Pizzeria Sole in Mainz

I've been coming here for over 10 years. The food is delicious. I'll definitely be back! Although you can't park in front of the restaurant, it's worth the few minutes walk!

As a Neapolitan, you feel at home. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat excellent pizza. The staff is very welcoming and professional

We ordered from Pizzeria Sole for the first time today (since our usual delivery pizzeria was closed) and I think we'll do that more often now. Very fast delivery and the best pizza dough we have tried in a long time, really tasty. Overall very good quality, price/performance also good!

I have never seen such a disorganized shop in my entire life. We arrived at the same time as two other tables, they were both served before us and no one had the idea of ​​serving us. Then the first employee came who was only allowed to take drinks and no food, 10 minutes later the one who took our food finally came. End of song: we waited 2 hours for our food, everyone else had already gotten their food, the waiter only came, I'm sorry, and nothing, non-carbonated drinks, first and last time.

Fantastic pizza, great shop. Fast and friendly in a cozy atmosphere.

Very tight space. Cheap ingredients were used: spaghetti marinara not al dente and did not contain mussels. Very spicy sauce made from olive oil and chili. Pizza is mainly ordered here, the smell of which permeates the place strongly. The prices are low in comparison.

I usually order here and pick up the pizza on foot :) the service and generally all the employees are very friendly and always greet you with a smile. In the 4 years I've been ordering here, the pizza has always been delicious and I've always been able to come pick it up in just 10 minutes! Phenomenal! Prezzemolo is the best pizza! But I've eaten there before and it was good too.

I went to Pizzeria Sole with my family for dinner today. Very friendly service, very child-friendly. The pizza is excellent. Finding a really good, typical Italian pizza in Germany is not exactly easy. Most pizzas in Germany are simply a disaster. That wasn't the case here very tasty base very tasty topping really very very good. An absolute recommendation.

Excellent quality of pizzas and above all an incredibly fast and friendly delivery service. Also perfect for patients in surrounding hospitals, as delivery to the room is possible.

I may not have been in town long, but I dare say that this is a really good pizza. If you are hungry and happen to be passing by, you just have to try the local pizza, pasta and tiramisu are also available. Prices are ok for the quality, it's a sin not to host :)

Wir waren zu viert da und haben alle Pizza gegessen. Die Pizzen waren gut, aber das Nachtisch Tiramisu wurde etwas lieblos in einer Schüssel mit Deckel serviert und war Sahnelastig. Wir würden auf jeden Fall noch mal hingehen, aber auf den Nachtisch verzichten.

We have been going to this pizzeria for many years and are always thrilled with the great pizza from the wood-fired oven. Everything is right here! The food and service deserve at least 5 stars. The terrace in the back is very shady.

We came here cause of reviews, but not sure how the rating can be this high. Just a below average pizza. For an Italian restaurant, it is even worse to have pizza like this. Thing is that dough is okay, but ingredients on the pizza are very low quality. It should be improved definitely. There are so many good places to eat pizza in Mainz, so choose wisely.

Unfortunately, we weren't greeted very warmly. Despite asking several times whether the minced meat was helal (beef), different statements were made and it wasn't beef. It's sad that the customer isn't taken into account here, instead we think about the cash register. We will NOT be coming back

One of the best pizzerias in all of Mainz. Personally, I can only speak for the different varieties of pizza and have been an enthusiastic customer for a long time. Of course, picking it up is quicker than having the food delivered, but even then the pizzas are still almost oven-fresh. The delivery service is always friendly and customer service is actually very important. Above all, I am convinced by the prices, a children's pizza + 1 topping of your choice is absolutely reasonable at €5 and is always enough for an adult if they are a little hungry ☺️

Die Pizza war schnell fertig, nachdem wir spontan angerufen hatten... Und sehr lecker. Die Wirtin hat uns derweil gut unterhalten und uns über ihre Geschenkkörbe aufgeklärt.

Leckere Pizzen. Lokal mit echt italienischem Flair. Großer Backofen steht mitten im Restaurant, cool bzw. heiß :-) Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Geschmacklich gut, Personal freundlich aber vor einiger Zeit waren die Metallschalen der Nudelgerichte noch voll.Jetzt leider weniger wie die Hälfte und das für 10€.Schade….

Die Pizzeria Sole wirkt beim Betreten etwas altbacken und der Chef etwas knurrig. Aber irgendwie passt so alles ganz gut zusammen! Das Restaurant wirkt sehr sauber und ist rolligeeignet. Die Pizzen sind dort wirklich lecker, die Bedienung erfolgt schnell und vor allem das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier absolut. Im hinteren Bereich sitzt man an sonnigen Tagen angenehm kühl überdacht und von Pflanzen sonnengeschützt. Viele Angestellte des nahegelegenen Klinikums nutzen das Sole regelmäßig und empfehlen die Pizzeria gerne weiter. Diese Empfehlung kann ich definitiv teilen. Für gehobene Firmenfeiern ist man hier zwar nicht am richtigen Ort, aber wer eine ehrliche, leckere Pizza essen und etwas trinken möchte ist hier definitiv richtig. Ich habe noch ein paar Tage und werde sicher nochmal vorbeischauen!! Lecker Pizza, ohne Schickimicki, Pizzeria Sole, genau mein Ding!

In der Notaufnahme Hunger bekommen und nach was gut bewertem in der Nähe gesucht. Sehr schnelle und leckere Pizza mit Cola to go geholt. Sehr zu empfehlen. Hoffentlich bleibt die Qualität auf Dauer bestehen.

Wer eine „klassisch italienische Pizza“ sucht findet sie hier! Das Ambiente (innen) ist einfach und ansprechend. Es gibt zwei Aussenbereiche: Vor dem Eingang, direkt neben einer stark befahrenen Straße. (Nicht super gemütlich, dennoch nett gestaltet. Ich sitze hier gerne) und hinter dem Haus: ruhig, eingewachsen (mir etwas zu dunkel und unluftig). Der Service ist immer freundlich. Und die Tiramisu: Die hat Suchtpotential! Sehr, sehr lecker. Die Preise bei Pizzen sind absolut fair. Der Salat konnte mich noch nicht überzeugen- viel Eisberg, „nur“ Essig/Öl und Verhältnismäßig teuer. Pizzeria =Pizza 😉 Was ich mir wünschen würde: - die Tiramisu NICHT in Plastikbecher! - Zahlung auch mit Kreditkarte (aktuell nur bar und EC)

Ho mangiato una pizza molto buona e gustosa cotta bene e digeribile....i proprietari molto gentili e disponibili....ti mettono a proprio agio....e poi gentilmente mi hanno offerto un tiramisù eccezionale.....una piacevole sorpresa gustare la pizza e un dolce così buono in Germania.....
