Cheap sushi. Service not so good, too few waiters for too many customers.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. The staff is EXTREMELY rude and willingly not helpful. She refused to speak with us at all and did not help us in any of our questions. She even commented on us to the other servers while we listened to her. The food was disgusting and chewy. I do not recommend this place to anyone, the reviews make it look good, however every thing in there is atrocious.

i dont usually leave reviews but i feel like it is necessary to mention the fact that the 4 star overall is very misleading.The staff was EXTREMELY rude, especially the owner, we could not ask questions about what we were ordering, we tried but we got no answer.The service was overall terrible.Now, about the food, some of the sushi was okay but nothing special, some other were very bad, tasteless.Its really a shame that such a nice place and atmosphere is ruined by the staff and food

We won't be visiting this restaurant again. Since the complete change of ownership, the portions have become smaller, and food is served in plastic containers. You get an oblong plastic tray, and it's made of plastic. Sorry, but it looks like a pet bowl. Therefore, we won't be coming back! 👎 Such a shame! If I eat in a restaurant and pay for service, I expect proper cutlery in proper china dishes, not plastic!

We went to QQ Fusion and were absolutely thrilled! The service was super nice – attentive, friendly, and with a smile. You immediately feel at home. The food was really delicious and came quickly – ideal if you don't want to wait long but still value quality. I especially recommend the sushi taco!

We visited on a Weekend and there aren't many people dining during lunch. We tried visiting before during a Weekday for Dinner and it was full and there was a waiting time. This time was more relaxed. We ordered the ff.: Gyudon Chicken Katsu Dumplings Sesambällchen mit Eis Gebackene Bananen The Gyudon tastes ok. Chicken Katsu, altho not listed on the menu, we were expecting egg on the dish as it's Katsu. Sadly, it's just breaded chicken. Pleasantly crispy though. And drizzled with Katsu sauce. The dumplings were fried nicely. The dessert were very good. Each dish was served with good amount of ice cream. With some candy sprinkles and coconut shavings. We got sesame eis green tea eis. We didnt have a choice which to get. Ordering was only via the QR link on the tables. We didnt like the Green tea icecream so much. But just personal preference, it tasted too perfumy for us. Radlers were served cold. Loved it.

Mass delivery + small portion (poke bowl) Absolutely not recommended for a “nice evening”. The staff also doesn't speak any German and runs around like crazy. Also relatively cold because the door was open all the time.

I had dinner here with my daughter. Very attentive staff, the food came very quickly and tasted great. We agreed that it was a shame that we lived 400km away otherwise we would come more often. :)

The waitress was very rude. She spoke to us very rudely. We had no idea that we weren't allowed to drink our own water here. How is this a big mistake? This makes our experience very bad

First of all, the Asian-looking service person was extremely rude! In addition, various, inauthentic dishes from different regions were offered under the Japanese name - and the staff had no knowledge of their own dishes. Really disappointing.

The food was really tasty, nothing to complain about. We waited 5 minutes for the food to come and the customer service is really good, everyone was very friendly. In addition, TOP prices are incredibly good. Highly recommended.

Price/performance is not quite optimal. We generally liked it. The service was more than good. The ladies really tried hard. This is actually not a given. The ambience is successful. The food was ok. We didn't really like the broths in the hotpot and the beef was still completely frozen. Otherwise everything is fresh and visually very appealing. Unfortunately, the sushi was also rather average for my taste. But everything was prepared with great attention to detail. A very nice restaurant.

I've been coming to QQ for years. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the staff is always friendly. The food is perfectly reasonable in price and always beautifully presented!

The service is very unfriendly. We were there in February 2024 and accidentally ordered twice. 5 minutes later, we wanted to correct the order, but the lady said abruptly and loudly that it was too late. Anything ordered twice had to be paid for and taken away. Won't go there anymore.

We made reservations days in advance and they noticed that our reservation wasn't noted and we were squeezed into the last corner. The fact that there are no more cards but everything via QR code is a catastrophe, the page doesn't load or hangs and it's just tiring to order like that, and in the end you don't know what you had, so people make sure to take a screenshot before you order sends. Food was good but the service was a disaster, extremely unfriendly when you asked for something you only got annoyed looks and answers. When it came time to pay, the waitress suddenly became super nice. Actually, we always give tips. But since this service was really extremely bad, we didn't see it and paid our amount without a surcharge, whereupon the lady emphasized again loudly whether we really only wanted to pay this amount. She then aggressively packed the things away and left. We then gave her five euros in change because we were sorry. She then threw the money on the counter. I used to love QQ, but after yesterday I will definitely avoid QQ on School Street.

1st time back here after their revamp to try their Sukiyaki… not bad… steaming hot pot for a cold day… price was reasonable for the amount of food you get in the set.. will come back to try other things..

This store should be closed due to fraud. When the head waiter used his billing machine to add up the food we had ordered, a sum appeared that, after a quick calculation, seemed too high. When asked to show what exactly he had calculated, he skillfully typed around on his device so quickly that it was impossible to understand what was being added. After I went through the bill again, it became clear that he had charged for two drinks and thus received an undeserved tip of €5. These scammers don't make a dime.

This place has become my favorite Asian food place in Stuttgart after trying so many of them, reasonable prices, good service, delicious food and the best misou soup in the town, I really recommend it.

I visited this restaurant on Saturday and I didn't really like it. They brought me bubblegum flavored ice cream instead of matcha flavored ice cream and also I waited about 40/50 minutes for the noodles, also the noodles were not like the picture on the menu and the vegetables in the noodles were hard. Unfortunately I can't give more than 2 stars.

Just, yes, you won't believe it, the FLYS IN THE SOY SAUCE show how shabby this place is. After repeated inquiries, we were still brought fly-infested soy sauce. I'm really not one to be picky, but that's just not possible. Quality of the sushi is also poor. I haven't even finished eating before it's already been cleared away. Please look for other sushi spots in Stuttgart, luckily there are enough of them.

Please replace your menus, which are now only pasted over 5 times and have traces of mold. Everything outside is very rancid and inside the table tops are rolling because it occasionally rains in. The service also gets worse from time to time or is no longer available (even if the restaurant is not full). We only came because the price/performance ratio and the food is good (except for the occasional hair on the plate). But it's no longer worth it to us.

Incredibly rude service staff. When we got there at 9 p.m. the gentleman gave us 30 minutes to eat (although according to the website the restaurant closes at 11 p.m., but ok). We quickly ordered and ate our food, which was at least tasty. Meanwhile, the gentleman was already standing behind the glass with his arms crossed and a sullen look, obviously and impatiently waiting until we were finished. After we had finished eating but still had some wine in the glass, he arrived with the bill and after we had paid he kicked us out in a very rude manner. It wouldn't have been a problem if we hadn't been treated like that.

This is a fantastic spot if you crave for hotpot, located in the center of Stuttgart. I tried their buffet, which offers two kinds of broth – a flavorful Sichuan for those who love spicy, and a non-spicy option. The variety of toppings is impressive, ranging from all kinds of meat to seafood and also vegetables. I always had a feast here.

This place is very big and specious with a very welcoming atmosphere. The people working here are friendly but not going extra when talking with customers they like to keep it short and quick (which might come across friendly but I think it’s the culture). The food my friend and I ordered were mix feelings. He ordered rice with pork but the pork was a bit overcooked and the rice tasted old (not fresh) while my beef was flavorful and soft so I enjoyed it. Spring rolls were the best starter !!!! I do understand the mix feedbacks from other customers.

Unfortunately not recommended at all. The hotpot buffet was quite small and the selection was not fresh. Too expensive for 30 euros. I had a stomach ache afterwards due to the not fresh seafood. There was also no dessert buffet, which is common in other all you can eat places.

RATS! UNHYGENIC! The first impression was already disappointing: the staff was totally unfriendly. We greeted them when we arrived, which seems unusual for this store because we weren't greeted back. We wanted to sit on the terrace, but the older, short waiter became loud and rude when we tried to sit down. The three of us were supposed to squeeze into a seat for two, even though the store was almost empty. When we sat down at a table for four, the waiter became aggressive. We chose this spot because it was raining and it was the only one covered. The table was wiped down in front of us, but the waiter used a dirty, smelly rag. The pungent stench was very present and unpleasant. After we ordered we already regretted not going. To make matters worse, a rat appeared next to our table. As we jumped up to leave, we politely and privately informed the waiter about the rat problem. To our surprise, he replied that it was “normal.” Then when we wanted to leave he got angry because we had already ordered. If the waiter considers the presence of rats in the restaurant to be "normal", I don't want to know what it looks like in the kitchen. Overall a very disappointing and disgusting experience. I will definitely not recommend this store.

Yesterday I drove 126km to Stuttgart just because of the restaurant, there were five of us and we arrived at around 12:15 p.m. We went into the restaurant and we said hello so nicely, the man who works there didn't even say hello to us! His face shows that he is annoyed and doesn't feel like working! We want to eat hot pot and he said "No, not ready yet" even though it says the restaurant opens at 11:30 🤡 Then we asked how long it would take and he said "maybe in an hour" then we asked again if we could reserve a table so we could come back in an hour and he was like “no no”, oh yeah, not then! 🙄 He turned around again and disappeared without saying goodbye. Also, the balcony outside is so dirty, looks very unhygienic, the floor is full of cigarettes, the tables are not wiped so we will never come back!!!

I upset my stomach! Picked up sushi at 10pm yesterday and ate it straight away! Now I have a stomach ache unfortunately 😢. The price was also too much so the ingredients didn't look fresh!

There is a wide selection of Japanese, Chinese and Korean food here. The bibimbap is particularly recommended. Generous portions and authentic taste are available here at a fair price.

The menu is huge with lots of variety, but they should have stuck with one good thing instead of many tasteless items. Also the portions are quite small and we were left hungry after our meal. The ambience is nice, though, but the restaurant itself isn't very clean.

Very unfriendly service - we were left standing at the entrance and we weren't even greeted, even though they walked past us several times. Small requests (instead of a small pot, a large pot) were answered snippily. We also had to wait a long time at the table until we were served, even though it was moderately busy. Food was okay, but you can't go wrong with Hotpot since you get the food yourself and just have to dip it into the soup.

There are some good sushi restaurants in Stuttgart. Don't do this to yourself here. The sushi didn't taste fresh, rather slightly sour. The service does not exist. You are given a blog with a pen on which you have to write your order. It was to be expected that some things would not be received at all or would be received incorrectly. Nobody from the service team even asked once whether everything was OK. The atmosphere is very unpleasant: large, flickering red LED lighting, a strange smell and everything is rather unhygienic. Would absolutely not recommend the restaurant.
