Es ist immer etwas laut, aber sonst alles sehr gut!

Schönes Restaurant , jedoch teilweise recht kleine Portionen, kein Brot zum Essen, das wirkt etwas knickerig.

Sehr nette Bedienung, aber bis die Getränke unseren Tisch erreichten, dauerte es doch etwas zu lang. Das Tomatensugo hätte mehr Gewürz vertragen können, denn die Pizza Originale schmeckte leider nach nicht viel. Das Nudelgericht allerdings war sehr lecker zubereitet. Alles in allem toll, aber ausbaufähig. Der Wintergarten gefällt uns vom Ambiente her sehr gut. Eine weise Entscheidung, dieser Anbau 😊

Ein schöner und gelungener Abend, sehr netter und zuvorkommender Service, leckeres Essen.

Besteck wurde einfach so hingeworfen vom Servicepersonal und nicht zu den Gästen gelegt. Die hausgemachte Schorle war leider warm. Thunfischreste auf der Pizza, obwohl nichts mit Thunfisch bestellt wurde. Und zu guter letzt war die Kaffeetasse vom Espresso auch noch mit Rückständen versehen. Die Pizza war hingegen lecker! Da ist Luft nach oben

Schöne Ambiente. Top Service Es war nur allgemein zu laut am Sonntag Abend. Die Pizza ist Porino typisch.

Die Tischreservierung war unkompliziert, das Ambiente ist super und hat viel Atmosphäre. Das Essen war lecker, lediglich die Messer zum Pizza schneiden waren etwas stumpf. Das Personal ist freundlich und auf Zack.

Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, das Essen war auch in Ordnung. Die Tischanordnung leider sehr unangenehm. Der mittlere von drei Zweiertischen, welche nur wenige cm voneinander getrennt waren, da war kein persönliches Gespräch möglich. Schade.

Alles prima.  essen gut, Bedienung freundlich.  und alles soweit sauber und relativ zügig abgearbeitet.

Wie immer Top, wenn genug Personal am Start ist sind die Purino‘s unschlagbar!

Man wird zum Tisch geleitet und zügig bedient. Getränke und Vorspeisen kamen zeitnah, auf unsere Hauptgänge mussten wir etwas warten. Das Lokal war aber auch sehr gut besucht. Das Essen war wirklich super, leider wurden wir nur einmalig nach weiteren Getränken gefragt. Positiv bewerten wir, die unkomplizierte Mitnahme unseres Hundes. Das einzig negative war wirklich der Geräuschpegel, man konnte sich nur mit Mühe unterhalten. Das Fazit, wir würden/werden wiederkommen, vielleicht nicht unbedingt an einem Samstagabend.

Top, schon mehrfach da gewesen und immer super. Macht weiter so

We had a very good meal there yesterday. Friendly service was very careful to ensure that you had everything you needed. The only thing that bothered us was the two tables that were very close together. You hardly wanted to talk because The next table was so close that hardly anyone could fit in there and you could hear everything that was being said at the next tables. It is then difficult to bring a dog with you that has to lie there. The food is really great and sustainability is also important There shouldn't be plastic straws either?!

Nach dem Umbau kommen wir sehr gerne wieder! Es ist viel ruhiger und angenehmer von den Temperaturen und das Ambiente ist wirklich wunderschön.

The food is really good. Unfortunately everything is very loud and hectic and the service is disorientating. Unfortunately, this has been the case again and again on 3 or 4 visits so far. So we definitely won't be coming back. Having to scream while eating in a loud train station is not nice.

A great location, very tasty food and extremely good service! I have a severe food allergy, which was taken very seriously and into consideration. The waitress came by several times and asked if everything was okay with us,… We would love to come back.

After the addition of the more than expansive winter garden, it is even more beautiful and comfortable than before. With temperatures just above 0 degrees and strong winds today, you can still see everything but feel nothing :) As usual, the food was very good, plentiful and always at the table really quickly. The service is consistently friendly and attentive. 5 stars from us - and always again!

Horrible food - as basic as it gets and terrible service

The food at Purino is quite good and tasty. The portions are large (the pizzas are really huge) and the price-performance ratio is right. The service is also attentive and courteous. The interior of the location is modern and attractive. However, the taste of the food isn't entirely convincing - I've had better Italian food. Unfortunately, the pasta was cooked too long and I thought the pizza was missing a little cheese. The bread for the starter could have been crispier. Unfortunately, on my last visit, a glass of wine was spilled on my pants while the drinks were being served. This can happen and there are worse things. I was offered to cover the cleaning costs. In addition, I expected that the drinks or dessert would be on the house, but that wasn't the case. Too bad. Still worth a visit.

Das einzige Restaurant, dass sich durch Kreativität und Liebe zum Essen auszeichnet. Hier ist es eine Freude als Vegetarier zu speisen, weil mehr als ein Salat zur Auswahl steht. Ich komme gerne hier her.

Excellent Italian restaurant with very friendly and helpful staff. Food and products are excellent. Four days ago the atmosphere was very festive and appropriately designed for the occasion (Christmas/winter). Although the lighting at our table was rather dim and there were no candles, that didn't dampen our good mood and spirits. Switching on the "normal" lighting, which was still on when you found your seat, probably shouldn't have happened because of the "twilight atmosphere". The order was special with our own combinations of dishes, the service was quick, drinks came to the table straight away. The menus were served entirely together, very good coordination in the kitchen. Bravo! The very good pasta and unique pizzas, some of which you can put together yourself, are incredible and have never been seen or eaten by our guests in this form before. The price-performance ratio is reasonable. The visit to Purino was very pleasant and everyone enjoyed it very much. We would love to come here again. Mille Grazie! Everything was fine.

Der Service war leider nichts Wenn man die Speise Karte übergibt, könnte man darauf hinweisen das vllt ein Artikel aus ist Getränke Bestellung haben sehr lange auf sich warten lassen, dann auch noch falsch bekommen Toiletten waren sehr unsauber Für und keine Option nochmal dort essen zu gehen

The Purino is actually very nice with the winter garden, but the acoustics are very unpleasant and incredibly loud. It's not very clean either. The food is really tasty, but the portions seemed very small for the money, or significantly smaller than they once were. The service is incredibly friendly, but unfortunately so understaffed that, despite obviously working quickly, it takes a long time until it's your turn. As you read, we are torn...

Good food, bad service! As with all non-owner-managed restaurants, the employees, from the restaurant manager to the cleaner, do not care about the well-being of the guests. That it was on a December 25th. A little longer was to be expected and completely ok. The food tasted as expected. But after ordering the ice cream dessert at 8:30 p.m. for 4 people including a nagging 10-year-old child, you order the bill at 9 p.m. and respond with a succinct "Oh, you don't want to wait any longer!" I've never experienced it before. The wine order had already fallen through because the bottle of “Chardonnay KALK” from South Tyrol was out. There were at least 10 bottles of it on the counter, ok, they were warm, but none in the fridge? The "substitute wine", a Baden Pinot Gris, was an acidic disaster... Conclusion: tip (usually at least 10% rounded up for me) ZERO!!!

I would never go here again. While the place itself is nice, we had to wait 45 minutes for the starters. The drinks are overpriced, with an average price of 5 euros per drink. Additionally, there were only 3-4 waiters for a large restaurant, which significantly affected the service.

Waiter Zana served our table. Great service, wishes were fulfilled, attentive and very personable. The food was very tasty. The space in the winter garden was great with a great ambience. Can recommend Purino to everyone. I'd love to come back :)

Wie waren schon oft hier Essen. Das Ambiente ist einfach toll und der Service hervorragend. Gestern waren allerdings die Pasta - Portionen sehr überschaubar und auch die Garnelen auf der Pizza musste man suchen. Ich hoffe, es war dem Weihnachtstrubel geschuldet…

Service hat sehr lange gedauert obwohl nicht viel los war zu dieser Zeit

Gutes Essen, schlechter Service! Wie bei allen nicht inhabergeführten Restaurants, interessieren sich die Angestellten vom Restaurantleiter bis zum Abräumer nicht um das Wohl der Gäste. Das es an einem 25.12. etwas länger dauert war zu erwarten und völlig ok. Das Essen schmeckte wie erwartet. Dass man aber nach der Bestellung der Eis-Nachspeise um 20:30h für 4 Personen inkl. nörgelndem 10jährigen Kind um 21:00h die Rechnung bestellt und mit einem lapidaren "Ach, Sie wollen nicht mehr warten!" abgespeist wird, hab ich noch nie erlebt. Vorher war die Weinbestellung schon in die Hose gegangen, da die Flasche "Chardonnay KALK" aus Südtirol aus wäre. Dabei standen auf dem Thekenschrank mindestens 10 Flaschen davon, ok, die waren warm, aber keine in der Kühlung? Der "Ersatzwein", ein badischer Grauburgunder war eine saure Vollkatastrophe... Fazit: Trinkgeld (idR bei mir immer mind. 10 % aufgerundet) NULL !!!

Freundliches Personal, gemütliches Ambiente und für alle was dabei. Sowohl für Veganer, Vegetarier als auch für Alles-Esser und für den Hund gibt es Wasser!

We had dinner there today. The atmosphere is very nice and the food is also highly recommended. But the service was particularly bad today. The waiter was not friendly at all, rather arrogant and very passive. There was no question as to whether you would like something else to drink or if you had any other wishes. We were simply ignored the whole evening and if you had a question you felt like you were interrupting. The service staff today was in a bad mood, arrogant and not hospitable. It's a shame, because I actually liked going there!

Das Essen (Pizza) hat uns leider etwas enttäuscht, zu wenig Soße und kaum Käse, insgesamt also eher trocken. Die gesamte Atmosphäre war allerdings schön und der Service war in Ordnung - auf das Essen mussten wir allerdings recht lange warten.

We often go to Purino. This morning we had breakfast there and unfortunately it wasn't good. There was a dark hair in the yogurt jar with muesli. The coffee spoon was dirty and there was a lipstick mark on the juice glass. There was also no more jam, which in my opinion shouldn't happen in a store of this size. Everything was replaced, but unfortunately without an apology. A bit too many breakdowns for a leisurely breakfast for me.

Ich muss leider zwei Punkte abziehen für die sanitäre Anlage, die ist eine reine Katastrophe.. Eine Toilette wurde mit einem Müllsack ausgestattet damit die Fäkalien aufgefangen werden . Wenn eine Toilette nicht funktioniert sollte man sie sperren. Papiermülleimer quoll über und über dem Geruch möchte ich nicht sprechen . Hier habe ich mir meinen Toilettengang unterdrückt. Bin froh dass vor lauter Ekel kein plack bekommen habe. Schade um das tolle Lokal und den tollen Service.

Only 1 star deduction for the unkempt toilets.

Alles super, nettes Personal, leckeres Essen, bis auf die Toiletten. Die sind an einem Sonntag Abend eine Katastrophe gewesen. Geruch steigt einem schon am Eingang in die Nase, kaputte Türen, überall schmutzig, Löcher im Boden mit Paper gestopft, eine Papiertuchrolle auf einem versifften Waschbecken. Schon ekelhaft. Kann sich bitte jemand darum kümmern, damit man gerne 5 Sterne vergeben kann?

Das Restaurant Purino ist einfach großartig! Ich bin oft und gerne dort, weil die Atmosphäre gemütlich, der Service immer freundlich und das Essen absolut frisch und lecker ist. Besonders die hausgemachte Pasta und die knusprigen Pizzen sind ein Highlight. Für mich ein absoluter Lieblingsort – jederzeit empfehlenswert!

In my entire life I have been disappointed in a restaurant like at Porino Schloss Rheydt, the pasta wasn't cooked properly and didn't taste good. The staff was catastrophic. If you want something to drink you have to keep trying to get a waiter to look in your direction or call out or else leave The waiter just passed by and brought a large bottle of water but no glass. We waited 20 minutes to get a glass. It was just bad, not recommended

Unfortunately an absolute disappointment. The food wasn't exactly sparkling and you don't even have to start with the cleanliness. The women's toilet was dirtier than some train station toilets and in the restaurant itself you could see countless cobwebs on every flower and lamp, which didn't just grow there within a day. The service was quite okay. However, another visit will not take place

We stopped here on a Tuesday afternoon after a hike. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Our table in the winter garden was bright (despite the moderate November weather) and cozy. The food completely picked me up from a culinary point of view. I was once happy to explore with chickpea noodles. I have no regrets. We'll be back...

After the renovation, including the winter garden, the ambience in the Purino at Rheydt Castle is really very good. Cannot be compared with before. The quality of the food is excellent and also at reasonable prices. The staff is helpful and always courteous. It is advisable to reserve a place in advance, especially on weekends and public holidays. There are enough parking spaces in front of the castle.

Eine schöne Location mit ausgefallenerem italienischen Essen. Die Bedienung war freundlich und es war alles schnell da. Das Restaurant war aber auch vergleichsweise leer. Wenn es voller ist, dauert es natürlich auch länger. Ein großes Manko sind die Toiletten! Bereits auf der Treppe Richtung WC riecht es dementsprechend. Der Vorraum ist dreckig, Handtuchspender sind leer und die Toiletten selbst haben schon bessere Tage gesehen. Hier sollte vor allem öfter sauber gemacht werden!

Super nice restaurant located on the Rheydt Castle grounds. It's quite something to look at. Very chic. The service was very friendly and gave us good advice. The food was very tasty! Definitely recommended. Only going to the toilet was a bit unpleasant. It would probably be better to carry out regular cleaning checks.

Actually a very nice restaurant, but the noise level is very high and, despite pre-ordering for a birthday meal, we had a long table right in front of the counter. A change was not possible and supposedly it would be the same loud everywhere. Unfortunately, it was difficult for the guests with hearing aids to take part in the conversations. The food was good, we just had to wait a long time. The service was very friendly. The toilets are in the basement.

Ambience and service top, very friendly and attentive. The food, we had pasta, unfortunately didn't taste that good and was mediocre. I actually wanted to send the carpaccio back, it was cut way too thick. Unfortunately there were no waffles because the device was broken?! But a big plus point, the kids under 6 were both able to eat for free and the portions we ordered were very large, you'll definitely be full.

Were there with a company dinner. Service on point and very friendly. Didn't wait long for food. Unfortunately we were seated at two different tables, but that was bearable. Unfortunately, the food (I ordered pasta) was below average. Very dry, tasted like a ready meal, only worse. The toilets smelled strongly of urine and looked very run down. The ambience in the restaurant is otherwise quite nice, unfortunately a bit loud. All in all ok, with a lot of room for improvement.

Always delicious. Location also good. The staff is friendly though but always felt chronically understaffed - at least on weekends. And depending on who is serving, it can be a bit slow. Which I don't hold against anyone; It's always relatively young and inexperienced people who work there.

Ordered a small glass of apple spritzer. The glass was 0.2L. However, 0.3l was charged for the proud price of €3.90. The Insalata di Zucca we ordered on the special menu is a salad mix served in a really small bowl for €11.90. There were also 3 small slices of baguette that were much too dry. Tasted good but way too overdone for a handful of salad. Additions start at €4.10. The knife and fork look quite antique due to the many scratches on the surface. Which doesn't necessarily look clean. When we arrived at the restaurant, the table was not wiped down and the previous person's empty cup of coffee was still on the table. Did it stay there during the entire stay? That doesn't work at all. The menu is heavily sold out. Pheasants and geese cavort in the entrance area, leaving their traces all over the outside area. You have to look carefully where you are walking. The room temperature in the growing area was quite cool. The heating was probably turned off. I wasn't thrilled. That was my first and last visit.

Had a great day today, I owe that largely to the great evening at Purino today. The food was tasty, the atmosphere was right, and our waiter, Visar, served us really well! Definitely come there!!!!

We all really enjoyed the food! I also celebrated my birthday there today with my acquaintance and was greeted by the waiters such as: Mr. Haklay great congratulations!!

Had a very good experience with the family. We were served quickly and well by the waiter, Mr. Haklaj! Discipline is clearly a top priority among the employees here!!
