Wow. Schönes Ambiente und Bumse voll. Dennoch einen Platz bekommen. Zum Glück, denn das Essen ist Mega. Tagliatelle mit Steinpilzen und Tortellini mit Hummer in Cognacsoße von der Tageskarte. Preislich bei der gebotenen Menge und Qualität unschlagbar. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung und Wiederholung,

We went here for dinner with our family (15 people). The restaurant was full and yet the food came from everyone pretty much at the same time and the service was always very friendly and accommodating. I can only recommend it.

Ambiente, Service und Essen sind absolut okay. Ich dachte zunächst, hier kann man öfter hingehen und ich wollte es auch einer Freundin empfehlen, die eine Location für ihren 50ten Geburtstag sucht. Doch dann passierte Folgendes: ich bestellte um 22.30 Uhr ( das Lokal schließt um 23.00 Uhr) ein Glas weißen Hauswein. Bei der Chefin, weil der freundliche Kellner, der uns den ganzen Abend bedient hat, gerade nicht sichtbar war. Die Dame erklärte mir höchst unfreundlich, dass das nicht mehr möglich ist, da der Batista schon aufgehört hätte, was "die anderen auch tun wollten". Zu diesem Zeitpunkt waren noch ein großer und ein Tisch für zwei besetzt. Nach einer kleinen Diskussion hat sie mir dann doch - wortlos und mit grimmigem Gesichtsausdruck - ein Glas auf den Tisch gestellt. Wir haben dann gezahlt und waren schon im Aufbruch, als sie dann mitten im Lokal stand und eine Handbewegung machte, die keine Fragen mehr offen ließ. Ich finde es wirklich schade, dass so ein Verhalten dazu führt, dass man ein Lokal, dass einem wirklich gefallen würde, nicht mehr besuchen möchte und natürlich auch Freunden abraten wird.

Nice spot, good terrace, friendly staff and lots of gluten-free options! That last one is really great! But if that means that you are served gluten-free pasta as hard as raw, the enthusiasm quickly disappears.... inedible! (And no: that was not al dente, but literally inedible!). Brought back and then thrown in the microwave (obviously, very unfortunate that people then also lie about it). Couldn't do much else, but that's not why you go to a restaurant. Very unfortunate... The cockroaches (?) on the terrace don't help either, although there is little you can do about that as a restaurant. N.a.v. the restaurant's response to this review took one star off. No excuses, but blaming the customer and lying? Not okay. We won't come here again.

Trattoria Pizzeria Crudo in Augsburg is a gem that my family and I always look forward to visiting whenever we're in town. The service is consistently attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. Super mega tasty and large selection of gluten-free dishes, the best Italian food we have eaten so far.

First to me. I have multiple sclerosis and am dependent on a wheelchair. I can still walk a few steps, but not possible without aids. I called there on Friday and spoke to a lady on the phone. I asked if the restaurant is barrier-free. She said yes on the phone. She said yes if I could enter the bathroom in a wheelchair. Of course we drove there in a good mood and made a detour to Augsburg. My wife wanted this for her birthday. We drove there from Kempten and wanted to go out for pizza afterwards. My wife went in for a moment. I stayed in the car and she asked if you could get in there with a wheelchair. They said yes. I had to be helped outside because I got stuck on the pebbles. Shortly before the entrance I said we wanted to eat inside. Oh well... you can't go in there... but as mentioned, the day before they said I can use the toilets in a wheelchair. Okay, I gathered all my strength and we were allowed in through the back entrance. The problem was that there were stairs with nothing to hold on to. Two super nice waitresses came and were very helpful to us because my wife is pregnant and can't carry much anymore. Of course I also need a little longer. Suddenly a woman came and said the guests were waiting. She didn't seem to see that I needed help. I didn't feel good about it. The meal was okay. The ingredients were great, but not so much that I would come back. When the bill came, I thought I wasn't seeing correctly. Something was charged for the cardboard packaging, only 20 cents and extra for the spiciness. I didn't think that was okay. I still tipped almost €6 because the men helped me a lot. But I wouldn't visit this pizzeria again. So I ask wheelchair users not to go there. It's an imposition, unfortunately. the pizza was okay. But when the woman saw me and the two male waitresses helping me (which I thought was great), she then said: "Please go back to the table immediately." And when the woman served us, she asked why we didn't sit outside. Even if we had sat outside, we would have had to go up the steps from the back entrance to go to the toilet.

We always enjoy coming here. Delicious food sometimes away from the same old thing. The service is always courteous and helpful.

Based on the reviews, expectations were high: classic Italian with a very nice ambience, large beer garden. Pizza is perfect in terms of craftsmanship, taste and toppings are very good, the flagship of Crudo after a few visits. If you're looking for good conversations with friends or family in a nice atmosphere with pizza, this is the place for you. Otherwise, the kitchen didn't see any Italians or anyone who doesn't know the craft, taste and quality of Italian cuisine. The food is not a revelation. For example, the beetroot carpaccio and goat cheese were pre-cooked beets cut 5 mm, etc. You got this on the menu and it was implemented by the kitchen with the minimum of effort. You can do it. Pasta with mozzarella and cocktail tomatoes was a pasta pomodoro with 4 slices of the cheapest block mozzsrella, which was rubbery, and 5 halves of cocktail tomatoes, that has nothing to do with Italian cuisine..., therefore 3 points deducted. The selection of vegetarian dishes is very clear and only standard. Wine selection small but very good. In summer, Prosecco is served warm because there is no sufficient cooling. Then you should change something. The service is perfect, but it's busy. Reservations make a lot of sense at this popular restaurant. Fairly priced.

Probably the best pizza in Augsburg and the best Italian atmosphere! Super nice beer garden and nice restaurant. I really enjoy coming to Trattoria Crudo very regularly. The staff as well as the boss himself are always super friendly and read your every wish. All in all, a clear recommendation. Have fun and enjoy your meal! Reservation in advance is recommended.

Great food, good wine. However, the prices on the menu for the wine are not correct. It was €5(!) more expensive when I collected it. When we pointed this out, they said, yes, that's what the cash register says, then the price on the card is no longer correct... The oil for garlic and chili was also charged extra at €1.50 without any notice. The packaging also costs extra, I still understand that. However, we were more or less ignored for the first 30 minutes in the restaurant. Of course it was packed and loud, but it should have been possible to get a menu or ask for drinks more quickly. Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed with our visit to the restaurant.

There were around 20 people there for a birthday dinner. I ordered pasta with pesto, it was too salty and had almost no taste of basil. In addition, the passion fruit spritzer also tasted more like water than passion fruit. Unfortunately, the service was also very child-unfriendly. We brought a cake with us and had to pay €1.50 per plate because we ate the cake after eating there. Unfortunately that is not service or hospitality for me. And there are very few parking spaces available P.S. The review is mine and not the person who made the reservation. You don't have to call and think it's an outrageous review. And yes, everyone can afford €15 for the plates, but if such a large group comes, it's a matter of principle. And yes children can be loud :). You should be able to handle criticism better

The food was okay, but asking for money for plates for the cake I brought with me (€1 per plate) wasn't okay for me. I'm just concerned with the principle. That's why I won't celebrate my birthday there anymore.

Best pizza in Augsburg, bruschetta is made fresh even when you pick it up so that it tastes as good as possible when you get home.

The food was excellent and prepared with a lot of heart. The service was excellent, attentive, humorous and endearing. Atmosphere like on vacation. The four of us felt like we were at home with best friends. After an eventful day, this Saturday evening was the icing on the cake. Pizza was very tasty. You feel welcome. The food came quite quickly. I recommend making reservations in advance. Unfortunately I didn't find it that nice. I chose a spicy salami pizza and asked if I could have a mild one instead of a spicy one. Even though it was the same type of product, I had to pay an extra price for the salami, which I found inappropriate.

The pizza tasted very good. The service came straight away. The food came soon too. When I'm back in Augsburg, I'll go there again.

We were there for lunch today, the service is absolutely friendly, courteous and quick and the gluten-free food is super delicious! Pasta al dente with excellent all'arrabbiata sauce and the gluten-free pizza dough is not a ready-made product, like in some other pizzerias that advertise gluten-free pizza. We were only visiting Augsburg but will definitely come back on a new visit!!

Thank you very much, that was a good surprise for us because we spontaneously thought about coming here. -1 point is: the pinsa (starter) was too salty but that may have been a mistake, it was still tasty. Grilled salmon with potatoes and seasonal vegetables was delicious. Service staff very friendly and super fast. Prices are justified and completely acceptable. Pizzeria will definitely be visited again. A small point of criticism is the noise when the restaurant is full, but that's the same in every other restaurant.

The service staff are actually relatively nice, but as soon as it gets towards the end of the workday, the mood changes to "now you can all leave" (you can see it in the faces). Food is super! I especially like the selection of gluten-free dishes. And it tastes as good as with wheat flour. :)

I was eating alone in the evening on October 22nd, 2021 and treated myself to a Tomahowk steak 😇 The steak was amazing and halfway through I was in tears because I was afraid it was going to end 😭 The ingredients and taste were incredibly good.👍 The mixed dessert plate was also simply delicious 🥳 You can see in the photos that it was tasty and I think the kitchen and staff are passionate and loving about it.💓 Thanks to Crudo Pizzeria 🤝

Wir waren gestern anlässlich eines Geburtstags dort beim Essen. Wir wurden überaus zuvorkommend bedient - dafür nochmals herzlichsten Dank an den wunderbaren Kellner!! Essen war sehr lecker und vor allem alle bekamen das Essen gleichzeitig! Ein rundum schöner Abend 👍! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren dort mit der Familie zum Geburtstag. Tolle Empfehlung für Rosé Prosecco, Vorspeise wirklich fein. Mit der Hauptspeise waren wir leider nicht zufrieden. Die Muscheln schmeckten sehr brackig und wie aufgewärmt vom Vortag, musste ich zurück geben. Gnocchi ebenso, die Soße hatte eine Haptik wie Schmelzkäse, das dritte Gericht war ebenfalls irgendwie „alt“, dasselbe am Nachbartisch sah frisch aus. Freundlich und sachlich angebrachte Kritik wurde einfach ignoriert, die beanstandeten Speisen voll berechnet. Zur Ehrenrettung sei bemerkt, dass die Pizzas okay waren. Ansonsten eher sehr enttäuschend. Werden dem Restaurant auch keine zweite Chance geben. Schade.

Einer der Besten Italiener von Augsburg

Wir haben telefonisch reserviert. Ich denke, dass es auch notwendig ist, da das Restaurant sehr voll war. Die Kellner hatten viel zu tun, waren aber immer sehr freundlich und man hatte nicht das Gefühl sich beeilen zu müssen oder andererseits nicht beachtet zu werden. Der einzig wirkliche Kritikpunkt für uns war, dass die Tische sehr nah beieinander stehen und man die Gespräche immer mithören muss. Als Allergiker oder Vegetarier kann man hier gut essen und hat nicht das Gefühl, sich entschuldigen zu müssen.

Unglaublich gutes Restaurant besonders im Sommer, Hunde sind Willkommen sowohl drinnen als auch draußen. Das essen schmeckt einfach Klasse

Really good authentic Italian pizza

Für mich das beste italienische Restaurant in Augsburg und darüber hinaus. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen, vom Service über die Küche. Immer eine Garantie für einen gelungenen Abend.

Meiner Meinung nach werden die Arbeiter und vor allem die Chefin einen unterschiedlich behandeln, ja nachdem, woher man kommt oder welche Hautfarbe man hat. Die Pizza schmeckt trotzdem gut. Ich würde daher die Pizzeria nicht empfehlen.

Sehr leckere Essen und eine gute Auswahl. Das beste ist natürlich wenn man schön im Biergarten sitzen kann, unter alt gewachsenen Kastanienbäumen. Der Service ist zuvorkommend und seht gut. Jede Pizza kann auch Glutenfrei gemacht werde, was für jemanden der Glutenfrei Essen muss natürlich super ist!

Trattoria Crudo ist meiner Meinung nach der beste Italiener der Stadt und darüberhinaus. Es wird eine Vielzahl an verschiedensten Gerichten angeboten. Eine sich stets ändernde Wochenkarte erfreut ebenso mit neuen raffinierten Kreationen. Egal was man bestellt, man wird nie enttäuscht. Man fühlt sich immer willkommen und der Service ist ebenso hervorragend. Das Personal besetzt mit Leuten die wissen worauf es ankommt, schnell und sehr freundlich. Klare Empfehlung!

Ich wurde noch nie so respektlos und ebenso diskriminierend in einem Restaurant behandelt, wie gestern in der Pizzeria Trattoria. Nach der Bezahlung kam die Besitzerin auf mich zu und sagt mir, wir sollten bitte in Zukunft nicht mehr zu ihnen kommen. Auf die Nachfrage meines Mannes konnte sie keinen konkreten Grund dafür nennen. Das Einzige, was sie sagte: "Es ist zu stressig.". Als er nochmals nachfragte, ob das unbegründete Hausverbot mit seiner Hautfarbe im Zusammenhang steht, sagte sie nichts....Wir gehen sehr häufig, auch als junge Familie in verschiedene Lokale in Augsburg und haben noch nie eine diskriminierende und rassistische Erfahrung wie in diesem gemacht. Fazit: Das Restaurant ist wunderschön, und verfügt über eine herausragende Küche, doch leider sind nicht alle Menschen unabhängig von ihrem nationalen Hintergrund und ihrer Hautfarbe dort willkommen.

Die Chefin hat einfach eine kommische Ausstrahlung, und sie kann wirklich sauer werden, wenn du kein Trinkgeld gibst!!

We went this pizzeria based on the recommendations from the guy we bought tires in Augsburg. We ordered pizzas which were really amazing and definitely recommend them! Staff is really helpful and warm welcoming. Prices are decent. Parking a car can be bit tricky as most of them are reserved for people living in the area… One can pay with EC/Visa card but unfortunately tip can’t be paid with card…

Ein echter Italiener. Bietet Pizza und Nudeln auch Glutenfrei. Sehr aufmerksames Personal, sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Ich war am Samstag mit meinem Freund und 2 Freunden in der Trattoria Crudo beim Essen. Und was soll ich sagen, 5 Sterne reichen bei weitem nicht aus! 😍 Das Rindercarpaccio und die Pizza Crudo einfach klasse. Wenn ich in Augsburg bin, werde ich wirklich nur noch ein Restaurant wählen! Vielen lieben Dank nochmal an den Chef Giovanni für den absolut leckeren Gruß! Perfekt meinen Geschmack getroffen, TRÜFFEL! Richtig leckeres Essen. Kann ich jedem empfehlen. Schöner Außenbereich und super freundliches Personal.

Wir waren aufgrund der guten Bewertungen bei diesem Italiener (Crudo) in Augsburg und ich wurde wirklich herb enttäuscht! Ich hatte Cannelloni für 12€ (Hauptspeise) bestellt und im meinem Pfännchen befanden sich sage und schreibe 3 Cannellonis! - Echt jetzt? Hätte ein kräftiger Mann auch 3 Cannellonis bekommen? Obendrein waren diese Cannellonis geschmacklich einfach nur enttäuschend, die Füllung nichtssagend und wenig ansprechend, die Sauce schmeckte nach Fertigsauce und empfand ich ebenfalls sehr enttäuschend. Der Salat war von minderer Qualität bzw. auf möglichst billig gemacht (viel Eisbergsalat) und das Gemüse nicht hochwertig. Der Herr, der uns bediente war freundlich. Nochmal zu Crudo? - Nein danke.
