Platz9 in Duisburg

There's hardly any food selection. Only bottled drinks are available, and they're quite expensive.

Neither a restaurant nor a clubhouse...a chip shop has more to offer! The clubhouse has seen better days.

The previous kitchen is no longer present (probably under new ownership). The staff is very friendly but inexperienced. Everyone received their food at different times. The salad was forgotten and brought later. The gyro plate didn't come with tzatziki, and after ketchup and mayo (with the fries), you had to ask for it. We were simply served dry falafel and fries on a plate, with no hummus, yogurt, or anything else with the falafel. The food was good but more reminiscent of a snack bar than a restaurant. When I read the "restaurant" sign, I don't expect snack food. The terrace and the weather prevented the whole thing from being a total disaster. Dance, house, and techno music were playing, which might be cool for a younger clientele, but not if you just want to enjoy a relaxed meal and a chat.

Beautiful restaurant, great service, and a top chef. You can't ask for more.😊

New team in the restaurant, very friendly, very good food

Under new management since the beginning of April. I am really excited about the ambience and food of the new innkeepers. So the different things looked and tasted great. I really hope that they can gain a foothold here.

Last Friday, Platz 9 was transformed into a lounge area, almost with a beach character, as beautiful as the weather was! A first drink from the specially set up bar started the cocktail party. Later there was an extensive antipasti buffet, which was also very popular to accompany the delicious drinks... Great music, always better attended at an advanced hour. Thanks to Rocco and his team for their hard work and great service despite the large crowds! We are already looking forward to the next party.

Super Essen, freundliche Bedienung und immer etwas los durch den Ausblick von der Terrasse auf die Tennisplätze. Ist wie im Urlaub, trotz Corona

Leckere italienische Küche, freundliche Gastgeber. Gehen auf die Wünsche der Gäste ein. Wir kommen gerne dorthin.

Sehr leckere Gerichte und eine gute Bedienung.
