I've eaten at many snack bars and had both positive and negative experiences. This was by far the best experience I've had so far. We'd ordered there many times before our visit today and were always satisfied. Today we were there, and what I found there was simply fantastic. In addition to the pleasant atmosphere and delicious food, the staff were the highlight. The children were served their food with humor and, at times, humor, and they clearly enjoyed it. The service at the counter is also very friendly and polite. My favorite thing there is the schnitzel. Bernaise schnitzel, broccoli schnitzel, schnitzel with ham—it doesn't matter which one you choose, it's all very, very tasty. You can also get very good pizza or buagettes there. I definitely recommend this snack bar and am already looking forward to ordering there again next time or stopping by in person. P.S. The employee wearing the pink one-piece sweater that day really entertained our children. Thank you very much for that :)

The menu is varied, and the dishes are freshly prepared and full of flavor. The warm hospitality of the team is particularly noteworthy! An all-around wonderful experience that I would happily recommend!

An underground snack bar. The currywurst here is served cold and dry. The fries here are served lukewarm and not hot. Accordingly, my plate remained untouched. After a personal comment about the cold food, they unfortunately showed no understanding towards me. No, unfortunately just a quick snack. You sit down at a table, choose something from the menu and then go to the counter and order the food. Food was brought to the table. I ordered a Bifteki special with cheese gratin, my wife ordered gyros with Metaxa sauce and gratinated with cheese. Plus fries and salad. Salad was not brought. We noticed it later. We ordered Saganaki as a starter. It tasted good, but... Large plate, 3 thin slices of tomato and a few pieces of lettuce as well as olives and pepperoni. Quality left a lot to be desired. I've rarely seen anything so loveless. After all, the eye eats too. Arranged a little nicer, decent tomatoes and 2-3 large lettuce leaves as well as fresh peppers, that would have been it. Ok, now to the main course. My bifteki was ok, fries and mayo were delicious. My wife had partially undercooked gyros in the casserole dish. Reason: new meat was put on the existing gyro skewer shortly beforehand. This was accidentally cut off the skewer with the well-done meat and put in the oven with cheese. Well, it can happen, but it doesn't have to. But the highlight was the wine. My wife ordered a glass of wine. Since we were sitting almost directly at the bar, I was able to watch as the waitress took the glass and swiped her finger through the glass before pouring the wine. When my wife asked when paying, she explained that she had only wiped a drop of water off the outside of the glass. If the drop had bothered you so much, you would have used a cloth to wipe it off. In any case, I didn't have anything wrong with my eyes and saw her finger in the glass. Well, my plate was empty, my wife had left 3/4 of the dish. We paid full price and then left. In any case, we won't be coming back and can't recommend this fast food place.

I like to eat something from this snack bar. Sometimes at peak times you have to wait longer, but I think it's worth it. There are parking spaces almost in front of the door and they are not free, depending on the time of day and day of the week. The parking spaces are barrier-free and there is a very low and wide step into the snack bar. You can eat on site and the staff have always been nice.

Delivery times are outrageous. 45 - 60 minutes were given. After almost 100 minutes the food still wasn't there.

Unfortunately, prices have risen extremely. Prices are high-class, with a fluffy offering, but the quality doesn't always keep up. Of course, costs rose in all areas last year, but that's extreme compared to other snack bars. 2 euros delivery costs were also added. Oh and don't forget: there is no sustainable packaging for 3m price

You can simply taste that great emphasis is placed on quality here. The portions are generous and the side dishes, whether fries or salad, round the whole thing off perfectly. The staff also deserve high praise. Friendly, attentive and always with a smile on your face – as a guest you immediately feel welcome and in good hands. During the last order, the delivery person was extremely rude when he couldn't change a 50 euro note (change would have been 12 euros). He then wanted to bring the remaining money over "later", when we said no, he became more than annoyed, absolute impudence! In addition, with the last 3 deliveries it was very annoying not only because of the increasingly poor quality of the food, but also because on all 3 occasions (!) the bill was more money than it should have been according to the website. We have now given enough chances and will definitely not order any more!

According to the website, orders are possible until 10:30 p.m., the requested order was rejected at 10:01 p.m. with the reason: "But you order very late, that is no longer possible!". Catastrophe! Not recommendable. Ordered gyros pita rolled. What has come? Burnt flatbread with chicken file strips instead of gyro meat in it. Price and quality don't match at all. I would say the worst Greek in Hagen and the surrounding area. Everything was better before…. We were regular customers for years and were very satisfied. As of yesterday, this is a thing of the past. Prices have risen extremely, service and food are no longer good. Tables dirty, fries glassy, ​​sauces (curry and cream sauce) at the lowest level in terms of taste. Drinks 0.2 liters expensive. The order was mixed up. Staff not exactly friendly. There's a lot less going on now than before, and that's on Saturday evenings at the actual peak time. It's a shame what has become of it.

Unfortunately it's no longer what it was. Apparently there has been since March 1st. a menu with new prices. We accessed the menu via the homepage. Costs around €23 suddenly over €27 upon delivery. Discussion with the driver about this. He then brought the new menu. I should scan the QR code. The old prices deposited. 4€ difference is a lot of money. I called there. The lady I had on the phone apologized a thousand times. Then I heard in the background (apparently as I suspect the boss/mother) the woman went through Google. The prices are wrong. I don't apologize. It has to go via the QR code. Bad luck etc. Absolutely rude and blames me. Absolutely unprofessional. And even when I went through the QR code with the new menu at the time, incorrect prices. That was on 3/4/24. I'm not sure if it's been corrected, but that's not okay and borders on cheating. It's a shame we won't be ordering again in the future. The baguettes are also a lot narrower. But at least the fries are really top. Still a shame. Addendum 07.03. still the old prices online. Ich kenne den Grill schon lange und habe einen Grillteller bestellt.Ich war erschrocken als ich gesehen und geschmeckt habe, dass die Cevapcici keinesfalls mehr selbst gemacht waren. Ein trauriges Erlebnis. Nicht auf den Punkt gebrachtes Gyros bei dem Verkehr kann passieren, aber Mist auftischen nicht.

Einst der beste griechische Imbiss in der Stadt. Heute nur noch pfui. Die Qualität ist einfach nur noch unterirdisch. Bestellt wurde Jägerschnitzel mit Pommes. Das, was geliefert wurde, war alles andere als eine Jägersoße. Extrem dunkel, gelartig und exorbitant versalzen. Das Schnitzel furztrocken und geschmacksneutral. Die Pommes "pappig". Fazit, die komplette Bestellung wanderte in den Müll.

Achtung bei der Rechnung! Es wurden 5€ zu viel berechnet und die Lieferkosten betrugen einfach 3€ anstelle der auf der Homepage angegebenen 2€! Insgesamt also mal eben so 8€ weg. Leider zu spät festgestellt und dem Fahrer auch noch gutgläubig Trinkgeld gegeben, der (seinem Gesichtsausdruck zu urteilen nach) auch noch unzufrieden mit der Höhe des Trinkgeldes war. Denkt man sich jetzt neuerdings basarmäßig die Preise immer wieder neu aus und schlägt einfach mal was oben drauf, wies gerade passt? Früher hatten Service als auch das Essen einen ganz anderen Maßstab in Sachen Qualität. Inhaberwechsel hin oder her - verarschen lässt sich kein Kunde gern. Da gibt es top Restaurants, die nachvollziehbarerweise ihre Preise anpassen mussten, aber dennoch keine Lieferkosten berechnen - bzw. wenn, dann zumindest so wie angegeben. Allein die Tatsache, dass man ein schlechtes Gefühl haben muss, ob die Rechnung korrekt ist oder nicht, wird uns ganz sicherlich von einer weiteren Bestellung abhalten. Wer seine Kunden übers Ohr haut und gierig ist, verliert sie halt und geht irgendwann leer aus.

Essen schmeckt aber holt es lieber vor Ort ab ! Oft falsche Gerichte wird öfters was vergessen und die fahrer sehen jeden Cent mehr als Trinkgeld ohne Absprache !

Die Pommes waren nicht gesalzen...Djuvec Reis war völlig ungewürzt und trocken.. Cevapcici waren voll trocken und schmeckten wie 1 Woche alt.. Hatte nur 1 Schweinesteak anstatt 2.. Erhöht alle Naselang das Essen. Im Prospekt steht 13,50 € Abgerechnet werden 14,50 € Plus 3 € Fahrgeld von Wehringhausen nach Haspe . Essen wird immer schlechter und Teurer.. Mir reicht es jetzt,werde nichts mehr da Bestellen..

Hallo also ich habe sicher das letzte mal da bestellt. Essen lau warm, dann 1,5 Stunden warte Zeit und dann geschmacklich auch nicht mehr wie früher. Und dann der Höhe Punkt man bestellt über 20 Euro und muss noch 4 Euro Anfahrt bezahlen. Echt schade habe da echt gerne bestellt aber jetzt ist schluss. Klar wird alles teurer aber dann muss die Ware gut sein.

Das muss jetzt mal gesagt werden, Familien Pizza bestellt, 1,5 Stunden gewartet, falsch belegt. Der vergetarischevTeil fehlt, ich würde vergessen. Wieder 1 Stunde gewartet. Familien Pizza kostet 18 Euro, auf unserer war jetzt Thunfisch und Schinken, der Rest Margarita. Dafür 38 Euro. 😳 Und gut war Sie leider auch nicht 🙈 Ich hoffe ihr lest die Rezensionen, ich bin seit vielen Jahren Kunde. Da sollte man sich mal Gedanken machen ob das Unternehmen so noch Kundenorientiert ist.

Sehr gutes Essen sehr nette Bedienung u die Preise sind sehr gut im Preis Leistungen Verhältnis also ich fahre da sehr gerne essen und der Lieferservis ist auch sehr gut man bekommt immer heisses essen was man bestellt hat

Heute wurden wir echt total enttäuscht sorry. Bei Bestellung explizit erwähnt weniger Pommes mehr Reis und genau anders herum wurde das Essen lau warm geliefert und die Pommes nicht einmal gesalzen!!! Leider echt am überlegen ob das vorläufig das letzte mal gewesen ist zu bestellen da Preise ja auch ordentlich angehoben wurden dann sowas zu bekommen.

Nicht mehr so gut wie in den anfängen die Pommes-frites lassen zu wünschen übrig. Das Fleisch ist Zeh und teilweise nur Oberflächlich angebraten. Trotzdem das Personal ist immer freundlich.
