A wonderful Italian trattoria with a changing seasonal weekly menu. A place to relax every time. Culinary excellence paired with very fair value. Reservations are recommended, as it's always full, especially on weekends. My favorite place to simply spend a lovely and relaxed evening as a couple, with friends, or for a celebration.

Delicious food, without question. We had a reservation and were greeted warmly and shown to our tables. Two buckets of wine from the next table were left there for 10 minutes because a large group had just finished eating and apparently there wasn't room for their two bottles of wine. The waitress apologized. So far, so good. We had a good time until 10:25 p.m. when they announced that they were closing at 10:30 p.m. 5 minutes beforehand.... Since we also had a bottle of wine, we had to drink it all in a very short time. That was very hectic and somehow very inappropriate. Do we really have to say that 5 minutes beforehand? Insensitive, after all, we ate well and spent a lot of money. It was somehow uncool and lacking in sensitivity. A shame. Otherwise, a great Italian restaurant.

Authentic Italian experience in Augsburg A fantastic Italian ambiance with a very warm welcome from the staff – you immediately feel welcome. The outdoor seating is very comfortable, perfect for a relaxed evening. The food is delicious and the quality is absolutely satisfactory. A small note: If you're very hungry, you might find the pasta portions a bit too small. A wider variety of vegetables would also be desirable on the vegetarian pizza. The tiramisu is highly recommended – the portion size is even larger ❤️ Nevertheless: You're in good hands here and can enjoy a lovely Italian evening.

Upscale Italian creations. Usually busy, so reservations are recommended, especially if you want to sit on the terrace under old chestnut trees in nice weather.

We visited Pizzeria Crudo in Augsburg today and had a pleasant dining experience overall. Unfortunately, the reception at the door was rather disappointing. The lady at the front desk greeted us in a very grumpy and unwelcoming manner, which noticeably dampened our first impression. Fortunately, the really nice waiter with dark hair more than made up for it. He was attentive, friendly, and took great care of us. The food was also excellent – ​​very tasty and freshly prepared. A small note about the Pizza Capriciosa: unfortunately, they forgot the olives. Overall, a good place for pizza and pasta, but the welcome could definitely improve on its friendliness.

Pizzeria in Augsburg near the city walls. It has a spacious interior and a large terrace area. I had a gluten-free Quattro Stationi pizza. The gluten-free dough is from an external supplier, but it's still very good. Lactose-free would also work. All in all, highly recommended if you have to avoid certain allergens.

Food is very tasty without a doubt, service is really bad, salad without dressing even though it was on the menu, we asked about it, nobody cared, then we were told that it was already on the menu, otherwise the atmosphere could always be better but it doesn't have to be mentioned, we wouldn't go back

Unfortunately, the pizza was very soggy and so thin that you couldn't hold it in your hand. Dessert was delicious and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, the atmosphere in the restaurant wasn't particularly good; you could clearly feel the pressure the manager exerted on the staff. Although the manager supposedly noted that we were celebrating a birthday at her pizzeria, nothing special, not even a small treat, was prepared for the occasion. A shame. I won't recommend this restaurant.

Absolute disappointment. We ordered six dishes and none of them were okay. My pizza was completely black on the bottom, the toppings on the others weren't right or they weren't cooked properly. This was by far the worst meal I and my guests have ever had. To management, you may disagree with this review, but the way you handle criticism is not okay.

I was there today with my mom for Mother's Day. Fresh seasonal dishes on the weekly menu. Everything was freshly prepared and very tasty. The boss himself is in the kitchen - you can taste it. Very friendly service and food came quickly, even though there were many guests. My mom and I were very satisfied - always happy again!

A surprise in Augsburg hidden in a residential area. Delicious starter with burata, asparagus and ... then risotto with asparagus and shrimp. Now you have to choose dessert, but 5 points have already been earned.

We had a very pleasant evening in this restaurant. The atmosphere was appealing and inviting, so we felt comfortable right from the start. The service is particularly noteworthy: the waiter was extremely helpful, attentive and polite, which made the entire stay even more pleasant. The food was good overall, although there were minor deviations from the menu. The sole was actually listed as a side dish with rice, but what was served was risotto. The taste was okay, but it would have been nice to have been warned about it beforehand. Likewise, the veal medallions were not what we are used to - instead of tender, juicy medallions, a simple natural veal schnitzel was served. Taste wise it was ok but not what we expected. Unfortunately, the cucumber salad was very simple and seemed a bit bland - just sliced ​​cucumbers with a little olive oil and herbs. A little more sophistication would have been good here to give it that typical restaurant touch. Another point that we felt needed improvement was the ventilation in the restaurant, especially in the cloakroom area. Our jackets smelled strongly of food after the visit, which was a little annoying. Better ventilation or another solution for the cloakroom area could certainly help here. A big compliment goes to the rosé wine - not only did it taste excellent, but it was also perfectly tempered, something you don't find in every restaurant. All in all we had a lovely evening and would love to come back. With small improvements the restaurant could be a real highlight!

Wir sind als Familie nach einem Tag Augsburg auf der Suche nach einem italienischen Restaurant (sehr wählerisches Kind und wir brauchten Spaghetti Bolognese :-D) spontan hier her gekommen. Anfangs unsicher ob wir hier richtig sind, da das Restaurant in einer Wohngegend zu finden ist. Platz gab es bei Ankunft genug (gegen 19 Uhr). Mittlerweile ist es hier gut gefüllt. Das ambiente lädt zum Bleiben ein und wir haben uns schnell wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und wir wurden schnell bedient. das Essen war auch super und die Portionen mehr als ausreichend. Preise sind absolut in Ordnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder

We went here for dinner with our family (15 people). The restaurant was full and yet the food came from everyone pretty much at the same time and the service was always very friendly and accommodating. I can only recommend it.

Ambiente, Service und Essen sind absolut okay. Ich dachte zunächst, hier kann man öfter hingehen und ich wollte es auch einer Freundin empfehlen, die eine Location für ihren 50ten Geburtstag sucht. Doch dann passierte Folgendes: ich bestellte um 22.30 Uhr ( das Lokal schließt um 23.00 Uhr) ein Glas weißen Hauswein. Bei der Chefin, weil der freundliche Kellner, der uns den ganzen Abend bedient hat, gerade nicht sichtbar war. Die Dame erklärte mir höchst unfreundlich, dass das nicht mehr möglich ist, da der Batista schon aufgehört hätte, was "die anderen auch tun wollten". Zu diesem Zeitpunkt waren noch ein großer und ein Tisch für zwei besetzt. Nach einer kleinen Diskussion hat sie mir dann doch - wortlos und mit grimmigem Gesichtsausdruck - ein Glas auf den Tisch gestellt. Wir haben dann gezahlt und waren schon im Aufbruch, als sie dann mitten im Lokal stand und eine Handbewegung machte, die keine Fragen mehr offen ließ. Ich finde es wirklich schade, dass so ein Verhalten dazu führt, dass man ein Lokal, dass einem wirklich gefallen würde, nicht mehr besuchen möchte und natürlich auch Freunden abraten wird.

Nice spot, good terrace, friendly staff and lots of gluten-free options! That last one is really great! But if that means that you are served gluten-free pasta as hard as raw, the enthusiasm quickly disappears.... inedible! (And no: that was not al dente, but literally inedible!). Brought back and then thrown in the microwave (obviously, very unfortunate that people then also lie about it). Couldn't do much else, but that's not why you go to a restaurant. Very unfortunate... The cockroaches (?) on the terrace don't help either, although there is little you can do about that as a restaurant. N.a.v. the restaurant's response to this review took one star off. No excuses, but blaming the customer and lying? Not okay. We won't come here again.

Super mega tasty and large selection of gluten-free dishes, the best Italian food we have eaten so far.

First to me. I have multiple sclerosis and am dependent on a wheelchair. I can still walk a few steps, but not possible without aids. I called there on Friday and spoke to a lady on the phone. I asked if the restaurant is barrier-free. She said yes on the phone. She said yes if I could enter the bathroom in a wheelchair. Of course we drove there in a good mood and made a detour to Augsburg. My wife wanted this for her birthday. We drove there from Kempten and wanted to go out for pizza afterwards. My wife went in for a moment. I stayed in the car and she asked if you could get in there with a wheelchair. They said yes. I had to be helped outside because I got stuck on the pebbles. Shortly before the entrance I said we wanted to eat inside. Oh well... you can't go in there... but as mentioned, the day before they said I can use the toilets in a wheelchair. Okay, I gathered all my strength and we were allowed in through the back entrance. The problem was that there were stairs with nothing to hold on to. Two super nice waitresses came and were very helpful to us because my wife is pregnant and can't carry much anymore. Of course I also need a little longer. Suddenly a woman came and said the guests were waiting. She didn't seem to see that I needed help. I didn't feel good about it. The meal was okay. The ingredients were great, but not so much that I would come back. When the bill came, I thought I wasn't seeing correctly. Something was charged for the cardboard packaging, only 20 cents and extra for the spiciness. I didn't think that was okay. I still tipped almost €6 because the men helped me a lot. But I wouldn't visit this pizzeria again. So I ask wheelchair users not to go there. It's an imposition, unfortunately. the pizza was okay. But when the woman saw me and the two male waitresses helping me (which I thought was great), she then said: "Please go back to the table immediately." And when the woman served us, she asked why we didn't sit outside. Even if we had sat outside, we would have had to go up the steps from the back entrance to go to the toilet.

We always enjoy coming here. Delicious food sometimes away from the same old thing. The service is always courteous and helpful.

Based on the reviews, expectations were high: classic Italian with a very nice ambience, large beer garden. Pizza is perfect in terms of craftsmanship, taste and toppings are very good, the flagship of Crudo after a few visits. If you're looking for good conversations with friends or family in a nice atmosphere with pizza, this is the place for you. Otherwise, the kitchen didn't see any Italians or anyone who doesn't know the craft, taste and quality of Italian cuisine. The food is not a revelation. For example, the beetroot carpaccio and goat cheese were pre-cooked beets cut 5 mm, etc. You got this on the menu and it was implemented by the kitchen with the minimum of effort. You can do it. Pasta with mozzarella and cocktail tomatoes was a pasta pomodoro with 4 slices of the cheapest block mozzsrella, which was rubbery, and 5 halves of cocktail tomatoes, that has nothing to do with Italian cuisine..., therefore 3 points deducted. The selection of vegetarian dishes is very clear and only standard. Wine selection small but very good. In summer, Prosecco is served warm because there is no sufficient cooling. Then you should change something. The service is perfect, but it's busy. Reservations make a lot of sense at this popular restaurant. Fairly priced.

Great food, good wine. However, the prices on the menu for the wine are not correct. It was €5(!) more expensive when I collected it. When we pointed this out, they said, yes, that's what the cash register says, then the price on the card is no longer correct... The oil for garlic and chili was also charged extra at €1.50 without any notice. The packaging also costs extra, I still understand that. However, we were more or less ignored for the first 30 minutes in the restaurant. Of course it was packed and loud, but it should have been possible to get a menu or ask for drinks more quickly. Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed with our visit to the restaurant.

There were around 20 people there for a birthday dinner. I ordered pasta with pesto, it was too salty and had almost no taste of basil. In addition, the passion fruit spritzer also tasted more like water than passion fruit. Unfortunately, the service was also very child-unfriendly. We brought a cake with us and had to pay €1.50 per plate because we ate the cake after eating there. Unfortunately that is not service or hospitality for me. And there are very few parking spaces available P.S. The review is mine and not the person who made the reservation. You don't have to call and think it's an outrageous review. And yes, everyone can afford €15 for the plates, but if such a large group comes, it's a matter of principle. And yes children can be loud :). You should be able to handle criticism better

Best pizza in Augsburg, bruschetta is made fresh even when you pick it up so that it tastes as good as possible when you get home.

The food was excellent and prepared with a lot of heart. The service was excellent, attentive, humorous and endearing. Atmosphere like on vacation. The four of us felt like we were at home with best friends. After an eventful day, this Saturday evening was the icing on the cake. Pizza was very tasty. You feel welcome. The food came quite quickly. I recommend making reservations in advance. Unfortunately I didn't find it that nice. I chose a spicy salami pizza and asked if I could have a mild one instead of a spicy one. Even though it was the same type of product, I had to pay an extra price for the salami, which I found inappropriate.

The pizza tasted very good. The service came straight away. The food came soon too. When I'm back in Augsburg, I'll go there again.
