Very small cozy pizzeria. If you want to eat a really delicious pizza, there's no way around it. The pasta dish was also well prepared and delicious

I absolutely cannot recommend it. high price and poor quality. For those who rated good pizza: sorry, but you don't know what PIZZA means! I will never go back. Definitely disappointed with everything.

The small pizzeria is located directly in the pedestrian zone. The map is manageable. The service is very nice, friendly and quick. The pizza and lasagne were very tasty and of good quality. The prices are still within reasonable limits. However, only cash is accepted. Conclusion: recommended.

I didn't think it was very special. Ate spaghetti. A friend of mine thought this was a very good restaurant. So tastes differ. Price was fine. I sat outside where everyone around us was smoking, including staff. I don't think that's necessary, but it's the same everywhere in Germany.

The lasagne is very tasty, the sauce is really good. There were 3 pizza rolls with the lasagne. The pizza is fresh and well topped and the prices are reasonable. The waiting time for food isn't very long, we waited about 15 minutes for a lasagne + pizza diavolo. The service is very friendly.

Sorry, wir können uns den anderen mit ihrer positiven Bewertung nicht anpassen. Wir hatten Gnocci und Pizza, die Pizza war nicht gar und ein einfacher Hefeteig, hier fehlt Zeit und liebe zum Teig. Die Gnocci nicht gar und hatten keinen Geschmack. Für uns war das nix, aber Preise wie beim echten Italiener. Schaut mal richtig in die Küche dann werdet ihr die Mikrowelle sehen, die hat da nichts verloren.

Best pizza in Cochem. Yes, I’ve tried them all. The crust is great the pizzas are not soggy and have some crunch (which I enjoy). They hold the toppings and have integrity.

Egy héten keresztül voltam Cochemben. Többször étkeztünk. Isteni, finom, ízletes ételeket ettünk. Nagyon kedves mosolygós csinos személyzett. Minden étel frissen készült. Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek. Visszatérünk az biztos.

Staff was arrogant and ill-mannered. Eye-rolls and sighing was part of our and other customers service. It was obvious the waiter didn’t like her job. The food however was delicious.

Very bad service. They promise to ask you something about your dish before you order and suddenly your food is there and nothing is possible anymore. Rarely experienced such poor service in a restaurant. Rather lazy staff who clearly don't feel like doing it

Inconspicuous pizzeria in the middle of the old town of Cochem. We were there for the fourth time now. As always, we received very friendly service from Servicepetsonal. The pizzas always taste completely freshly prepared even though they are served quickly. The atmosphere is cozy. In short, everything is highly recommended.

I would have ordered spaghetti carbonara without cream sauce. Unfortunately, it had the consistency of undercooked scrambled egg and wasn't seasoned at all. The service was great.

Also, haben 1 Mal dort etwas gegessen und es war sehr gut. Genau wie das Urfa bexser als eines der größeren Restaurants, wo die Champigmos offenbar aus der Dose kamen.

I'm hesitating between 3&4 stars... The food was average, neither good nor bad. I mean that nothing was wrong, but also nothing special about it (we had caprese, bruschetta and two types of pasta). I give 3, because the bar looks more like fast food (which is not of course). Anyway, there are probably much better places in this town, but if you're hungry and want just good food, which is served quickly, don't hesitate to go there :)

I went to this “restaurant” thinking that the quality was good considering the location and prices. As soon as I sat down at the table, my friend noticed that the waitresses were looking at us and laughing (it was like that the whole time). When ordering I asked for information about the wine (the waitress didn't even know if it was a red or white wine but whatever) I decided to just order a pizza with pepperoni and the dough had no flavor and was spongy, my fiancée When I ordered spaghetti bolognese they were clearly frozen as there was more water than sauce. When I billed I asked if it was possible to pay by card but they said they only accept cash payments. As soon as we leave the room we feel severe stomach pain, after 3 days I'm still sick. Never again in this restaurant, as an Italian I hope they change the name and menu because this cuisine is anything but Italian!

Pizza was really tasty, but it's a pity that the drinks are very expensive, I don't understand it. Water 3.5 😅, but it might have been brought fresh from the mountain 😀

"Finally!" I thought, looking at the menu outside... "Finally an Italian who doesn't put cream on the carbonara." That was the reason we went in. My wife's pizza was really good. The wine was tasty, but unfortunately for me it was scrambled eggs instead of carbonara and the bacon was unfortunately not the guanciale or at least pancetta I was hoping for. It's a shame, my hopes were high.

The restaurant looks nice, the food looked good and was ready pretty quickly too. Unfortunately the homemade gnocchi with sauce was almost completely tasteless, the other meal with three different pasta and Bolognese sauce actually tasted good, but Bolognese was practically non-existent, only tomato sauce!

We are an American couple who travels a lot and dines at many wonderful establishments. We came upon this restaurant while in Cochem. Most of the town closes up be 6 pm, but they were open. Our first experience there for dinner, which included Bruschetta and Pizza, was outstanding. We decided to try it one more time before we left town and, again, outstanding. This time we had Caprese and Spaghetti Bolognese. All hot dishes each time were served piping hot and perfectly seasoned. As people who travel the world eating in great restaurants, including many Michelin, we highly recommend this establishment. If it was near my town in the US, we would dine there frequently. Thank you to the owners of this restaurant for the quality of service and food provided.

Absolutely not recommended!! The service is very bad, very unfriendly and not customer friendly at all. The prices are overpriced and you can only dream of the ambience here. It's up to each individual, but for us it was the first and last time. 👎🏻

We had reserved a table for 11 but were turned away when we arrived because, quote, you couldn't just send the other guests away. So it looks nice, but unfortunately the staff and organization are absolutely godless and underground.

Incompetent staff! I don't reserve a table for fun! Reserved at 6:30 p.m. and still no table available at 7 p.m. Unfortunately, with 11 people you won't find anything new so quickly! And then an overwhelmed waitress. Urgent employee training is due!! Next time we went straight to La Baia, we were welcomed very friendly and spontaneously and the food was very good!

We reserved a table for 6:45-7 p.m. We were there a little earlier at 6:25 p.m. There was no room available at that time and we came back at 6:45 p.m. as agreed with the waitress. We were turned back again at 7 p.m. because there was still no space available. At 7 p.m. there was still no space available. So we had to look for a new table with 11 people on Easter Sunday, which wasn't that easy. Unfortunately everything was very poorly organized...

Wir waren zu viert .... sehr nettes Personal.... sie haben versucht auf alle Wünsche aller Gäste einzugehen....wobei einige Gäste echt nicht nett waren ... und das Personal hat alles versucht den wünschen zu entsprechen....aber wir glauben manche menschen sollen einfach nur weg bleiben .... so ein junges u sympathisches Team...wünscht man sich immer .... das Essen war sehr lecker der Wein perfekt und für uns allem in allen ein zu empfohlenes Lokal.... sehr zufrieden....alle 4 .... weiter so ....

We recommend. The food is very tasty and the portions are well sized. The staff are friendly towards each other and also show their friendliness towards their guests. The wishes of the guests are taken into account in detail. The restaurant itself offers a cozy place for a nice get-together, especially in the evenings. Definitely worth a next visit. The food is delicious and the restaurant is very beautiful and nice to sit in! We had the pizza scampi and scalopina al gonzola. A total of eleven people and great service despite the large group!

Overpriced ready-made pizza. 17.20 and 16.40. €. 0.3 drinks for €4.20 in an atmosphere without charm. Service was friendly.

Well, that was nothing. The pasta was yesterday's news (everyone knows what it's like when the pasta sits around half the night and the moisture builds up on the bottom pasta and they turn an unsightly white color). After the bread has been burned at the bottom, the salad is packed directly on top. So the salad is naturally mushy. At least it looked clean. I highly recommend the Castello. The pizza is actually really good there.

Cash only in such a touristy location? In 2024? Unacceptable. There is so many cheap providers that don't have high fees, there really is no excuse. I don't know if it's tax dodging or something else that makes German restaurants do this, it can't be card fees as they are well below 1% on most providers. Either way this is very annoying

Ordered take away (spaghetti bolognaise) and beside the restaurant was nearly empty, is looked as a nice place. The food tasted good and the portion was big.

The hostess made us feel very welcome as soon as we came in. We loved the vibe here as the staff was clearly having a good time, laughing and chatting in the kitchen. Pizzas were served with a big smile. Surely the place could use some ambiance as it seemed a little plain but the kindness and the good food made up for it. Also we found it to be rather cheap. The two of us could eat there for under €50. Bring cash as this is the only way to pay.

We ate there twice. It's a rather inconspicuous shop that could certainly do some work on the ambience. But it was clean and the service was great. We had pizza, bruschetta and gnocci and we all loved it. It was rather quiet during the week, but at the second meal on the weekend the place was very full and we were lucky to get a table. It's best not to go there too late as the kitchen closes rather early.

High prices, small and not tasty salmon and spinach pizza, too salty, practically no filling. Music blared shrilly from a speaker behind the bar. The waiter, when asked about tea, replied that there was none, they asked for hot water, offered regular water from a bottle, later it turned out that there were tea bags on the bar counter. Espresso for 3.5! served without water. You will pass by, pass by.

Heute eine super Pasta Arrabiatta gegessen! Waren für ein geschäftliches Treffen in Cochem und bekamen Hunger. Am heutigen Weiberfasnacht garnicht so leicht. Der kleine Italiener hatte offen. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste…etwas argwöhnisch bestellten wir Spaghetti Arrabiata und einen Salat mit Hühnchen. Wir unterhielten uns angeregt als ich aus der Küche ein zischen und dampfen hörte.. da wurde gerade angedünstet und frisch mein Sugo zubereitet! Noch toller war es, als die Spaghetti perfekt gegart so dente auf meinem Teller serviert wurden! Ich bin Pastaexpertin (selbsternannt ;-) ) Das war spitze! Ich komm nächste Woche wieder. Ich hoffe ihr habt Freitagmittag auf 🙂

Had a great pasta arrabiatta today! Were in Cochem for a business meeting and got hungry. Not so easy on today's women's carnival. The little Italian was open. We were the only guests...a little suspicious, we ordered spaghetti arrabiata and a salad with chicken. We were chatting animatedly when I heard hissing and steaming coming from the kitchen... my sugo was just being steamed and freshly prepared! It was even better when the spaghetti was served perfectly cooked al dente on my plate! I am a pasta expert (self-proclaimed ;-) ) and I have to say: That was great! I'll come back next week. I hope you're open Friday lunchtime 🙂

In terms of food, the price-quality ratio was excellent. The food was great!! Would go here again Only a glass of coke was absurdly 4.20 and a large beer was 4.90, which is a special combination.

Visited Cochem over the Christmas holiday. Found this place as we wandered the back streets of the city. We tried the Margherita pizza and the Bruschetta as an appetizer. The pizza was very good but it was the Bruschetta that impressed me even more. It's not easy to get this simple dish prepared correctly. The delicate flavors impressed me. If I was ever in Cochem again, I would be sure to visit. I noticed some reviewers had issues with the service but we experienced none of that. Quality for money is what I look for and this restaurant delivered that.

Wir waren gestern Mittag da. Ich hatte eine Penne Polo und meine Frau hatte eine Spinatpizza (probiert). Seit langem mal wieder vernünftig gegessen. Bei meinen Nudeln waren mehr als genug Hähnchenstreifen sowie Gemüse drauf und die Pizza meiner Frau war auch gut belegt. Kritiken verstehe ich nicht, manche Leute wollen anscheinend lieber weniger zahlen und dafür keinen bzw wenig Geschmack bei Ihren Speisen. Leider wohnen wir nicht in der Nähe, sonst würden wir öfter kommen. Macht weiter so.

Goede sfeer, en vriendelijk personeel. Het grootste probleem in cochem is dat er weinig restaurants zijn waar het eten lekker is en niet gewoon prima. Dit is een uitzondering en heeft gewoon lekker eten.

Hallo Zusammen, war heute mit meiner Freundin da. Zwei verschiedene Pizzen, beide sehr gut belegt, FRISCHE Pilze dabei. Eine Vorspeise für uns kam auch gleich mit zwei Tellern, bestens. Getränke kamen ebenso zügig, wie auch die Reihenfolge beim Essen. Okay, Getränke liegen über vier Euro, aber sei es drum. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und es tut mir schon ein wenig leid, das wir nicht gleich hierher gegangen sind und uns durch andere Kritiken haben leiten lassen.

Wir waren in unserem Urlaub zwei Mal dort. Der Service war sehr nett. Wir hatten Risotto, Pizza und Spaghetti Bolognese. Alles hat super geschmeckt. Beim ersten Besuch war das Restaurant ziemlich leer, heute dafür sehr voll. Allerdings kam das Essen dennoch sehr zeitnah und heiß an. Leere Teller wurden schnell abgeräumt, sodass man sich danach noch ausbreiten konnte und wir unseren Wein dadurch mehr genießen konnten. Vielen Dank an das Personal und alles Gute!

Mitten im Touri-Rummel in Cochem, also sehr voll an einer ebenso vollen Einkaufsstraße. Das Essen war gut, preislich allerdings schon etwas hoch angesetzt. Wir hatten ein Risotto, eine Pizza und einen Salat. Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Resraursnt was netjes en schoon. Maar echt zwart en ongezellig. Serveersters zoals vaak in Duitsland een beetje kortaf maar wel vriendelijk. De vegetarische pizza was lekker. Veel groenten er op en veel lekkere kaas. Ik denk door de vele kaas?, was het wel een beetje te zout.

Ein kleiner Italiener mit sehr leckerer und Krosser Pizza. Die Preise für die Pizza sind In Ordnung, (12€ für eine Schinken-Pizza) eine Cola 0,3 l kostet allerdings 4,20€! Das ist schon sehr teuer. Der Service war schnell und Nett, die Pizza wurde freundlicherweise direkt auf zwei Teller aufteilt als wir sagten, wir würden uns diese teilen. Für einen Mittags-Snack ist das Restaurant gut geeignet, für Abends würden wir andere Restaurants bevorzugen.
