Viel zu wenig Personal ! Wir mussten dreimal fragen wann unsere Getränke kommen. Personal sehr gestresst .Schade Essen war gut nur werden wir den Laden nicht mehr betreten.

2 stunden auf das bier gewartet, bestellungen aufzunehmen war katastrophal, unterbesetzt, ewig auf die bestellungen gewartet.

Wir haben die schöne Atmosphäre im Garten und das Essen sehr genossen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns aber die Freundlichkeit und das Lächeln des Servicepersonals! Vielen Dank!

Die Pizzen sind riesig und super lecker. Ganz frische Zutaten. Vorweg gab es einen kleinen grünen Salat. Der Kellner ist sehr aufmerksam und nett. Das Lokal ist absolut zu empfehlen. Toll ist auch, dass es direkt am Lokal einen großen Parkplatz gibt.

Claudio scheint wieder Pizzabäcker zu sein! Bester Pizzateig, knusprig und doch weich. Für das erste Mal im Sorrento, gleich ein bisschen Michelangelo Feeling aus längst vergangenen Tagen. Wir kommen wieder.

Pizza, so groß wie ein Wagenrad MIT Salat, Nudeln zum dahinschmelzen, das Essen wird traditionell und frisch zubereitet mit besten Zutaten aus Italien und schmeckt noch so, wie du es erwartest, du riechst schon beim Betreten, hier bist du richtig, die Kellner sind so freundlich und aufmerksam, es ist ein großes Vergnügen, italienische Gastronomie auf top Niveau in schnuckeligem Ambiente. Uriger, gemütlicher Italiener. Tolles Seafood, neben klassischer Pizza und Pasta. Netter Service. Haben auch ohne Reservierung spontan einen Tisch bekommen, obwohl viel los war.

Das Personal war wirklich freundlich, höflich und sehr angenehm im Umgang – der Service war definitiv positiv. Leider hat mich die Qualität des Essens nicht überzeugt. Ich hatte eine Pizza bestellt, aber geschmacklich war sie eher enttäuschend und wirkte nicht ganz sorgfältig zubereitet. Service top, Essen leider ausbaufähig.

Ich fand das Restaurant etwas geizig. Wir bestellten fünf Pizzen zum Mitnehmen und fragten, ob wir für unsere drei Kinder, die gerne Parmesan essen, eine kleine Schachtel Parmesan bekommen könnten. Die Angestellten sagten, das würde extra kosten. Normalerweise gibt es in Restaurants 10 % Rabatt auf Speisen zum Mitnehmen, aber wir zahlten den vollen Preis und bekamen keinen Parmesan dazu. Das hat uns etwas enttäuscht.

Sonderwünsche wurden erfüllt. Tolles Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Super für einfach mal zwischendurch. Klare Empfehlung. Und Sonderpunkt für montags geöffnet.

Leider enttäuschend. Pizza war lauwarm, stellenweise verbrannt und in der Mitte wässrig, sogar der Karton war durchnässt. auch wenn man das weglässt, war die Pizza von Sorrento geschmacklich frühers besser. der Salat ebenfalls nicht überzeugend. beim Geld rausgeben wurde lange nach Kleingeld gesucht... beim nächsten Mal bestelle ich woanders.

Parken auf dem kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt beim Restaurant, welcher abends auch beleuchtet ist. Von außen schon ansprechendes Gebäude. Herzlicher Empfang. Viel Platz für Einzelpersonen, Paare, Gruppen. Saubere, schön eingedeckte Tische, saubere Tischdecken, Teelichter. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Italienisch dekoriert. Freundliches Personal, man wird mit Handschlag begrüßt. Sehr vielseitige Speisenkarte, hier findet jeder was. Beilagensalat zur Pizza gratis. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Guter Geschmack, reichlich belegt. Wein in Karaffe mit gepflegtem Glas. Softdrinks preiswert. Gute Servietten. Ein Restaurant zum Speisen und Wohlfühlen. Zum Abschluss gab es einen Zitronenlikör aufs Haus. Saubere Toiletten. Herzlichen Dank. Bis zum nächsten Mal.

Ich war da ingesamt 3x essen. Und 2x hatte ich direkt danach probleme Irgendwad ist mit der food hygiene, vorletztens war es die Thunfisch und gestern der Gorgonzola. Pizza war trotzdem lecker und der preis is ok-gut denk ich. Guten Appetit

Schönes Restaurant mit sehr leckeren Pizzen und Pasta.

Das Team war das letzte etwas überlastet, aber der 1ne Stern Abzug ist verschmerzbar und war auch kein ernstes Problem. Außerdem spricht das nur für die Bekanntheit und die gute Qualität der Speisen. Ambiente ehrlich und Rustikal, so wie man sich eine Pizzeria vorstellt die schon lange an dieser Adresse zu finden ist. Preislich völlig OK und sehr grosse Holzofenpizzas. Immer wieder gern!

Die vielen positiven Bewertungen können wir leider nicht nachvollziehen. Wir waren zum ersten Mal mit unserer Familie dort und hatten für über zehn Personen reserviert. Trotzdem wurden die Tische nicht zusammengestellt, sodass unsere große Gruppe getrennt sitzen musste – sehr unpraktisch und unverständlich bei einer Reservierung dieser Größe. Das Essen war durchwachsen: Eine Pizza war angebrannt, bei den Fleischgerichten waren überall Dosenbohnen, was geschmacklich überhaupt nicht gepasst hat. Die Pommes waren maximal durchschnittlich. Zu den Pastagerichten wurde kein Löffel serviert. Insgesamt war alles sehr eng, und das Restaurant wirkt deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Der junge Mann, der uns bedient hat, wirkte genervt und unfreundlich und hatte eine sehr hohe Meinung von sich selbst. Zudem wurde mehrfach etwas vergessen. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass das Essen extrem zeitversetzt serviert wurde: Manche bekamen ihr Gericht nach etwa 10 Minuten, andere mussten bis zu 30 Minuten warten – das geht bei einer gemeinsamen Familienrunde gar nicht. Unterm Strich: Pizza gut, aber das war es auch. Geschmack: naja. Ambiente: naja. Bedienung: naja. Wir werden dieses Restaurant nicht noch einmal besuchen. Nachtrag! The food was delicious. However, the young man who served us seemed very stressed and unfriendly. My daughter wanted to take the leftover pasta with her, and he started yelling at her in Italian. Unfortunately, one of us speaks Italian. What he said wasn't friendly at all. Then, when I tried to pay by card, he snatched it out of my hand and used it himself. That's completely unacceptable. We won't be seeing them again.

Everything was fine, friendly Italian waiters, fast service, typical dishes, we were satisfied, there are better options, hence a solid 4 stars, complimentary small green salad with the pizzas, thoughtful and well-intentioned, but just green without any frills

Update: We recently went back after the change of ownership. This was our second visit, by the way. First, the positives. Both times the food was delicious. Now for the negatives, and that's the service. First, let's consider this a minor complaint. The waiter should at least have some idea of ​​what the guest ordered, especially if they've just left the table. But that's just a side note. However, when we ordered another drink, it wasn't brought despite our reminder. We were then told to forgo it since we wanted to pay and leave. In that case, the drink shouldn't be on the bill. We pointed this out, and it was deducted, but a small apology would have been appropriate. Upon entering the restaurant, our reserved table wasn't set, which isn't a problem in itself, but the cutlery was lying on the seat. It was placed back on the table. We then asked for it to be replaced, to which we received the polite reply that it was clean. We then received a disapproving look and were promptly dismissed. However, it must be said that a new set of cutlery was subsequently brought to the table. ``` Now, about the ambiance. We were seated near the main entrance. I felt like I was sitting in a stadium under floodlights. The cold white light is perhaps not the best choice and doesn't create a pleasant atmosphere. You want to feel like you're on vacation at an Italian restaurant for the short time you're there. Sorry, but that feeling just wasn't there. And my question is, what on earth was a bicycle doing in the dining area? I'm really torn. The food is really delicious. In some ways, I have to say it even tastes better than at the previous restaurant. But I felt more comfortable in terms of both the ambiance and the service before. We'll probably come back for the food, and we'll try to take the rest with humor. It would be nice, though, if they improved a bit in both areas. For guests arriving by car: There are now more parking spaces available than at the previous restaurant. We were lucky and got the last one. For previous guests who parked in the Norma parking lot across the street – be aware that the parking lot is monitored by cameras – a penalty notice is due after – I think – 90 minutes.

The good news first: the main course, pasta, was good. The salad, however, needed a swim, it was so watery with dressing. And it wasn't very colorful. On top of that, it was cool and a bit drafty, not very cozy. The new LED wall lights only made matters worse with their unpleasant, cold light.

We went to the Sorento yesterday with good friends. The service and food were very good. I had the Sorento pizza with seafood, and the shrimp were the best tasting I've had in a long time. There are parking spaces, but all were taken when we were there, and I had to walk quite a distance.

We went there with a group of women, and we were all pleasantly surprised. The ambiance is really nice, and there's more space than we expected. The server was very funny and a real character. And most importantly, the pizza was delicious. I highly recommend it.

One of the best Italian restaurants in the region. I've known the quality of Vincenzo & Co.'s dishes for over 20 years, from Michelangelo's time. Since he took over Sorrento, I've had the impression that the dishes are even a bit better than they already were. I love this place, the service is great, the ambiance feels homey and authentic and the food is yummy. I especially love their pizzas. For me, the pizzas are the best in Ingolstadt. Another positive aspect are the prices - very affordable.

My pizza was great! 5 stars! My wife's noodles were rather unseasoned. Still good. There was a lot going on in the restaurant when we were there. That was probably the reason we had to wait 15 minutes for the drinks. The waiter also seemed more stressed to me than welcoming. The ambience is debatable, in my case it doesn't have much to do with coziness, especially since the restaurant is very loud when there are a lot of people! Hence my rating!

My parents have been going to this restaurant for as long as I can remember and they have never been disappointed. My husband, our son and I also like coming here. We asked for more takeaway food. Well, my pizza is beyond criticism! The dough is like the sole of a shoe...dry and tough, stale. the bottom was burnt, the top wasn't hot enough! The spiciness of the topping was also ummm, it wasn't exactly Italian quality! A good pizza looks completely different! Never again.
