Beautiful ambience. The Spaghetti Frutti di Mare was delicious and the white wine was a good accompaniment to the meal. The service was super friendly and very personable. I can definitely recommend the restaurant and will definitely go there again.

Also die Pizza und das Pizzabrot sind wirklich gut. Da kann man nicht meckern. Beim Service schon. Sehr unaufmerksam, und die Vorspeisen wurden einfach vergessen ( oh, die Küche hat den Zettel nicht mehr gefunden!!!). Alles ein bisschen unorganisiert und chaotisch. Aber wie gesagt, die Pizzen sind gut!

Super tasty and large pizza. We had the large appetizer platter for 6 people. Unfortunately I didn't take photos of either. We were there at 6pm on Friday evening and everything went very quickly. Towards later. Around 8 p.m. it got a little louder because the room isn't that big and there were a lot of other people there eating.

Food was very good!! Unfortunately, the waitresses weren't very interested in us and could hardly fill our empty glasses

I recently had the pleasure of visiting il Gargano and I can say without a doubt that it was one of the best gastronomic experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived to the time we left everything was just perfect. The food was absolutely first class. Every course was a delight and prepared with the greatest care. The starters were creative and tasted excellent, the main courses were perfect and the desserts were a sweet dream. I would particularly like to highlight the Linguine Frutti di Mare which was simply amazing. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We were warmly welcomed at the reception and were looked after excellently throughout the evening. Our waitress was extremely attentive and was able to answer any questions about the dishes in detail. The service at Gargano was simply outstanding. Orders were taken quickly and correctly, waiting times were minimal and empty plates were cleared away immediately. It was obvious that the team was perfectly coordinated and demonstrated a high standard of professionalism. The ambience of the restaurant also contributes to the positive experience. The furnishings are tasteful and stylish, the lighting is pleasantly dimmed and the overall atmosphere is very inviting. You immediately feel comfortable and can enjoy the evening to the fullest. Gargano has firmly established itself as one of my favorite restaurants. The food is excellent, the staff incredibly friendly and the service first class. I can highly recommend a visit and look forward to my next visit!

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. As soon as we entered the restaurant we were warmly greeted and immediately shown to our table. Our server was very knowledgeable and gave excellent recommendations on the food and drinks. He was attentive without being intrusive and made us feel completely comfortable. The ambience is simply wonderful. The decor is stylish and creates a warm, inviting atmosphere. The lighting is perfectly coordinated and contributes to a relaxed and pleasant experience. It felt like we were in a cozy little Italian village. The service was first class. Our orders were taken promptly and waiting times were minimal. The food was served quickly and was always hot and fresh. The waiter was there regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was simply delicious! Every dish was perfectly prepared and presented excellently. I was particularly impressed by the homemade pasta, which was perfectly al dente, and the fresh pizza with a crispy base and rich toppings. The drinks menu was extensive and offered an excellent selection of wines and soft drinks. Our waiter's recommendations matched our dishes perfectly and rounded off the culinary experience wonderfully. Overall, our visit to Gargano was an unforgettable experience. The friendly staff, the cozy atmosphere, the excellent service and the fantastic food made the evening perfect. I can only warmly recommend this restaurant and look forward to my next visit!

Over 20 years ago, I used to go there once or twice a week when I was working. At the time, the staples were pomodoro soup, spaghetti arrabbiata, and tiramisu.

Since I discovered this restaurant I try to go as often as possible. Very good pizza with innovative and palatable tastes. For lovers of good food it is a place that should not be missed. My recommendation is the pizza with Pears, Gorgonzola and walnuts. Accompanied by a glass of white wine. It brightens your day. P.S. Authentic flavors with top quality Italian products.

We just ordered a party pizza that had artichokes on it. The pizza was really tasty! Unfortunately, the artichokes had not been cleaned properly and almost all of them still had hairs on them. I had to call them all away, which really annoyed me. Therefore 1 star deducted

Fine, family-run restaurant. The recommended pasta dishes in particular are excellent. We haven't tried pizza yet, but it looked delicious and will definitely fill you up. :) Addendum, always friendly and good. Pasta recommendation and also the “small pizza bread” as a starter. The "Il Gargano" is a great Italian restaurant in Fellbach with a special flair. The owners are very friendly & accommodating. You feel at home there right from the moment you are greeted. The service is always really nice and attentive. The kitchen crew conjures up excellent food👍🏼 If you want to eat very good 🔝 Italian pizza, pasta etc., this is the right place for you. It's rare these days to experience such warm, familiar service and such delicious food at the same time. In summer you can sit outside nicely. Definitely 💯 percent unreservedly recommended!

Addendum!!! Never again!!! The service today 1/30/24 DISASTER!!! Then she drops the food to pick up and you have to pay 5 euros to get a new one because apparently it's your own fault. Well, I was there 10 minutes early, everything is fine, I'll wait. During this time, one of a dozen people present decided to pay because he would already be waiting 45 minutes for his pizza... After waiting 45 minutes and briefly asking about the status, I was thrown out by the boss with the advice that I would never see her again and that she would Pizzas would have been ready in 3 minutes, huh, what's wrong with you... but yeah, ok!

The price-performance ratio is not right here, the pasta dishes are very simple and the portions are extremely small. Paid €12.90 for a small portion of Penne Arrabiata! Something about my Italian (in Stg Süd) costs €8.90. When paying, in response to my comment about the very small portions, I was only told that this was the normal amount, namely 200 grams, which was probably also weighed out on the plate. For me therefore not a recommendable Italian! Pizza is probably the better choice in this case...

The best restaurant I've been to so far, I've eaten pizza everywhere, for example in Napoli but in Gargano the pizza is world class. The staff is very nice, the restaurant is clean and cozy, you feel like you are in Italy. Keep it up!

A pretty nice little restaurant. Unfortunately I can't really rate the food. The four of us had booked a table at 6 p.m. and were looking forward to a lovely evening with delicious food. Since we had a follow-up appointment at 8 p.m., we ordered quite quickly. After waiting for over 45 minutes, we asked when the four pizzas we had ordered would be served. Since we had to be on our way in half an hour. The answer we got was “the food will be ready in five minutes”. Unfortunately, the five minutes turned into fifteen minutes, which left us no choice but to take the pizzas with us and leave them in the car. Looking back, the pizzas were very sparsely topped and cold pizzas don't really taste good. Unfortunately there wasn't even an apology from service or an honest answer to our questions.

Über 60min auf 4 Pizzen warten. Geht gar nicht. Service war ebenfalls nicht der aufmerksamste Haben die Pizza dann im ganzen mitgenommen und später daheim wieder aufgewärmt, war kein Highlight

la vita riserva sempre cose nuove ,strade divers e purtroppo da oggi la mia strada prende un’uscita diversa,da oggi non lavorerò più in questo splendido posto ,non avrò il piacere di condividere parte delle mie giornate con i miei meravigliosi colleghi.. sono entrata a far parte del team poco più di un anno fa,non sapevo chi avrei incontrato.. da italiana in germania devo dire che è difficile trovare compaesani umili ,dal cuore grande (e delizioso come le loro pietanze).. sono stata accolta fin da subito con calore e gentilezza,in pochissimo tempo si è stretto un legame forte,tra risate e battibecchi. È raro ritrovarsi a fine serata dopo tante ore di lavoro,stress e stanchezza,con uno Chef che riesce ancora a trasmettere energia, positività e buon umore con la sua allegria e ovviamente con la sua musica,ma la sua rarità sta anche nel saper indicare la giusta strada,trovare le parole adatte per dare consigli giusti. Insomma..trovare due Capi e sentirli come una seconda casa è unico. „In cucina ci vuole amore“ ,questa frase vi descrive alla perfezione,l‘esplosione di bontà e sentimento dei vostri piatti è la dimostrazione che siete persone piene d’amore .. ci sarebbe ancora tanto da dire a vostro favore..mi dispiace per le persone che non vedono chi e cosa realmente c’è dietro questo locale,siete fantastici ragazzi! vi auguro ogni bene e sempre foramaluacchiu!!🌶️🌶️

Schnell mal ne Pizza im Lockdown bestellt; konnte dann pünktlich abgeholt werden; sehr freundlich vor Ort; Pizza war lecker und gut belegt, vor allem der Teig bekommt Bestnoten. Werden wir sicher bald wieder machen und vor allem auch so mal hingehen. Update im Dezember 2023: Auch im Lokal sehr leckere Pizza und super Service.

Schönes italienisches Restaurant mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Essen war sehr lecker und qualitativ top. Leider fand ich die Portion bei der Pasta für über 10€ deutlich zu klein, ohne Vorspeise wäre man hier nicht satt geworden.

Pizza und Panzerotti hervorragend, man muss nach halt die Klamotten lüften, der Dunstabzug in der Küche könnte besser sein :-)

Uriges Restaurant aber das Personal wirkte etwas lustlos. Das Essen fande ich nicht wirklich besonders, also weder schlecht noch herausragend gut aber das Ambiente fande ich sehr gemütlich.

So wie ich die Bewertungen hier lese, sind die Hausverbote wahrscheinlich die Spezialität des Hauses und somit besonders hervorzuheben! Wir waren auch mit 6 Personen vor Ort und hatten reserviert. Die Speisen waren leider nicht perfekt, die rohen Kräuter auf der Vorspeise sehr verwelkt und hätten maximal noch zu einer Pesto herhalten können, die Pizza nach mehreren Versuchen auf der Unterseite sehr schwarz und verbrannt und Bolognese zuckersüß (Zucker-Salz-Verwechslung?). Naja, einen schlechten Tag haben wir ja alle mal, aber wenn man dann mit konstruktiver Kritik gar nicht umgehen kann, lieber die Polizei ruft als vielleicht eine gemeinsame Lösung in Form eine Geste zu finden, mit einer Anzeige wegen Verleumdung droht und schlussendlich die Polizei ruft um uns Haus- und Platzverbot zu erteilen, dann ist man als Gastronom irgendwie gar nicht geeignet. Fazit: Geht wo anders hin, katastrophaler kann es eigentlich nirgendwo anders sein!

Essen gut, Ambiente könnte besser sein verglichen zu den Preisen. Service nicht immer aufmerksam. Der größte Manko, nur Barzahlung. Keine Karten akzeptiert.

@lisa @alexander es ist wie immer super lecker…! ich sitze gerade zur gleichen zeit mit lisa und alexander hier (anderer tisch), welche ganz freundlich aufgefordert worden sind, zu gehen… Leider wurde das von den auffällig störenden Gästen nicht beherzigt… bis leider die polizei das in die hand nehmen musste… nun können wir in ruhe das gute essen genießen… fazit: einfach lächerlich, solche gäste wünsche ich niemandem…

Super wie immer! @ Lisa und Alexander , war auch hier zur gleichen Zeit, naja was soll ich sagen?! Wenn man rausgeschmissen wird ( so wie ihr meint) geht man und bleibt nicht sitzen 🤣🤣🤣 Ups es musste die Polizei kommen, damit ihr geht🤣🤣🤣wie peinlich.

Sehr lecker und sehr große Pizzen zu fairen Preisen. Einzige Herausforderung ist die ungünstige Parksituation vor Ort.

Wir hatten telefonisch reserviert. Von der Reservierung wusste die Kellnerin nichts. War kein Problem, da (um 19 Uhr) nur sechs Gäste im Restaurant waren. Wir bestellten Pizza und Pasta und zwei Beilagen-Salate. Die Salate kamen zügig, wir haben sie nicht gegessen, da wir auf das Hauptgericht warteten. Als wir nach 40 min. immer noch im fast leeren und sehr kalten Restaurant nichts zum Essen bekamen, fragten wir nach. "Sie haben doch die Vorspeise noch nicht gegessen, Pizza und Pasta sind noch nicht im Ofen." Wir verzichteten auf weiteres Warten, taten unseren Unmut auf sachliche Weise der Wirtin gegenüber kund. Sie verwies uns des Lokals, da wir "unfreundliche Gäste" seien und erteilte Hausverbot.
