Very tasty Neapolitan pizza with some vegan and especially special options (zucchini/broccoli or eggplant cream). Something different to the classic tomato sauce and vegan cheese substitute. The room is a bit chaotic and unfortunately not very comfortable to sit in. Still water was available from plastic bottles, which were poured into carafes. It was a little more expensive but worth a visit because of the good service and food.

So the pizza was really tasty and the pizza dough is also easy to digest. Personally, we found the dough to be too fermented and the pizza was a bit too soft. The service is top, friendly and fast. The ambience, on the other hand, is more reminiscent of a storage room, with far too many tables, which means the noise is far too high. My advice is not to criticize (constructively) the pizzaiolo. He reacted very unprofessionally

Unfortunately, we found that the price-performance ratio in your restaurant is not right. What was particularly irritating was the price of 6 euros for a Saskia water bottle, which is available at Lidl for a fraction of the price. In addition, the hygienic conditions in the kitchen and guest room were questionable. The tables were rickety and sticky, and the dishes seemed cheap and unappetizing. We ask you to take this criticism seriously and make appropriate improvements.

Arriving during the least busiest period with lots of free tables visible it took around 10-15 minutes to get seated then a further 5 -10 minutes to get a drink. Drastically understaffed and over rated. I was disappointed. The pizza wasn't bad but there are better Neapolitan pizzas, even in Ulm. The price is almost exorbitant when you consider how much material is used. Yes, I know, they want to earn something too. But does it have to be a golden nose?

Not a place to recommend. Our son reserved a table at the restaurant on a Friday evening because of the good reviews. After we arrived and took our order, we were asked to move to a smaller table on the edge of the outside area because there were only 6 of us instead of 7 people. We complied, although this table was clearly too small for 6 people to eat in a relaxed manner. When we were talking within the group about how we didn't think this was okay, a waitress came and asked if something was wrong. I then politely informed her that we could not comply with this approach. The boss then came and suggested that we end our visit to his restaurant before eating, as he does not accept criticism of his staff's approach, which we did after paying for the drinks and starters that had already been served. It's a shame that a long-planned family evening was noticeably marred by such an incident. Luckily, we quickly found another restaurant where we were welcomed and served in a friendly manner.

We were at the Portico today and had made reservations several weeks in advance to eat there with the family. At the beginning we were at a normal table outside and initially everything was good. Unfortunately, the service came after a while and very strictly told us that we should sit at another table and otherwise we were welcome to leave the restaurant. I would expect a restaurant like this to handle such a matter better. Overall, a really unsatisfactory restaurant experience

The pizza was one of the best i've hard! We also tried the Limoncello Spritz and the Aperol Spritz, which were also pretty good. The service was fast and everyone was very friendly! Bravissimo!

Best Neapolitan pizza I have eaten in Ulm. Okay, it was the only one. However, the pizza was really good and I can recommend it with a clear conscience. I was there shortly after it opened, so everything went quickly and I was served quickly and friendly.

The overall impression fits all cases. The employees are very accommodating and friendly. The ambience leaves something to be desired but the pizza steals the show. The Neapolitan style pizza definitely meets the requirements. Dough is well matured and the ingredients and cheese are well selected. For my taste, the base could have been a little stronger and the tomato sauce a little spicier.

Very good Napoleonic pizza with creative toppings that encourage you to try them out. The service is very warm and the atmosphere is authentic. You can pay by card here. Toilets were in the basement and clean. Since the rooms are very small, it is advisable to reserve in advance.

I am Neapolitan and have lived in Germany for eleven years. I was looking for a real Neapolitan pizzeria where I could feel at home and where the focus is on real Neapolitan pizza and the atmosphere that you can only breathe there. Traditional pizzas and new pizza creations with cleverly selected products in line with the Neapolitan culinary tradition. Finally real substance, little chatter and no self-congratulation.

Relatively expensive pizzas - taste good. Water in the carafe overpriced. Very crowded - limited space. Clothes smell like food.

One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten in my life BUT only in the places where the pizza wasn't burnt. At most, I recommend picking up the pizza. Eating in the restaurant is at your own risk. No parking, no space in the restaurant. You sit more on top of each other than next to each other, dingy atmosphere and self-service drinks, which still cost €3.80. You don't get glasses except for water or wine. To make matters worse, we were charged even more than we ordered

Nice typical Neapolitan pizzeria. Rustic atmosphere and professionally made pizza. Very friendly Neapolitan staff, they make you feel at home. They serve Passalacqua coffee and for those who are coffee lovers, I said it all! For me the best surprise is having found Pino Daniele's vinyl discography in this pizzeria, beautiful wajù!

We were there today on Valentine's Day. We liked it mediocre. Plus points: The pizza tasted very good, as did the salad, and the service was relatively friendly (especially the man). The staff tries hard. The atmosphere is relaxed/casual. But: Minus points: It is very, very loud, cramped and crowded there. Unfortunately, there was no opportunity for me to relax. The volume made it almost impossible to have a conversation. The tables were carelessly set, without decorations or a candle, etc. It was also very hot. The dry atmosphere made you feel like you wanted to eat quickly and then go home. I found that very unfortunate. Also a rather small selection of drinks/starters/desserts and a rather slow service. The prices are comparatively high. You have to get your own drinks from a refrigerator. It was Valentine's Day, so it was very busy. Maybe it's different on other days. Nevertheless, I would recommend picking it up here. Maybe it's better in summer if you can sit outside?

Insanely delicious pizza 🍕 at high prices but simply delicious. It is quite simply furnished and not particularly large. Therefore, reservations are recommended even during the week.

Meiner Meinung nach die beste Pizza in Ulm. Nur Del Tufo ist vergleichbar. Hier bekommt man authentische und köstliche neapoletanische Pizza. Die Getränke sind teilweise Selbstbedienung aus dem Kühlschrank. Der Pizzateig ist extrem lecker und es gibt ein paar interesante Variationen. Klar Empfehlung, aber am besten reservieren, denn es gibt nur wenig Plätze.

Zurück zu den Basics: Pizza Margherita. Authentisch, lecker und super schnell auf dem Teller. Geheimtipp!

Die beste Pizza die ich je gegessen habe. Neapolitanische Art. Am Rand hoch aufgegangen, in der Mitte superdünn und knusprig, ohne keksig zu sein. Offensichtlich handgewirkt, ohne Nudelholz. Durch die hohe Hitze des Ofens rundherum tolle Röstaromen. Beim ersten Bissen dachten wir, die Pizza wäre etwas wenig gesalzen, aber nein. Die einzelnen Komponenten hatten jeweils so ausgeprägte Geschmäcker dass mehr Salz einfach nicht nötig war. Perfekt. Der Espresso zum Abschluss war auch lecker. Essen kam zügig. Service herzlich und freundlich, allerdings wenig aufmerksam. Eher zwischen Tisch- und Selbstbedienung. Völlig in Ordnung und immer war jemand ansprechbar. Ambiente ist charmant unperfekt. Hierher kommt weniger die Laufkundschaft, als vielmehr die Kenner und Stammkunden. Bei unserem Besuch angenehm kurze (Pizza-) Karte, daher wohl Konzentration auf das Wesentliche. Wir sind froh dieses Lokal durch Zufall entdeckt zu haben und kommen ganz sicher wieder. Geheimtipp und mindestens einen Umweg wert.

Wir waren gestern zum ersten Mal hier. Die Pizza war einfach überragend. Das Ambiente ist typisch italienisch, einfach gehalten ohne viel schnickschnack, entspannte Atmosphäre. Der Service ist freundlich und schnell. Werden definitiv wieder kommen und sind froh dieses tolle kleine Örtchen gefunden zu haben.

Man findet sich hier bei einem kleinen Italiener wieder. Es ist sehr authentisch und familiär eingerichtet. Der Pizzabäcker steht mit im Gästeraum, alle Zutaten sind ausgestellt und sehr frisch. Es gibt ausschließlich neapolitanische Pizzen in Perfektion. Wir waren mit einer Gesellschaft von 7 Personen dort und alle haben verschiedene Pizzen bestellt. Jede Pizza war optisch und geschmacklich top. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Vor seinem Besuch bei Portico, sollte man unbedingt reservieren. Das Restaurant ist leider klein und bietet nicht so viele Plätze. Außerdem ist hier gefühl am Wochenende sehr viel los. My family and I visited Portico Ristobar and Pizza in Ulm last week and we were very impressed by their food and service. The restaurant is located in a beautiful square near the city center and has a cozy and elegant atmosphere. We ordered some appetizers, salads, and pizzas to share. The pizzas were amazing, especially because it is napoletan style. They had a thin and crispy crust, a rich and flavorful tomato sauce, and fresh and gooey cheese. The toppings were generous and varied, from classic margherita to spicy salami. The pizzas were cooked in a wood-fired oven and came out hot and delicious. The service was also excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. They gave us some recommendations on what to order and how to pair the food with the drinks. They also checked on us regularly and refilled our glasses and plates. The only downside was that the restaurant was very busy and we had to make a reservation in advance. We sent an email to their business email address and they confirmed our booking promptly. We had a wonderful time at Portico Ristobar and Pizza and we would definitely go back again. It was one of the best pizza places we have ever been to.

Mega leckeren Pizza, gute Getränke Preis Qualität und Quantität stimmt voll und Ganz. Wärmsten empfohlen.

Cool: Man holt sich das Berg-Bier selbst aus dem Kühlschrank. Lecker: die Pizzen.

Pizza war sehr köstlich, Service ist dort sehr nett, sehr freundlich, familiäres Ambiente; Abholung verlief ohne Probleme

Viel Auswahl an vegetarischen und veganen Pizzen. Teig absolut fluffig und perfekt. Wie das Original aus Napoli. Service war mittags flink und sehr freundlich. Pizza Pumerola und Marinara sehr zu empfehlen. Gibt aber außer Klassikern auch ausgefallenenere Beläge. Wir werden uns nach und nach durchprobieren.

Ein sehr schönes kleines italienisches Restaurant in Ulm. Wir waren spontan abends dort und haben zum Glück einen Platz bekommen. Die Speisekarte bietet tolle Alternativen zu typischen Pizzas. Jedoch war uns persönlich der Boden zu weich. Das ist aber reine Geschmackssache. Außerdem hätte die vegetarische Pizza ein bisschen mehr Gewürze vertragen. Der Service war super freundlich und aufmerksam.
