Pizzeria Tricolore in Aachen

Wir haben im Februar 2026 eine Torte zur Hochzeit geschenkt bekommen, welche liebevoll von Tricolore erstellt wurde. Der angegebene Wunsch (eine Etage Schoko und eine Etage Zitrone) wurde geschmackvoll getroffen. Wenn auch der Wunsch der Lavendeldeko nicht typisch für die Saison war, wurde alles ermöglicht! Die Überraschung beim Standesamt ist mehr als gelungen, wie man auf dem Foto sieht. Leider gibt es nur noch den Partyservice, früher waren wir Stammkunden bei Giuseppe.

Absolute Empfehlung! Giuseppe und Michelle sind unglaublich sympathisch, herzlich und mit viel Leidenschaft bei der Sache. Man merkt sofort, dass sie ihren Betrieb mit ganzem Herzen führen. Unsere Hochzeitstorte war nicht nur wunderschön, sondern auch geschmacklich ein Traum. Vielen Dank, dass ihr unseren besonderen Tag mit eurer großartigen Arbeit bereichert habt!

Wir haben Tricolore für unser Firmenfest gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Es gab eine Torte sowie Pizza und Pasta – alles war sehr lecker und wir haben von unseren Kolleginnen und Kollegen viel positives Feedback bekommen. Die Abstimmung mit Michelle und Giuseppe war unkompliziert und hat super funktioniert. Die Ape ist außerdem ein echter Hingucker, sowie ein tolles Fotomotiv. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass sich Michelle und Giuseppe viel Zeit genommen haben und auch bei kleinen Dingen abseits des Caterings unterstützt haben. Das war nicht selbstverständlich. Als wir die beiden dann bei einem spontanen Tortentasting kennengelernt haben, um unsere Wünsche für unseren besonderen Tag zu besprechen, wurde aus frisch gebackener Pizza für die Gäste ganz schnell noch eine Hochzeitstorte, italienische Antipasti und Desserts! Die Liebe, die die beiden in ihre Kreationen stecken, schmeckt man bei ALLEM, was sie machen. Das Essen auf unserer Hochzeit war ein absoluter Traum und unsere Gäste schwärmen auch noch jetzt einige Zeit nach der Hochzeit von dem unglaublich leckeren Essen. Michelle und Giuseppe sind herzlich, kreativ, verlässlich, professionell, lösungsorientiert, kommunikativ und aufgeschlossen und wir sind so froh, dass nicht nur ihr Essen ein Teil unseres besonderen Tages war, sondern auch die beiden selbst mir ihrer lustigen und lockeren Art. Wir hatten Tricolore als Catering für unsere Hochzeit und ich kann ehrlich sagen: Besser hätten wir es uns nicht wünschen können. Von der Vorspeise über das Hauptgericht bis hin zum Mitternachtssnack war einfach alles perfekt. Die Antipasti, Salate, Fleischgerichte, Kartoffelbeilagen, das Tiramisu, die Panna Cotta, die wunderschöne Hochzeitstorte und sogar die frisch vor Ort im Steinofen gebackene Pizza vom Ape waren einfach hervorragend. Jedes einzelne Gericht war unglaublich lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir aber auch die beiden Inhaber Michelle und Giuseppe. Sie sind nicht nur äußerst professionell, sondern auch unglaublich herzlich, freundlich und aufmerksam. Man merkt sofort, wie viel Leidenschaft sie in ihre Arbeit stecken. Das größte Kompliment kam von unseren Gästen. Wirklich jeder Einzelne hat uns auf das fantastische Essen angesprochen. Es gab niemanden, dem es nicht geschmeckt hat. Das spricht für sich. Als Italienerin bin ich bei italienischem Essen besonders kritisch. Genau deshalb kann ich Tricolore aus voller Überzeugung empfehlen. Es war einfach alles bestens - von der völlig problemlosen Terminabsprache über sehr gute, sympathische Beratung, absolute Pünktlichkeit, gute Laune, größtmögliche Hygiene bis zu den traumhaft leckeren, reichlich bemessenen Speisen. Wir durften uns bei der Kommunion unserer Tochter am 2.5. kulinarisch von Michelle und Guiseppe verwöhnen lassen. Vom ersten Kontakt an fanden wir die freundliche Art und die guten Ideen super! Ich durfte jetzt schon mehrere male im Bereich der Hochzeitsfotografie ihre Torten und Pizza genießen! Ich kann ihren Partyservice zu 100% empfehlen! Die Pizzen schmecken einfach wie im Urlaub und auch die Torten sind der Hammer! Einmal habe ich auch ihre Cannoli gegessen und die waren sooooo gut! Wie immer haben die beiden einen Top Service geleistet! Die Beratung für ein 20 Personen Buffet war schnell geklärt und die Torte war atemberaubend. Durch das italienische Buffet war es endlich mal was anderes, anstatt das klassische Buffet und es kam sehr gut an! Wir werden Partyservice Tricolore immer weiterempfehlen! Design und Geschmack der Torte sind top, wie letztes Jahr. Es war genau das, was ich wollte. Die Preissteigerung war etwas überraschend aber noch ok.

Michelle & Giuseppe sind einfach toll. Punkt. 😊 Sie sind großartige Tortenkünstler und noch dazu unglaublich herzlich und authentisch. We've had the pleasure of working with Michelle and Giuseppe twice this year. For our son's communion, they provided a fantastic lunch buffet, a communion cake, and a snack for the evening. They then came to my birthday party with the Pizza Ape. We are thrilled, from the planning to the execution. From the appetizers and salads to the pizza from the Ape, as well as the beautiful wedding cake, which perfectly matched our theme, and the candy bar with its wonderful dessert selections, they enchanted us and each of our guests, both visually and tastefully. On our big day, no one could stop raving about them, and I'm sure it won't be the last time we enjoy this wonderful meal, as some of our guests are already planning to hire them for their own celebrations. When you hire these two, you not only get phenomenal food, but also a great deal of heart and attention to detail, as well as a warmth that's rarely found these days. From the first contact to the implementation on our day, we truly enjoyed every moment of the planning process together. Michelle and Giuseppe's passion is simply contagious. The tasting, whether it was the cake or the pizza, was already a celebration for us and increased our anticipation immeasurably. Even special dietary requests and allergies pose no major challenges for these two. Quite the opposite: every single detail is considered, so that every guest has the opportunity to try everything and receive the same treatment. And even during the peak rush for the pizza buffet and the pizza-making contest, Giuseppe finds the time to bake a pizza for just one person and deliver it directly to their table. Ordered some delicious canapés. It was uncomplicated from start to finish, and we had super friendly and fun conversations. Both of them were incredibly helpful and even helped me with the tablecloths at the end, even though they were under time pressure.

On July 5th, Giuseppe and Michelle took care of the catering for my birthday – and it was simply fantastic!! Even the appetizers were a delight, perfectly presented and full of flavor. Then came delicious pizza – I was able to choose six varieties in advance. The selection, the toppings, and the taste were simply sensational. The highlight: The pizza came straight from an original Italian Ape with a built-in oven. 🇮🇹 👌 The food was fantastic all around, and I didn't have to worry about anything. Giuseppe and Michel are a well-coordinated, warm team who work with passion and ensure that their guests feel at home. When booking Guiseppe and Michelle with their Pizza Ape for our wedding, we relied entirely on the reviews here. We didn't know them personally and hadn't tried any of their products before our wedding. But what can we say? It was an absolute 12/10! The two are such warm and pleasant people. The phone conversations beforehand and on the wedding day itself were all super friendly. The food was super delicious; everyone raved about it. We had canapés for the champagne reception, and in the evening, we had pizza from Pizza Ape, followed by tiramisu and cannoli. We had a few children at the wedding, and for them, the Ape and the two of them were an absolute highlight. Michelle and Guiseppe let the children help out and took great care of them. I think it's fair to say that Michelle and Giuseppe have created something truly special for themselves and all their guests. For our 40th birthday, they effortlessly treated us and our 80 guests to lasagna and fresh pizza from the Ape. Watching the pizza being topped and then eating it straight from the oven is something very special in itself for a catering event. But everything was also incredibly delicious. To finish off, there was excellent chocolate mousse! Additionally, Michelle and Giuseppe pamper everyone with their warm hospitality. Yes, the service isn't cheap, but it's not run-of-the-mill either!
