Delicious food, excellent service, always a pleasure.

I ordered pizza with stuffed pizza rolls in the evening. The pizza arrived cold. The pizza dough wasn't homemade, and if it was, it was incredibly bad. The stuffed pizza rolls weren't baked enough and were extremely dry. I absolutely cannot recommend ordering from there. Never again.

I'd normally give the pizza and service 5 stars everywhere, but unfortunately, since tonight, I've stopped. We've been customers at Stella for years, but we received one item (salad sauce) incorrectly. During a phone call, we were assured that the order had arrived as ordered, but according to Lieferando, this can be refuted. It's very sad that they want to portray customers as stupid and don't approach a long-standing customer, show understanding, and admit their mistakes. Therefore, I'd prefer -1 star for service. This was the last time we'll order from here, unfortunately!

I've been ordering from Stella for years and have always been more than satisfied. This evening, I called because my salad dressing wasn't included. It shouldn't be a problem; mistakes can happen. However, they told me on the phone that it was my problem, because they hadn't received the dressing as part of their order. However, I can show it in my order. When I asked them that I've been a satisfied customer for years and that they'd now like to correct the error, I was told that I should just call them to place my order and that I could eat the salad as is. Incredibly poor service, and therefore my last choice. What a shame... And thanks for nothing...

I ordered three cheeseburgers, and all three were burnt. The pizzeria used to be better, but to pay that much is just outrageous.

I ordered a pizza for pickup. The price online was €17.50. As I waited for my change, the manager said, "€20 is fine." When I opened the box at home, I had the wrong pizza. I called back immediately and was told I'd ordered incorrectly. Pretty cheeky. Sure, you can make mistakes, and that's okay, but that's not how you treat customers who order regularly. I expected them to deliver the correct pizza to me. That was definitely my last order.

The wrong pizza was ordered and the price was higher than stated. When I politely asked how this could have happened, I was aggressively insulted. This should really be a case for the tax office.

"Never again – physically threatened because of a legitimate complaint" Four of us went to this pizzeria on Father's Day to grab a bite to eat outside. It started out as a completely normal visit: We ordered four pizzas and four Cokes and ate as usual. However, when we paid, an unexpectedly high total was added up, significantly higher than what we had expected based on the price list. I then asked for the receipt and examined it more closely. I noticed that the VAT was incorrectly displayed – a clear indication of possible tax irregularities. I politely asked how this price was calculated and why the receipt looked that way. What happened next honestly shocked me: Suddenly, three men approached me from inside the pizzeria, including the pizza chef. The atmosphere immediately became very tense. One of the men began to get loud, and the pizza chef raised his fists at me several times in a threatening manner – I was just able to fend off his movements. Shortly afterward, he returned with a pizza peel and seemed determined to use it against me. Fortunately, one of my friends intervened and prevented anything worse from happening. When I tried to show the receipt again, it was violently ripped from my hand, leaving me with no proof. This was obviously to eliminate evidence. At that moment, it was no longer about the food or the price – it was about physical safety. I left with my friends as quickly as possible and will never enter that place again. In combination with the other bad reviews describing similar behavior by the staff (forcing me to pay in cash, rude behavior, incorrect price information), I have a disturbing overall picture.

Although we order there regularly, a delivery was rejected today despite reaching the minimum order value. How are you supposed to find something like that? In the future I'll try to get along without this perfect service. Thank you for everything and toi toi toi for the rest of your life.

Disgusting pizza, unfriendly landlord, wrong prices - they simply asked for more than the table. Note from the innkeeper: I could have asked for the price.

I've ordered takeaway pizzas on the spot several times and each time I've been able to leave with delicious pizzas within 10 minutes. It's also possible to dine in at high tables, but this isn't the main business of the place, which is focused on takeaway. Friendly service. Large selection of dishes.

Pizza was really tasty, I would order it again and again. Unfortunately it looks like a garbage dump, for whatever reason. Opening times are not observed. Already stood in front of the closed door twice in 4 weeks at 9:15 p.m., even though the pizzaria's opening times say otherwise.

Wanted to order a pizza there for the first time today. After having had good experiences with vegan pizza dough without animal ingredients in other pizzerias, I was taught otherwise here today. Unfortunately, the not very accommodating gentleman at the counter didn't know what “vegan” was. After a short explanation he told me the cream? would be in the pizza dough. He didn't want to show me alternatives either. It's a shame ☹️

The four of us had dinner here today after a hike. Everyone ate different pizzas. We were satisfied - price/performance was right. Simple atmosphere, sitting at elevated tables (bar tables) The gentleman was very friendly and helpful.

One star is almost too many. I have ordered from this pizzeria several times. The first time was really tasty, good baguettes. The second time our order only appeared after we called again (after an hour I called and asked what was happening with our order). The fries were almost unfried and very cold. They just tasted raw. Since we still liked the baguettes, we wanted to give the pizzeria one last chance. So again we ordered baguettes with fries. The Baguette Italia (with mozzarella, olives, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, olive oil) actually tastes good. Until you, as a vegetarian, have to bite on tuna even though you ordered a fish-free baguette. Something like this is absolutely unacceptable and does not speak for proper, hygienic service when the tomatoes are full of tuna. This pizzeria is an absolute disappointment and is not recommended.

Ordered several family pizzas for a birthday at 8:30 p.m. However, the order was already there at 7 p.m. After a call they simply said “sorry”. It's a real shame because my guests now have to eat cold pizza.

I heard back then that the pizzeria was supposed to be delicious. We happened to be driving by hungry, so we stopped and ordered take-out. It went reasonably quickly. Unfortunately, there was no sign indicating that the card payment was defective. I didn't have any cash with me. So I didn't want to accept the food and drive back. I was then abruptly told that it was my problem - I had to ask about card payment first. I pointed out that in 2024 I no longer think it would be appropriate for a store not to offer card payment. To be honest, I don't know what the legal situation is. It was just ugly. The man behind the counter then rudely urged me to go to the bank in the nearest town to get cash. I didn't find this particularly customer-friendly and argued that I didn't see that. Then the pizza maker (as reinforcement) came out from behind the counter in the bakery with a very aggressive attitude that scared me. I had a child with me. I no longer felt safe there with my child. I backed away and asked my child to keep his distance. Because I was scared, I drove to the next town and got cash and paid with it. I would have thought a small discount for the quarrels would have been appropriate. Of course there wasn't. The food would actually have been quite okay (I suspect). Unfortunately, after all the drama, it was cold at the end. I hope the aggressive pizza chef didn't spit on it. I don't know, I hope it was just the garlic oil. But based on his demeanor, I wouldn't put it past him.

I ordered a ham pizza. The individual pieces of ham were probably separated from each other with plastic when purchasing. I found all of these on my pizza ...........

When we are in the area from out of town, Stella is always a go-to place to eat.

Generous toppings, high-quality ingredients, delivered fresh and hot. Staff friendly and prices are fair. You can't complain about that. We have enjoyed ordering for years and will continue to do so. Thanks!

The pizzeria was recommended to us by several acquaintances and friends. For this reason we placed an order for self-collection yesterday. Everything went well. The different pizzas were very well topped and also aromatically seasoned. Where it says sharp there is actually a certain sharpness. We were very satisfied and can only give our recommendation.

You don't need it! You can give the pizza a 3-4, but what comes from the kitchen has nothing to do with cooking!

Once and NEVER again...!! Pizza baker veryrrrrrr unfriendly....I had ordered carbonara to eat there....45 minutes later I asked and he yelled at me that it was ready, well why doesn't anyone bring it to me...!? The food was packed in a take-away box and bag. I said I would like to eat it outside at the table, which is what I ordered....Yes, eat outside and stay there...should I eat with my fingers, so I asked ...he handed me a plastic fork that he had previously touched with his pizza dough-sticky fingers...that's okay...I then went out to my table...I lost my appetite and ate it I left it the way it was handed to me and drove... I don't have to accept that... it's a good thing I haven't paid yet... I'll advise anyone not to order anything there... bottom drawer ...!!!!

Ordered for the first time today. The gentleman on the phone was very nice 👍 Delivery was stated to take about 30 minutes, food was there after just over 20 minutes! The driver was also very friendly 👌And it was very tasty! We will order again 👌

I waited 20 minutes for my pizza, most of which had the wrong toppings. Instead of getting a new pizza, the pizza maker removed the toppings and just half-heartedly put cheese on it in the hope that I would overlook it. There was no discount. It was also very expensive. In any case, I don't eat there anymore.

Pizza everywhere is limp and falls apart, when you try to lift the slice the whole topping falls down and is way too overpriced
