Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Egal ob Schnitzel oder Hamburger. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir sind da immer wieder gerne.

Hatte den Xl Cheeseburger im Menü für 14€ von der Menge war es sehr gut aber der Burger hat leider kaum geschmeckt

So unfreundliche Angestellte habe ich schon lange nicht mehr erlebt.Wenn Sie keinen Bock haben mit Kunden zu arbeiten dann müssen Sie sich einen anderen Beruf suchen.Pommes kalt nicht Gewürzt,fertig Frikadelle wird in der Mikrowelle erwärmt,Currywurst mit Sause lau warm und ekelhaft. Wer dort essen geht ist selber schuld. Allen einen guten Appetit und viel Spaß mit Magenschmerzen.

Gibt nicht viel zu sagen. Hier passt alles. Immer einen Stop Wert!!

Pizza in Ordnung, Currywurst und Mayo top, Pommes fürchterlich. In so einem Laden würde ich mich über knusprige dicke Pommes freuen, keine dünnen labbrigen. Wartezeit leider katastrophal, fast 45 Min für eine Pizza und Currywurst mit Pommes.

Vielleicht ein unglücklicher Einzelfall. Der Imbiss hat eine unorthodoxe Bestellungsabwicklung mit Pieper etc. Nach 45 Minuten piepte allerdings nichts, Bestellung trotz Technikaufwand irgendwie abhanden gekommen, andere Gäste hatten aber auch erhebliche Wartezeit. Das wäre aber normalerweise besser. Ambiente und Idee ebenfalls unorthodox. Nach meiner Erfahrung aufgerundet 4 Sterne:)

1 - Bestellung: Ich stand 15min vor der Theke bis ich erstmal bestellen konnte; es war nur eine Person vor mir. Es wurden vom Personal zuerst Bestellungen über das Telefon angenommen, anstatt sich um Kunden vor Ort zu kümmern. 2 - Organisation : Es wurde zunächst die Bestellung falsch aufgenommen und somit teurer abgerechnet als es kostete 3 - Wartezeit - Ich habe zwischen Bezahlung und Essen knapp 60 Minuten warten müssen, tolles „FastFood“ 4 - Service - Als das Essen endlich auch mal zubereitet wurde, konnte ich den Teller mit der Pizza an der Theke abholen. Weder geschnitten, noch Besteck dazu gelegt, noch Personal in der Nähe um sich zu beschweren 5 - Personal - komplett überfordert und unterbesetzt gewesen 6 - Essen - schmeckt ok 7 - Ambiente - rustikal und man nimmt das Grummeln der weiteren wartenden Kunden wahr 8 - insgesamt - das war mein letztes Mal dort

Am Wochenende hier eine sehr leckere Pizza gegessen. Keine Wartezeit gehabt, Zubereitung ging sehr schnell. Qualität 1A. Preis/Leistung TOP. Ideal gelegen auf Motorradtouren Richtung Breckerfeld und Umgebung. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Tolles, gemütliches Ambiente.

Kötters oder gar nichts – Ein kulinarisches Kötters-Feuerwerk! Wer noch nicht bei Kötters Fritte war, hat sein Leben ehrlich gesagt bisher komplett verschwendet. Sobald man den heiligen Boden von Kötters betritt, weiß man: Hier wird Geschichte geschrieben – und zwar in Frittierfett! Es ist nicht einfach nur eine Pommesbude, es ist das Kötters-Paradies. Jede einzelne Fritten-Stange schmeckt so, als hätten die Kötters-Götter sie persönlich geküsst. Ich habe noch nie so eine perfekte Symbiose aus Knusprigkeit und Goldgelb-Faktor erlebt. Das ist kein Essen, das ist eine Kötters-Offenbarung. Warum Kötters die Welt rettet: • Kötters-Qualität: Hier wird mit Liebe frittiert, die man in jedem Bissen schmeckt. • Kötters-Service: Das Team ist so legendär, dass man sie eigentlich einrahmen müsste. • Kötters-Ambiente: Einmal Kötters, immer Kötters. Mein Magen singt seit dem ersten Besuch nur noch diesen einen Namen. Schönes Ambiente und das Dahler Schnitzel hat ebenfalls geschmeckt, aber das ist leider nicht alles worauf es ankommt. Der Service ist quasi nicht vorhanden da man wie ähnlich in einer Kantine sein Essen selbst abholen muss, man bekommt einen Pieper, wenn dieser klingelt muss man zum Tresen und das Essen abholen. Das Personal schien leicht genervt, Gastfreundlichkeit geht anders, man hat das Gefühl als ob das Personal denkt der Gast könne froh sein dort essen "zu dürfen". Die Preise sind zwar happig, aber es schmeckt. Kartenzahlung ab 10€ ist etwas aus der Zeit gefallen.

Schmecken tut es aber sehr gut.

Preise steigen ständig, aber die Portionen werden immer kleiner. Schade, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt so leider nicht mehr.

Leckeres Essen und sehr schönes Ambiente

Die Pizzen sind wirklich super und überzeugen immer wieder aufs Neue.

Der Xl Burger ging gar nicht. Keine Ahnung wie er zubereitet wurde, aber man sollte schon den Pattie grillen oder wenigstens frisches Öl zum braten/ frittieren benutzen. So ein alter ,öliger, komischer Geschmack. ☹️ sorry geht gar nicht.

Es ist immer relativ. Für das was es ist, eine Mischung aus Imbiss und Pizzaria, Wirklich sehr gut und eine Empfehlung wert.

Leckere Gerichte und Preis Leistung stimmt. Man kan dort auch sehr schön vor Ort essen und es sind Parkplätze vor der Tür.

The food has gone downhill significantly. The fries weren't seasoned. The schnitzel wasn't seasoned, the sauce was bland, and the burger patty wasn't seasoned. It's disappointing because we've had much better. Unfortunately, this will probably be our last visit. The price doesn't match the quality or the taste.

Unfortunately, the quality and portion sizes of the dishes are steadily declining. We used to get food there often and happily, but after several bad experiences and when we spoke to them, we were met with unprofessional behavior. They've driven us away as customers.

The food was okay for a snack bar. The price was too high for the quality. We placed a large order on-site, and were then told to call ahead next time. The funny thing is... we tried calling for 60 minutes with three different phones.

I was disappointed with my visit to Kötters Fritte. There are absolutely no vegan options, not even vegan cheese or any other alternatives – that's simply outdated in 2025. What's particularly annoying is that if you want extra cheese on your pizza, you have to pay an additional €2. But if you're vegan and want to leave the cheese off, you still have to pay the full price – with the justification that omitting the cheese is a "special request." This logic is truly absurd. The staff was also unfriendly and showed no understanding whatsoever. It's a shame; as a vegan customer, you certainly don't feel welcome here.

The food here is good. The price-performance ratio is excellent.

Average ambiance. No service, and staff not exactly the friendliest. No debit cards. Annoying pagers for orders.

Not worth the money. The portion was way too small. 7.40 for currywurst and fries. Unfortunately, I bought it to go, otherwise I would have returned it. Everything was frozen.

Unfortunately, there's no pizza or pasta available before 4:00 PM. They could add that to the menu.

Although the restaurant opens at 12 p.m., pizza rolls, pizza, and pasta aren't available until 4 p.m. That's not even on the menu. As a customer, I can only smile wearily and say: Anyone who can afford that is living too well. I'll spend my money elsewhere. It's my pleasure.

The schnitzels were very large and tasted great. The value for money was also excellent. I'd definitely go back.

Typical chip shop fare. Regular prices, freshly prepared and delicious. Plenty of seating under the attached pavilion, so you're outside, but protected from the sun and rain. There's also plenty of parking. Unfortunately, it's set back from the road, making it easy to miss, especially when driving toward Hagen.

Good food, reasonable prices and good service.

Service was friendly and helpful, and the food was okay for a snack bar. Of course, I would expect fresh schnitzel in a restaurant. We had schnitzel with hollandaise sauce and croquettes and a artisan plate. The price/performance ratio was good. Very clean restrooms.

We visited the snack bar for the first time today. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is very much like a snack bar. The food tasted average for a fast-food restaurant, the portions were small, and the prices were at the higher end for a snack bar with self-pickup via pager system. On a scale of 10, our family gives it 6.5 points.

Fair prices for great food. A snack bar that knows what it's doing. Parking right next to the B isn't the most convenient option for everyone, but once you've parked your car, it's uphill and you get good, fresh food at fair prices.

Service was terrible. The saleswoman couldn't even tell me the time of day. No good evening, bon appetit, please, or thank you. I wanted the artisan plate, but she rudely interrupted me with the statement, "We don't have any more." I had currywurst, so I had fries. The portion was more for kids. I didn't feel full. The fries were salty, the sauce wasn't tasty, and the sausage was tasteless. My companion had the cheeseburger. That wasn't tasty either. Drenched in sauce with a (frozen) unseasoned patty. All in all, better not to do it again. Once and never again. The price/performance ratio isn't right.

We went to Kötters Fritte for the first time today, and what can I say? We haven't had such delicious schnitzel in a long time. Great value for money. We'd love to come back.

Sunday evening, you try to order a pizza. After 15 unsuccessful minutes I gave up ordering something by phone. Either it rings through or you are pushed away after two rings. If you offer the ordering service you should also have it under control.

Good selection and the dishes are all OK. Service is very nice!

Nice snack bar with a spacious seating area and a pleasantly warm atmosphere. The self-collection system via pager worked smoothly. The burger had a decent portion size and tasted solidly in the middle range. Overall, the price-performance ratio of the dishes was consistent and appropriate. A down-to-earth place for a lunch break that does its job without standing out.

Get your own food using the “Pieper”. You are also expected to clear up yourself. The gypsy sauce tasted like a stale fruit salad, no difference in the taste of the ingredients. Seasoned with lots of pepper so that there was at least some flavor. The schnitzel was thinner than a slice of meat loaf. Once and never again.

Dear Kötter team, Please offer different pizza sizes. The pizza is too big for children and too small for hungry adults. Every sensible pizzeria therefore offers different sizes so that the customer can choose for themselves. Shortly after opening, Ms. Kötter said that different pan sizes had been ordered. That was x years ago now. Otherwise, top snack food. The burgers are very good! With a proper brioche bun they would be world class! Luckily you learned from the €0.50 for card payments. That wasn't a good move...

The food was good for a snack. 3 stars for the service because you have to pick up your food. Ambiance, great. Fresh mushrooms with Jägerschnitzel, look good. The bowl of fries could be a little bigger for a man. Otherwise, everything is good and clean.

I'm a regular customer and I usually always enjoy the pizza. Unfortunately my visit today was not satisfactory. I ordered pizza rolls, which were served cold. When I asked for fresh pizza rolls, they were returned to me only warmed up. The rolls were very chewy and hard, so I could hardly eat them. I hope the quality will improve again next time.

I had to wait 40 minutes for two schnitzels to take away! When I asked nicely why it was taking so long, I was told that the schnitzels are freshly made in the pan, they don't come out of the deep fryer! Pizza would be much quicker. Good tip, just order better pizza! Some people in front of me had also ordered schnitzel and it seemed to me as if there was simply a small pan that could only hold one schnitzel at a time! While I was waiting, I noticed so many things that could be improved in the process of processing the orders...you don't have to be a management consultant to achieve big improvements with small changes! Everything is very complicated. For example, the fries waited so long for the schnitzels, which were fried (one after the other) in the obscure next room, that they now left the store cold with me! I counted six people, all of whom had something to do! Still, it didn't fluctuate at all. Open more like the first day and everything has to fall into place! I ordered a small salad to go with the non-fried fine pan schnitzel! The salad dressing was on top in the form of a pre-purchased salad dressing bag! The proportionality is simply not right! And of course the best thing at the end...everything was put into a carrying bag and tied up...and 20 cents were noted on the bill! Phew... It tasted good, a plus point here, but if I have to give myself that again.....maybe with a pizza order!!

I enjoyed eating their large burgers there, but since they only have smaller ones and the prices have risen a lot, it's not as common anymore. They make everything themselves. The pizzas are also very tasty. The staff is mostly nice and friendly. It's easy to park here and the atmosphere is very nice.

Food was okay, the normal portion of fries was a handful large, too small in my opinion, and I found the card payment fee for an order value over €30.00 outrageous.

Today was definitely the last time I went to Kötters fritte in Hagen Dahl. 5.20 euros for half a handful of fries and a meatball is a huge impudence and then you have to pay 50 cents extra if you pay with a card Oh yes, and I also find it more than cheeky to advertise that their pizza is 28cm and only 25.5cm

The snack bar is located directly on the B54/Hagen Süd. We discovered an extremely modern atmosphere and extremely friendly staff. With a large order for the entire family that included a variety of different dishes, we were excited to check out the many fast food options on offer here. Order processing went smoothly and we were able to pick up our food on time. Although an additional fee of €0.50 for card payments was announced, this no longer seems appropriate to us. The prices are at the upper end of the snack bar price segment, but we found the portions to be too small in relation to the price. Still, we enjoyed our meal, that's for sure. However, both the meatball and the curry sauce were the only dishes that didn't really impress us.

The food is really good, at least what I've eaten so far, nice modern atmosphere. But charging €0.50 for card payments is not possible! When the food is ready, you are informed via a beeper that you can pick up your own food, so service is not available and the prices are in the upper range.

Despite prices at the upper end of the snack bar scale, you can now still pay €0.50 if you want to pay by card. You go out to eat with 4 people for €70 and then have to pay extra to pay. Welcome to 2024 where digital payments will be standard. Not at Kötters Fritte. At €13.5 for a pizza, card payment is simply not possible given the strictly calculated cost of goods sold. Incomprehensible!

Portion fällt sehr klein aus. Service unfreundlich, Guten Tag und auf wieder sehen wohl nicht im Portfolio. Schnitzel mit Pilzrahmsoße schmeckte mäßig, Rahmsoße ohne Geschmack und leider ohne Pilze.

Für Kinder eine gute pommes Bude, Portion sehr klein. Pilzsosse ohne Pilze. Personal mega unfreundlich. Nicht zu empfehlen

Bei Kötters gibt es unserer Meinung nach die beste Currywurst Pommes in Hagen. Bestellungen sind sehr schnell fertig zur Abholung und wenn man vor Ort essen möchte kann man ein sehr angenehmes Ambiente genießen, ein bisschen Urlaubs-feeling mit Kamin und bequemen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Bedient wird man am Tisch nicht. Man bestellt an der Theke und bekommt einen Wecker, der Alarm macht wenn das Essen fertig ist. Auch Vorort ist das Essen sehr schnell zubereitet.

Die Portionen sind eher Kinderportionen. Pommes viel zu wenig für den Preis und die Currywurst kaum gebraten. Eher nicht weiter zu empfehlen, das war vor ein paar Jahren noch anders😞.

In einem kleinen Ort in der Idylle findet man mitten an der Hauptstraße diesen Grill, der von außen recht einladend wirkt. Begrüßung und Service ok. Essen auch gut. Currywurst eher wie überall.

Essen war sehr lecker aber das bei den Schnitzeln noch nicht mal Pommes dabei waren etwas traurig. Preis ist etwas überteuert für ein Imbiss
