Primavera Restaurant Rottenburg in Rottenburg am Neckar

Advertising on the doorstep with cakes, there wasn't a single cake. The tiramisu was with dry ladyfingers, the coffee was virtually non-existent, as was the amaretto. And finally the mascarpone was missing. So all in all it was ladyfingers with cream and some decoration. Unfortunately, everything else we wanted from the menu was gone. At least the service was quick and the hot chocolate was really good.

Terrible! worst meal ever! the meat was still frozen. The service - oh my god. I think they are teenagers. The prices: as if it were a star restaurant. 👎🏻 not recommended

The Primavera on the market square is beautifully located and is ideal after long bike rides or walks through Rottenburg. You can sit inside and outside and also have the option of choosing between shaded and sunny spots outside. The prices are completely reasonable and justified for the quality offered. Burgers 5/5 Fries 5/5 Pizza 3.8/5 Pasta 4/5 The service was good, but I initially asked whether card payment was possible, which was confirmed. When I wanted to pay, it suddenly broke.

My food, especially the appetizer platter, had nothing in common with the restaurant's pictures and was a disgrace to Italian cuisine. Cooked ham and ceddar cheese from Aldi. Allow what!?🤷‍♂️

We went to this restaurant for dinner on August 18, 2024. We ordered lasagne, schnitzel with fries, bruschetta and spaghetti ice cream. The bruschetta was okay, the bread wasn't exactly my thing, but there were a lot of tomato pieces on it. Schnitzel with fries, yes, how can you go wrong with such a simple dish, yes, everything. No lemon, no garnish. Plus frozen goods. Simply inedible. The lasagne tasted like it came from a ready-made large package. And the worst thing was the spaghetti ice cream. It arrived as a mushy lump. So I'm of the opinion that there is no real chef here. So I would advise against eating anything here. The service was nice and competent.

I gave this place 2 chances before writing a bad review because I had hoped it was just an exception how bad my first experience was. In summary, the service is inattentive and unprofessional and the food is terrible. The last time I went my dish was so salty that I couldn’t eat it. When I told the waitress she simply shrugged and said “I’ll let the kitchen know”, walked away, and that was that. She never offered something else, didn’t even come back to our table at all until we waved her down for the check, which we also waited 15 minutes for. The only advantage is its location on the market square, there is nothing else nice to say about this place.

Disappointment, we stood on the terrace for 10 minutes and waited to be assigned a seat. No staff n sight. Other guests also waited a long time to place their orders. Bad service, then went on to the Greek restaurant. Was excellent

I'm really sorry, but if I order fried potatoes, they should have at least taken on a little color in the pan. After I asked a friendly young lady from the service to bring the potatoes to the chef to fry again, they came back to the table just as pale. Brought to you by another young lady. The statement: the fried potatoes for deer are no longer as good as they used to be. I didn't eat them, but I paid for them. Without discussion. The side salad that my friend had ordered with the pizza didn't come. At this point we didn't even want to complain anymore. We had a hunch that guest complaints would not be taken very seriously. And so it was. It was then our fault that the salad was listed and charged for on the bill. Oh yes, you don't get to see the bill either, you have to ask to have it read to you. All in all, it's nice to be able to sit outside. But I didn't feel comfortable. And some pizzerias even manage to bring a pizza to the table without pitch-black bubbles. The cocktail with gin and blueberries was good.

We recommend! Delicious pizza, good service and right on the market square with nice outside seating. Edit 2024 Still highly recommended! Staff friendly, food fantastic!

Food is super salty. Regarding the service, it's underground why... 1 meal was forgotten, 1 was delivered incorrectly, when asked that it was the wrong pizza they just said no, that's what they ordered.

One big disappointment for anyone who likes service. If you like unfriendly staff and want to listen to stupid sayings, this is the place for you. First what was good: - The food was very tasty! We all had a salad. What was bad: - Definitely the service! I have rarely experienced such lousy, bad-tempered and incompetent service. When we asked when ours would be delivered, the response was “you ordered last, then you will be the last to receive the food”. And there wasn't much going on! I ordered another glass of water and when I asked where it was, because after an eternity (easily 30 to 40 minutes) the salad was brought, the answer was “I won't let you boss me around!”. Too bad I just asked for water. Then I wanted a lemon that was never brought to me. Before I give the service employee any further “commands”, we asked for the bill.

Very nice service, good food, definitely recommended

This was my second time there. The food was again not particularly tasty, the portion was very, very small (but very expensive) and lukewarm. The ice cream, however, was very good. I'd love to come back for some ice cream. But the food was almost a disgrace. In addition, the reviews are always diligently addressed without any visible change in the restaurant.

The pizza was very tasty. Waiters very attentive. I enjoyed eating there. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

Nice location but below average quality of food - particularly a very weak starter platter. In addition, the service was completely overwhelmed; everything took a very long time. Therefore unfortunately not recommended.

The delivery for a Fanta and a beer takes over 15 minutes with half occupancy, the food arrives half warm, you only wish for a nice evening if you pay a tip, we were there on Saturday evening between 6-7 p.m

3 stars for the good food and some waiters are really incredibly friendly. Unfortunately, tonight wasn't a good experience. The food was delicious but when paying the waitress insisted on getting a tip. We ALWAYS give tips, but not for people who come like that. We paid €60.90, gave €100 and the waitress, while opening the wallet, asked how much she should tip. Just saying, tipping is NOT a must! Nobody is obliged to tip! And then to insist on it like that is a real impudence. We then tipped us €2 and instead of giving us €40.10, she kept the 10 cents. We really don't care about the 10 cents, but it's just a matter of how you present yourself. You can't expect your customers to give you money! Furthermore, she didn't bring us a menu and demanded that we order that way. Everyone works for their money. I once worked in a restaurant myself and NEVER asked for tips. I never even consider that customers will give me tips now. I ask you to speak to the waitress about this because that's how you lose customers.

Very cosy restaurant in city centre, which is an old town, with an outdoor sitting area if you visit in summer. The steak I ate (bistecca alla griglia) was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.

Ok, we were here in passing, just wanted to grab a bite to eat. There were few visitors, the staff was young and energetic. We ordered antipasta and bruschetta, something that doesn't require cooking. We waited for a very long time. Meanwhile, everyone had already received their hot dishes, and one woman received the wrong pizza that she had ordered. Finally they brought it to us. The bruschetta was cold, and they forgot the sheep cheese with the antipasta (then they took it away). The taste of the food is also not delightful, quite far from the usual Italian cuisine, there are few spices, everything is rather bland. I wouldn't go there again, there are many restaurants in Rottenburg, you can choose. She promised not to go there again. But then we came in again just to drink tea. The tea was ok, the pie too. But the toilet was horrified, why is it so dirty, the flush doesn’t work, the button is broken... this is a restaurant in the central square!

It's a lovely place to sit in the middle of the city. We always eat pizza, it's great. The staff is very nice.

A nice place to drink coffee and eat ice cream

Unfortunately I have to say, the food wasn't particularly good. The burger was dry... pizza not really good. Then a woman sitting in front of us wasn't served, so she was just ignored. You couldn't pay by card, but that wasn't communicated to us before we ordered. What if we don't have or can't get cash?! And finally, the toilets were a disgrace.

It is a small but very nice ice cream parlor and the ice cream and cream taste very delicious. The young woman who served me was also super friendly.

Sehr nette Bewirtung, leider wenig Auswahl

Wir waren an einem sonnigen Samstagnachmittag dort. Es hat eine gefühlte Ewigkeit gedauert bis sich jemand um uns gekümmert hat und das auch nur auf eigene Initiative. Die Kellner lassen Basics vermissen. Sie machen genau eine Aufgabe und gehen dann wieder rein. Anstatt auf dem Weg Speisekarten mitzubringen, haben sie gefühlt Scheuklappen auf. Am Nachbartisch das gleiche. Der Gast wäre fast aus Frust gegangen, weil einfach die Rechnung nicht kam. Das kann man besser machen. Mehr Aufmerksamkeit für die Bedürfnisse des Gastes. Das Essen war dann sehr lecker.

Hallo, sind jedes Jahr in Rottenburg im Urlaub. Dieses Restaurant ist du unserem Stamm Lokal geworden. Sehr nettes Personal, sauber und sehr leckeres Essen. Auch von dem selbst gebackenen Kuchen sind wir sehr begeistert. Waren jetzt auf ein verlängertes Wochenende dort. Freuen uns im Sommer wieder dort zu sein. Macht weiter so. 🙂👍LG

Habe Pizza mit Rucola gegessen, Rucola war gelblich und alt und nicht essbar - der Kellner hat nicht reagiert.

A lovely place to sit in the centre of town

Zwiebelschmorbraten war super lecker genau so wie die Bratkartoffeln. Auch das Hänchen und der Zander waren sehr gut zubereitet. Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Und das alles zu einem fairen Preis. Gerne esse ich hier wieder.

Das Primavera ist der Ort in Rottenburg um sich mit Freunden zu treffen. Die Lage am Marktplatz ist hierfür ideal. Die Qualität der Speisen ist unterschiedlich: Der Kaffee ist sehr gut, die Pizza für meinen Geschmack nur unterdurchschnittlich (sehr wenig Gemüse auf der Vegetaria). Vom Frühstück waren wir schon mehrfach enttäuscht, v.a. was die Qualität der Backwaren betrifft. Bei unserem letzten Besuch wurden uns statt Brötchen zum Frühstück ein paar Scheiben trockenes Baguette serviert. Wir haben abgelehnt und woanders gefrühstückt. Meiner Meinung nach sollte sich der Eigentümer konstruktive Kritik zu Herzen nehmen, anstatt den Kunden hier in den Kommentaren anzugreifen.

Wir haben hier nach einem Kinobesuch noch eine Pizza mit kleinem Salat gegessen. Die Pizza Hawaii war genau richtig für unseren Hunger.

Sehr gute Pizzeria. Mit Lieferdienst. Und mit wechselndem Mittagstisch. Top Service Team.

Bester Espresso in der Stadt. Immer freundliche Bedienung; insbesondere der Chef. Kommen immer gerne wieder 🙂. Sehr bedauerlich für dieses Gastrounternehmen sind diese Baumaßnahmen, die es seit Jahren ertragen muss; und jetzt gerade wird die Bühne für das Sommerfestival - mit viel Krach - aufgebaut 😒.
