MOMO in Mainz

We had a lovely evening with delicious food. The waiters were very attentive, friendly, and always smiling. The chef had a kind word for every guest. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also striking. We are delighted and look forward to seeing you again.

We ate at Momo today. The service was exceptionally friendly. We received excellent advice on our meal choices. The dishes were all delicious. We tried everything. Finally, something different from pizza or kebab. I highly recommend this place. We'll definitely be back.

MOMO is part of the restaurant "In the Heart of Africa." Super friendly staff and always a pleasant atmosphere. In summer, you can sit outside on the street. In addition to the African dishes with injera, there are delicious cakes and large ice cream sundaes for those with a sweet tooth. The hummus is truly delicious and one of the best I know. A top address in Mainz, and the reviews speak for themselves.

It was my first time there. I highly recommend it, but come hungry.

Very delicious food! The mixed platter is incredibly varied and can be customized. The restaurant exudes a typically African flair. There are chairs and comfortable floor seating options. Highly recommended!

Momentan eine Mischung aus Im Herzen Afrikas und Cafe/Bar. Schönes Ambiente und familiäre Atmosphäre. Immer wieder einen Besuch wert. Der Kuchen, Kaffee und das Essen ist der Hammer.

Essen war lecker und das Café ist hübsch eingerichtet. Leider wurden als wir da waren die Corona Maßnahmen bzgl. Abstand null eingehalten. Die Tische an der Wand stehen max 40 cm voneinander entfernt und dementsprechend nah ist man seinen Mitmenschen (man kann sie problemlos anfassen). Ich frage mich daher wofür ich einen Slot buchen soll, wenn trotzdem keine geringere Belegung geplant ist. Auf Nachfrage, ob sie das so für richtig halten wurden wir nur irritiert angeschaut. Ich verstehe, dass es eine schwierige Lage für kleine Gastronomieobjekte ist finde das Vorgehen aber nicht in Ordnung.
