The food was good for a snack. 3 stars for the service because you have to pick up your food. Ambiance, great. Fresh mushrooms with Jägerschnitzel, look good. The bowl of fries could be a little bigger for a man. Otherwise, everything is good and clean.

I'm a regular customer and I usually always enjoy the pizza. Unfortunately my visit today was not satisfactory. I ordered pizza rolls, which were served cold. When I asked for fresh pizza rolls, they were returned to me only warmed up. The rolls were very chewy and hard, so I could hardly eat them. I hope the quality will improve again next time.

I had to wait 40 minutes for two schnitzels to take away! When I asked nicely why it was taking so long, I was told that the schnitzels are freshly made in the pan, they don't come out of the deep fryer! Pizza would be much quicker. Good tip, just order better pizza! Some people in front of me had also ordered schnitzel and it seemed to me as if there was simply a small pan that could only hold one schnitzel at a time! While I was waiting, I noticed so many things that could be improved in the process of processing the orders...you don't have to be a management consultant to achieve big improvements with small changes! Everything is very complicated. For example, the fries waited so long for the schnitzels, which were fried (one after the other) in the obscure next room, that they now left the store cold with me! I counted six people, all of whom had something to do! Still, it didn't fluctuate at all. Open more like the first day and everything has to fall into place! I ordered a small salad to go with the non-fried fine pan schnitzel! The salad dressing was on top in the form of a pre-purchased salad dressing bag! The proportionality is simply not right! And of course the best thing at the end...everything was put into a carrying bag and tied up...and 20 cents were noted on the bill! Phew... It tasted good, a plus point here, but if I have to give myself that again.....maybe with a pizza order!!

So the craftsman's plate is ridiculous, which craftsman should be fed up with it?? Fries and currywurst were far too few. Just a handful of fries. But it tastes very good.

I enjoyed eating their large burgers there, but since they only have smaller ones and the prices have risen a lot, it's not as common anymore. They make everything themselves. The pizzas are also very tasty. The staff is mostly nice and friendly. It's easy to park here and the atmosphere is very nice.

Food tasted good and service was also great

Food was okay, the normal portion of fries was a handful large, too small in my opinion, and I found the card payment fee for an order value over €30.00 outrageous.

Disaster, fries with mushroom cream sauce was nothing, no mushrooms present, cold and watery taste. No more!

Today was definitely the last time I went to Kötters fritte in Hagen Dahl. 5.20 euros for half a handful of fries and a meatball is a huge impudence and then you have to pay 50 cents extra if you pay with a card Oh yes, and I also find it more than cheeky to advertise that their pizza is 28cm and only 25.5cm

The snack bar is located directly on the B54/Hagen Süd. We discovered an extremely modern atmosphere and extremely friendly staff. With a large order for the entire family that included a variety of different dishes, we were excited to check out the many fast food options on offer here. Order processing went smoothly and we were able to pick up our food on time. Although an additional fee of €0.50 for card payments was announced, this no longer seems appropriate to us. The prices are at the upper end of the snack bar price segment, but we found the portions to be too small in relation to the price. Still, we enjoyed our meal, that's for sure. However, both the meatball and the curry sauce were the only dishes that didn't really impress us.

Very tasty pizza, the burger in the children's menu was a bit too generous for us, but it will be fine for others.

The food is really good, at least what I've eaten so far, nice modern atmosphere. But charging €0.50 for card payments is not possible! When the food is ready, you are informed via a beeper that you can pick up your own food, so service is not available and the prices are in the upper range.

Despite prices at the upper end of the snack bar scale, you can now still pay €0.50 if you want to pay by card. You go out to eat with 4 people for €70 and then have to pay extra to pay. Welcome to 2024 where digital payments will be standard. Not at Kötters Fritte. At €13.5 for a pizza, card payment is simply not possible given the strictly calculated cost of goods sold. Incomprehensible!

Für Kinder eine gute pommes Bude, Portion sehr klein. Pilzsosse ohne Pilze. Personal mega unfreundlich. Nicht zu empfehlen

Portion fällt sehr klein aus. Service unfreundlich, Guten Tag und auf wieder sehen wohl nicht im Portfolio. Schnitzel mit Pilzrahmsoße schmeckte mäßig, Rahmsoße ohne Geschmack und leider ohne Pilze.

Bei Kötters gibt es unserer Meinung nach die beste Currywurst Pommes in Hagen. Bestellungen sind sehr schnell fertig zur Abholung und wenn man vor Ort essen möchte kann man ein sehr angenehmes Ambiente genießen, ein bisschen Urlaubs-feeling mit Kamin und bequemen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Bedient wird man am Tisch nicht. Man bestellt an der Theke und bekommt einen Wecker, der Alarm macht wenn das Essen fertig ist. Auch Vorort ist das Essen sehr schnell zubereitet.

Die Portionen sind eher Kinderportionen. Pommes viel zu wenig für den Preis und die Currywurst kaum gebraten. Eher nicht weiter zu empfehlen, das war vor ein paar Jahren noch anders😞.

In einem kleinen Ort in der Idylle findet man mitten an der Hauptstraße diesen Grill, der von außen recht einladend wirkt. Begrüßung und Service ok. Essen auch gut. Currywurst eher wie überall.

Essen war sehr lecker aber das bei den Schnitzeln noch nicht mal Pommes dabei waren etwas traurig. Preis ist etwas überteuert für ein Imbiss

Das Essen war sehr lecker, es war nicht zu überlaufen, die Mitarbeiter nett. Komme auf jeden Fall wieder. Alles war gut.

Essen ist wirklich gut 👍🏽 Der Service ist die absolute Katastrophe, das muss man leider sagen! Bei jeder Bestellung fehlt was und das Personal ist ziemlich „überfordert“ und hektisch wenn man das dann anspricht. Das ist ziemlich nervig. Kommen trotzdem gerne weil das Essen schmeckt.

Die Bewetungen sind ja größtenteils positiv, es gibt aber auch einige Negative. Da ich mir gerne selbst ein Bild mache und heute Heißhunger auf Schnitzel hatte kehrte ich hier ein um mir selbst ein Bild zu machen. Ich bestellte ein Jägerschnitzel mit Pommes und Majo und eine Cola. Das Schnitzel war mit 10,90€ auf der Karte ausgeschrieben, anscheinend ohne Beilage denn ich zahlte insgesamt 15,90€. Hätte ich mir die Bewerungen nochmal durchgelesen hätte ich vielleicht eine andere Wahl getroffen.... Pommes, Schnitzel und die Pilze waren ok, aber was da als Soße verkauft wird ist echt grenzwertig. Sorry wenn ich das so formulieren muß, aber die habe ich wirklich vom Schnitzel abgekratzt, und wenn ich die Bewertungen lese bin ich nicht der einzigste.... Ich werde eventuell nochmal etwas anderes probieren, aber mit Sicherheit kein Jägerschnitzel mehr. Ansonsten ist es recht ordentlich, da kann man sich nicht beschweren.

Liegt leider an der Landstraße mit viel Verkehr.

Wir sind absolut begeistert! Es gibt einen Vielfalt an Essen, welches sehr, sehr leckern ist. Auch das Team ist super nett und das Essen war auch schnell fertig. Wir werden auf jeden Fall öfter hingehen.

Gutes Essen und sehr sauber. Große Auswahl und nettes Personal. Hunde willkommen und Parkplätze stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Pizza Volmetal gegessen sehr gut und die Bedienung war sehr freundlich.

Ungewöhnliches Bedienungskonzept, das leider auch irgendwie nicht so ganz durchdacht ist. Das Essen war gut, die Organisation der Bedienung bzw. der Theke direkt im Eingangsbereich sollte vielleicht noch einmal überdacht werden. Funktioniert m.E. nicht so recht für einen Restaurantbetrieb.

Es war naja. Nicht schlecht, nicht gut. Hebt sich definitiv nicht von anderen Buden ab. Wir fahren öfter vorbei und dachten, muss sehr gut sein, immer voll… nun ja, in Dahl gibt es wahrscheinlich nichts anderes… Pommes: es waren irgendwie nur kleine Mini Pommes… um es mit den Worten des vierjährigen wiederzugeben: Mama, guck mal so viele Babys … Wir haben fast 40 Minuten auf unser Essen gewartet… der Burger war etwas frischer als von McDonald’s… insgesamt waren die Portionen mickrig trotz des geringen Preises. Des Weiteren hatte ich das Gefühl, dass Stammkundschaft schneller bedient wird… Schade, wir kommen nicht wieder

Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Egal ob Schnitzel oder Hamburger. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir sind da immer wieder gerne.
