Connoisseurs of the USA and their food will be very happy there by German standards. The atmosphere is actually reminiscent of fast food from the USA. As well as the fact that the citizens and fries etc. can also easily keep up. Worlds better than just going to McDonald's. The food is extremely tasty with house made sauces to suit different citizens. It's a very good amount for the price and will definitely fill you up. It's a must to drink the milkshake instead of taking the vanilla flavored water at McDonald's. The employees do everything really well and are very friendly, there is nothing to complain about.

Very good food and nice staff. The food was quickly warm and delicious at our place. The service was attentive and very accommodating without being intrusive. Unfortunately we live too far away to eat here often, otherwise we would.

I can only recommend ribs on Monday. Meat almost falls off the bone on its own.

A fantastic American style restaurant with great food, a lively atmosphere, and friendly service. The menu offers all the classics, from juicy burgers to crispy fries, a great spot for anyone craving American comfort food. The portions are generous, and the quality is excellent. One thing that stood out was how affordable the beer was, why is beer so cheap in Germany, and in Europe in general?

I know almost the entire menu and have never been disappointed, the food is delicious and fresh... Drinks are also delicious, especially the smoothies make me disappear into a fruity dream world... Staff really friendly and accommodating, special requests are taken into account. I can recommend it with a clear conscience and eat there at least once a week... The atmosphere transports me to the USA for a short time. I always feel right at home there.

We have been guests here several times because the food tastes delicious. But unfortunately we now had to realize that the portions have become quite small, starting with the side dishes. It's a shame we actually enjoyed being here. And you'll be full otherwise.

We recently went for half price burgers.

We have been guests several times. The food tasted very good. What we unfortunately have to complain about was the schnitzel. It was pounded more than thin, so we had difficulty cutting and chewing it, and it was fried very dark. Unfortunately, the young man who served us didn't listen to the criticism and continued to serve us. Otherwise everything was ok and I can recommend you.

A majority of the guests have become regular customers, many guests come back again and again when they visit this city... You won't find anything negative here... This team has been included several times since 2002 Rated 10 stars. A reviewer of this establishment even presented the manager of this establishment with 1 long-stemmed rose... Unfortunately, it's rare to find a company like this...

Gut zum verweilen, guter Service.

We were there for the Bundesliga afternoon on a Saturday. The ambience is not optimal due to the open design of the rooms in a shopping center, but it is bearable and it doesn't detract from the whole experience. The operation and service was very friendly and attentive. The food was very tasty, but the chicken schnitzel was unfortunately very disappointing for the price. In our opinion, this is not a recommendation, there are other dishes where you get more for your money. The bottom line is that we would come back at any time! :)

Schneller und höflicher Service, obwohl am verkaufsoffenen Sonntag viel in der Altmarktgalerie los war. Die Pommes sind keine Standart TK, sondern noch mit richtigen Kartoffeleigengeschmack. Die Tische waren sauber. Die Toilette ist nur für Gäste und in einem sauberen Zustand. Meine Freunde und ich waren sehr zufrieden. Punktabzug nur beim Ambiente, der offenen Gewerbefläche geschuldet kann es laut sein und man kommt nicht zur Ruhe. Der Inhaber sollte seinen Servicekräfte seinen Dank spüren lassen, das Team macht alles richtig!

Kathrin served us very attentively!

Fast and polite service, even though there was a lot going on in the Altmarktgalerie on the shopping Sunday. The fries are not standard frozen, but with a real potato taste. The tables were clean. The toilet is for guests only and is in a clean condition. My friends and I were very satisfied. Points only deducted for the ambience, due to the open commercial space it can be loud and you can't relax. The owner should let his service staff feel his gratitude, the team is doing everything right!

People don't eat the spiced meat!!! This is some stuff out of a can and has nothing to do with the good old Ossi seasoned meat! Sorry! Otherwise everything was great 👍

Very cool sports bar, nice staff and fast service. We had a New York Bacon Burger and a Crispy Chicken Sandwich and both were excellent.

The food is very bad. I took the baked potato and the potato was already watery. In addition, pieces of herb butter are simply put in. Serving food was really the lowest level. Never again!

Went there again on a Monday for ribs. As always, everything was great! 3 delicious variants that came off the bones really well. You can even eat with a knife and fork. ;) You're happy to take on a few kilometers for this. Homemade lemonade tastes good (yes, it's probably not homemade). When it comes to the negative reviews, you shouldn't forget that it is a restaurant in the EKZ and not a separate restaurant. You know that before you sit down there!!! Service always friendly! Anytime again on Mondays!

We like to sit on the “glass balcony” and look out. The food and homemade drinks always taste delicious. The prices are fair and the portions are good. The dishes are always beautifully prepared and the service is friendly. The slightly more hidden place at the top of the Altmarktgalerie allows you to escape the shopping trouble, which we really like.

It's cozy but somehow something is missing. The staff is friendly and quick.

For a small portion of fries €4.50, well... The rest of the food was ok but didn't blow you away either. The service was courteous and helpful.

We opted for the All you Cant Eat rib meal for just under €20. Overall, we were very enthusiastic - 3 different types of delicious marinated ribs, plus a choice of salads, sauces and potato wedges. Ribs were super tender and marinated very tasty. The drinks also tasted good and were fairly priced. The restaurant is typically American style. Definitely needs to be repeated👍

It has been a very disappointing visit. We were allow to sit and given an English menu. One staff said we can order within 10 minutes before the kitchen close. And when we try to order within the time limit, another staff come and say sorry that their kitchen is closed. A wasted of time!

We visited this restaurant for breakfast for the first time a few days ago and since our experience was good both in terms of service and taste, we decided to come back. The burgers were ok, not bad, but we wouldn't order again. The passion fruit lemonade tastes very good. My only complaint goes to the waiter who served us today. I ordered ketchup as an extra on my burger (because I like it that way), the waiter asked me twice if I was sure and I answered yes both times, a third time he answered me with a "That does "no sense" question, it was very unpleasant, but I answered that I wanted to. I don't understand why I should be questioned so persistently when I even pay extra for an ingredient!. Everyone as they like :D

Very friendly staff, the food is also very tasty, but you won't get full. The children's portions are also cheap at around €4.50, but they won't fill up a 6 year old (rice pudding was ordered). Our televisions were off, otherwise you can watch football here. We were disappointed with the sandwich, 4 slices of toasted bread with toppings and the size of the portion wouldn't have even fed our 10 year old.

The sandwich and homemade lemonade were delicious. The prices are ok.

The food was good, but the best thing was our waitress Kathrin, you could tell that she was happy and that she didn't pretend, but was herself in a very friendly way and that's something you rarely get. We'd love to come back :)

It's great that the catering industry is doing so well again! We wanted to have lunch on Saturday like we often do in the playoffs. It was already very full, but we still saw a table. The waitress explained to us that the table was too big for three and directed us to another table. However, it was now occupied. So we stayed seated as there was no other seat available. The waiter made it clear to us that we had to vacate the place and that he wouldn't serve us anyway. We left the restaurant. The cellar grinned cheekily after us. After half an hour we happened to come by again. The table was still empty and more families were looking for a place. By the way, the food is actually very tasty and the staff we've had so far didn't know this behavior!

The staff were friendly, the gluten-free burger and baked potato were delicious. It's the only place in Dresden that offers a gluten-free option, and we didn't have any unpleasant symptoms afterwards. We tested it several times. You can also get a good espresso here.

Have been there a few times now and have been very impressed each time. You get the food super quickly. And it tastes great 10/10! Also super nice staff.

Eat: The chili chicken burger was good, even if the sauce and overall ratio weren't right. All you could feel was the sauce. (Which, by the way, tasted like a ready-made sauce) The fries were a complete disaster for €5. They weren't crispy or tasted like fries. For 5€ I would have expected a lot more, it didn't even reach the McDonald's standard 😂. Who came up with the idea, oh let's use narrow mini fries? I thought you were an American style restaurant? Addition: Why do the fries change size after review? 😂 Drink: The homemade lemonade was very tasty, but also quite expensive. Price-performance: I don't think the price is appropriate when I see the comparison between Hans im Glück, Bürgerlich and co. I get more for the same price and everything is better coordinated. Service: The service was quick and reliable. My expectations were completely met Ambiance: The ambience is reminiscent of an American fast food joint from the 60s. I think that looks really cool. Would I come for dinner again? No, not for the price and quality.
