Unfortunately the food was very bad, the noodles were tasteless and only lukewarm and overcooked, not al dente. Also very loud in the restaurant, the waitresses were also very stressed. The creme brule tasted very artificial. The furnishings are nice, but the price/performance ratio is not right here

Great recommendation! 👌🏻 Everything was convincing: the location itself, the friendly and competent staff and also all the food and drinks. 🍹🍕🍝🍫☕️ Cacio e Pepe was prepared and served tableside in parmesan cheese. 🫶🏻 I had already ordered and eaten it in Italy, but unfortunately it wasn't served in this way! But at the Pomodorino in Weiden in the Upper Palatinate, guests are offered pure experience gastronomy! 🤍 We would love to come back and are really looking forward to it!

The pizza is without a doubt one of the **Top 3** I've ever eaten! The dough is perfectly crispy, the ingredients are fresh and everything tastes together at the highest level. You immediately notice the high quality and care taken in the preparation. The **salad** was also outstanding – the dressing was especially fantastic! It was light, flavorful and went perfectly with the fresh salad. The salad alone is a reason to keep coming back. Clear recommendation!

Pomodorino: A culinary adventure with ups and downs On our first visit to Pomodorino, the pizza was like a good friend – reliable, but not necessarily the star of the party. The taste was good, but not enough to make you jump for joy. 🍕 On the second visit I was greeted by a huge portion of pasta with cream cheese sauce that was so delicious I almost wanted to jump into the pot. Unfortunately, the portion was so large that I felt like an overfilled suitcase before a vacation. 🧳 The atmosphere at Pomodorino is excellent – ​​almost like a short vacation in Italy, only without the jet lag. The pasta was beautifully served in small pots, pleasing to the eye and making the heart beat faster. 🌟 In terms of price, the Pomodorino is a little above average, but hey, quality comes at a price, right? Outdoor seating is available, perfect for sunny days. ☀️ A small downer: When the restaurant is full, the acoustics are so loud that you feel like you're sitting in a rock concert. 🎸 But the friendly staff makes up for it. A reservation is recommended as the restaurant is usually full - no wonder with so much charm! I hope this review puts a smile on your face! 😄

RATING LUNCHDEAL I actually find it very nice and tasty there. However, today I was super disappointed when I got the lunch deal, which means: special size pizza and salad for €11. Impudence! The pizza was the diameter of my palm. You should rather write down the size of the pizza. For €11 I could have gotten a regular pizza and at least I would be full.

The first visit to Pizzaria Pomodorino. Pizza is recommended as is lasagne. Service courteous, nice waitresses. The volume on site takes some getting used to - when the place is full.

The best thing about the pizza was the crust, the rest was tasteless mush caused by all the whole pepperoni (by the way, without heat and without any taste) for me it was the last visit (worst pizza in ages)

Great pizzeria with very tasty pizzas that are highly recommended. The service is always friendly and very quick. The ambience is appealing. You can also get a lot of vegan pizzas here if you wish, making this one of the few restaurants in the region for vegans. What is unfortunately a bit annoying is the handling of table reservations. These are time-limited, so you have to leave the restaurant after a relatively short stay. Although this is communicated in advance by telephone and is therefore not surprising, unfortunately it is often not possible to reserve a table for the entire evening. Parking is a bit difficult in places, but you can use the small side streets in the residential area.

For me, Pomodorino has been a great restaurant with excellent food and great service for years. The quality of the food is very high and they regularly come up with something new. Unfortunately, it's not the quality of the food that has decreased, but rather the "feel good" feeling. I like to go to a restaurant to have a good time with good company and good food. However, it is now appropriate to look at the clock here. Unfortunately, absolutely inappropriate for me. As in the States, processing is quick even if the service staff tries to hide it. You get a time slot of 2 hours - yes, but if you want to sit longer that quickly becomes a problem. The food always comes super quickly but it's just completely un-relaxed. There is no time between the starter and the main course, everything comes almost seamlessly. You notice the pressure from all sides not to sit for a second longer. Even if you want a drink after your meal, you have to make yourself clear. Unfortunately, this no longer makes visiting a restaurant a pleasant experience for me. What a shame!

My wife wanted a starter plate - super tasty, but somehow way too much, I was “allowed” to help even though I didn’t want anything. That was a bit too much of a good thing, then we had pizza, I probably shouldn't have used Diavolo, the onions and peppers left way too much liquid, the edge was perfectly cooked, not too crispy but crunchy, but everything was floating in the middle... If I had stuck with my standard salami (: But the dessert really hit the spot again, Crema de Catalana (?) was great. People super nice. Towards the end we unfortunately had a pile of chickens next to us, as I now know the life story of one of them, but the restaurant can't help that. It shows how down-to-earth the whole thing is even though the quality is very high. Price performance is m.M. Top. You have to park on the street, but that wasn't a problem.

Long waiting time. Mussels are not available without pasta and if they are, then only with the SAME price and then an old red kitchen pot comes to the table. Basically take 1, pay 2! Service unfriendly! There's a cold draft coming in from the windows at the round table and it's only when they go out that a family with children is told that there was something for kids too! Gute Pizzeria, die meisten Servicekräfte sind nett. Preise jedoch mittlerweile ziemlich gehoben und unschön ist, das man alles seperat bezahlen muss. z.B. Einen Dip zur Vorspeise (frittierte Teig Bällchen) für 2,50 Euro was lediglich passierte Tomaten mit ein paar Kräutern sind... Das Essen jedoch schmeckt insgesamt sehr gut.

Vom Lieblingsitaliener zum NoGo: wir waren immer sehr zufrieden, freundlich Essen sehr lecker, einfach mal was anderes, aber seit kurzer Zeit stimmt hier garnichts mehr: Selbst die Abholung braucht ewig, von Lieferung ganz zu schweigen und der Geschmack des Essens ein Glückspiel. Seit der gestrigen Bestellung ist klar: wir kommen und bestellen hier nicht wieder: Im Muscheltopf waren die Muscheln alt und ranzig, die Nudeln geschmacklos. Die Pizza mehr Rand als Belag. Schade war echt mal ein super Lokal.

Pizza war gut, wenn auch zu dicker Rand. Die Ente trocken, stellenweise zäh. Private Gespräche nicht möglich, da zuviel Tische zu eng gestellt und damit ungemütlich laut. Das Personal war freundlich. 👍🏼

Sehr gutes Essen, es werden viele unterschiedliche Ergänzungen angeboten, unsere Bedienung (Matheo) war sehr zuvorkommend und hatte alles im Griff

Vor kurzem erst durch Zufall auf das pomodorino gestoßen und in der Zeit zwei mal zu Gast gewesen. Beide male waren wir zu zweit vor Ort und haben „es krachen lassen“. Vorspeise, Haupt und Nachspeise. Dazu n gutes Tröpfchen Wein. Wir wurden vom aufmerksamen und freundlichen Service zügig mit durchweg sehr gutem Essen ausgestattet und hatten zwei wunderschöne Aufenthalte. Der letzte Besuch ist erst 2 Tage her und wird sicher nicht der letzte gewesen sein. Die Qualität der Speisen ist durchweg gut, das Essen heiß und hübsch präsentiert. Der Preis ist durchaus gerechtfertigt für das gebotene, da gibts nix zu mosern ;) Ja in dem Restaurant ist es bei voller Belegung durchaus laut, allerdings glaube ich nicht dass das großartig zu ändern ist. Alles in allem wohl einer unserer neuen lieblingsitalienern außerhalb von Italien. Danke für die Bewirtung, wir kommen (regelmäßig und sehr gerne) wieder!
