Ich habe heute den 15mai.2026 um 17:08 uhr 4 Halal Smash Cheese und 1 Halal Smash Hamburger gekauft und das essen war eckelhaft zum kotzen schlimmer als McDonalds

Habe ein Menü mit einem veggie burger gegessen, der lecker war. - Die Pommes waren stellenweise lauwarm, ich glaube da werden ganz frische Pommes mit schon länger liegenden Pommes gemischt. Das erwartet ich anders. - Ein "Menü" für 3.50 Euro mehr, wo dann aber nur Pommes dabei sind, finde ich komisch. Habe dann für Getränk noch 2.50 Euro extra gezahlt. - Finde es sehr schade dass die Anzahl der gratis Saucen eingestampft wurde. es gibt nur noch vier gratis Saucen, wobei zwei davon Ketchup und Mayo sind. Vor einigen Monaten waren das noch viel mehr. Schade

Ein tolles Erlebnis für mich und meine Freunde! Als schnelles Mittagessen war der Smashburger mit Käse und Speck super, der Kellner war sehr freundlich, das Essen fantastisch und die Atmosphäre richtig gemütlich. 8,5/10

Bin generell ein Fan von Pommes Freunde aber die Mitarbeiter und der Service waren wirklich katastrophal. Die Soßen sind zum größten Teil leer, spritzen raus, Tische sind kaum geputzt. Personal spricht nur unter Sich gibt kaum acht auf Kunden

Essen war lecker, Currywurst mit Pommes und die Knoblauch Mayo war geil. Burger und Pommes auch super! Punktabzug für unverschämte Trinkgeld Voreinstellungen, für Personal die nicht mal lächeln können.. Tische waren alle dreckig, stehen lieber rum als Tische abzuputzen. Trinkgeld für was? Fürs Essen selber bestellen, abholen und Tablett selber aufräumen? Ok..

Ich liebe Burger, aber dieser war viel zu salzig, ich konnte ihn nicht mal aufessen. Für so eine Qualität habe ich über 10 Euro bezahlt.

Geschmeckt hat's schon, leider eher teuer und dann sind beim Bestellterminal automatisch 5% Trinkgeld ausgewählt. Das ist erstens hinterhältig, da man das schnell übersieht und zweitens - für was genau soll ich einem Fast Food Laden Trinkgeld geben? Absurd...

Ich war letzten Monat mehrmals im Pommes Freunde in Arcaden und habe das Essen jedes Mal sehr genossen! Die Wartezeit war kurz und der Service wirklich gut! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die tolle Arbeit von Anna und Jelly. Sie haben meine Fragen immer freundlich beantwortet.

Ich bin Stammgast in genau dieser Filiale von Pomes Freunde, und sie sind immer auf der Höhe! Als richtiger Fan von Pomes, ist mein Favorit auf der Speisekarte wohl das BBQ Pomes;) Dem Service muss ich auch ein Lob aussprechen, da ich selbst lange Zeit in der Gastronomie gearbeitet habe und weiß, wie schwierig das manchmal sein kann, bleibt das Personal hier immer höflich und freundlich, Jelly ist die beste😂🙏 Ich kann also es nur empfehlen!

Ich war gestern mit meiner Schwester dort essen und das Essen war sehr lecker und die Musik war sehr gut. Ich hab die Bedingung nach der Musik gefragt und sie (ich glaube omol) hat mir dann ihre Playlist weitergeleitet super lieb.

War gestern bei Pommes Freunde und es war wirklich ein richtig gutes Erlebnis. Ich habe den Guacamole Chicken Burger mit dünnen Pommes bestellt, es war super lecker und frisch zubereitet!! Die Servicemitarbeiter sind sehr kundenorientiert und unglaublich höflich, besonderer Dank an Jelly für den tollen Service :) Ich komme auf jeden Fall gerne mehrmals wieder 😊

Essen war leider nicht so gut, einzig der Service-Mitarbeiter Kevin hat dafür gesorgt, dass ich dem Laden nochmal eine Chance geben werden - er ist super.

Wir sind zufällig auf das Restaurant gestoßen, um schnell zu Mittag zu essen. Das Essen war gut, es war etwas voll, aber eine Bedienung (ich bin mir nicht ganz sicher, ob sie Ly oder Jelly hieß) hat uns sehr freundlich bedient. Sie hat uns mit einem Lächeln und freundlicherweise einige leckere Gerichte empfohlen. Das war in unserem heutigen, hektischen Alltag eine wirklich schöne Erfahrung. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ich schließe mich den anderen Rezensionen an. Der Burger ist gut, wenn auch nicht unbedingt günstig. Dass beim Checkout aber 5% Trinkgeld vorausgewählt sind geht aber gar nicht. Benennt euch vll lieber in French Fries Friends um wenn ihr schon die amerikanische Trinkgeldkultur nach Deutschland bringen wollt. Die Menü-Option verstehe ich auch nicht. Für 4 € Aufpreis gibt es ein Menü, wo Pommes und Getränk dabei sein sollen. Als Getränk gibt es dann aber nur Optionen für min. 2,50 € Aufpreis und ein Dip ist auch nicht dabei. Statt 14 € hätte mich das Menü dann 19 € gekostet. An dem Punkt ist mir dann schon fast der Appetit vergangen. Schade, das Essen ist nicht schlecht. Hätte dieser Laden nicht nötig. Ich werde Pommesfreunde ab sofort boykottieren.

Ich war letztes im Arcaden und hab Pommes Freunde ausprobiert und es hat sich wirklich gelohnt. Ich wusste nicht was ich bestellen wollte und hab die Mitarbeiterin Omol his sie glaub ich gefragt und sie hat mich durch die Menükarte geleitet.

War zum Ersten Mal dort. Habe wirklich sehr gut gegessen! Aufgefallen ist mir das höfliche Personal. Ich glaube sie hieß Omol, eine sehr höfliche junge Dame, welche mir einen sehr guten Service geboten hat. Daumen hoch!!

War am Donnerstag bei Pommesfreunde und muss wirklich den Service loben. Eine Mitarbeiterin ist mir besonders positiv aufgefallen. Sie war super freundlich, Mega lieb und dabei auch noch professionell. Der Service war so gut, dass ich sie nach ihrem Namen fragen musste. Sie heißt Omol. Man merkt sofort das Omol ihren Job sehr gerne macht. Sie hat sich Zeit genommen und trotz viel Betrieb hat sie die Ruhe bewahrt. Das Essen war wie immer Top, aber der Service hat den Besuch noch deutlicher besser gemacht. Komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Es war super lecker. Ich habe einen Burger,es hat mega geschmeckt. Außerdem möchte ich erwähnen, dass die Menschen, die dort arbeiten, eine tolle Atmosphäre schaffen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, besonders Kenan und Anna. Allein zuzusehen, wie fleißig sie arbeiten, lohnt sich schon. Die Musik hat mir auch sehr gefallen, aber trotzdem kann man sich dort in Ruhe unterhalten.

Die Pommes waren richtig knusprig, der Burger frisch und mega lecker, was man echt nicht überall findet!! Die Saucenauswahl ist auch voll gut, man kann einiges ausprobieren. Die Leute dort waren entspannt und nett, und man fühlt sich null gestresst. Perfekter Spot, wenn man kurz was essen will und trotzdem Bock auf gutes Fast Food hat. Würde safe nochmal hingehen!!

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Besuch bei Pommesfreunde! Die Pommes waren super knusprig, frisch zubereitet und richtig lecker. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Mitarbeiterin Frau Haidari – sie war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hat mit ihrer positiven Art sofort für gute Stimmung gesorgt. Außerdem lief eine richtig gute Playlist, die den Aufenthalt noch entspannter und cooler gemacht hat. Man fühlt sich einfach willkommen. Top Service, tolle Atmosphäre und leckeres Essen – ich komme definitiv wieder!

Ich war letztens bei Pommes Freunde in den Arkaden. Es war ziemlich voll und es gab leider nur wenige Sitzplätze, was ein bisschen schade war. ABER das wurde durch den Service komplett wieder wettgemacht. Obwohl extrem viel los war, lief alles super schnell und organisiert. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Omoll, sie war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und richtig fleißig. Ich hatte selbst total viele Fragen zu den verschiedenen Saucen und war unsicher, was ich nehmen soll, und Omoll hat mich mega geduldig und ehrlich beraten. Bei meiner Bestellung (Pommes mit Burger) war erst etwas wenig Sauce dabei. Ohne zu zögern ist sie nochmal nach hinten gegangen und hat extra Sauce geholt. So ein Einsatz und diese Freundlichkeit sind wirklich nicht selbstverständlich. Man merkt einfach, wenn jemand seinen Job gern macht und mit Herz dabei ist. Großes Lob an Omoll und das ganze Team, ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Sie waren sehr unhöflich und unverschämt. Sie brachten uns Pommes mit viel Zucker. Ich sagte ihnen, dass meine Tochter Diabetes hat und keinen Zucker essen darf. Sie haben es nicht geändert. Ich fand sogar, dass Zucker eine zusätzliche Option sein sollte.

Essen ist an sich gutes fast food. Service bekommt nur einen Stern weil am Bestellterminal an dem ich selber meine Bestellung eintippe als Standart ein Trinkgeld Aufschlag eingestellt ist. Absolute frechheit. Als Option gerne aber das als Standart einstellen geht gar nicht. Es ist nicht meine Aufgabe als Kunde wenn ich schon die Arbeit der Bestellaufnahme selber mache auch noch euer Personal zu bezahlen.

Das Essen war noch essbar. Allerdings das Fleisch schon zu durch, fast schon hart. Die frei verfügbaren Pommessoßen und die Pommes waren lecker. Die Sauberkeit allerdings furchtbar. Und das nicht nur diese Woche sondern eigentlich immer. Oft ist auch wirklich nicht viel los und das Personal checkert hinterm Tresen, anstatt einen Lappen zu nehmen und die Tische abzuwischen. Immer versifft, klebrig, eklig. Auch die Soßenbar. Igitt. Das Ambiente ansich ist eigentlich schön. Die Sitzflächen aber total verschlissen und gar löchrig. Die Lampen finden wir super schön. Leider sieht man aber auch wie das Fett im Gitter hängt.. Auch die Theke, es lag Salat rum, hier ein Klecks Ketchup, dort ein paar Pommes. Nix wurde abgewischt. Der Mitarbeiter griff zu den Burgersoßen, sofort alles voll gesaut, wie wäre es mal, wenn man die Pulle sauber macht, dann würden die Finger nicht ständig kleben. Es wurde dann aber mit Soßenfingern weiter der Burger gerichtet. Als der Kunde dann in seinen Burger biss schüttelte er mit den Fingern und griff zur Serviette... warum wohl? Also ehrlich, bei MC oder KFC is doch noch sauberer. Unser nächster Fastfood Hunger wird uns auch wieder dorthin führen....

Fast Food ? Wenn man 25 Minuten dafür warten muss ist der Begriff falsch. Pommes wurden kalt serviert, Laden ist dreckig und Getränk musste ich nochmals nachfragen. Die Mitarbeiter waren zu dritt und brachten nichts weiter. War das erste und letzte Mal !

Essen war eigentlich gut, Pommes waren aber nur noch lauwarm. Preis wie auch viele andere Nutzer schreiben aber viel zu teuer. Service ausbaufähig, dauerhafte Privattelefonate während der Arbeitszeit allgemein geht gar nicht, egal wo und wann. Wartezeit auch über 30 min, obwohl wirklich nicht viel los war.

​Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ​ich schreibe Ihnen, um meine tiefe Unzufriedenheit über einen Besuch in Ihrem Restaurant/Ihrer Filiale am heutigen Tag auszudrücken. ​Mangelhafter Kundenservice und lange Wartezeit: Ich musste 30 Minuten auf meine Bestellung (Pommes) warten. Während dieser Zeit führten Ihre Mitarbeiter an der Theke ein privates Gespräch, anstatt sich um die wartenden Kunden und die Bestellungen zu kümmern. Alle Kunden an der Kasse wurden über längere Zeit hinweg unbeachtet gelassen. ​Kassendefekt und unzureichende Kommunikation: Erst nach etwa fünf Minuten Wartezeit am Kassenschalter teilten Ihre Mitarbeiter mit, dass die Kasse defekt sei. Obwohl ein technischer Defekt vorkommen kann, ist es inakzeptabel, die Kunden einfach warten zu lassen, ohne sie sofort über die Störung zu informieren und alternative Lösungen anzubieten. ​Unrechtmäßige Trinkgeld-Abbuchung (Betrugsverdacht): Der schwerwiegendste Punkt ist, dass mir ohne meine Zustimmung ein Trinkgeld von 0,25 € berechnet wurde. Eine solche automatische oder erzwungene Abbuchung eines Trinkgeldes, ohne die ausdrückliche Einwilligung des Kunden, ist für mich ein klarer Fall von unzulässiger Bereicherung und wird als Betrug empfunden. . Vernachlässigte Hygiene und Gleichgültigkeit: Weiterhin waren sämtliche Soßenspender leer. Als ich eine Mitarbeiterin darauf ansprach, dass dies behoben werden müsse, antwortete sie, dass sie "keine Zeit" dafür habe. Dies zeugt von einer erschreckenden Gleichgültigkeit gegenüber den einfachsten Servicestandards und der Kundenzufriedenheit

Die Qualität des Fleisches hat massiv nachgelassen! Das wenige Fleisch wurde so platt gedrückt das es an den Rändern extrem trocken ist! Die Dicke überschreitet nicht mal 5 mm, siehe Bild! Auf Nachfragen äußern die Mitarbeiter das gehöre sich so. Absolut keine Empfehlung hier Burger zu essen. Zudem wurde ohne meine Zustimmung automatisch Trinkgeld berechnet, dass habe ich erst nach der Bezahlung auf dem Bon gesehen! Ich habe nicht aktiv meine Zustimmung gegeben! Verbraucherschutz wurde über die Trinkgeld Situation informiert!!

Das war der schlechteste Burger meines Lebens – trocken, ohne Soße, mit einem durchgebratenen, trockenen Patty. Nie wieder dort !!!!!

When ordering on screen, a standard 5% tip is added, which, as far as I know, is illegal. The price/performance ratio is already poor, so this is the icing on the cake.

We had burgers and currywurst. The food tasted good, but the price was rather high for the portion size. The currywurst portion was very small (there wasn't much sausage), and the bacon on the burger could have been crispier for my taste. Sauce for the fries costs extra. The staff were rather cold.

We had to wait over 20 minutes for two burgers and a portion of fries. Despite a meal priced at €11.95, we had to pay an additional €2.50 for a drink, a 0.33l Coke, and a €3 surcharge for a different type of fries. The burgers were lukewarm and not worth the price at all. For around €30 for two burgers, a Coke, and a portion of fries, you can really get better food elsewhere. For just under €10 per burger, the quality is very poor. The patty is super thin and doesn't have a special flavor to justify the price.

The food was only lukewarm, the fries cold. Overall, the food didn't look appetizing. The staff were disinterested and unfriendly, talking loudly on their cell phones and laughing behind the counter. The counter didn't look hygienic, and the sauce station was dirty. Definitely not worth a visit for the price.

While working, people make private calls via FaceTime and show the bruises on their arms on the camera. We had to pay 20 for the currywurst!!! Wait minutes. The currywurst sauce was pushed aside with the cleaning rag and the employees constantly grabbed their faces with their gloves. Fries have no taste. This is now the second “PommesFreunde” store where we had such a horror experience. Something must be going completely wrong at the management level. Profit maximization at its finest without regard to losses.

I was very hungry and when I entered the store I only had a 200 bill. They said they can't switch. After that, I borrowed money from my friend and placed an order. But the hamburgers were terrible, the staff's clothes weren't clean at all and it was extremely expensive. Don't shop here under any circumstances, don't throw your money out the window! 🤢

The burgers tasted reasonably good, but the place was really dirty and the place was way too overpriced for a small burger €14.90 with a small fries and a small drink. That's way too expensive. Update: I have bad diarrhea

Unfortunately I was very disappointed on Saturday. I ordered currywurst with fries for a price of €8.95. The currywurst was cold, cut into pieces that were way too big and about 2/3 of the small paper plate was just overflowing with fries. At least the fries were warm and you could have various dips. I think the price is absolutely overpriced when the dish has more fries than sausage and the sausage is also served cold. The employees were bored the whole time and overall the experience was rather boring. I will now avoid general French fries branches and prefer to go to McDonalds or other fast food chains where I can be sure that the food will be served warm.

It could probably be done outside, but because of the clientele that hangs out there, it tends to have a very strong Assi Talahon touch... But the main thing is that the ruble rolls... Yesterday 02/08/25 4 would-be gangsters on site, one of them throws a burger at his Talahon buddy... messes up the table and floor... And if you're interested... No one... I was there for about 30 minutes and no one fixed it... Better to be on your cell phone and eating fries... Easy money

Everything is dirty and dingy - some staff who are not on duty are running around behind the counter for people they know. Eating takes a very long time - music is extremely loud and more suitable for a Turkish audience. Fries were served cold

Something called a hamburger is inedible, the sauce is also an inedible category. Hygiene is also below criticism. I don't think the owners ever ate hamburgers. I think the price is expensive for this quality.

Fries were good, the cheese smash burger was an absolute joke, firstly it wasn't a smashburger, secondly the cheeseburger was as big as one from McDonald's, which is very cheeky for €9 per burger!

I don't want to describe the "food" of currywurst with fries as anything like that. The currywurst was a fairly cheap Käsekrainer without any real cheese in it and was quite thin and small. The fries are cheap Metro fries (thin). If you "specialize" in fries and everything that goes with them, I expect more for 13 euros. Burgers were eaten at the neighboring table... the top was burnt black and obviously not tasty because the people didn't eat the burgers either. There is no service in that sense. Order food at the counter and pick it up yourself after a while. After explaining several times, the cashier understood what I wanted. The German knowledge can therefore be improved. The ambience has to be said... well thought out and poorly done. The facility is mostly run down and dirty. Wiping tables or clearing away trash is specifically ignored by the employees. Gastro is different with prices like in the posh gastro. Overall not recommended.

Food was ready relatively quickly, even though it was extremely busy as Christmas was just around the corner. In terms of taste, I thought it was pretty good, but especially with the burger it felt like I was just biting into a huge piece of fat and the bread unfortunately looked like it was drowned in frying fat. If it weren't so greasy, I would give it a few more stars. Pricewise it's in the higher segment, but still okay. Staff was very polite and nice, I can't say more about it except that perhaps the tables could be a little cleaner.

My girlfriend and I bought a Birger and Currywurst. When she got her currywurst, I had already finished eating. The currywurst is also way too overpriced for such a small portion. Overall a very weak performance..

This store should be closed. I advise everyone not to visit there, I've been there once. Not a single table was cleaned, the floor was dirty, so you don't want to know what the kitchen looks like. Unfortunately I wasn't thrilled. Ambiance seemed dingy and poorly cleaned, especially in the ketchup dispenser/napkin area. Rap music is way too loud and disturbing. Waiting time was acceptable and staff was reasonably friendly. Cheeseburger tasted good, but could have been more for the price, the fries were horrible, way too soggy and not at all cooked through. I paid just under €14 for a menu consisting of a small burger without a salad topping, the aforementioned fries and mineral water. Definitely not worth the money, a shame

The food was very tasty, but very understaffed, so everything takes a long time, the noise is simply horrible. I can't recommend it, it's too expensive!

Fat friends with pepper sauce are the best

The first thing I received was a dirty terminal. Ok, ordered. I didn't get the thin fries as I had chosen, but the thick ones that weren't even fully fried. Nothing was mentioned, I just saw at the table that there were probably only thick ones. "Belgian" doesn't deserve it. The burger, just cheeky. Flabby bun, 0815 patty and cucumbers. In addition, there are employees who fix their hair behind the counter and then put on their gloves with unwashed hands. The meat, bacon and other toppings were completely lost in taste. The sauces, some of which were also defective, are fine, but you won't find ordinary mayonnaise. Here it seems as if they are trying to reinvent the wheel. We also found the prices to be quite reasonable in relation to the portion size. Overall, it seems as if the employees are having difficulties with their processes. Half-finished food is left lying around for too long before it goes out to the customers, used tables don't seem to be wiped down at all or only very late. If a few more customers are added, the employees sometimes seem a bit overwhelmed.

They were very tasty fries. I can only recommend the bratwurst, but unfortunately there were long waiting times 🙁

We were in the store yesterday with my daughter. And we were really happy. We placed our order at the terminal, there was a lot going on, but the customers who were sitting had already eaten. There were 4 employees behind the counter and all 4 were working, but our order still took a really long time. I had the feeling that the employees were getting in each other's way instead of working with each other. I worked for a fast food chain myself for years and so I know if you don't work in a structured manner it will be quite difficult. But okay, then our order was ready. We had a burger menu with guacamole and thin fries and the second was currywurst separately thin fries chili cheese, the mayo at the sauce counter was empty, the fries were thick, when I asked I was simply told yes we don't have any thin fries, Firstly, you can sell this better and you can note it right at the beginning or import it into the terminal, it's not rocket science. The burger was very good, but the currywurst was sliced ​​too thin; it wasn't even half the thickness of a normal currywurst. It's a shame, but I like the French fries friends and will continue to go there, although there are a lot of things that need to be improved in the store.

The tables aren't clean and in general everything happens too slowly and the team doesn't seem to know that it doesn't fit. Next time I'll go to McDonald's, I can get something better and faster for less money.

Unfortunately, I can only agree with the bad reviews. We really enjoy eating at Fries Freunde Erlangen Nuremberg Fürth, highly recommended, but here in Regensburg there are a lot of things going wrong. Burger bread served ice cold and the meat dried out is just disastrous. Of course, for the price, we expect that to be the case. We definitely won't eat here again.

I've always enjoyed eating here so far. But last week I had a very disappointing experience. It started with the order: although I wanted to buy my husband the meal, initially everyone just looked at him and ignored me. Since he didn't say anything, the employee had to talk to me (obviously reluctantly). I don't speak any dialect - that's foreshadowed. And I wanted a cottage burger with jalapenos. The man at the checkout asked at least 5 times. Of course I got it without it. When I complained about this during delivery, I was met with incomprehension. I would have ordered the burger without jalapenos. But there aren't any on there by default! Then why should I specifically say that I don't want one? That doesn't make any sense at all! Then I ordered a large portion of fries with it. I got a small one. I complained about that too. Then what felt like 3 fries were added in the same small box. Please train your staff to have at least basic German skills in connection with orders. But that wasn't all: I've never seen the place as dirty as this time. I had to use 4 wet wipes so we could use the table. And usually the burgers are really good. But this time I asked myself why the bun lid was already dripping with grease. The whole burger was so greasy that everything was dripping. And this time it left a lot to be desired in terms of taste. That was definitely our last visit there for a long time! We will still try the DEZ. Hopefully it's better there.

Ambience was cozy and pleasant. Staff friendly and helpful. BUT. The food didn't work at all. Temperature was lukewarm to cold, taste was ok, but I know restaurants that make better fries and also much better hot dogs.

Were there for the first time to try the thin fries. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. The fries were very soft and not crispy. Even tastes worse than the fries at McD. For just under €5/portion and the promises on the billboards, I would have expected a better quality product. Won't go there anymore.
