Wir bestellen dort sehr oft und es ist immer sehr lecker. Positiv: Pommes gut gewürzt, Schnitzel groß und knusprig, Pasta ( Rigatoni mit Spinat ) unfassbar lecker. Negativ: Salat wird ohne Dressing geliefert, Portion der Nudeln könnte größer sein.

Das Essen war hervorragend zubereitet und hat ausgezeichnet geschmeckt. Außerdem war das Personal sehr freundlich und respektvoll. Das Restaurant war sauber und ordentlich, was zu einer angenehmen Atmosphäre beigetragen hat. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden, daher vergebe ich fünf Sterne und kann das Restaurant jedem weiterempfehlen.

Ich hatte eine sehr positive Erfahrung in diesem Restaurant. Die Speisen waren frisch zubereitet und geschmacklich wirklich überzeugend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass die Gerichte in kurzer Zeit serviert werden, ohne dabei an Qualität zu verlieren. Auch die Portionen sind großzügig und machen definitiv satt. Das Personal war aufmerksam, höflich und ist auf die Gäste eingegangen, was den Besuch noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Zudem war das gesamte Restaurant sehr gepflegt und sauber. Zusätzlich habe ich auch online bestellt, und das Essen kam heiß und pünktlich an. Der Mitarbeiter war dabei ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt hat mich alles überzeugt, weshalb ich sehr dankbar für den guten Service bin. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen und vergebe gerne fünf Sterne.

Ich war mit meinen Freundinnen dort und wir hatten echt eine super Zeit. Die Mitarbeiter waren total freundlich und haben uns richtig gut behandelt. Das Essen war einfach das Beste in der ganzen Gegend – mega lecker! Die Portionen waren groß und die Preise haben uns echt überrascht, weil wir für die Qualität und Menge sogar mehr dafür ausgeben würden. Außerdem war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Insgesamt war die Erfahrung einfach top, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Und kann es nur weiter empfehlen!!!

Unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly. Today, instead of cooked ham (!), I had Lyoner/mortadella on my pizza. This happened with several pizzas. Sorry, but that's disgusting and shows they're cutting corners on product quality.

Pure disappointment. The pizza wasn't even cooked through. I ordered it with a cheese crust, not a dough crust. I won't be ordering from you again, sorry.

The dough was perfectly crispy, the ingredients fresh and perfectly balanced in flavor. The pasta was also cooked to perfection and lovingly presented. I would especially like to praise the friendly staff—attentive, quick, and always with a smile. You can tell they put their heart and soul into their work. Definitely a recommendation for anyone who loves Italian food! I'd love to come back. Keep up the good work!

I've never had anything so inedible in my life. I can't eat it; the tortellini is completely overcooked, the sauce is watery, and the taste is truly awful. Even the kids refuse to eat it at all.

The guy in front of me ordered a medium Coke and got a large Coke. A LARGE COKE! They've tarnished the pizzeria's good name! Tarnished! Tarnished!

Very disappointing. I ordered food and had to wait over an hour and a half. When I called, I was yelled at on the phone in a completely unprofessional manner. They even told me to pick up the food myself, even though I had paid a delivery fee. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Never again.

I ordered two cheeseburgers and two orders of eight pizza rolls with dip. The first delivery arrived about 20 minutes late – it only contained the burgers (one of which had shifted) and one order of pizza rolls. The second order was missing. The employee on the phone was barely understandable. He told me I shouldn't order to Hamm at all, which was easily possible using the Lieferando app. Instead of immediately delivering the missing rolls, they offered me a voucher for next time – even though, according to him, I shouldn't have ordered at all. This was contradictory and made no sense. I declined the voucher and eventually hung up, as the communication was pointless. About 20 minutes later, someone called and said the rest of the order was on its way. It arrived – about 50 minutes after the first delivery.

I'm so angry! I'm never ordering from you again. I've just ordered: a dough roll with spinach and spicy cheese. After half of it I noticed that the stuff inside was still raw. How can you sell it like that? The last time I ordered schnitzel it was also half raw. I thought I'd give you another chance. No thanks, never again. I haven't had anything this bad in a long time.!!!

Since the old boss left, the food tastes very bad. My dear bergkamener, ordered from la Burg Bergkamen, you won't regret it! Everything is 100% fresh and delicious. I really enjoy eating schnitzel at la Burg, which is 100% freshly prepared in-house, including salad and fries. I'll never order here again.

We ordered a sucuk pizza online. The artificial intestine (also known as skin, is made of plastic) was not peeled off the sucuk and was simply baked like that. When we called the restaurant we were greeted rudely and rudely. Consuming this skin is not recommended. It is definitely not life-threatening, but it is also not tolerated by the body. The worst thing I've experienced so far! I enjoyed ordering there about 2 years ago and was always satisfied... but since then that has become less and less the case. Ordered via website today because Lieferando was not possible. Everywhere says open today. We've been waiting for 2(!) solid hours. No confirmation, no food - no one could even be reached by phone! That was the last time! We asked for money back via Paypal, we can only make a fool of ourselves!

It's hard for me to rate a family business so poorly, but everything came together here. According to the app, ordering for pickup took 15 minutes, took around 1 hour. It was also because part of the order was eaten, which can happen. However, the interpretation of a huge citizen is simply a normal one with 2 small patties. The citizens were okay if it weren't for the hard pattys. Altogether almost inedible and far from a delicious meal. I was annoyed that I paid something for it. The 2 stars only come from the fact that the pizza was okay.

Doesn't work at all, I had a cream schnitzel salad and fries... the salad was old and rancid, the schnitzel was just disgusting, my husband had a casserole after 1/4 of it was just terrible... not recommended!! !! 30 euros would be better off somewhere else...🤮🤮🤮 once and never again every flyer that comes out now flies straight into the trash...

I ordered two pizzas today. Pizzas were very nice and delicious.

Tonight I ordered 3 normal sized pizzas 1. Pizza with salmon and onions 2. Pizza with tuna half and half with Magerita and 3. Pizza with chicken. Waiting time of 30 minutes was fulfilled. Pizzas tasted great.

I ordered 1 pizza Margerita and pizza roll tuna, everything was very tasty. Delivery time of 30 minutes was met. Can I definitely recommend.

Unfriendly staff when you express criticism. You are pushed away several times. Didn't get the food as ordered (you order a family pizza from what's on offer, you get a family pizza but not much toppings and only two blobs of sauce like butter!!! I could have managed that too!!! Have ordered there several times and have actually been satisfied until today, ordered pizza margherita 60x40 again, wanted to have a pizza evening with the family, the order came late, it can happen, not bad, but the pizza was catastrophic, the crust was burnt in some places and only the edges were burned A bit of cheese covered, the middle of the pizza was very thin and just greasy, we basically had greasy pizza dough to eat, whoever prepared this pizza should let it be honest. You could only eat a few slices reasonably well. It's not the first time we've ordered but definitely the last time. Never again, shamelessly delivering something like that.

Ich habe eine Hühnchenpizza(calsedonia) gekauft. Man kann das Huhn kaum sehen, es riecht nach totem Futter. Nur Zwiebeln und Tzatziki. Mit einem Wort: Es ist unmöglich zu essen. Die Produkte sind nicht frisch, sondern erst wenige Tage alt. Es ist ekelhaft und beschämend, so etwas zu verkaufen

Ich habe mehrere Bleche Pizza, verschiedene Sorten, am Tag vorher persönlich vorbestellt. Lieferung hat am nächsten problemlos geklappt, pünktlich und mit Info vorher (ich hatte meine Handynummer extra dafür mit angegeben). Die Pizza war warm und hat allen geschmeckt, gerne wieder!

Heute zum ersten Mal dort bestellt und wir waren etwas enttäuscht. Wir hatten die Pizza Diavolo (Nr. 19) und den Rucola Speziale (Nr. 416). Die Lieferung erfolgte eine halbe Stunde zu spät. Die Pizza war nicht mehr heiß und der zu dicke Boden nicht komplett durchgebacken. Der Salat ist in der Karte mit Hähnchen, Parmaschinken, Tomaten, Paprika, Parmesan und rote Zwiebeln versehen. Deshalb haben wir uns gewundert, dass noch Eisbergsalat dabei war. Statt Parmaschinken war Bresaola dabei und die Zwiebeln fehlten komplett. Das Dressing war Cocktail, obwohl Essig/Öl bestellt war, aber zum Glück separat, sodass wir ein eigenes Dressing machen konnten. Fazit: Wir werden dort leider nicht mehr bestellen. Den zweiten Stern gibt es nur, weil die Salat Zutaten frisch waren.

Lieblingspizzeria in ganz Bergkamen. Bestellen öfter dort und nie lange Lieferzeiten. Essen immer warm und am wichtigsten immer sehr lecker. Extrawünsche werden berücksichtigt. Dazu werden wir dort immer freundlich bedient. Sei es am Telefon oder auch persönlich. Bis zum nächsten Mal 🌷

Hatten Haweischnitzel Menue u .Trionudelgericht bestellt mit Pizzabroetchen. Die Pommes waren dunkel u trocken,scheinte entweder nicht frisch oder im.alten Oel ausgebacken,die Pizzabroetchen waren trocken u auch nicht so dolle,der angebl Salat war eher Salatgarnitur,das Nudelgericht war ok aber nicht typisch traditional das Haweischnitzel war allerdings positiv gross u mit leckerer unerwarteter Sosse,jedoch vermissten den Ananasgeschmack.Preis okay u angemessen.u angegebene Wartezeit war richtig angegeben.Es ist noch Luft nach oben,,nicht schlecht,aber man.koennte es besser machen.

Der Ehremann hat trotz Geschäftsschluss geliefert, das Essen war voll gut.

Wir haben 2 Pizzen und ein Mal gefüllte Pizzabrötchen bestellt. Essen war warm, Zutaten definitiv frisch - das hat man vor allem bei dem Lachs und Blattspinat geschmeckt. Die eine Pizza war mit Tomaten-Sahne-Sauce: hier wurde sogar Alufolie druntergelegt, damit die Sauce nicht durch die Pappe läuft. Die Kräuterbutter bei den Pizzabrötchen war schön weich und cremig. Da am Wochenende bestellt wurde, betrug die Lieferzeit eine Stunde. Allerdings ist das ja nicht ungewöhnlich.

Reichlich Belag, geschmacklich gut 👍

Beide Pizzen waren top, macht weiter so.

Die Pizza war leider nicht gut. Der Teig war nicht gut durch und geschmacklich auch laff. Das Angebot, mit dem auf den Flyern geworben wurde, ist angeblich falsch bedruckt worden und gilt nicht, weshalb wir für 2 Pizzen dann doch wieder 4 Euro mehr zahlen mussten. Lieferung war pünktlich.
