Great restaurant with delicious and affordable food, friendly service

Super nice service staff, well-groomed, really know what's in the dishes on offer. Very attentive and polite. We really enjoyed the food. The place is very clean, as are the toilets Waiting time for food or drinks is more than reasonable. The restaurant appears very structured. I always enjoy going there, not only because of the food itself, but also because of the capable service staff. No, I don't post food 😂

Perfect food, lots of our own creations. The pasta is made in-house. Tasty, fresh and the service is quick, attentive and happy to advise you on your choice of food. Class. The area is great for walking and is super interesting.

Chaotic when reserving a table - you are not asked for your name but sent straight out. Others came in pairs and went straight through. You would think that those who wait the longest would be let in first. That wasn't the case. I think an “I’m sorry, but it’ll take a moment” would be appropriate. We had to decide on something else, because when it's minus degrees I don't wait in the entrance/on the street - it's a shame because we had already chosen the main course and dessert in advance.

The store was moderately busy on Saturday afternoon. There were a lot of waiters running around, but unfortunately they weren't really attentive. At the beginning, my bottle of water was forgotten and when I ordered an espresso after my meal, it sat at the counter for ages and was served to me cold. I had this exchanged for a new one. The new one was a little warmer but no flavor whatsoever and no crema on top. I think this was simply tapped again because the coffee had already gone through. The boss should urgently take a look at the coffee!! Given the prices, that shouldn't happen!

We enjoyed the food. The service was very friendly. Everything was very clean and the prices are reasonable.

Unusual dishes, good price/performance ratio. Is a good alternative, but not the “Italian” with stone oven pizza! This is a good place to sit with friends.

The portions could be larger, no one will be full. The waitress, I hope it was just an intern, was so quiet that we almost asked what she wanted. Clearing the table without asking anything, without saying a word, is very strange.

We went to this restaurant for the first time today based on recommendations. Unfortunately we didn't agree with the recommendations. We had the open bread with garlic cream, which was a standard bread with tzatziki, which was quite bland and tasted like herb cream. The pasta with chicken wasn't much better either, which was a bland sauce with a few pieces of chicken. The service was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean and well maintained. Well, it was worth a try, but we prefer to stick with our favorite Italian restaurant in Dortmund.

Summer 2024 We didn't have good experiences. The reason for my recession was a dessert (tiramisu) that was no longer okay. At first I was a bit surprised about the taste and initially ignored it. After I got home, I vomited several times. After that I was really really sick. The next day I called the manager and told him my experience. He then said that he would sort it out and get back to me. A few hours later he called back and told me this: "That can't be. Yesterday there were a total of 73!! Portions of tiramisu were sold and everything would be fine. Otherwise no one would have come forward.” I expected him to at least excused and possibly Offer me anything as compensation. He knew exactly that it was our first time there. Overall, I found the CEO's approach and callback to be quite arrogant and inappropriate. We never went there again. Ambience was just “ok” the B54 was quite loud since we were sitting outside.

It was our first time visiting there. Very bad air in the store. It was far too loud to have a proper conversation. The pizza tasted completely like frozen food. Totally disappointed. We would not recommend this store to anyone.

It was super full - but still friendly and fast service! Enjoy your meal!

Wir waren das erste Mal im Purino mit 9 Personen und waren positiv überrascht. Alle ware mit ihren Gerichten und dem Service sehr zufrieden. Obwohl das Restaurant sehr voll war, konnten wir uns sehr gut unterhalten. Es war nicht übermäßig laut. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen

The service takes a long time to come. The pizza was very sparingly topped and dry. The noodles are tasty, but the price/performance ratio is negative, small portion for a higher price. This also applies to salad. In the restaurant you feel like you're in a hall, too loud. Little of dedicated parking spaces, you have to park along the street.

Essen war lecker. Wir hatten zuvor reserviert ein Tisch für 7 Personen. Es war sehr gut besucht nur finde ich trotzdem,dass ein Kellner:in zumindest mal nachfragen sollte,ob noch mehr Getränke oder Ähnliches benötigt wird.

Wir waren nach einem Besuch im Phoenix mit 7 Personen im Purino und hatten eine sehr angenehme Zeit. Der Service war super, das Essen hervorragend, einen Stern abgezogen habe ich da die Limos und Eistees leider recht lieblos dekoriert wurden (also garnicht) und weil, obwohl angekündigt, kein Parmesan gereicht wurde. Auf Nachfrage hätten wir ihn bestimmt bekommen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir waren heute Mittag dort. Wir mochten das Ambiente, das Essen war sehr lecker, der Service super freundlich u aufmerksam. Von uns gibt es eine Empfehlung!

Great ambience, nice service and delicious food. I almost always eat a pizza, big and thin, super tasty! The starter and dessert vary. Great value for money!

Nice atmosphere on the Phoenix grounds. Very nice service, very good Ragú Bolognese. Bruschetta tasty but not crispy. Pizza soggy and soft, more like tarte flambée. The espressos were worse than instant coffee, crema-free. Panna cotta good. Try it yourself, the shop is very popular and offers a few specialties.

Modern Italian restaurant. Service was quick, nice, but a bit confusing because we received the wrong drinks a few times. But not really bad. It was just full and we had a laugh because it happened several times. No wow effect, maybe I ordered the wrong dish. Pasta with crabs in tomato sauce. There were plenty of crabs. But the portion was very manageable. Here I would have liked rolls or bread for dipping with pizza... Nothing special, you can make it at home in 10 minutes... What was to be criticized, however, was the double espresso in a cappuccino cup that was much too large, which made it cold. As an improvement, I would suggest purchasing seat cushions for the uncomfortable wooden benches... At 8:30 p.m. the store was empty

Wir hatten seit geraumer Zeit einen Tisch für 19:45 Uhr reserviert und waren etwas überrascht am selben Tag um 19 Uhr einen Anruf vom Restaurant zu erhalten mit dem Hinweis, bitte schnell zu erscheinen, da die Küche bereits um 20 Uhr schließt. Wir saßen zu der Zeit bereits im Bus. Unsere Reservierung wurde daraufhin bei operable auf 19:15 Uhr geändert. So ganz nachvollziehbar war der Anruf nicht für uns - war halt zu spät Aber nichts desto trotz haben wir dort gut gegessen und uns wohl gefühlt.

Ich war mit meiner Familie dort und wir haben sehr lecker gegessen und ein schönen Abend verbracht.

Tolles Familienrestaurant - Kinderstühle vorhanden und Kinder bis 6 Jahre essen und trinken sogar kostenlos (wenn ein erwachsener ein Hauptgericht bestellt). Gute Portionen - allen hat es gut geschmeckt.

Wir waren am 2. Weihnachtstag zum frühstücken im Purino. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war Mega gut und alles war frisch und von hoher Qualität. Insbesondere die selbstgemachten Dips und Brote waren hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder…,

This time the visit was absolutely not recommended! The service was very slow, we had to wait almost an hour for our starter, typical of Purino, the garlic bread. It was cold and already very hard. It has to be said that lunchtime was just over and the place was getting emptier, So there were no more guests around us! After I asked twice when our food would arrive, I was just looked at stupidly from the side. We were there for the second time and also the last time!

The food is great, but it is often full and extremely loud.

I was there with my work colleagues. Unfortunately the food was very cold and the pasta wasn't cooked properly. There were about 20 of us and most of us were dissatisfied. I had very high expectations since it was priced very high.

Ravioli very good, but portion too small. It was pleasantly warm and comfortable to sit in.

The food is okay, sometimes better and sometimes worse (we were there three times in total). The offers for children are great. The service is friendly, but unfortunately very slow. This is certainly understandable on a day with a lot of guests, but it can be irritating when there is little going on. Every time the food came before the drinks, it was difficult to reorder. The prices for the dishes are okay, but the drinks on the extra menu in particular are absolutely not worth the price-performance ratio.

The pizza has nothing to do with Italian pizza. I have never eaten a pizza like this. The pizza base was more like tarte flambée than pizza. I can't explain these really good reviews here. They definitely weren't in the same restaurant. The service was very nice. The food came quickly. Price/performance doesn't fit.

Location a little outside in an office building area but easy to reach. You should reserve in advance. It was also quite full on a Friday evening. There was still some room for improvement with the service staff at reception. Various service staff at the table were really top (attentive, courteous and friendly). Food very nicely prepared and tasty. Acoustics are a bit loud if there are a lot of guests there, but that's a good sign, otherwise it wouldn't be so busy. Overall 👍

We waited 2 hours for our food. During this time we were asked for drinks twice. The pizza was cold and the staff was overwhelmed.

It's cozy here and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately there is mainly pasta and pizza here, there is a little variety missing on the menu. The portions are quite small and can also serve as an appetizer. The taste is good, great offers for children (up to 6 years free, from 7 to 12 years discounted). If you're in the area, it's a good idea to stop here.

Very nice atmosphere and very nice service. Long wait for the starter, then a long wait for the main course. Freshly prepared, but unfortunately only luke warm. Still, highly recommended.

The pizza with buffalo mozzarella and caramelized onions is the best pizza I have eaten in many years. Thank you for the lovely evening with you.

I drove past it by chance and stopped there on the way back from Lake Phönix. Sat outside in the most wonderful weather, drank and ate. The food was terrific and freshly prepared. The drinks are also super tasty. The service was top, staff very friendly, clean atmosphere. Always my pleasure!

Service was apparently overwhelmed by our group (approx. 60 people). Some of the group were already finished, others in the group had nothing yet. Coffee took more than 40 minutes.

Good tasty pizza. You also worked quickly enough. The Crema Nero was a highlight.

Purino is a nice Italian restaurant with a wide variety of food. Many dishes are also available in vegan versions. I had the Pasta Al Pollo with vegan chicken. For dessert we had a chocolate raspberry brownie with ice cream. The food was so delicious. I can highly recommend it! The service was very attentive and friendly. We'd love to come back.

Nice location. The food in the restaurants in Cologne and Gelsenkirchen was always great. Unfortunately we weren't so lucky in Dortmund. At least I can't recommend the bowls in terms of taste or quality. A friendly hint about this was initially completely ignored by the employees. The conversation with the head waiter about this was unpleasant and not very polite/hospitable. Too bad.

Very friendly and attentive service Pizza & salad were very tasty. It was easy to add extra toppings to the pizza. Price/performance fits. Absolutely recommended.

Unfortunately I waited almost 1 hour for the food, unfortunately my noodles were undercooked and very oily and the bottom of my plate was covered in oil. Sorry, I don't spend any money on that, I'd rather make the pasta at home.

Delicious pizzas, great restaurant, but when it's completely full, the background noise is of course very loud. But that's the case everywhere.

We discovered this “Purino” purely by chance some time ago. On our first visit we were impressed by the very nice reception when we entered the location. The menu read very well, the food chosen was a very nice surprise in terms of taste. The service at the table, very correct, silent and very friendly. Further visits to the "Purino" confirmed the first impression again. A clear recommendation to stop by here and let yourself be captured by the atmosphere and enjoy it.

A good option for Italian food. The menu offers variety through e.g. pasta variations. The service is generally good. Sometimes you have to wait a little longer. Not ideal during your lunch break. Pre-ordering is possible. Unfortunately, the portions of pasta dishes outside of the house are significantly smaller than in the restaurant. That's not fair for the price! Overall, lunch dishes cost a bit too much for a regular visit. Lunch menu would make sense.

Breakfast at PURiNO! Just really beautiful. The atmosphere is very cozy! The service is incredibly nice! We sat really nicely at the window with a view of the outside area. The breakfast was very rich! It tasted very good. The prices were absolutely right! We would love to come back.

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern zum ersten Mal hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service, keine zu langen Wartezeiten trotz vollem Lokal und allen hat ihr Essen geschmeckt. Und endlich einmal eine Lokalität, die berücksichtigt, dass kleine Kinder nebenbei mit satt werden. Daumen hoch, wir kommen wieder!
