Pizzeria-Ristorante Benvenuti in Bremen

I was a guest at your Benvenuti restaurant at Bremen Central Station on August 31, 2025, and had lunch there. After dinner, I wanted to use the restroom. Two employees, apparently responsible for cleaning or the cash register, were standing at the door. They demanded money from me to use the restroom—even as a paying guest. I wanted to pay €1, but this was refused. I was told I had to pay €2 because "two people were working there" and they were "making it comfortable for us." I finally paid €2, but was very disappointed because the restroom was in an unsanitary condition and certainly didn't give the impression that it was cleaned regularly or thoroughly. In my opinion, it is unacceptable that even paying guests at your restaurant have to pay money to use the restroom and still encounter unacceptable hygienic conditions. If this situation does not change, I will contact the Bremen Public Order Office and the Bremen Health Department directly the next time an incident occurs, as both the way guests are being treated and the condition of the restrooms are unacceptable. I request a written statement and information on how you will ensure in the future that: • guests of your establishment can use restrooms free of charge and without problems, • and that the restrooms are cleaned properly and hygienically. Delicious pizzas, good service. Nice to sit and eat quietly 😃

We were passing through there over the weekend. The area is terrible (it's a train station during party season), but we were all the more surprised to get one of the best pizzas of our lives here. Highly recommended, even though business would certainly be a thousand times better if they weren't running it as the back room of a Ballermann bar.

Good evening everyone, I have been going to this restaurant for years and have always been pleasantly surprised. Today I unfortunately discovered that one of the service employees was very unfriendly. The other service person who often serves you here is always courteous and friendly, but the colleague was never present in the store. He was also unfriendly towards the employee, which I noticed. It's a shame... because the employee is always nice and the employee didn't even show up.

The toilets desperately need to be cleaned - just terrible!!

What do you do if you miss your train? That's right, visit Benvenuti on platform 11 for a portion of pasta. In the entire hour that I spent there, however, it took 15 minutes for me to be noticed and spoken to (with a seating selection of perhaps around 20 seats and only 8 guests there) to ask whether I had even "ordered". I obviously don't even have a menu in my hands. Then I chose something directly from the menu so as not to waste any time and had a beer with it to make up for lost time. The beer took another 5-10 minutes and in the end the guests clearly had it Those who had been present for a while before me had only received their orders piece by piece. Then I knew that it wouldn't work. When I politely asked after 40 minutes how long the pasta still needed, I didn't get an understanding look despite their exemplary friendliness and was told that it would take another 10 minutes, which was then corrected to "it's almost ready"!" That means I sit there for another 15 minutes with a beer and at the end I paid for the beer to go to the train to find out The fact that the noodles haven't even started to be prepared is just incredibly cheeky. The establishment is therefore only good for one beer, even if it is quiet, as it also had to justify mistakes and incorrect orders at two other tables. Not recommendable.

Für mich, die beste Pizza in ganz Bremen

Ich war positiv überrascht, in einem Bahnhof in einer ruhigen Atmosphäre gut und günstig Essen zu können. Sehr gut!

Das erste mal war super, es war Mittwoch Vormittag und ich ganz alleine dort, super nette Bedienung, schnelles gutes Essen. Letztes mal war nicht so toll, da ich alleine kam musste ich wohl nicht groß beachtet werden, die anderen Gäste wurden gut umsorgt, Bedienung war naja nicht gerade hoch motiviert mich zu bedienen. Das Schnitzel war mehr als tot gebraten. Trotzdem werde ich nochmal hin, nur nicht Samstag Abend.

Friendly, attentive staff. They make really nice pizza, and have a good list of beer available. I had the Rustica and Hawaiian pizzas...both were excellent! There is a smoking room next door, however, so that smell is ever present and may be a turnoff to some.

Schnelles essen für kleines Geld. Zumindest für Bahnhofsverhältnisse. Qualität nicht wirklich überzeugend, ist in diesem Preissegment aber auch nicht zu erwarten.

Sehr gute Pizzeria im Hauptbahnhof in Bremen. Geschmack ist sehr gut und Essen kam auch schnell. Beim nächsten Halt in Bremen werden wir dort wieder einkehren

Warenunterschiebung! Die verkaufen billiges schweinesteak vom Discounter als Filet... Pommes waren versalzen. Die Pizza war fade, zu wenig Soße, zu wenig bis gar kein Feta. Alles in allem eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung!

Eine total gemütliches Restaurant. Man sieht es auf den ersten Blick nicht, weil eine Kneipe davor ist. Große Speisen- und Getränkeauswahl. Die Preise sind völlig in Ordnung. Es gibt auch einen Raucherbereich.

Für bahnhofsverhältnisse ist diese kleine Pizzeria absolut okay und man kann in Ruhe essen ohne den üblichen Trouble um einen herum. Auch die Preise sind okay. Die Minestrone war reichlich, aber wenig gewürzt. Die Pizza war in Ordnung, recht dick, der Belag nicht sehr hochwertig. Die Atmosphäre (insbesondere die bunten Leuchten) dämmen die Stimmung enorm.

Bei schlechtem Wetter gehe ich hier manchmal eine Kleinigkeit essen. Die Spaghetti Bolognese war nicht so überzeugend, aber bei dem Preis auch gar nicht machbar. Gegenüber letztem Jahr hat sich der Eindruck Anfang 2018 optisch erheblich gesteigert. Ende Februar 2018 ein Jägerschnitzel gegessen - naja. Pommes gut, Fleisch nun denn, Champignons mit Zwiebeln in Sahne ertränkt. Werde nächstes mal eine Pizza probieren. Wenn die einem Italiener gerecht wird, gibt es wieder einen Stern mehr.

Schöne Location, sehr freundlich, leckere Pizza
