Long service, 2 pizzas received with a delay of 10 minutes, and also received the wrong pizza 🍕

Rarely have I eaten so badly, never again. Value for money is a joke, the online menu isn't correct, there are no dishes like beef steak, prices are completely different. You couldn't even say what the side dish of the day was, when this was clarified it was said to be a salad and there came a small bowl with 1 piece of tomato, 10 corn kernels and 2 pieces of lettuce leaf. Simply outrageous, totally overwhelmed. Questions were answered incorrectly and the kitchen implemented small special requests more poorly than anything else. Once and never again.

Went for dinner for two. A pasta dish and a pizza. Not particularly tasty as it isn't seasoned. I got salt and pepper myself because both service employees were chatting. After asking and waiting, there was Parmesan. Otherwise, service was a bit slow even though it wasn't overcrowded. The ambience wasn't bad, but we didn't feel very comfortable because there were complaints at two neighboring tables and the atmosphere wasn't that great.

Einfach nur peinlich. Was soll ich sagen… ein Besuch, der seinesgleichen suchen muss. Wir, ein Mitarbeiter von mir, der schon einige male da war, und ich waren zu einem Abendessen am 8. August 24 zum Essen da. Mein Kollege hat eine Pizza bestell und ich eine Zwiebelsuppe und Calamari vom Grill mit Gemüse. Soweit, so gut. Die Pizza war, so wurde mir gesagt, war OK. Bei mir, leider, etwas ungewöhnlich. In der Zwiebelsuppe mehr Tomaten als Zwiebel, aber OK, wenn das so sein soll, passt. Schmeckt halt wie ne Tomatensuppe mit Zwiebel aber gut. Aber denn der Hammer. Ich wiederhole… Calamari vom Grill mit Gemüse. Das Teller kommt und… OK, hätte ja sein können, ein in der Pfanne gebratener Fisch, mit an Sicherheit grenzender Wahrscheinlichkeit ein Zander, mit Spagetti. In der Annahme, dass ich das falsche Teller bekommen habe, rufen wir den Chef - DEN CHEF! - und der erklärt mir dann, er kennt sich aus. Über 30 Jahre Gastronomie und er bestellt allen Fisch persönlich frisch in Italien und das, was ich auf dem Teller habe ist selbstverständlich ein Calamari. Ganz sicher. Ich würde wahrscheinlich nicht alle Sorten von Calamari kennen. Dreht sich um und läuft weg. Ich habe es dann gegessen, ich war ja hungrig, auch die Spaghetti, die das Gemüse dargestellt haben, habe ich gegessen - war ja auch OK - aber dann kamen wir zur Rechnung. Nur Bar! Karten sind an der Türe ausgewiesen, aber nur Bar! Keine Frage, ob alles OK war. Ich konnte es mir dann trotzdem nicht verkneifen, das unliebsame Theme Calamari oder was anderes nochmals aufzugreifen. Unglaublich. Und wieder haben wir uns angehört, dass er, der Profi und erfahrene Gastronom nur aus Italien bestellt und genau weiß, dass das Calamari waren. Keine Entschuldigung. Keine positive Reaktion. Er hat recht. Schaut auf die Bilder, wenn das Calamari sind, wandere ich aus. Aber nicht genug. Die Rechnung war für zwei Personen 77,80 und, wie erwähnt, keine Karte. Ich habe protestiert aber egal. Also 100,00 auf den Tisch gelegt und 78,00 zurück. Ja, hier bin ich kleinlich, 77,80 plus 28,00 sind nicht 100,00. bei einem Gast, und da bin ich dann vielleicht eigen, denn sich beschwert, der sichtlich unzufrieden war, auch noch selbständig aufzurunden, auch wenn es nur 20 Cent sind, nein, dass geht nicht. Niemals. Auch wenn ein Teil des Essens gut war, ich kann nur empfehlen, ein Lokal links oder rechts davon zu wählen, da ist es „ehrlicher“. Verarschen kann ich mich selber besser. Und, als kleine Anekdote, ich habe den Chef von meinem Hotel, ein praktizierter Koch, das Bild des Fisches gezeigt. Er sagt, dass das eindeutige TK Zander ist, er verwendet den selben. Aha. Traurig aber wahr. Also wenn ihr ehrlich essen wollt, lieber wo anders. Und noch ein Nachtrag… leider erst zu spät gesehen, auf der Rechnung steht auch Zander. Warum kann man einen offensichtlichen Fehler nicht zugeben?

Just embarrassing. What can I say… a visit that has to be second to none. We, an employee of mine who has been there a few times, and I were there for dinner on August 8, 24. My colleague ordered a pizza and I ordered onion soup and grilled calamari with vegetables. So far so good. The pizza, I was told, was OK. Unfortunately for me, something unusual. In the onion soup there are more tomatoes than onions, but OK, if that's what it's supposed to be, it's fine. It tastes like a tomato soup with onions but good. But it's awesome. I repeat…grilled calamari with vegetables. The plate arrives and... OK, it could have been a pan-fried fish, almost certainly a pike-perch, with spaghetti. Assuming I got the wrong plate, we call the boss - THE BOSS! - and then he explains to me that he knows his stuff. Over 30 years of gastronomy and he personally orders all the fish fresh in Italy and what I have on my plate is of course calamari. Certainly. I probably wouldn't know all the varieties of calamari. Turns around and runs away. Then I ate it, I was hungry, I also ate the spaghetti that represented the vegetables - it was OK too - but then we got to the bill. Bar only! Tickets are shown at the door, but cash only! No question whether everything was OK. I still couldn't resist picking up the unpleasant Calamari theme or something else again. Incredible. And again we heard that he, the professional and experienced restaurateur, only orders from Italy and knows exactly that it was calamari. No excuse. No positive reaction. He's right. Look at the pictures, if those are calamari, I'll emigrate. But not enough. The bill was 77.80 for two people and, as mentioned, no card. I protested but whatever. So 100.00 was put on the table and 78.00 was returned. Yes, I'm being petty here, 77.80 plus 28.00 is not 100.00. with a guest, and then maybe I'm being peculiar, because he complained, who was visibly dissatisfied, and rounded up independently, even if it was only 20 cents, no, that's not possible. Never. Even if some of the food was good, I can only recommend choosing a restaurant to the left or right of it, as it is more “honest”. I can fool myself better. And, as a little anecdote, I showed the chef at my hotel, a practicing chef, the picture of the fish. He says the clear TK is zander, he uses the same one. Aha. Sad but true. So if you honestly want to eat, go somewhere else. And another addendum… unfortunately I only saw it too late, the bill also says zander. Why can't you admit an obvious mistake?

Great service and food was very tasty

We were there yesterday, had the mixed starter plate for two, and we would have liked some bread with it. We also had penne and tortellini al forno. The food was a bit bland. The service was very inattentive and it always took a while before we could order new drinks.

I ate bruschetta and spagetti carbonara here. Unfortunately the food is subterranean.

The kitchen looks more like a canteen or industrial kitchen. Pasta and pizza tasteless and bland, served quickly. A basic tomato sauce straight from a can and the pizza dough from a freezer, the same for the pasta: the sauce had no taste or character. What a disappointment. It seems to me that it has nothing to do with Italian cuisine cooked with taste and passion and I would add to it with love and generosity.

The pizza is a dream 🥰 it has THE perfect base, nice and thin and a crispy edge. Rarely have I had such an incredibly good tomato sauce on a pizza. You can even taste the fresh basil in the sauce. Fantastic 🤩

Pizza teigig und nicht durch. Viel zu viel Käse drauf, sehr salzig . Schinken auf der Pizza sehr dick. Die 4 Hauptspeisen kamen zeitlich versetzt.

The “Black Forest” pizza was inedible and life-threatening for me! Addition: January 1, 2024 From midday on the same day I already had stomach pain and very loose stools! Due to a serious, rare autoimmune disease, I have been living with immune adsorption since 2006, which leads to a weakened immune system. For people with this condition, tainted mushrooms can have life-threatening consequences. Either they really didn't understand me or they didn't care! Thu. December 28, 2023 The chanterelles didn't smell like chanterelles, but had a musty smell and didn't look appetizing either, dark and tough when bitten. I noticed this after the first few bites. Also, the pizza was way too salty. When I wanted to know where German wine was sourced from, they couldn't tell me! My nine-year-old grandchild and my partner had the same opinion about the rancid, musty smell. I told the employee there, but unfortunately he couldn't understand me! The boss said, no no, everything was fine! Luckily I had only eaten one piece with just a few mushrooms! Then we got two free espressos right before we left! Still I had to pay for this pizza even though it was going back! It wasn't nice at all and I will avoid this pizzeria in the future. P.S. I am 76 years old, from the Black Forest, a passionate mushroom picker and amateur cook!

A very nice family business with very friendly and talkative service. The pizza was very tasty and, above all, very large.

We were out and about on Sunday, after we were ignored in another restaurant, we ended up here and, despite being busy, we were served very friendly and courteously. Our dog was immediately given water and our drinks were there quickly. We'll be back in the evening to eat, it took a little longer, the cellar apologized for the wait, the food was delicious, I even got an espresso at the end. We enjoyed a wonderful evening there. Many thanks to the staff, we'll be happy to come back.

We always come back here. Just brilliant today. An umbrella was brought especially so that I could sit in the shade. Pizza super tasty. Tiramisu unbeatable! Keep it up!

Good pizza at a fair price. Service was ok. Overall a good pizzeria.

We stopped by spontaneously and were absolutely thrilled. Although it was very full, we were promised a table in a few minutes and it was worth the wait. Great service and very child friendly! There were 5 of us and the food came at the same time and was delicious! The homemade tiramisu is also highly recommended. Gladly again!

We called 1.5 hours in advance. We arrived on time. The pizzas had been prepared for a long time. The salami on the Diavolo was just a cheap product. The arugula on the other pizza was clearly rotten and inedible. We have now been repeatedly disappointed. That's enough. Such poor quality for a lot of money!!!

The food is good, the lighting is unfortunately too bright and the atmosphere is generally not very comfortable. Unfortunately, there is a waiter sitting at the bar, eating a pizza himself and making loud video calls (presumably with his hometown). The phone call is louder than the guests. That's not right. If you order a water you get a whole bottle, even if you only wanted a glass of water. You should actually ask beforehand whether you want a glass or a bottle for just under €5.

Pizza was ok, lots of toppings and crispy. Unfortunately, hardly any tomato sauce. However, penne arrabiata didn't taste like anything. Not seasoned, pasta overcooked, tomato sauce tasteless, no spiciness and lukewarm to cold.

Purtroppo rimasto deluso. Mi aspettavo una pizza come viene presentata sui social del ristorante. Molto differente da ciò che viene pubblicizzato. Servizio molto veloce e puntuale. Antipasto e bruschette ottimi. Peccato.

Sind auf der Suche nach einem Lokal am 15.10.23 auf diese Pizzeria gestoßen. Was für ein Glücksgriff. Super freundliches Personal, top Service und ausgezeichnetes Essen. Für unseren kleinen Hund wurde gleich gefragt, ob man Wasser bringen soll. Beim nächsten Besuch in Bad Krozingen werden wir mit Sicherheit wieder kommen. Absolut Spitze

Es lohnt sich ein die Pizzeria zu besuchen. Das Essen ist super lecker und das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich wohl und würde wieder kommen. Die Gnocci mit Meeresfrüchten top, der Salat und das Dressif sehr gut und das Dessert Panna Cotta wow.

Die Lokalität ist nur eine italienische Pizzeria, doch konnten anstelle einer nackten Tischplatte mit den üblichen Salz- und Pfefferstreuern eine weise Tischdecke und etwas Blumendekoration erwartet werden. Dies hätte den Vorteil, daß der große Teller mit der Pizza nicht hin und her rutscht. Es läßt sich nicht behaupten, ob ein scharfes Steakmesser die Pizza besser zerteilen würde. Jedenfalls bedarf es besonderer Konzentration und Schneidetechnik, den Teller mit der Pizza in Position zu behalten, ohne Gläser und Getränke aus der Balance zu stoßen. Den kross gebratenen Rand einer Pizza unter diesen Bedingungen zu durchtrennen, war sehr schweißtreibend und herausfordernd. Leider gab es keine ablenkende Hintergrundmusik, sodaß nur das ständige Sägen des Messers zur Stimmung beitrug. Überaus feudal werden in Italien weise Damast Tischdecken aufgetragen, egal ob Ristorante, Pizzeria oder Taverne. Die Unsitte des nackten Tisches in Deutschland mag dem deutschen Flair oder Gewohnheit angepasst sein, doch nach der Reduzierung des Mehrwertsteuersatzes bliebe bestimmt noch finanzielle Luft um italienische Lebensqualität einer italienischen Pizzeria zuzubilligen. Anzumerken sei noch, daß, zumindest unaufgefordert, einem Spaghettigericht ein Löffel zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Es ist sehr traurig, anzusehen wie rasend schnell auf Ambiente, Caruso und südländische Atmosphäre verzichtet wird - der deutsche Gast braucht das nicht oder ging sein Anspruch verloren?

Die Pizza war lecker. Risotto fettig, nicht schlozig und fade. Die gemischte Vorspeise für 2 nicht der italienischen Küche würdig und unterirdisch in Preis und Leistung. Schlechte nicht typisch italienische Vorspeise OHNE Oliven, OHNE Parma Schinken, OHNR getrocknete Tomaten und die Artischocken im traurigen Häufchen schon leicht angegoren.

Toller Italiner mit tollen Preisen. Nur zu empfehlen.

Es bleibt eine Empfehlung! Schmeckt sehr gut und die Preise passen. Wir haben heute nur Meeresfrüchte gegessen und obwohl das Meer weit von diesem Restaurant entfernt ist, waren die Muscheln und Co. sehr frisch! Danke für einen weiteren sehr schönen Abend bei euch!

Super gemütlich. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Lecker essen. Nettes Personal. Das einzige was mich etwas gestört hat war das die Sitzplätze direkt da sind wo die Autos durch fahren, aber ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Werde wieder hin gehen

Es war sehr gut, hatte Nudeln mit Lachs- sahnesoße...Bedienung auch sehr freundlich. Portionen dürften etwas größer sein........sind keine Vielfrasse, jedoch war es für uns zu knapp

Schöne kleine Pizzeria. Wirklich schnuckelig. Gute Speisekarte, da ist glaub ich für jeden was dabei. Also eigentlich typisch Pizzeria. Das Essen war lecker und reichlich. Den Preis finde ich für einen Kurort günstig. Und der junge Mann vom Service war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Ein Italiener, der gute und leckere Speisen serviert. Eine Bedienung, die weiß, was sie dem Gast, wenn er fragt, anbieten kann. Eine Location, fast wie in Belle Italia. Was will man mehr. Einfach toll, die Pizzeria. Der Antipastiteller mit der Pizza Pane ist ein Gedicht. So ein leckeres Pizzabrot bekommt man selten. Aber auch die Hauptspeisen waren sehr lecker.
