The food was a highlight: varied, fresh, and incredibly delicious – everyone was particularly impressed by the appetizers and pizzas. The desserts were also very varied and delicious, so every guest really got their money's worth. A special touch was that the children were allowed to help make the pizza – a wonderful moment that brought lots of joy. Michelle and Giuseppe are not only excellent hosts, but also warm, caring people who work with great passion. Our guests were consistently delighted, and we ourselves are completely satisfied. Thanks to them, our celebration was an unforgettable experience. We would book them again anytime and recommend them without reservation!

Ordered some delicious canapés. It was uncomplicated from start to finish, and we had super friendly and fun conversations. Both of them were incredibly helpful and even helped me with the tablecloths at the end, even though they were under time pressure.

On July 5th, Giuseppe and Michelle took care of the catering for my birthday – and it was simply fantastic!! Even the appetizers were a delight, perfectly presented and full of flavor. Then came delicious pizza – I was able to choose six varieties in advance. The selection, the toppings, and the taste were simply sensational. The highlight: The pizza came straight from an original Italian Ape with a built-in oven. 🇮🇹 👌 The food was fantastic all around, and I didn't have to worry about anything. Giuseppe and Michel are a well-coordinated, warm team who work with passion and ensure that their guests feel at home. When booking Guiseppe and Michelle with their Pizza Ape for our wedding, we relied entirely on the reviews here. We didn't know them personally and hadn't tried any of their products before our wedding. But what can we say? It was an absolute 12/10! The two are such warm and pleasant people. The phone conversations beforehand and on the wedding day itself were all super friendly. The food was super delicious; everyone raved about it. We had canapés for the champagne reception, and in the evening, we had pizza from Pizza Ape, followed by tiramisu and cannoli. I think it's fair to say that Michelle and Giuseppe have created something truly special for themselves and all their guests. For our 40th birthday, they effortlessly treated us and our 80 guests to lasagna and fresh pizza from the Ape. Watching the pizza being topped and then eating it straight from the oven is something very special in itself for a catering event. But everything was also incredibly delicious. To finish off, there was excellent chocolate mousse! Additionally, Michelle and Giuseppe pamper everyone with their warm hospitality. Yes, the service isn't cheap, but it's not run-of-the-mill either!

Three days before the party, my pastry chef dropped out at short notice – an absolute nightmare! But Michelle and Giuseppe stepped in without hesitation and simply took over everything. Very tasty food of top quality. No matter whether it's the main course, dessert or cake: everything is handmade with love. Nothing was left to be desired. From getting to know each other to making arrangements for the buffet, everything went smoothly and reliably. Tricolore is always worth booking. We booked our company Christmas party entirely through Tricolore and didn't regret it for a second: so warmly, with attention to detail, they left nothing to be desired and never left the glasses empty. While looking for catering for our spontaneous wedding, we came across Giuseppe & Michelle by chance. We were lucky that another couple had canceled on that day. As a native Italian, I was blown away by the quality of the pizza. My relatives from Italy and all the other guests were also thrilled. I have been living in the Aachen area for over 8 years now. Now I can finally say that I have found the best pizza: Giuseppe & Michelle's!! 100 stars! Another highlight was the cake that they baked for us without any specifications (see picture). We have on July 13th. got married and Guiseppe and Michelle not only contributed our wedding cake but also finger food for a small reception after the wedding. The canapés and mini pizzas were not only delicious, but also looked really good. The children especially enjoyed the finger food. We felt we received great advice on our wedding cake. We tasted the different bases and fillings in advance and were then able to decide on the combinations we wanted. When it came to designing the cake, rough ideas were enough for Michelle and Guiseppe to create a beautiful cake that completely satisfied us and looked really great and tasted just as good. There were many compliments on the cake, but also on the finger food, from all the guests. If we had any questions or requests for changes, we responded promptly. The very good and almost constant accessibility of both of them is really not a given, but it makes working together a lot easier. In addition, they are both absolutely trustworthy and reliable.
