und dieses Lokal leider meiden. So Schade, wir werden es schmerzlich vermissen.

Nice service, good portion of food, but unfortunately not quite to my taste or like mom's. Unfortunately, the meat at Bun Thit Nuong was dry. Bun Bo Hue and Pho as a starter is a brilliant idea. Unfortunately the taste is rather below average. Good prices! Unfortunately we won't be back, but it's definitely fine for a quick hunger and introduction to Vietnamese cuisine.

Wir haben den Besuch genossen. Inneneinrichtung mit wenig asiatischen Anklängen. Unsere Speisen (Rindfleischsalat, Krabbensuppe, Curry-Lachs und glacierte Ente) waren wohlschmeckend. Am Service könnte man noch das ein oder andere optimieren, aber insgesamt ok.

Das Quan Van war lange ein absoluter Geheimtipp und bekommt nun die wohlverdiente Aufmerksamkeit. Das Essen ist immer frisch und super lecker. Die Bedienung freundlich und sehr schnell. Besonders gut für ein schnelles Mittagessen. Aber abends auch absolut zu empfehlen mit essen auf der Terrasse.

Quan Van ist wortwörtlich der leckere Vietnamese von Nebenan. Die Gerichte, und vor allem die Mittagsspeisen, schmecken sensationell! Das Personal ist nett, das Ambiente super, und die Preise sind mehr als fair! Unscheinbar, aber sensationell! Und: Gerichte werden schnell zubereitet. Daher ist Quan Van perfekt für ein schnelles Mittagessen im Homeoffice. Vor Ort kann man schön sitzen.

Essen ist OK. Nur kann man nicht schön drin sitzen und unterhalten, weil die Akustik schlecht ist. Preis - Leistung -Verhältnis stimmt. Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
