Terrible chairs, very cold in the hall

Home-style cooking at its finest: schnitzel, knuckle of pork, sauerbraten, goulash, steak, etc., all at reasonable prices. Very friendly and welcoming service; we'd be happy to return. The only downside is the location on the slaughterhouse grounds. But personally, I value good food and friendly service more than anything else; the view of the trucks isn't really a concern for me.

There's hardly any food selection. Only bottled drinks are available, and they're quite expensive.

Four of us ate there. We ordered two vegetarian dishes and two steaks with fries and salad. The steaks tasted good. The fries were too salty in our opinion. Now for the vegetarian dishes. We ordered two dishes. Unfortunately, only one was served. The second dish was not vegetarian, but contained finely chopped pieces of meat. Fortunately, the vegetarian discovered it early and complained. The second vegetarian dish was served shortly afterwards. There was too much oil in both dishes. You couldn't taste the individual vegetables or, in one of the dishes, the noodles. It was a single flavor. In conclusion: none of the four of us would eat there again. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is like it used to be (more like a pub than a traditional restaurant).

We've been coming here for many years. The food, the atmosphere, and the excellent service have never diminished. We feel comfortable here, and the value for money is perfect. We're looking forward to our next visit.
