A really nice Italian! Very large and therefore very loud, but that's not annoying! The food was great! Great starter and excellent pasta or pizzas! Only the service really leaves a lot to be desired! We were only asked for drinks when we sat down! After that nothing happened anymore! If we hadn't drawn attention to ourselves, we wouldn't have had a second drink all evening! Empty glasses and wine decanters were also not cleared away and everything remained on the table! It's a shame, it was actually a nice evening, but the service gave the whole thing a bitter aftertaste!

Perfect meeting point! I always order the bowls with vegan side dishes. Price-performance ratio is great compared to other restaurants and their bowls. Large quantity as well as some different and unusual components.

Went again today with 6 people. Despite reservations, no table for us. We made a reservation for outside and they refused to put two tables together. Sales of around 200 euros didn't matter.

Wir haben leider neben einer Gruppe von 30 Leuten gesessen, daher war der Geräuschpegel schon sehr laut. Somit die Abzüge bei Ambiente und Lautstärke. War halt an diesem Abend etwas Pech. Alles andere ist hervorragend, Essen super lecker, Nachtisch überragend , flotter Service und überaus nettes und unaufdringliches Personal. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne ins Purino!!

Nachdem wir zu unserem bestellten Tisch geführt wurden, haben wir etwas über 20 Minuten gewartet, ohne daß jemand von Servicepersonal weiter von uns Notiz genommen hätte. Es war zwar gut besucht, aber es waren mehrere Servicekräfte unterwegs. Sind dann unverrichteter Dinge wieder gegangen. Eine offensichtlich nicht für unseren Tisch zuständige Mitarbeiterin, die ich noch kurz ansprach, meinte, das sei ihr egal…

We sat at our (previously reserved) table for over 20 minutes without any service person noticing us. Then they left. An employee I spoke to said it didn't matter to her, she wasn't responsible for our table...

Nice Italian restaurant with an outdoor area, staff was nice and attentive, food came relatively quickly, we felt very comfortable there, parking spaces could be tight if there are a lot of visitors, but we can still recommend Purino, we'll be back.

Letztlich können wir das Essen und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht bewerten, da wir unseren Besuch kurzfristig vor Ort abgesagt haben. Trotz des guten Wetters war die Außengastronomie geschlossen. Das Lokal war brechend voll, sehr heiss im Lokal, die Geräuschkulisse war enorm und der Essensgeruch penetrant. Daher haben wir entschieden die Tischreservierung abzusagen.

Essen, Personal und Ambiente eine wunderbare Symbiose.

Wir hatten auf Empfehlung den Tisch reserviert. Leider ohne uns vorher über den Inhalt der Speisekarte zu informieren. Das Ambiente war ok, der Service zuvorkommend aber leider konnten wir uns an die Speisenauswahl nicht gewöhnen und haben das Essen ausfallen lassen. War leider so. Den Service haben wir über unsere Entscheidung selbstverständlich informiert und blieben so in angenehmer Atmosphäre bei den Getränken. Insgesamt für das richtige Klientel eine gute Restaurantwahl.

Wir waren an einem Freitagabend dort und hatten einen Tisch in der Mitte. Dort war es leider ziemlich laut. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich versuchen, einen Tisch am Rand zu reservieren. Essen und Service waren - wie immer - prima.

I actually wanted a Magareta pizza with additional mozzarella and tomatoes on it, but when I got home I saw a pizza without cheese just with tomato paste and mozzarella, that was the biggest disappointment and didn't taste good at all. And I paid 15 euros for the thing.

Please don't ! Today I went to the restaurant again after a long time because I wasn't satisfied the last time. However, as of today I know that I won't come to the restaurant again. I ordered the salmon tartare which consisted of 10% salmon and 90% avocado. The bread on the menu was declared to be toasted and all I got was the soft inside of a sourdough bread. In addition, some of the salmon was a little older, which you could tell 1. by the color, 2. by the texture and 3. by the smell. Nevertheless, the staff was very helpful and they immediately sought an open conversation. I was told that everything had already been packed in advance and that they didn't have to do much anymore, which is why it couldn't be that the salmon was no longer the freshest. My partner also confirmed the three points mentioned to me.

Good day, Last Thursday, in August, we went to this Purino restaurant in Dortmund for the first time on a recommendation and had pre-ordered for 4 people. It's difficult for me to write a fair review; as we found the assessment of the chef/dishes, the ambience and the confident friendliness of the staff to be very different. What we liked: nice atmosphere, very friendly staff, good tasting house wine, attentive, quick service for many guests; very confident staff who still exuded a very pleasant calm. When we were dissatisfied with the space allocated, we got the table we wanted without any problems. We expressed dissatisfaction with 2 dishes with the same noodles and one dish was directly deducted from the price and the other was significantly reduced in price, even though it was eaten. A great response to dissatisfaction! There was clearly a lot of emphasis on satisfaction, that was noticeable. I'm sorry to mention clear criticisms, but I just have to give the feedback because it might be easy to change. Now the criticisms: I'm afraid there was a lack of an experienced chef to match the offer. And we didn't like the fact that as newbies, despite having booked in advance for 4 people, we were shown to a middle table that was supposedly intended for 10 people, with a hard wooden bench without cushions, a very short seat and an unpleasant draft, very loud around it and were a bit irritated... I found a free table for 4 people with very comfortable armchair chairs at the edge of the restaurant window and we were allowed to stay there upon request. Why weren't we taken there immediately? Ideal for 4 people... It was significantly less noisy there and, above all, there were no drafts and it was nice to look out the window. Now about the food: It was served in a friendly and quick manner, as were the drinks. 2 people had gluten-free pasta, which unfortunately turned out to be very watery and sticky. My truffle mushroom sauce tasted great; There were 2 slices of truffle on top, great, but the pasta was soggy and stuck to the roof of the mouth, a shame! The other gluten-free pasta with tomato sauce also stuck to the palate and only a third was eaten. The shape and taste of the chicken meat seemed like the prepackaged ready-made meat bars from the supermarket. The other pasta with meat and vegetables was better, but not particularly good either. For the dish with spinach, we had to look for it. However: When asked by the attentive staff, the management responded immediately with great agreement. One dish was not charged at all, but an eaten dish was still reduced in price by the price of the wine. My impression is: There was no need for an experienced chef because pasta is supposed to be great in Italian cuisine. The staff has to “pay it forward”. In addition, little consideration was given to comfort with the visually pretty wooden benches with the very short seats, and the unpleasant draft in the middle of the restaurant was very annoying, at least for us. (You can try to take new guests to the unpopular seats...? However, this is only the resulting assumption). We're not particularly motivated to come back and try other dishes mainly because of the sticky noodles, plain chicken and the noisy atmosphere in the restaurant. However, we think that something like this can easily be changed: New chef or further training, cushions on the benches! Many thanks to the staff! Eat: Very good authentic Italian pizzas. Which are very thin (reminiscent of crisps), with homemade house sauce. The toppings are almost exclusively exclusive combinations from Italian cuisine, i.e. you won't find pizzas like those at the pizzeria around the corner here. The ingredients are fresh and of good quality. The starter in the picture was something with salmon and avocado and I can only recommend it. I enjoyed it very much. I'm really happy with the food. Service: The employees are all very nice and respectful, my wishes were listened to, but they forgot to bring chili oil for my companion (the restaurant was moderately busy) and I sat in the crumbs from the customer before. Ambiance: very nicely and neatly furnished, you feel comfortable and welcome. However, that certain something is missing for 5 stars.

Das Einzige, was ich auszusetzen habe ist, auf der Pizza war nicht genug Käse drauf. Die Größe war sehr gut und der dünne, knusprige Boden ist genau mein Ding.

My wife often eats here with work colleagues and always orders a tuna pizza because she finds the tuna so delicious. I found the selection of pizza to be very limited, but I finally found one that I liked. The drinks prices are very expensive here and the pizza is also at the highest price level, so I explained to my wife after ordering that I probably wouldn't eat here again. But I was very disappointed with the pizza. The floor was a total disaster for me. If you cut the outer edge and it falls into individual pieces like chips, then that doesn't work for me at all. Personally, I love the edge when it's nice and fluffy, when it stretches more like a bun that's being torn apart. The fact that the pizza base was otherwise very thin didn't bother me because I know it from L'Osteria, for example, but I just didn't like the taste of the base either. Maybe a healthy flour like spelled flour is used here. The surface tasted OK, but the floor was a total disaster. The only positive thing for me was the friendly service. They were very friendly and attentive. I'm surprised that the other customers here rate the pizzas so well. Either they all like the dry crust that falls apart into 1000 pieces when cut, or the pizza was different that day than usual because perhaps some ingredient ran out, perhaps the right flour wasn't delivered.... ..................

The pizza was just great even with extra requests. Everyone was very happy, it tasted great & it was a perfect end to our trip to Dortmund. Absolutely recommended.

Auf der Speisekarte sind lecker Sachen...etwas außergewöhnlicher bzw spezieller als in anderen Restaurants. Aber auch Bowls etc. werden angeboten, was ich sehr toll finde. Die Salate sind auch sehr lecker, aber auch Pizzen und leckeren Nachtisch gibt es. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Bau gutem Wetter kann man schln draussen sitzen. Ich kann das Restaurant nur empfehlen.

The food was super tasty, exactly how I liked it. We celebrated my mother's birthday...everyone was very happy. Ambience, service great! When there was a small faux pas (forgetting mangoes in the salad), the response was great. The two people it affected were given a (great) tiramisu. There were four of us there and had made a reservation; without a reservation we wouldn't have been able to get a table on Saturday evening. We ordered two pasta dishes, a carne and bruschetta. Overall, more than average: the veal was fried to death and therefore tough. The ravioli dough was rolled out too thick, making it too compact and rubbery at the edge. The tomato sauce was more reminiscent of warmed pureed tomatoes. The bruschetta was ok, but nothing special. Finally, we ordered Titanias. That was ok, a little bit of spoon biscuit and what the finished whipped cream had lost on the plate and the waitress couldn't say either. We won't come again.

Es war so laut, dass man sich zu viert am Tisch nicht unterhalten konnte, nur mit dem direkten Nachbarn. Die Pizza war mittelmäßig und nicht gut belegt.

Das Essen stand zulange, bevor es serviert wurde. Ein Essen wurde dann nochmal gefertigt oder warm gemacht; das hatte dann leider zur Folge, dass jeder allein essen musste.

Interesting concept, not just standard pizza. Fresh salads, relatively expensive drinks. Good service, stadium is within walking distance.

The selection of food is quite large. You can put together the food in a very modular way. The staff is very friendly. The food came incredibly quickly. For My taste good. You take your own cutlery from a small box on the table. We also had to take our own glasses of water. They are there in small piles. The water bottle is placed on the table - done. But OK. We had to ask for bread, but it came very quickly. We liked the atmosphere. The parking situation is less so. Apparently the parking spaces are also used by office visitors in the building, because if everyone driving had been in the restaurant, we certainly wouldn't have been able to get a table.

Just a scene Italian. According to the menu, most of the dishes sound very tasty and interesting. Unfortunately the implementation is not great. The sauces are bland and tasteless or extreme (cheese sauce almost inedible). The pizza is so thin and crispy that we call it chips rather than pizza. That would never happen in Italy (I go there several times a year). In addition, there is extreme arrogance on the part of the service staff. Several requests to slightly modify a dish (without nuts, one less type of cheese, etc.) were waved away because the dishes were just like that. Service staff don't have the greatest idea about their job either. For example, I was The food was pressed into his hand several times or placed somewhere on the edge. Certainly no one learned it that way. I don't think the ambience is very good for an Italian restaurant either. Grid walls and blue lighting just don't fit. The ambience was really nice, the service was initially outstanding, but later became a bit more sloppy as it got busier. The food was delicious and tasty, although I would have liked to have tasted a little more Gorgonzola in a Gorgonzola white wine sauce. Unfortunately, the food only came to the table warm and not hot. Overall, a delicious meal with a little potential for improvement.

We went to Purino for the first time today. Thanks to the nice weather we were able to eat outside at Purino today. The interior looks very nice, but seemed very loud to us. This was not only due to the many children in the restaurant, but also to the lack of noise-reducing equipment. The outside area was quite clear, but nicely decorated and clean. The staff was very attentive and the starters and pasta 🍜 were very tasty. The house wine is also highly recommended. Some dishes are available as vegetarian versions, which I find very contemporary.

Seit Eröffnung bin ich regelmäßig Gast im Purino und war stets sehr zufrieden. Gestern habe ich mir Saltimboca ausgesucht und war extremst enttäuscht. Der Mantel aus Parmaschinken fehlte, das Fleisch war trocken und zäh. Die Servicekraft erklärte mir, die Küche könnte es nicht anders zubereiten, weil der Schinken so dünn geschnitten ist ????? Auf der Karte würde das Gericht falsch beschrieben sein. Die Beilagen waren sehr lecker, doch das Fleisch einfach eine teure Katastrophe. Eine Entschuldigung gab es nicht. Leider war dann auch der Nachtisch von der Spezialkarte ausverkauft. Schade, bislang habe ich das Purino stets mit voller Überzeugung weiterempfohlen.

We went there for dinner last night and were absolutely satisfied. Since we like to eat Italian food, the restaurant was recommended to me because of the homemade pasta and pizza. Totally great taste. I had the ravioli with truffle, just fantastic. The sauce was super creamy and you could literally taste the truffle. For dessert there was a pancake with Nutella. It's also super fluffy and simply delicious. The price-performance ratio is absolutely right. The only small criticism is that the service could be a little faster and more attentive. Otherwise everything was fine. Thank you!

Phew, where should I start? The girl was completely overwhelmed by the service. The food (2x pizza, 1x ravioli, 1x fettucini) came in stages and was unfortunately almost cold. The pasta was undercooked and too hard, the pizza was almost cold and there was far too little tomato sauce. The price is actually okay, the ambience is also quite good.

Der Geräuschpegel war etwas hoch, da es sehr gut gefüllt war, das war aber für uns kein Problem. Wer es aber sehr ruhig mag, dem könnte es hier zu trubelig sein.

Wir mussten recht lang warten, bis unsere Bestellungen aufgenommen wurden. Das Essen selbst war sehr schnell fertig und hat total gut geschmeckt. Beim bezahlen hat es dann nochmal gedauert.
