I never thought I would ever leave a Google review on the internet in my life, but it is necessary. Starting with the service, it has to be said that the employees are nice and go out of their way to give each customer a little attention to make them feel comfortable. The ordering process via the digital control terminal was fine, but it was a bit extensive and more complicated than expected, even though I am someone for whom technology is a hobby. The men's toilet leaves a lot to be desired and I expected more hygiene here. Unfortunately, when we entered the men's room it wasn't appetizing. However, the hygiene was great in the kitchen and when cleaning in the dining area and care was taken to adhere to hygiene measures. The argument to say that there are customers who mess up the men's toilet doesn't apply, because weeks, months and days before, when I just had to go to the toilet in the city center, it was in a similar condition. I now come to the part that completely disappointed me, namely the food that was served. Various things were ordered, such as the Kross Chicken, cheeseburgers, hamburgers, fries and drinks. Anyone who, like their competitors, charges the same prices should not skimp on the quality of the food, because the quality could no longer be called quality. In the case of the Kross Chicken, the meat was at least a day old and was so hard that it was sometimes difficult to bite off because it wasn't that easy. The burger bread on all burgers was also at least 1 day old and almost fell apart. For the cheeseburger and hamburger, the patty (the meat) was better than the chicken. Nevertheless, the patty was certainly not fresh, but a little older. It was almost rubbery and not really tasty. The fries were bathed in grease when we received them. When I bit into it, the fat oozed out of the fries, bringing the flavor of the oil to the forefront. Luckily I didn't have any stomach problems afterwards. Since I was hungry, I accepted it and ate the food. My conclusion: employees make an effort. The food is not really edible. I'm someone who has a high tolerance limit, but unfortunately it was exceeded, so that was my last visit there.

Extremely slow to prepare. The fries aren't tasty, burgers cost the same as the big top dogs, are the same size but taste much worse. You couldn't even take the burgers apart because they were stuck together like that because they had been kept warm for ages. It's a shame that you can't give 0 stars.

We last ate here years ago and so we tried out the new delivery service. The order and delivery went smoothly and quickly. The food delivered was tasty and still pleasantly warm upon arrival. However, one drink was forgotten. In addition, almost €5.00 delivery fees and an additional €0.99 processing fees were charged. That's intimidating! Overall, we prefer to eat at the restaurant in person rather than order here again.

Food was often picked up/ordered there and was always warm and very tasty, but it's a shame that the delivery times no longer match, you can no longer order 1 hour before the specified time. Overall but really good.

Yesterday, February 24th around 5:10 p.m. I ordered a menu. There was a very nice lady, 1.50, black hair, her name started with M, who served me so kindly. I later asked her to change the fries for me because I actually wanted sweet potatoes and she changed them for me immediately. She was super nice, asked me straight away if everything was ok and thanked me. Super Service! I'm completely convinced!

My order was completed quickly by Mrs. P Straach, she fulfilled all my wishes with satisfaction, very nice staff.

I ordered there via Lieferando. A burger was missing from delivery. I called the branch and all I was told on the phone was: “Well, what should I do?” - outrageous service. No money back, no re-delivery. Nothing.

The best fast food in all of Hagen I really enjoy eating there & the staff is very friendly. You can fill yourself up with the food and it tastes great.

The store was hardly busy and we still had to wait an extremely long time... which was probably because newer customers were given priority several times. The staff was visibly listless/unfriendly - the "children's menu" came last and was initially incomplete. Burgers were noticeably a bit older and only lukewarm. The ground was dirty, to the delight of the local pigeons. I think that anyone who is almost on par with McDonald's in terms of price must also deliver similar quality...

The service is sometimes overwhelmed with the order. Hamburger pattie (beef) is thin, rubbery and tasteless. Burger not recommended, if you want to fill up you can eat it. Half a chicken is OK.

Service with tattoos was simply outrageously unfriendly and the quantity was little for the price. It's a shame back then I was a Kochlöffel customer for a long time

An sich nettes Personal und leckeres Essen, aber teilweise sturr und nicht gerade kundenorientiert.

Sehr unfreundliche Bedienung. Dazu noch unansehnlich Bürger. Nur für die gratis WC Anlage zu gebrauchen.

Immer das selbe Personal und mega unfreundlich und einfach langsam bis man da was zuessen bekommt denkt man schon 2 Mal nach ob man wieder gehen soll .

Die veggi Nuggets waren leider ungenießbar. Das Personal unfreundlich. Es läuft hier eine Taube durch den Laden und in die Küche. Die Mitarbeiter scheint das aber nicht sonderlich zu interessieren, da das Tier hier seit mehr als 10 Minuten gut sichtbar seine Runden dreht. Der Tisch an dem ich sitze ist offensichtlich nicht geputzt. Was man sagen muss ist, das die Pommes gut waren.

Ein Muss!! Diese Cheeseburger, auch wenn ich immer ein extra Wunsch habe ohne Zwiebeln ohne senf 🙈🙈. Wird ohne meckern gerne zubereitet .👑 Eigentlich schon mein ganzes Leben bei Kochlöffel sehr viele schöne und gute erinnerung

Freundliches Personal, angenehmer Aufenthalt, Essen schmeckt besser als bei McDonalds! In der App "to good to go" sehr zu empfehlen!

Essen war okay, nur musste mehrmals bestellen weil die Dame mich nicht so gut verstanden hat, Deutschprobleme, aber nicht sooooo schlimm, hatte ja Zeit

Bürger und Pommes siend ungenießbar und TEUER dagegen die Nuggets (krossis) sehr gut 👍! Servicekraft verdient eine 1 Plus sehr schnell und sehr freundlich! Ich war das erste mal da und leider auch das letzte mal!

Sitze und Tische waren teilweise schmutzig und klebrig weil dort wohl einige Kids (???) ihre Finger abgewischt haben. Der Boden hat bestimmt schon mal bessere Zeiten erlebt. Kann sein das dies alles durch den Karneval zum Tragen kam. Aber gerade dann dollte mal doch dafür sorgen, das es sauber und einladend ist. Das Personal war zwar ziemlich gestresst aber dennoch freundlich und zuvor kommend. Das Essen war mittelmäßig. Pommes zu fettig, Burger schmeckte nach nichts. Cola schmeckte fade und es war so gut wie keine Kohlensäure mehr drin. Majo gab es zuwenig bei einer doppelten Pommes. Fazid: Kochlöffel hat sich, meiner Erfahrung nach, leider zum Nachteil verändert. Schade drum denn früher konnte man dort toll essen....

Gehe hier seit Jahren ab und zu einen Burger essen. Mal was Anderes als BK oder McDonald's.

Unverschämt teuer geworden da der Laden

Essen war echt in Ordnung, aber ständig liefen Tauben rein und raus. Lag vermutlich daran, dass die Tür bei einstelligen Temperaturen die ganze Zeit offen war. Bei dem Essensgeruch bleibt einem aber wahrscheinlich keine andere Wahl. Das Personal ist aber echt mega nett und zuvorkommend 👍

Kochlöffel wie vor 30 Jahren mit Preisen von heute

Hier haben mein Freund und ich uns kennengelernt… wundervolles Essen. Schmeckt sehr gut, und tolle Preise ! Bis heute treffen mein Freund und ich uns hier, wir teilen die selbe Liebe zu eurem laden.

Hat sich mit der Zeit etwas gebessert. Die Burger sehen lecker aus und sind es auch tatsächlich im Vergleich zu anderen Lokalen.( Ich nenne mal keine Namen von bestimmten Fastfood-Ketten) Noch dazu kann man sehen wie das Essen zubereitet wird und es findet nicht hinter verschlossenen Türen statt.

Die Mitarbeit*innen sind sehr freundlich, das Essen schmeckt gut. Wieso auch immer hat sich eine Taube im Lokal befunden was mich sehr irritiert hat und ich ziemlich ekelig gefunden habe.

Hui. Ordentlich im Preis gestiegen, besonders wenn die schon vorbereiteten Produkte eigentlich immer nur lauwarm und die Brötchen (Buns) schon hart sind. Mitarbeiter sind nett. Tauben leider Stammgäste

Cheeseburger ohne Bacon oder Currywurst kann ich bei kochlöffel sehr empfehlen
