Pizzeria & Ristorante Bellini in Kaiserslautern

NOTE: I recently visited and saw that they had a fire. So they are temporarily closed. I enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere. The staff got an extra star for making me feel welcome. I can't wait to have their 1FCK pizza again when they rebuild and reopen.

Bellini restaurant was destroyed by a fire approximately 26 April 2025

I waited so long to visit this restaurant. And it wasn't worth it. A thin, unseasoned broth came with unthawed frozen vegetables as minestrone. I couldn't eat it and reported it that way. When I said I hadn't eaten the soup and didn't want to pay for it, the lady still charged it, saying it was like that in Italy and the chef wasn't in the house. The restaurant was so empty, it seemed like they needed to get even with people like that. That was the first and definitely the last time we ate there. Too bad! But if you don't want quality, you apparently don't deserve it. Unfortunately I don't understand the good reviews here either. Service wasn't good either, despite the room being empty. I think there would be enough time to cook with fresh food. But as mentioned. Whether it's quick with a ready-made bag or thin with little to no spices and without passion, which actually speaks for Italy. 0.0 points! The star is only there so that the text can appear here. Otherwise it's just wasted.

Oh well. It was okay. If you don't have high expectations, it's completely okay. We definitely won't go there again. Service was nice. I had tagliatelle with tomato cream sauce. The menu said green tagliatelle... well I had more light pasta than green. Salmon was tk and the sauce was too much and the product was finished. Portions are generous. Prices are good. Would happily pay more for better quality. Too bad

We ordered two Hawaiian pizzas, and one of them had a black hair on it. How is that acceptable in a restaurant with an average rating of 4 stars?

We were there with 22 people with a pre-order, but we waited almost 3 hours without drinks, they weren't cleared away, the table was full of dirty dishes. The waitress didn't serve us because she ate herself and played on her cell phone and left us thirsty. The employees were unfriendly. There was no tip from our side. The food was mediocre, my pasta dish had crabs that weren't cleaned properly. A true horror experience. Gourden Remsi would have a lot of work there.

We order regularly and have been there for years. The portions are sufficient and the price is also good. The pizzas are very big, even the small ones :) Always my pleasure.

The front door slams like a bomb. The bang accompanied us the whole evening. One bang per customer. We would be escorted across the Tessa-patched floor to the table. Below are the drinks order from the menu. They only have Riesling on the menu. We explored the menu, and were required to order. The food was served and that was that. The staff present sat down at their own table to eat and chat. After our drinking glasses 4 out of 5 had been empty on the table for 90 minutes, we signaled our willingness to pay. There was a pizza listed on the bill that we didn't eat. No matter, it was the same price.

We ordered pizza for the first time. We were pleasantly surprised. Pizza came quickly and tasted good. We definitely won't order it last time. Thank you and keep it up 👍

Disaster. Order arrived incomplete and the restaurant was unable to deliver a replacement to the correct address. As compensation we were offered a Coke with our next order, so it was a joke.

So I've been thinking about writing anything at all for a long time, but the service is a little annoying. Arrived and drinks were taken and served straight away. Then the food we ordered came. Drinks were empty for over half an hour and no one even asked if they wanted anything else. And dad with 6 of 8 people at the table. Waiters prefer to sit at the table in groups of three with cell phones and gossiping. The menu outside the door doesn't match the prices inside at all. Outside, 2 euros more expensive for food. Sorry, it doesn't work at all. Food was ok. But I don't need that anymore.

The spaghetti looks like it was bought at the store and heated in the microwave. I do not recommend. Card payment did not work, orders had to be reminded several times.

I and my friend ordered two different pasta dishes. Bosh of them was terrible. The pasta was not make by shef, but it was from she market. it is max 0 point 😳

We just ordered pizza from you. We live in an apartment building and your supplier rang every single bell. I don't think that's right, we gave the name as it is on the bell and it can't be that just because we order pizza all our neighbors (including older people who may have already been asleep) are disturbed at this time of day become. I just wanted to report this, maybe talk to your supplier so that something like this doesn't happen again in the future. Otherwise the pizza tasted very good, although one pizza was missing the pepperoni.

Pizza for 14.90€ Schnitzel with hunter's sauce and salad 18.90€. Wood-fired pizza was crispy and good, schnitzel too thick, hunter's sauce too salty, salad was good. Pizza 36cm is also enough for 2.

Unfortunately a disappointing experience. The service was incredibly poor and completely disorganized. The wait for the food was far too long, and the drinks only came after repeated requests - if at all. No one asked if everything was OK and the staff seemed like they would rather dawdle than work. Particularly embarrassing since we were there as a company for our Christmas party. Something like that doesn't leave a good impression - we definitely won't go here again.

We ordered for work, and the pizzas weren't cut, and some had pitch-black edges. Cutlery for the salad we ordered wasn't provided either, despite being pointed out a few times when ordering. We won't be ordering again.

€50 for two medium pizzas, one small, and a salad. I think that's pretty crazy! What I don't understand about those prices is how can the blind lady who works there be so unfriendly? If I earned €50 by making three pizzas in 15 minutes, I'd be a real ray of sunshine. It's a shame. Despite the good food, we won't be coming back; someone needs to work on their tone.

Terrible service – I will never order here again! This is by far the WORST restaurant I have ever dealt with. I ordered a pizza and it took an incredible TWO HOURS to get ready. But that wasn't all: the staff on the phone was rude, dismissive and completely unprofessional. This restaurant has no respect for its customers or their time. They should be ashamed of even calling themselves a restaurant. If you're thinking about ordering here, don't - unless you want to waste your time and be treated poorly.

The pizza is mid tier. Kind of tastes like is frozen over fresh, the mozz and tomato was great and fresh, just super heavy handed on oregano seasoning and no olive oil (was still good though), the potato sticks were pretty good and the pasta was a little u see cooked and the meat sauce really didn’t have a lot of meat in the sauce. Wasn’t bad and was worth it.

Pizzas were very good. Service too. A medium (36cm) huge. Even though there were guests sitting at the tables around, it was still possible to have a good conversation.

The service was very slow, we waited 30 minutes for drinks. Food was ok, but it took a long time. Conclusion: I wouldn't come a second time

Preferably no star, service leaves a lot to be desired, operation had several errors despite writing them down. Unfortunately, the food was tasteless and not recommended at all. We've been there twice now and each time it's a disaster.

There were 11 people there for dinner today. The service was totally overwhelmed when ordering the food. Some of the people only received the starter after an hour and complained. Customers who came after us had their food long before us. Deliveries outside the home were also given priority. It was only when we threatened to leave that we were suddenly recognized as guests. Paying was also very complicated. We will NOT recommend this restaurant nor will we visit it again.

The pizza was one of the worst I've ever eaten. Yes, it's made in the right oven, but apparently it uses ready-made pizza dough, the ingredients are under a thick layer of cheese and the pizza has no flavor. Any housewife can make a better pizza with ready-made dough than this alleged pizzeria. The ambience doesn't suit the restaurant as it appears to have been a Chinese restaurant before. Therefore, there are “Italian” dragons all over the ceiling and walls and “Italian” porcelain in the display cases. I would not recommend the restaurant!

The good reviews are incomprehensible to me, despite hair in the food or bad service, 5 stars are given here, ridiculous. The shop is the last and the owner is abusive towards employees, the prices and the food are bad. Never again Bellini!

Yesterday my husband and I ordered from Bellini again after a long time, unfortunately it was a disappointment! We had the wrong pizza delivered, that was on the dot and the pizza bread with cheese was so hard, the cheese was completely baked and the dough was hard without end. There was nothing juicy left and the tortellini was totally over seasoned so all in all it was a total failure and it definitely wasn't worth the money! Too bad!

Ordered 3 salami pizzas while passing through on Saturday evening. These were by far the best we have ever eaten. It's a shame you're so far away

The interior lighting is mostly off, so the ambience seems a bit dark, tables could be re-set and, above all, cleaned after each guest, and when it comes to service, it would be nice to stop by the table more often to ask the guests if everything is OK in order to be able to order drinks again if necessary. All small things that can be solved without any problems. We all really enjoyed the pizza, which is the main thing.

I placed an order online. After waiting for over 1.5 hours, I called and was told they were closed now and there were no orders going out. Will not try again, and I don’t recommend any one else does either.

If you don't even get the chance to order something to drink and are then shown the door with your pizza because you didn't order anything to drink, you should think about your service. Thank you for nothing and greetings to the great boss.

Also wir waren sehr oft dort essen. Die letzten zwei Mal war es unterirdisch schlecht geworden! Vielleicht ein neuer Besitzer? Die Pizzen falsch belegt, sehr grosser Rand ohne Beilagen und teuer geworden. Nicht mehr zu empfehlen.

Restaurant furnishings totally outdated. Paid parking spaces, urban level, parking space management. Service was very nice, everyone enjoyed the pizza. But I think €14.00 for a large pizza is way too expensive. A family can't often afford that.

I ordered the Gnocchi Gorgonzola, a large salami pizza and a turkey schnitzel. The gnocchi and pizza were extremely salty and didn't taste good at all. Schnitzel was just average. Not recommended

The delivery service was 16 minutes late and the pizza was dry. For the price I would have liked more toppings. Well, I'll look for another pizza place.

Food was great however, I ordered delivery and left a small tip for the driver with my card. The owner/manager of this business does not give the delivery tips to the drivers. Tip in cash if you going to leave a small tip.

The rump steak was well done. The croquettes were frozen inside, I cut three open to test. The waitress took the whole plate away and put the croquettes back in the deep fryer. After about 5 minutes I got the plate back with fewer croquettes (all the ones I had cut for testing were gone). To do this, they were sprinkled with a lot of salt again so that everything was appropriately salty. The rump steak had time to cool down to room temperature throughout the entire process. No apology or compensation was offered. The service was unprofessional.

Incredibly bad! We called and placed our order, then I was told he couldn't do anything with a "pizza salami". He needs the number from the menu for each individual pizza. We complied with the request and called again. Order was resubmitted. When comparing the order, we noticed that the good gentleman on the phone was reading something completely different than what we had ordered. On the one hand, the sizes of the pizzas were swapped, and on the other hand, pizzas that we had not ordered were added. Pure chaos, complete madness. On what felt like the fifth comparison, I said that we would order online. That works very well. But then the driver spoke up and asked where we were. The fact is, he was on the other side of town. He then WhatsApped me!!! contacted and asked for a Google Maps location. When he finally came, no hello, no goodbye, just nothing, the main thing was to wear headphones. Do you actually want to drive away your customers? Pizza was okay so far, but not anymore. We're still waiting for an apology or something like that! Never again, it's best to order somewhere else!

Today we went to Belini for the first time, which used to be our most visited Chinese restaurant. The furnishings have been completely taken over, so you can eat Italian in a Chinese-themed restaurant. The pizza is very good and the staff is very friendly. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

Was there once and a waiter who works there is extremely unfriendly and rude. He didn't manage to get the bill right because he couldn't add up the price of the 2 pizzas. I had to tell him several times that he had miscalculated, but he didn't understand this and even became cheeky. Only after the waiter had typed everything into the cell phone calculator did he see that I was right. However, he didn't apologize and even stood at our table like a beggar for 10 seconds, hoping for a tip after such a pathetic action. This waiter should be ashamed of himself. If you generally have a lack of intelligence, it might be best not to be so bold.

We ordered pizzas, salads and combinations and had them delivered. The driver was at the agreed location at 12 o'clock sharp as requested, the food was excellent and the price was okay. We would order from Bellini again and can recommend the pizzeria.

Tonight, the absolute Waterloo this, I put it in quotes "restaurants" experienced. You have reserved a table for 10 people and then a nice young lady comes who unfortunately doesn't speak German and tries to take the drinks order. Unfortunately she has to explain in broken German that 50% of the drinks offered on the menu are not available. Now let's move on to ordering food. Unfortunately, it is not possible to order a pizza of your choice because you have to order according to the numbers, otherwise communication is not possible. In between, the drinks were delivered very slowly. Then the food came. First one, then wait then the second, another long wait, then the third and the fourth and then nothing more. Only when the first few had finished eating did we hesitantly move on. Unfortunately, a taste experience was canceled. Sad highlight of the dessert. Tiramisu frozen with 4 dollops of ready-made cream. We were told that no other dessert is available anymore. It is becoming increasingly clear that this restaurant is one of the underground ones in Kaiserslautern. Absolutely the highlight was that I tried with the “I also put that in quotation marks”. “Managing Director” exchanged a few words and he banned me from the house. I'm happy to oblige and can only warn everyone to give Bellini a wide berth on Fabrikstrasse. Overall a rating of -5 stars

The food tastes very good here, but unfortunately I ordered here for the last time today because the driver didn't want to bring me the order. I had to walk down four flights of stairs with crutches and a knee injury. I no longer need delivery. Maybe the driver should look for another job.

Good mellow atmosphere, plenty of space. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. Our daughter was a return customer after our visit as well.

Very long waiting time, both when ordering and when eating. Food ok, but tasteless

We came there through the gourmet block. Very comfortable inside, although a bit cool in terms of temperature. The food was delicious. The service was absolutely nice. The young gentleman is absolutely competent and very, very friendly. He has a sense of humor, is friendly, attentive and responds to special requests for drinks. We were in a very good mood, wanted to go out to eat and didn't regret coming here. I have to give the young man extra praise again. It is no longer natural to be treated so nicely. He immediately understood our humor and responded very pleasantly and joked with us Tip to the boss: keep the man, such great and likeable people in service are rare and difficult to find.

Were very satisfied. Much cozier on the inside than it seems from the outside, service very friendly. The food was very tasty and large portions. For example, we had grilled pepperoni as a starter and were easily enough for two people. Will definitely go again.

The price-performance ratio was very good. For all Schlemmerblock users, a children's dish counts as the main course. Unfortunately, this was not communicated beforehand and there was no real apology for the lack of communication afterwards.

Ordered 5 pizzas today, delivered on time according to the appointment. Because the house number was written down incorrectly, the pizza was lukewarm. Unfortunately, the labeling on the pizza was also missing because everyone ordered a different one. 5 pizzas ordered 4 delivered and a calzone you didn't order. If the pizza hadn't tasted like rubber, sorry, none of my guests were satisfied. That should probably work better.

Das Essen war sehr gut, der Service ein bisschen langsam, aber es war Wochenende.... Im Punkto Ambiente, kollidiert da ein Bisschen Asia mit Mediterranem. Das geht bestimmt besser. Wir kommen aber bestimmt wieder.

Wir wollten schon mehrmals ins Bellini, da wir nur gutes von Bekannten gehört haben und es hat sich auch gelohnt. Wir waren an Silvester essen und es hat uns auch alles geschmeckt, ABER in meiner Pizza waren paar Haare was mich ein bisschen eklig fand ( ich denke Hundehaare) und die Pizza war ein bisschen zu knusprig also zu hart, wodurch man die Tomatensauce nicht viel geschmeckt hat. Die Pizza und weiteres Essen war trotzdem sehr lecker und wir würden wieder kommen!

Waren an Weihnachten zum wiederholten Mal da mit großer Gesellschaft ca 25 Pers. Waren allerdings, auch auf Grund der bisherigen Erfahrungen, enttäuscht! Die Pizza ist groß und der Preis stimmt geschmacklich war sie OK aber nicht besonders.😔 Ich werde aufgrund der bisherigen Erfahrungen aber noch eine Chance geben!

Chef und Personal sehr freundlich, auf Anfrage sofort die Pizza klein geschnitten. Gut reagiert als fremde Kinder + Eltern 🤦🏽‍♀️ die Dekoration auseinander genommen haben. Immer zur Stelle und das Essen selbst war sehr sehr lecker 👍 würde immer wieder kommen. Nur der Cappuccino ist leider überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen 🤣🤷🏾‍♀️

Das essen scheint sehr gut, leider hatten wir etwas Pech mit fehlender Kommunikation. Das Rosmarin wurde leider stillschweigend durch Petersilie ersetzt was aber durch eine gratis pannacotta für zwei versucht wurde wieder gut zu machen … leider mussten wir das gratis Dessert dann doch von der Rechnung nehmen lassen sonst hätten wir diese zahlen müssen. Ansonsten hätte es 5 Sterne gegeben !

Das Essen war enttäuschend, allenfalls Durchschnitt; lauwarm, schlecht gewürzt. Den Service darf man getrost als schlecht bezeichnen, Kritik wird arrogant zurückgewiesen. Nie wieder!

Durchschnittliches Essen, dem die Raffinesse etwas abgeht; schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis; Service wird nicht gerade groß geschrieben. Ich werde das Lokal kein zweites Mal besuchen.

Die Pizza Bellini ist der Hammer. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Das Loksl ist gut eingerichtet und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Gerichte waren gut und reichlich.

Zuerst waren wir etwas irritiert wg. der chinesischen Deko, aber die Pizzen waren echt spitze. Der Service sehr nett und schnell. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder 😁

Wir hatten jeweils eine große Pizza Bellini. Schmeckt super lecker. Die Pizza wird in einem Holzofen gebacken. Der Boden ist dünn und knusprig und der Belag war reichlich. Die Bedienung war auch sehr nett und wir mussten auch nicht lange auf die Pizza warten.

Eine preiswerte Pizzaria mit ausergewoehnlichen Pizzen welche sehr groß sind und mir auch gut schmecken.

Essen kam sehr schnell war lecker, die Salata sind etwas lieblos.

Ich war dort zum Mittagessen. Es gibt Mittagsangebote wie bspw Dienstag = Pizza oder Mittwoch = Nudeln. Gegessen habe ich eine Pizza (mittlere Größe = 36cm). Die Pizza war wirklich groß und auch sehr lecker. Preise auch angemessen! Ambiente gibt es etwas Abzug, da kein wirkliches italienisches Feeling aufkam. Auf einem Bildschirm liefen Bilder von den Malediven und Musikrichtung war eher Techno anstatt italienische Klänge. Einrichtung erinnerte eher an ein chinesisches Restaurant. Da Essen ist aber zu empfehlen!

Good Evening. My pizza was very good and I enjoyed it. I ordered a Pizza Margherita. I received a cheese pizza. I looked again at the menu and the Margherita Pizza was described as being a cheese pizza. I would encourage the pizza chefs to please, please look into how to create a Margherita Pizza. It is known for having fresh mozzarella, olive oil, fresh tomato and fresh basil.

Essen wurde innerhalb 15-20 minuten geliefert und ist immer warm da , alles ist in einem sehr starken bereich deswegen auch die positive bewertung!

Haben Speisen abgeholt. Leider irgendwie nicht so gut wie früher. Eine Pizza schmeckt eigentlich selbst kalt noch ok, bzw. leidet nicht beim erwärmen in der Pfanne. Diese Pizza mit Krabben konnte nicht überzeugen. Auch die anderen Gerichte Salat und Spaghetti Carnonara haben uns nicht überzeugt.

Vor ein paar Wochen kamen wir zu dritt nach einer längeren Wanderung um kurz nach 13:30 in das Lokal. Der Wirt sagte uns, dass man eigentlich in 20 Minuten schließe. Auf unsere enttäuschten Gesichter hin meinte er, er mache eine Ausnahme und wir konnten zwei Pizzen und ein Nudelgericht bestellen. Alles war richtig gut gewürzt. In anderen Lokale haben wir schon erlebt, dass der Wirt alles andere als begeistert war, wenn man einen Schlemmerblock vorlegte, hier nicht. Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Restaurant!
