We celebrated my big birthday with the whole family (approx. 40 people) in the winter garden with an excellent breakfast. All - and absolutely all - of my guests were completely thrilled by the imaginative and delicious breakfast plates, the friendly service and of course the unique ambience. I have to admit, I was also impressed by the manageable costs of this event. My special thanks go to Adina, who planned and prepared the festival with her team.

Very friendly and helpful even if you don't come to eat. We'll be happy to come and eat sometime soon.

The food is great and plentiful. The pasta pesto had a wonderful sauce without being overly seasoned. The Pizza Tutto is super large, super crispy, thin and well topped. Thank you very much and we'll be happy to come back

Yes, the place is recommended. We each ate a delicious pizza. A minus point for the absolutely bad knives. These were replaced upon request, but that wasn't any better. This could be quickly remedied.

The food was delicious. The ambiance was very nice. The service was excellent. We didn't feel alone. The service was quick, the table was cleared quickly, and there was always someone there to check if everything was OK. We felt very welcome all around. So, it was great value for money.

I go there for breakfast very often, everything is great, things have deteriorated a bit but the price/performance ratio is still good.

First class staff. Delicious food. Great healthy dishes and a great standard repertoire of Italian dishes.

The quality of the dishes decreases. The pasta sauces are more watery and less well garnished. Even the house sodas aren't as good as they used to be. Overall, you get the impression that savings are being made. What a shame actually!

Unfortunately, the pizzas didn't taste great, especially the tomato sauce tasted strange. 2 out of 3 people subsequently had stomach problems. Overall, long waiting times and the service tries to be hip. Not again

Very nice location with good and fast service. The noodles were very tasty. However, the quality of the pizza has deteriorated. For half of the “Piacere” you had to look for the chicken pieces with a magnifying glass. There used to be more there. Half of the “Bellino” was good. Overall still a good shop.

**Review for Purino in Mönchengladbach Rheydt: Disappointing service, chaotic organization** ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Unfortunately, today I have to share an extremely negative experience that I recently had at Purino - even though we actually know it much better! **Service? None!** Despite numerous waitresses, four of whom we had contact with, the service was a disaster. After ordering, our waiter completely disappeared and the other colleagues consistently ignored our table. The place wasn't even full! Even new guests in the entrance area sometimes waited **10 minutes** for anyone to respond. Incomprehensible: Three potential guests were even sent away even though, according to the booking app OpenTable, there were still tables available. Why? No idea. **Salad drama and ignorance** We ordered **two side salads**, but only one came. Two different waitresses promised to take care of it - nothing happened for **40 minutes**. When the second salad finally arrived, we had long since finished eating and sent it back. Embarrassing: It was still on the bill, and it was corrected when we pointed it out. **Conclusion: No second attempt** The entire experience was shockingly unprofessional - from the service to the organization. Simply intimidating for new customers. If you're looking for a relaxed evening with good service, you won't always find it here. It's a shame, because the potential is there, but all that's left is frustration.

Das Lokal liegt sehr schön und das Essen ist gut. Allerdings musste ich zum wiederholten Mal feststellen, dass ältere Gäste von der Bedienung nicht so freundlich behandelt werden, wie die jüngeren Gäste. Ich habe den Eindruck, alte Menschen sind hier nicht willkommen.

Food great! Ambiance actually too, but you sat at a table of two so close to the neighboring table that you could easily hear the conversations. Too bad. Service was good.

We haven't been to the Puriono for a while and therefore didn't know the new interior: it turned out very nice, super comfortable...but unfortunately the acoustics are still "exhausting"! It's a shame I can't give zero stars. The service today was, in my opinion, a disaster. Everything was normal until the main course. Afterwards we were completely ignored and it took 20 minutes until we were allowed to order our dessert including new drinks. In my opinion, that wasn't very business-like. Only on the fourth attempt was the calculation correct. Respect! Our conclusion: We will avoid this restaurant in the future. It's actually a shame because the view is very nice.

It's always delicious here and the staff is very competent and accommodating. We always feel comfortable here :-)

Wir waren zum Frühstücken hier. Schönes Ambiente und das Frühstück war gut. Was aber gar nicht ging: Die Frühstücksteller auf dem Tisch waren stark verschmutzt, auch das Besteck. Die Bedienung hat es nur abgetan. Als ich mir später noch einen Latte Macciato bestellt habe, war auch der Löffel stark verschmutzt. Sorry, so was geht gar nicht!!! Wochen zuvor war auf unserer vegetarischen Käseplatte Wurstreste!!! Wir werden das Restaurant leider nicht mehr besuchen!

Still a nice restaurant. But the current visit was disappointing. The service was not interested in sales. To order every drink we had to make an effort to get up and approach the waiters ourselves, even though it wasn't full. I've always loved the pizza there, today it was dry, perhaps in the oven too long?! I complained about that and I'll say: it was noted. For me there is no future visit and I used to always be thrilled.

A beautiful castle where you can find the Purino. On a Saturday evening, I think a reservation was necessary, otherwise we probably wouldn't have gotten a seat. The staff was friendly, unfortunately quite slow and it took quite a long time to get our drinks and food. What is very positive to mention is that children eat and drink for free up to a certain age.

Nicely located restaurant with plenty of parking spaces. Very nicely decorated inside with a view of the castle. Unfortunately, we discovered that on one of the main days most of the drinks were not available, and we're talking about the standard soft drinks. In addition, the menu was limited due to items not being in stock, which we could have coped with, but unfortunately we had to wait almost 2 hours for the main course and were constantly put off with new excuses. After the food finally arrived, several small things were missing and an entire main course was eaten incorrectly. Our conclusion is very clear: if you are not particularly hungry and you have time, you can go to the store.

The restaurant is very nice. What's annoying is that we were there in December and there wasn't a certain dessert because there was no whipped cream. This time there was no Cola, Sprite or Fanta and therefore no cyclist because the machine was defective. I can't understand why bottles aren't offered as replacements.

Very nice restaurant were there for coffee and cake. It was very well attended and there were many young, inexperienced employees. Were very friendly but a bit chaotic. Coffee was no longer really hot. But will come back when it's not so crowded.

Got the last table on a Sunday without a reservation. We liked it in the winter garden. Given the number of guests, the service was quick, as was the food for 5 people. The 3 pizzas we ordered were so-so, the bowl was perfect, the ravioli with the salad was also good. Perfect your own lemonade and dessert. The price is slightly higher. But we had a nice time with friends and there was enough space in the winter garden even with a dog. The noise level is not as high as indoors. We recommend the winter garden and will no longer be taking pizzas soon. Despite having two pizzas with different toppings on both halves, they were all boring in terms of taste. But that is - as always - a matter of taste. The ambience was great, the staff and the walking paths around it were great.

It's a very nice restaurant or coffee. The cake needs to be defrosted, but we had cheesecake very tasty. A huge piece. When ordering you may have to say that you want coffee and cake at the same time. Otherwise everything was great and they also took great care to ensure that the cake arrived quickly.

So I don't know what to write at all, I'm actually still speechless about the plate I received. When I was there I just had to laugh as I saw the food in front of me. It tasted like pasta that I had made at home under time pressure, somehow like cheese and that was it. I ordered truffle pasta. The plate presented was also unique. There was actually a slice of cooked ham in one piece on the pasta, I couldn't find any truffles or the taste of them. This way you won't become a repeat offender.

Food, drink, everything is good. However, I unfortunately have to say that the plates should be replaced. No broken bones, but the glaze had chipped off on 2 of the 3 plates. It's bearable but it's a shame.

Sehr nette Bedienung, aber bis die Getränke unseren Tisch erreichten, dauerte es doch etwas zu lang. Das Tomatensugo hätte mehr Gewürz vertragen können, denn die Pizza Originale schmeckte leider nach nicht viel. Das Nudelgericht allerdings war sehr lecker zubereitet. Alles in allem toll, aber ausbaufähig. Der Wintergarten gefällt uns vom Ambiente her sehr gut. Eine weise Entscheidung, dieser Anbau 😊

Besteck wurde einfach so hingeworfen vom Servicepersonal und nicht zu den Gästen gelegt. Die hausgemachte Schorle war leider warm. Thunfischreste auf der Pizza, obwohl nichts mit Thunfisch bestellt wurde. Und zu guter letzt war die Kaffeetasse vom Espresso auch noch mit Rückständen versehen. Die Pizza war hingegen lecker! Da ist Luft nach oben

Schöne Ambiente. Top Service Es war nur allgemein zu laut am Sonntag Abend. Die Pizza ist Porino typisch.

Die Tischreservierung war unkompliziert, das Ambiente ist super und hat viel Atmosphäre. Das Essen war lecker, lediglich die Messer zum Pizza schneiden waren etwas stumpf. Das Personal ist freundlich und auf Zack.

Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, das Essen war auch in Ordnung. Die Tischanordnung leider sehr unangenehm. Der mittlere von drei Zweiertischen, welche nur wenige cm voneinander getrennt waren, da war kein persönliches Gespräch möglich. Schade.

The location, the food and the service are/were really great and delicious. But the guest toilet left a bit to be desired. You should check here occasionally to see if everything is still OK.

Great location, great service, great food wasn't there for the last time

We had a very good meal there yesterday. Friendly service was very careful to ensure that you had everything you needed. The only thing that bothered us was the two tables that were very close together. You hardly wanted to talk because The next table was so close that hardly anyone could fit in there and you could hear everything that was being said at the next tables. It is then difficult to bring a dog with you that has to lie there. The food is really great and sustainability is also important There shouldn't be plastic straws either?!

Top, schon mehrfach da gewesen und immer super. Macht weiter so

Man wird zum Tisch geleitet und zügig bedient. Getränke und Vorspeisen kamen zeitnah, auf unsere Hauptgänge mussten wir etwas warten. Das Lokal war aber auch sehr gut besucht. Das Essen war wirklich super, leider wurden wir nur einmalig nach weiteren Getränken gefragt. Positiv bewerten wir, die unkomplizierte Mitnahme unseres Hundes. Das einzig negative war wirklich der Geräuschpegel, man konnte sich nur mit Mühe unterhalten. Das Fazit, wir würden/werden wiederkommen, vielleicht nicht unbedingt an einem Samstagabend.

Nach dem Umbau kommen wir sehr gerne wieder! Es ist viel ruhiger und angenehmer von den Temperaturen und das Ambiente ist wirklich wunderschön.

A great location, very tasty food and extremely good service! I have a severe food allergy, which was taken very seriously and into consideration. The waitress came by several times and asked if everything was okay with us,… We would love to come back.

The food is really good. Unfortunately everything is very loud and hectic and the service is disorientating. Unfortunately, this has been the case again and again on 3 or 4 visits so far. So we definitely won't be coming back. Having to scream while eating in a loud train station is not nice.

After the addition of the more than expansive winter garden, it is even more beautiful and comfortable than before. With temperatures just above 0 degrees and strong winds today, you can still see everything but feel nothing :) As usual, the food was very good, plentiful and always at the table really quickly. The service is consistently friendly and attentive. 5 stars from us - and always again!

Horrible food - as basic as it gets and terrible service

The food at Purino is quite good and tasty. The portions are large (the pizzas are really huge) and the price-performance ratio is right. The service is also attentive and courteous. The interior of the location is modern and attractive. However, the taste of the food isn't entirely convincing - I've had better Italian food. Unfortunately, the pasta was cooked too long and I thought the pizza was missing a little cheese. The bread for the starter could have been crispier. Unfortunately, on my last visit, a glass of wine was spilled on my pants while the drinks were being served. This can happen and there are worse things. I was offered to cover the cleaning costs. In addition, I expected that the drinks or dessert would be on the house, but that wasn't the case. Too bad. Still worth a visit.

Das einzige Restaurant, dass sich durch Kreativität und Liebe zum Essen auszeichnet. Hier ist es eine Freude als Vegetarier zu speisen, weil mehr als ein Salat zur Auswahl steht. Ich komme gerne hier her.

Excellent Italian restaurant with very friendly and helpful staff. Food and products are excellent. Four days ago the atmosphere was very festive and appropriately designed for the occasion (Christmas/winter). Although the lighting at our table was rather dim and there were no candles, that didn't dampen our good mood and spirits. Switching on the "normal" lighting, which was still on when you found your seat, probably shouldn't have happened because of the "twilight atmosphere". The order was special with our own combinations of dishes, the service was quick, drinks came to the table straight away. The menus were served entirely together, very good coordination in the kitchen. Bravo! The very good pasta and unique pizzas, some of which you can put together yourself, are incredible and have never been seen or eaten by our guests in this form before. The price-performance ratio is reasonable. The visit to Purino was very pleasant and everyone enjoyed it very much. We would love to come here again. Mille Grazie! Everything was fine.

Der Service war leider nichts Wenn man die Speise Karte übergibt, könnte man darauf hinweisen das vllt ein Artikel aus ist Getränke Bestellung haben sehr lange auf sich warten lassen, dann auch noch falsch bekommen Toiletten waren sehr unsauber Für und keine Option nochmal dort essen zu gehen

The Purino is actually very nice with the winter garden, but the acoustics are very unpleasant and incredibly loud. It's not very clean either. The food is really tasty, but the portions seemed very small for the money, or significantly smaller than they once were. The service is incredibly friendly, but unfortunately so understaffed that, despite obviously working quickly, it takes a long time until it's your turn. As you read, we are torn...

Good food, bad service! As with all non-owner-managed restaurants, the employees, from the restaurant manager to the cleaner, do not care about the well-being of the guests. That it was on a December 25th. A little longer was to be expected and completely ok. The food tasted as expected. But after ordering the ice cream dessert at 8:30 p.m. for 4 people including a nagging 10-year-old child, you order the bill at 9 p.m. and respond with a succinct "Oh, you don't want to wait any longer!" I've never experienced it before. The wine order had already fallen through because the bottle of “Chardonnay KALK” from South Tyrol was out. There were at least 10 bottles of it on the counter, ok, they were warm, but none in the fridge? The "substitute wine", a Baden Pinot Gris, was an acidic disaster... Conclusion: tip (usually at least 10% rounded up for me) ZERO!!!

I would never go here again. While the place itself is nice, we had to wait 45 minutes for the starters. The drinks are overpriced, with an average price of 5 euros per drink. Additionally, there were only 3-4 waiters for a large restaurant, which significantly affected the service.

Wie waren schon oft hier Essen. Das Ambiente ist einfach toll und der Service hervorragend. Gestern waren allerdings die Pasta - Portionen sehr überschaubar und auch die Garnelen auf der Pizza musste man suchen. Ich hoffe, es war dem Weihnachtstrubel geschuldet…

Gutes Essen, schlechter Service! Wie bei allen nicht inhabergeführten Restaurants, interessieren sich die Angestellten vom Restaurantleiter bis zum Abräumer nicht um das Wohl der Gäste. Das es an einem 25.12. etwas länger dauert war zu erwarten und völlig ok. Das Essen schmeckte wie erwartet. Dass man aber nach der Bestellung der Eis-Nachspeise um 20:30h für 4 Personen inkl. nörgelndem 10jährigen Kind um 21:00h die Rechnung bestellt und mit einem lapidaren "Ach, Sie wollen nicht mehr warten!" abgespeist wird, hab ich noch nie erlebt. Vorher war die Weinbestellung schon in die Hose gegangen, da die Flasche "Chardonnay KALK" aus Südtirol aus wäre. Dabei standen auf dem Thekenschrank mindestens 10 Flaschen davon, ok, die waren warm, aber keine in der Kühlung? Der "Ersatzwein", ein badischer Grauburgunder war eine saure Vollkatastrophe... Fazit: Trinkgeld (idR bei mir immer mind. 10 % aufgerundet) NULL !!!

Freundliches Personal, gemütliches Ambiente und für alle was dabei. Sowohl für Veganer, Vegetarier als auch für Alles-Esser und für den Hund gibt es Wasser!

We had dinner there today. The atmosphere is very nice and the food is also highly recommended. But the service was particularly bad today. The waiter was not friendly at all, rather arrogant and very passive. There was no question as to whether you would like something else to drink or if you had any other wishes. We were simply ignored the whole evening and if you had a question you felt like you were interrupting. The service staff today was in a bad mood, arrogant and not hospitable. It's a shame, because I actually liked going there!
