Always a special experience. All products are very fresh and excellently prepared. Some just delivered from France or Canada. It's a very relaxed atmosphere that is immediately transmitted to guests and staff. Nothing will happen at all. A wonderful experience. We travel quite a bit. And anyone who has ever had brunch at Jumaira in Dubai will agree that it's not that far, at least in terms of getting there. The champagne brunch at POTS offers exquisite seafood, a variety of meat specialties, delicious desserts and so on... The service also leaves little to be desired. Recommended!

This was one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. It was an anniversary for me and my husband and the staff could not have been kinder or more attentive. We felt very special and well cared for. We did the four course chef’s choice menu with wine pairings and the food was outstanding. The wine pairings were also excellent, and the sommelier was more than happy to accommodate my preferences on a couple of pairings where the original selection wasn’t to my taste. Overall just a wonderful experience.

We had the 4 course surprise menu. There was also a greeting from the kitchen with three snacks. We also chose the wine accompaniment to the menu. The food tasted fantastic and the wine was really great and matched every course. The food is definitely worth the money. The waitresses were very friendly and attentive. We sat outside in the beautiful sunshine. Since it is in a quiet location, it was also very pleasant.

We were at Pots for a girls' dinner and were spoiled by the kitchen with greetings and especially by Felix with an outstanding service - courteous, friendly and very attentive. It was such a lovely evening, thank you!

A really great atmosphere in which we sat on the terrace and ate. Super tasty selection, excellent service from our waiter Felix. He paid attention to everyone's needs, took allergies into account and was always attentive. Highly recommend!

The food was wonderful, very imaginative creations with the highest level of taste, rarely eaten so well. The wine recommendation for the menu was also impressive. The service was friendly, unobtrusive and perfect.

Overall, I can give it five stars despite a few shortcomings. The breakfast was very varied. Everything is fresh, tasty and plenty. Many different possibilities, something for everyone. Great island with fresh fruit. Children will also find their favorite things. The staff couldn't keep up with cleaning and serving customers when it was fully occupied. He found a nice atmosphere for breakfast.

Sensationally courteous service, great food in decent portions at fair prices. The drinks are outrageously expensive, but we knew that beforehand 😉.

Really beautifully decorated hotel with attention to detail, perfect lighting and a real luxury ambience. The door and foyer staff were amazing and made us feel truly welcome. Sarah and especially Tim, the restaurant manager went above and beyond the call of duty to turn around what could have been a disastrous and completely ruined evening, due to the attitude problem of the sommelier and the racist and prejudice microaggressions that we received from him and another waitress. Once this was addressed we were treated with respect and kindness and were given some extra goodies to ensure we didn't leave with a bad taste in our mouths! The food though was delicious; classic German cuisine with a modern twist. The food quality, presentation and special touches did not go unnoticed! The wine was varied and a great accompaniment to our dishes, although not many are open bottles. All in all a wonderful place to go for a special occasion if you want to try something new and sample classic German cuisine. Just watch out for any funny business from the staff as it seems that they are not well trained!

Sincerely one of my favourite dinner date spots in Berlin. Don't be intimidated by the "Ritz Carlton" vibe, POTS is very down to earth and accessible for everyone. The food is truly amazing, and well-priced for the quality and preparation, the staff is super nice and fun, and the wine pairings are sincerely perfect. I can recommend POTS to anyone looking to explore the culinary side of Berlin.

We reserved a table for 9 at night. We ordered and they brought us the first courses, which were good. Then, after an hour of waiting for seconds while the cook shouted orders, we asked the waitress if the food was going to take much longer, because then we would leave. The waitress went to ask the cook, who completely ignored her. We had to leave at 10:30 to have dinner somewhere else. The waiters were very nice but the cook had chaos in the kitchen that cannot be understood in the restaurant of a luxury hotel. Horrible experience

For the first time I brought friends with me who said “you don’t dare go to the Ritz”. They were pleasantly surprised that the selection on the menu and the service were much more approachable and authentic than expected. The dishes were authentic and tasted very, very good. Max, our sommelier, listened very attentively to everyone's wishes and tastes and created a real wine experience with great facts. The chef also created a wow and gave the delicious nut butter as a to-go jar. New proof… Ritz is for everyone. "

Open kitchen very good view. When things get busy in the kitchen, it might be a bit noisy. But there are also great other places in the restaurant. Very individual service. Attentive and not intrusive. The kitchen is a highlight. Soljanka, Königsberger Klopse, cod were great. Tradition and modernity, everything perfectly crafted and affordable. we'd love to come back.

The Pots restaurant at the Ritz Carlton left a lasting impression. The service was extremely attentive and professionally trained. Every question about the food or the ambience was answered competently. The dishes, a modern interpretation of classic German cuisine, were a culinary highlight for us, although our friends weren't always as lucky. The ambience of the restaurant was unique and contributed to an unforgettable evening. It is unfortunate that the restaurant was not so busy, but we will definitely come back to enjoy this first-class cuisine and atmosphere again.

What an evening at Pots! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was cozy and the staff was just great. But what really made the evening stand out was the mega performance from sommelier Max Kraft! Max knew exactly which wine went with which dish and made sure nothing went wrong. His recommendations were spot-on and his passion for wine was infectious. If you visit Pots, be sure to ask for Max and let him recommend a good bottle of wine.

Pots - an oxymoron of Berlin hotel gastronomy If you ask about “the” luxurious hotel to stay in Berlin, “The Ritz-Carlton Berlin” will probably be a frequently mentioned answer. What on the one hand is a clear compliment to the hotel can become a difficult balancing act for a restaurant in such a hotel. On the one hand, to meet the expectations of hotel guests influenced by the surroundings, but on the other hand to present an offer that attracts local non-hotel guests. The POTS can claim to have successfully mastered this balancing act. When you enter the restaurant (note: go through the hotel entrance gate and then keep left to the end of the corridor - the POTS lettering on the wall shows the way) your eye inevitably falls on the copper-clad kitchen and the serving area, which always attracts excited attention of the guests who are looking forward to their courses. However, if you want something more secluded, you can take a seat in the adjoining, semi-separated dining area. Anyone who dines alone will be confronted with one of the peculiarities of the 5* hotel industry - the obligatory open book or magazine on the opposite page. Of course, instead of reading the book, you can simply attend the professional goings-on in the kitchen and after a short time find yourself in the company of Maximilian Kraft, who, as host, introduces the guests to the relaxed nature of POTS with his polite but also freshly direct manner, as well as head sommelier who makes his extensive wine knowledge available to every guest. Here you can certainly look forward to one or two discoveries on the newly designed wine list throughout the year. You can order either à la carte for those who like full control over their menu - or you can put yourself in the hands of the POTS team and choose the surprise menu (fish/meat or vegetarian). I can only warmly recommend the latter to everyone, because it shows the POTS food concept all too well: traditional (East) German dishes in a modern twist with a little twist. This is also where the right wine pairing shows its full potential and brings out additional flavor nuances in every dish that might otherwise remain hidden. Be it the curried koji carrot with crunch, the cod fillet with shrimp or the entrecôte with asparagus with the three colorful signature side dishes - what all the dishes have in common is that they are prepared and served to perfection with a lot of dedication and attention to detail. Here the senses can delight both sensory AND gustatory. If there was one thing that still has room for improvement, then my choice would probably be the bread that lacked lightness in terms of texture and density. But the same applies here - taste is always subjective and criticism is at a high level. The price-performance ratio doesn't have to hide either: around 70 euros for 4 courses (and greetings from the kitchen) or around 65 euros for the wine pairing. In conclusion, it remains to be said that the POTS team does everything right, both in service and in the kitchen, and is anything but conservative. One last note: you can dine in a T-shirt, polo or cardigan without turning up your nose. You can, but don't have to, wear the suit - even if it's the Ritz-Carlton.

For me it is not on the agenda to eat in an upscale restaurant. Accordingly, the selection is very targeted and expectations are of course a little higher - it should be a special experience. And that was the evening at POTS across the board. The entire staff is extremely friendly, competent and in a good mood. Recommendations are available upon request. The fish soup was my absolute culinary highlight. I'm about to get excited again. And the wine recommendation for dessert also convinced me. An absolute recommendation for a lovely evening that will be remembered for a little longer.

We had the pleasure of visiting the POTS restaurant and it was an evening we won't soon forget. The food was absolutely delicious. Each course was a culinary experience in itself. From the starters to the desserts, our taste buds were pampered. The presentation of the dishes was amazing and the taste was simply sensational. We tried different dishes and loved each one. The service was equally remarkable. The entire team was extremely courteous, attentive and always had a smile on their faces. We had a wonderful evening at POTS. The food is great, the service is courteous and the atmosphere is elegant but relaxed. The card was relatively new and is a modern interpretation of German classics. I initially flirted with the 4-course menu, but we decided that we wanted to try out many dishes together. We had a wonderful evening and felt completely at home, the vibe at Pots is relaxed, there was a good atmosphere in the restaurant and the employees were clearly having fun (we laughed so much with the sommelier) -- quite the opposite to many other hip ones Restaurants where you have a 2 hour slot. We'll definitely be back - we were impressed by the atmosphere and the great ambience!

Same name, new concept. The new map is just great. Classics reinterpreted. I can highly recommend the tarte flambée and the Königsberger meatballs. An evening becomes a fantastic experience! POTS eatery at The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin, not only offers modern German dishes, but also first-class service, a great wine selection and a super relaxed atmosphere. Free dinner parking with valet service is certainly a bonus. The combination of great music and casual service rounds off the overall experience perfectly! Especially if you go to the trendy hotel bar for a drink afterwards.

It was supposed to be a special evening for us on a special occasion. In POTS he became one. We received a very friendly welcome, were able to freely choose our seats in the specially designed restaurant and had a good view of the interesting open kitchen. The service was very friendly and attentive. The appealing meal in several courses was made even more tasty by the explanations and excellently rounded off by the wine recommended for each meal. It was pleasant to taste alternative wines beforehand. We would like to thank you for the excellent and dedicated service. It was a successful evening for us!

Highly recommended as an affordable option for high quality dining. We had a lovely lunch here. They offer a Dish of the Day for lunch at €23.23 including a bottled mineral water and a coffee. The days dish was Veal Schnitzel which was a very large portion. Our server was lovely and very professional.

Franco ist eine absolute Koryphäe, welche jeden Besuch zum besonderen Erlebnis macht. Ebenso der Küchenchef Christopher, welcher die deutsche Küche kreativ und lecker interpretiert.

Selten ein zuvorkommenderes, aufmerksameres und humorvolleres Personal erlebt! Man merkt, dass sie Freude an ihrer Arbeit haben. Das Essen ist kreativ angerichtet, schmackhaft und außergewöhnlich. Die Musik zum Essen stört mich überall, das sollten sich alle Restaurants abgewöhnen. Aber anderen scheint es ja zu gefallen. Geschmäcker sind verschieden.

Wir waren zum Champagner-Brunch und restlos begeistert. Ein sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service, Champagner satt und bei den Speisen blieben keine Wünsche offen. Der recht hohe Preis von knapp 200€ war durch den hohen Wareneinsatz gerechtfertigt - Austern, Hummer, Kaviar, Trüffel, Shrimps - alles was das Feinschmeckerherz begehrt.

Kleine Abendkarte, aber sehr gut. "In der Beschränkung ..usw." Coctails: ++; Smokerslounge: hervorragende Zigarrenangebot + Armagnac, alles dank fachmännischer Bedienung.

Hatten einen Gutschein für ein Vier Gänge Menu incl. Weinbegleitung eingelöst. Wir waren regelrecht begeistert. Tolles Ambiente und sehr eloquentes, freundliches und kompetentes Personal, das trotzdem bodenständig bleibt. Der Sommelier hat sich hierbei noch ein extra Sternchen verdient. Schon der Gruß, oder besser gesagt, die Grüße aus der Küche waren extraordinär. Die dann folgenden Gänge schlossen sich dieser Qualität auf sehr hohem Niveau, dies in angemessenem Tempo serviert, an. Die Weine dazu waren excellent ausgesucht und wurden kompetent beschrieben. Ein perfekter Abend mit Lust oder besser Sucht auf Wiederholung und uneingeschränkten Weiterempfehlungscharakter. Der nächste Besuch wird noch den der geschmackvoll eingerichteten Bar beinhalten. Selten mit so viel erlebten Geschmacksaromen nach Hause gegangen.

Mega tolles Restaurant in einem super Hotel. Zuerst ein Glas an der Bar und dann ein Gruß aus der Küche gefolgt von einem tollen Menü, natürlich auch Veggie wer mag. Service rundherum top und sehr locker. Die Musik war etwas laut und hektisch als Untermalung zum Dinner, aber wir hätten ja etwas sagen können. Nööö, passt rundherum. Haben heute gleich einen Gutschein für Freunde gebastelt und werden definitiv Wiederholungstäter. Weiter so 👏👏

Karte und Website vielversprechend, aber wir waren Gäste auf der Terrasse an einem wunderschönen Spätsommerabend - zweitklassig sitzengelassen. Restaurant am Freitagabend quasi leer, aber Wartezeiten aufs Essen mit leeren Gläsern wie zur Berlinale.. Gerade mit kleinen Kindern nicht zu empfehlen

Super location. Wenn man zur Philarmonie geht und davor was essen möchte, ist das Menu Ganz Pünktlich eine tolle Wahl. Essen war sehr lecker und Bedienung sehr freundlich. Wir kommen wieder.

They get everything right except the food. What a total disappointment. Entrecôte was absolutely tasteless and chewy. The aesthetic deserves 5 stars though, whoever designed this place should be awarded. Service staff are pros.

Unfortunately it would be hard from my part to recommend this restaurant to others as our experience was mediocre. The cuisine was splendid however the staff and atmosphere could be said to be out of hand and unorganized. This was disappointing.

Nous avions dîné au Pots pendant notre séjour au Ritz-Carlton. Alors que nous avions eu quelques réticences quant à la qualification de "cuisine allemande moderne" ainsi que des commentaires sur l'accueil et le service, notre expérience avait démontré tout le contraire : - l'accueil et le service étaient irréprochables, une juste dose déférence qui sans être "invasif, toujours présents - la carte présente un éventail de choix suffisant selon nous : non trop, ni trop peu; la cuisine est le point d'orgue du restaurant, elle présente toute les qualités alliant l'inventivité, la finesse et le goût; sans galvaudage, le Chef a su "moderniser" d'excellente façon la cuisine allemande. Nous étions également enchantés par le pain qui n'a rien à envier de ceux des bons restaurants en France. - Enfin, nous avions apprécié les verres de Gevrey-Chambertin qui ont accompagné avantageusement le repas. En conclusion, pour nous le Pots mérite amplement sa place dans la catégorie des restaurants haut de gamme. Merci au chef Christopher Kujanski et l'équipe du Pots !

Definitely a unique dining experience. If you enjoy high class, elegant and unique dishes the. This is the place to eat. It really played with colour and texture in a way I’ve not seen before in culinary. The highest points in the dinner were the start and finish of the meal. I had the chance to explore a different side of food.

Das Pots hat mir sehr gut gefallen! Junges, nettes und sehr aufmerksames Team, leckere und auch ausgefallenere Speisen, eine wirklich ausgiebige Weinkarte, tolles modernes Ambiente und eine offen einsehbare Küche in der Christopher Kujanski mit seinem Team tolle Gerichte zaubern. Es ist sicher für alle etwas dabei, mir hat das Perlhuhn mit Erbsenpüree, Morcheln und Karotten sehr gut geschmeckt. Zweiter Favorit war die Desert Kreation ‚Honig-Mandel-Zitrone‘ - super leicht und erfrischend zum Abschluss. Beides war Teil des „Ganz-Pünktlich“ Menüs, bestehend aus 3 Gängen. Das Pots ist definitiv einen Besuch wert. Danke auch an Franco & Team für den tollen Service!

Wir waren zum Abendessen hier. Wir hatten Glück, es war ein schöner lauer Sommertag und somit war der Platz auf der Terasse perfekt. Der Empfang war hervorragend. Die Karte ist übersichtlich gestaltet. Es gibt ganze Degustationsmenüs (auch ein vegetarisches) und natürlich auch a La carte ist möglich. Das Degustationsmenüs mit 6 Gängen für 129 Euro ist preislich sehr fair. Die Weinkarte bietet von günstig bis sehr teuer alles an. Der Gruss aus der Küche war ein grandioser Auftakt. Eiersalat, Flammkuchen und Curry Karotte. Mich persönlich überraschte die Karotte am meisten. Wie eine Curry Wurst, nur vegetarisch. Optisch wie auch von Geschmack hervorragend gewesen. Danach folgte die Foie Gras. Die Kombination war gut und war auch optisch schön angerichtet. Von den Aromen her haben etwas zaghafter als die Grüsse aus der Küche. Danach folgte der Kohlrabi mit Tomate. Optisch ein sehr schönes Gericht, von der Aromenwelt jedoch etwas eintönig und belanglos. Der Zander mit Spreewaldgurken war schon vom Geruch her eine Aromaexplosion. Optisch wie auch vom Geschmack sehr gut. Wieder eine ganz andere Hausnummer gegenüber des vorherigen Ganges. Das Perlhuhn war geschmacklich gut, die Beilagen waren gut. Ein ausgewogenes Gericht. Der Tagelspitz des Kalbes mit Zunge war ein zwei geteiltes Gericht. Die Sauce der Zunge wie auch die Zunge selbst waren hervorragend. Auch die Sauce zum Tafelspitz war hervorragend. Leider war der Tagelspitz selbst ehe zäh und fern ab davon was man in einem Restaurant in dieser Kategorie erwarten würde. Der Dessert war wieder ein Highlight. Perfekt zubereitet, geschmacklich wie auch optisch hervorragend gemacht. Der Service war gut und auch sehr freundlich. Das ganze Team ist eingespielt und routiniert.

Place is perfect, but the taste is not good

I ate the tasting menu with wine pairing as a solo English speaker. The staff was welcoming and explained all the food and wine for me. The food was delicious and the wine was great.

Ich bin echt enttäuscht. Wir waren zum Mittagessen dort zu Gast und haben auf unser Essen über 50 Minuten gewartet. Der Spargel war total verkocht und das Küchenpersonal scheinbar maßlos überfordert. Wirklich schade, dass so ein tolles Hotel ein derartig schlechtes Restaurant beherbergt.

Einfach fantastisch. Wir hatten das große Menü mit abgestimmter Weinbegleitung und waren begeistert. Der Service und das Ambiente waren hervorragend. Auch die Cocktails waren eine Klasse für sich.
