Pizzeria Roma in Frankfurt am Main

There was no Hawaii pizza and the employees weren't very nice. I was delivered rat soup 😧

Order not arrived and no one available...

I ordered the grilled salmon with fried potatoes for €23.50. I got a piece of salmon weighing around 200g. The salmon was unfortunately a bit too dry and unseasoned for me and really needed to add a lot of seasoning. Before the salmon I was given a small side salad which was also tasty but definitely nothing special (iceberg lettuce, two slices of cucumber, two slices of tomato). I also had to add more seasoning to the salad. Now for fried potatoes (plural) I got ONE quartered boiled potato which had been briefly fried. But these were definitely not fried potatoes. I had to add more seasoning to those too. For €23.50 I actually find that very sad. And the other people at the table also laughed at the price. I could have cooked this dish at home for half the price.

We were in the restaurant with a larger group at lunchtime. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Everyone also really enjoyed the food (pasta, pizza, salads and Indian dishes). We'll definitely come back.

Love the food, I tried the Palak from the Indian menu and it was good. But the large TV screen was not to our liking. Background music was a bit sad and depressing, something a bit more positive or uplifting would help the atmosphere overall.

Very nice and courteous staff. Dear waiter, very attentive and accommodating. A nice, courteous waitress unfortunately had some speaking difficulties. Food was very good. Pasta and meat dishes were very tasty, pizza was unfortunately drowning in oregano.

I ordered a fruit salad. Spilled in the bag and looked disgusting for €7! Also grilled salmon...just not worth 21.50. I don't know how Liferando tolerates such establishments. Disgusting attitude on the phone. Be healthy. If you want to make money, sell quality. Every duck wants to be a swan, but they are far away!!!

Bad one had to pay €6.95 because I had a discount and they wanted to screw me over so I had to pay €17. The store will never get anything from me again. 1 star rating

Stay away from this juice shop Waited 2 hours for the food and it arrived cold. Never order from this juice shop again. I can only advise against it.

I've eaten there and I think the prices they charge are too high. No quality, no taste, no Italian. This is also an insult to the name of the restaurant. An absolute disaster.

The pizza is of no quality and is far too expensive. There are definitely no pizza professionals at work here, as the rest of the menu suggests. I can't understand the many good reviews here. In addition, the delivery car regularly parks on the curve, which is very dangerous if you turn there.

They throw advertising at your door even though there is explicitly no advertising on your mailbox!

If you are in Frankfurt and like pizza then you have to eat here. A really cute restaurant with very attentive yet reserved service (male, slightly older, very well-groomed) and the best Pizza Roma I've ever had.

Very heterogeneous menu with Italian, Indian and french food. I wonder which one is their speciality. I took an Indian dish which was so salty it was hard to eat. Pizzas are ok for a fast-food but nothing noticeable.

Restaurant does not cancel order despite immediate request and pockets money. Rip off. Nothing is delivered and the customer is stuck with money!!!!!! 0 stars!!!!

Came to Frankfurt for the day before Oktoberfest in Munich tomorrow. Decided to check this restaurant out considering it was only a 10 minute walk from our hotel and it was the perfect choice. Food was DELICIOUS! Our server was also lovely and very accommodating to us being Americans. He had English language menus for us and spoke very good too, which was great for us who don’t speak fluent German. Definitely check this place out!!!

Fantastic cuisine, great service

We ordered 2 pizzas today and they arrived almost cold. Then the next problem, because the pizzas were almost empty. I was missing salami, mushrooms, peppers and ham! So basically just cheese and tomatoes. A bottomless impudence. Now you also have to pay 12 euros for it. Never order there again. It doesn't work at all.

Sorry, but there are 1000 better pizzerias in Frankfurt. Unfortunately very disappointing (pizza delivery)

Don't trust the fake reviews. One of the worst pizzas I ever ate. Heavily overpriced, way too much salt and cheese and a soggy base. On top we got overcharged. The reviews must be fake. I ordered a pizza and a can of Coke today. A deposit of €0.25 was charged even though the can had no deposit. The pizza was really very cold. The one star is actually too much, but unfortunately there is no other option.

Advertising is all well and good, but it's just thrown on the ground and all over the street. I think it's a disgrace. (See photo of my front door) If it happens again, the public order office will be called in

Unfortunately the pizza is super salty and therefore inedible. Furthermore, you cannot compare this with a real Italian pizza.

We always ordered our party pizza there. We were called twice and asked if we had ordered. Today I'm giving a negative review for the first time. My husband ordered and it was delivered in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later I ordered a party pizza. Of course I called immediately to cancel the second one. People were rude to me on the phone and said that was no longer possible because the pizza was already on the way. Sure it shows 45min delivery time!!! They said the pizza is already on the way. So unfriendly...We always order there and then something like that. I am at a loss for words.

Four hours after eating that evening I became very sick and everything came out. In my opinion, the food was not okay and I probably had food poisoning, because the third day later I was still injured and had to go on sick leave. For the price, the food should be top. But if you try to offer so many different dishes, the owner is probably Indian, the place is called a pizzeria and it also has schnitzel, then maybe less is more. Or should you tell the shoemaker to stick to his lasts?

Ordered via Lieferando, it took a little over an hour, pizzas were all soggy, not warm, the cheese didn't look appetizing, none of the pizzas tasted good, the ingredients didn't seem to be of very high quality or were not tasty either. Oh well, despite instructions, the delivery person called instead of ringing the bell. The tip was also gone.

We've been there several times now and the food has always been good; be it Italian or Indian. The delivery service also works very well

I really have to say my first impression was a 5 star rating I got up pretty badly this morning and just wanted something tasty to eat at the vocational school That’s when we discovered the pizzeria We ordered a takeaway pizza and arrived a few minutes early This wasn't a problem at all - luckily the pizza was already ready and we were kindly given a coke too That changed my day enormously, the pizza convinced me because the price and performance were really right. Finally there is a place where you can eat properly. Thank you very much

No matter whether delivery or in the restaurant, the staff is more than just unfriendly and the food is always completely cold NOT RECOMMENDABLE
