Sehr leckere Haxe, super Service, gerne wieder

Ein absoluter Genuss! Ob Hirschedelsteaks, Kalbsgeschnetzeltes oder die frischen Pfifferlinge – hier schmeckt man die Qualität. Besonders die Saucen waren ein Traum und die Weinauswahl vom Weingut ‚Alde Gott‘ passt perfekt dazu. Hier stimmt einfach alles, vom ersten Bissen bis zum Dessert. Man spürt die Liebe zum Detail und eine hohe Professionalität. Wir kommen definitiv öfter wieder!

Ich musste auf das essen etwas länger warten, es war auch allerdings sehr viel los. Das Lokal war komplett voll als ich dort gegen 18 Uhr ankam. Die Getränke kamen aber schnell. Dafür war das Essen aber auch sehr lecker. Das Personal ist auch Super freundlich. Wenn man in Fischen ist kann ich das Lokal auf jeden Fall empfehlen

Wir waren nun des Öfteren zum Essen da gewesen. Der Service ist einfach toll und immer für ein Spaß zu haben. Die Speisen sind hervorragend angerichtet und Schmecken super lecker.

Ein einzigartiger Ort im Herzen Bayerns, ein echtes Juwel. Der Empfang ist sehr herzlich, das Essen hervorragend und authentisch, das Bier sehr gut und die Portionen großzügig! Wir waren unter der Markise draußen essen. Ein starkes Unwetter mit heftigem Regen kam, so dass unser Tisch nicht trocken blieb. Unser Essen auch nicht. Es wurde uns mit kleinem Hund nicht erlaubt, in den Innenraum zu wechseln. Keine Ausnahme sei möglich ( auf der Webseite steht: Hunde aus Platzgründen nur im Aussenbereich erlaubt). Platz innen war jedenfalls noch genügend…. Also sind wir und das Essen noch nass geworden. Als wir dann noch angesprochen hatten, dass ein Nudelgericht sehr klein von der Portion war und nicht satt gemacht hatte, kam der Chefkoch noch raus. Und diskutierte mit uns sehr unfreundlich, ob wir nicht zählen könnten. Immer wären 16 Schlupfnudeln auf dem Teller. Wir haben nur 7 gezählt. Und nach Diskussion bekamen wir noch zuhören, es würden auch freundliche Gäste kommen… Wie dem auch sei: wir sind von der Unfreundlichkeit wirklich überrascht. So etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Buchstäblich sind wir im Regen sitzen gelassen worden. Eine schroffe Art mit den Gästen umzugehen. Schade. Unter Gastfreundlichkeit und Serviceverstehen wir etwas anderes. Unter Urlaubsfreuden auch.

Essen lecker, allerdings war der Kellner sehr unfreundlich. Wir haben 3 Gerichte bestellt, da wir mit unseren Kindern (1 und 3 Jahre) da waren und geteilt haben. Trotzdem wurden uns 2 Euro zusätzlich für ein Gedeck berechnet (und das obwohl die Kinder überhaupt kein eigenes Besteck benutzt haben). Dann wurden noch mehrfach unverschämte Kommentare gemacht weil wir die Pommes mit wenig Salz bestellt haben. Zitat des Kellners: "Wenig Salz bestellen und dann Ketchup dazu essen, das ist ja wohl Verarsche". Schade, das Essen war lecker, aber diese Unfreundlichkeit hat es uns leider ziemlich vermiest.

Das absolut beste, was ich / wir seit langem in einer Gaststätte erlebt habe- von Beginn an eine top Unterhaltung durch einen mega humorvollen Servicemitarbeiter / Reiner - erstklassige Bewirtung über den ganzen Abend, ein mega gutes Essen, eine riesige Speisenauswahl, aber jedes von 8 bei uns am Tisch gegessenen Speisen war herausragend, wurde gleichzeitig aufgetischt, heiß serviert, am Schluss noch den Koch / Wirt und seine sympathische ruhige Art mit erlebt, 5 Sterne Plus und danke für ein top gelungenes Geburtstagsessen

Wieviel Trinkgeld muss ich bei Verzehr im Wert von 35€ geben? Ich gab 2,50 Euro. Scheinbar zuwenig, weil ich ein Dankeschön beim Ober (der ältere von den beiden) vermisste. Er hat sich während des Kassierens mit den Tischnachbarn unterhalten. Das find ich ziemlich unhöflich.

Vorspeise + Hirschbraten + Beilagen + Nachtisch alles super !!

Wir haben hier zu Mittag gegessen und waren sehr zufrieden. Leckeres Essen, guter und persönlicher Service und das alles zu einem vernünftigen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können das Poststüble uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Es ist einfach zu empfehlen, wir waren hier schon in den letzten Jahren mehrfach zu Gast. Eine Reservierung ist zu empfehlen, da der Gastraum nicht so groß ist.

Die Bedienung äußerst freundlich. Ganz tolles Ambiente. Essen schmeckt sooo köstlich. Jederzeit komme ich gerne wieder her. Großes Lob!

Kann ich jedem nur empfehlen! Tolle Gaststätte mit leckerem Essen. Super geeignet für kleine Kinder. Mit extra Sitzstuhl, Spielzeug und ausgiebiger Kinderkarte. Auch die Essensauswahl für Erwachsen ist super. Mein absolutes Highlight: kleine und große Portionen. Nicht alle haben einen großen Magen und dann kann man einfach eine kleine Portion bestellen. Essen kam sehr schnell, war gut heiß und super lecker und der Service war auch top.

Das Angebot an regionalen Gerichten rundet das Erlebnis perfekt ab und macht das Poststüble zu einer tollen Adresse für alle, die authentische Allgäuer Küche genießen möchten. Für uns ein absolutes Highlight – klare fünf Sterne!

Das Essen im Poststüble ist fantastisch. Die Preise sind sehr angemessen und auch das gemütliche Ambiente hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wartezeit war super kurzweilig und auch unser 1-jähriger Sohn wurde sehr lieb behandelt. Ein großes Dankeschön geht an Axel der uns im Service toll umsorgt hat. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen, wenn es uns wieder ins Allgäu verschlägt :)

I have rarely eaten as well as I did there.

The food is excellent. We've been there several times, sometimes with a group, and everything is always very good. The meat is always cooked to perfection, and the sauces are simply superb. No matter what you order, it's all delicious.

We've been eating there every few weeks for 18 years. The menu is always the same, plus daily specials. The chef (in the kitchen) and the bar manager are always on top of things. Everything is excellent, nothing to complain about.

The food was good, but the interior was very cramped, so we had to share a table with four other guests, which wasn't a problem. It was, of course, very crowded, and the waiters were stressed. We'll go back next year anyway. Maybe we'll be able to sit outside, weather permitting.

Very friendly and fast service, and above all, very good Bavarian food. They also serve light meals. The ambiance is very rustic and cozy, and you can feel at home. It gets busy at lunch, so it's best to reserve a table.

We waited about 20 minutes for service. Guests arriving after us were served before us several times.

I had Wiener Schnitzel with fries, a side salad, and gravy. The price-performance ratio was generally absolutely fine. The gravy, however, was simply water (see photo here on Google) with a brown color. I didn't complain because the service was unavailable, I was hungry, and wanted to eat with my wife. My wife's meal (a salad with turkey strips and a roll) was perfectly fine, by the way. It's absolutely incomprehensible that a chef would even serve a meal with such a sauce, and the waiters wouldn't notice. At the next table, for example, a guest had roast pork with gravy, but the sauce was a completely different, very appealing gravy.

Service was absolutely outrageous, the food was excellent. After making a reservation, we were assigned a 90-minute time slot at a mixed table. Theoretically manageable with a 2-year-old child, but in practice, the menus arrived late, and the food only arrived 20 minutes before the time was up. Appetizers, for example, would have been impossible to finish. We were then pressured to hurry up, but later we could have "continued eating at the bar." I understand the economic pressure behind this concept, but the execution, especially with regard to small children, is absolutely outrageous. The food was exceptionally good. The prices were fair. The selection on the menu was equally fantastic. But the meal was not enjoyable.

The small portion of pork steak was tiny, the size of a credit card. A total joke and way too expensive (over €15). The small portion of cheese spaetzle was OK. We definitely won't be back.

We tried to have dinner at this restaurant around 7:30 p.m. After waiting 5 minutes behind the reception desk, a waitress came to tell us that if we hadn't booked, there wouldn't be any seats for a while. At that moment, people sitting on the terrace told us they were leaving and freeing the table. The waitress shrugged and left. We waited a few more minutes, the table was free, a waiter was moving around on the terrace without ever looking at us and completely ignoring us. We left. If the restaurant was full, no problem, we understand, but ignoring the guests to this extent is a total lack of respect.

We wanted to eat here today – after waiting for almost 10 minutes at the sign at the entrance, we left. Not because of the wait – we would have gladly waited longer. However, after several servers came outside, saw us, but didn't even look at us, it seemed to us as if the restaurant already had enough paying customers. Waiting times are okay and understandable during the holiday season. However, we found the lack of any kind of approach or other communication, and simply leaving us standing there waiting, more than inappropriate for a restaurant with such good reviews. What a shame!

We waited about 10 minutes without being shown to a table. During this time, the waiter walked right past us several times without greeting or speaking to us. If there were no more seats available, I would have at least expected a friendly welcome or farewell.

A nice, relaxed atmosphere and excellent food, especially the game dishes, are delicious. It's lovely to sit on the terrace in the summer.

We went there with a reservation. It was quite busy, which speaks volumes about the restaurant (in my opinion). However, the wait was also quite long – but it was definitely worth it! We'd be happy to come back. The price/performance ratio is excellent! The food is incredibly delicious! The service – despite the crowds – was friendly.

My boyfriend and I went to the Poststüble for a bite to eat without a reservation. The seating was quick, but the waitress was very hectic. My boyfriend ordered a rump steak and received the wrong side dish. The wrong side dish was simply added to the bill, even though it wasn't our fault at all. Paying only with cash also loses a point, especially since the waitress loudly trumpeted that the bank doesn't give them anything for free. Not very professional. The food was good.

We visited twice during our vacation and were delighted both times. Since we were there with our dog, we sat outside both times and felt very comfortable. The service was excellent, and the quality of the food was also top-notch. We'll definitely be back.

Very tasty. We really enjoyed the Maultaschen (swabian pasta) and Schupfnudeln (scrambler dumplings). The view of the mountain panorama from the terrace is very beautiful. The staff were particularly thoughtful when it started to rain. Although we were able to continue sitting in the dry under the large awning, it did get a bit chilly, and we were immediately offered a blanket.

I went to the Poststüble with my mom today. We ordered the Wiener Schnitzel. I thought the fries were delicious and crispy. The schnitzel was very juicy and the best I've ever eaten. Highly recommended.

Not recommended without a reservation. The kitchen cooks freshly, but not recommended with children due to the very long wait times. They don't consider children's meals, hence this review. The female waitresses were very nice!

It's really strange what people supposedly enjoy here. The prices are way too high and the portions are absolutely ridiculous. Purely tourist-friendly!

The cooking here is done with passion. The onion soup is something I haven't had this good in a long time. Both asparagus dishes are excellent. A family business, just like in the good old days. When we're in Fischen, we'll stop by again. Thank you!!!

I actually wanted to finally eat Kaiserschmarrn in Bolsterlang. Since the restaurant was closed, I wandered around a bit and remembered the fine website of the Poststüble in Fischen. Honest cuisine, small portions possible and the above-mentioned friendliness - that appealed to me, so I went after fish and had venison goulash with spaetzle (for the Black Forest these are knöpfle 😉) and croquettes. Extra requests, extra sauce, the friendliness and attentiveness of the waiter, a nice place to sit; Inside and outside...I enjoyed it and would like to go back. Reservations are required during the season.

Absolute top tip when it comes to good regional food. The food is served quickly, not only do children get it first, but the prices for the children's meals are also really good. The meals for adults are incredibly tasty and have been of the same quality for years. No matter whether it's the venison goulash or the onion roast, no tongue will be disappointed here. Service is always very nice too. Really great restaurant!

Food lukewarm, clear and overpriced. Requests for a few more croquettes were met with eye rolls and took forever. Uncomfortable atmosphere and loud radio from the half-open kitchen. Very disappointing because it was my daughter's birthday dinner and I had had good experiences there in previous years. But now absolute “handling” and unfriendly, stressed staff. Never again for us!!

The central point in Pisces. At every trade fair, all people, exhibitors and participants meet here. Super great and always a highlight.

I hadn't made a reservation, the woman at the counter "come sit with me and I'll have some entertainment" thought perfect. Good beer, nice conversation and then the deer heart in a pleasant game sauce with green and red pepper, homemade pasta and a salad where you could taste walnut oil. The heart is so tender, what a pleasure. Thank you, you've got it!

You can eat very well in the Poststüble. We had sliced ​​pork fillet with homemade spaetzle, and sliced ​​veal with mushrooms and chanterelles in cream sauce with rösti. Both with a side salad. A must if you eat in Fischen. Be sure to reserve during the holiday season to get a place on the terrace. Get in line early, everyone is full by 5:15 p.m. if the weather is nice. Excellent cuisine, excellent service, excellent value for money

Went here on the recommendation of a family member and were not disappointed. Cozy cozy inn in the middle of town with great service and a delicious, varied menu. We have been here for the third time now and we always enjoyed it excellently. However, in current times, early reservation is strongly recommended. Update 2024: Still good even after 3 years, the service is a bit grumpy in some cases.
