Ordered food over the phone, called after two hours, he said it would be there soon, called again 20 minutes later. The order was not found at all. I ordered there often, had it!

We used to enjoy coming here, the food was good and the ambience was nice, but the last few times we've been very disappointed by the poor service. Since the expansion, the service has deteriorated significantly. On Saturday evening there were three cellars* inside, we had to wait almost half an hour before we could or were allowed to order. One kept telling us that he wasn't responsible for our table, the second said he would come straight to us and the third simply ignored us. Even later, orders were always forgotten or mixed up. There was never an excuse for it. A waiter also made us feel like we were bothering him because he always talked to people he knew for a long time instead of serving. Overall, you felt like supplicants and not like guests in a restaurant! Not a nice experience! Given the prices and the service, we won't be coming back for a while. A glass of itl. Red wine 0.2 for 8 euros and a Lilet wild berry for 9 euros etc. The ironic thing was that the person who was supposedly responsible for us ended up charging us. Ha-Ha.

Order via Lieferando simply did NOT ARRIVE and after 1.5 hours of waiting. Then the shop was closed.

Disaster. After eating cold pizza for the umpteenth time. We won't be coming back again.

Solid. Price is rather high but very tasty.

The food was very tasty. There were five of us and we were seated at a very small table. In addition, we were only able to order drinks twice during the entire visit.

Visit on Saturday August 3rd, 2024 The atmosphere is great, the store invites you as soon as you walk past! The ambience and furnishings are harmonious and it's a good vibe!!! The selection is good and varied! Unfortunately I find the menu very confusing! It's also a shame that the board with recommendations from staff isn't mentioned at all. We had a starter and a main course, unfortunately the service was so rushed that the main course came when we hadn't finished the starter yet. Definitely a no go and a real shame! Even if the main course was brought, the opportunity would not be used to sell drinks again. So I had to order again myself. The service is not very attentive to this, sometimes not mentioning the loss of sales. I actually found the Brushetta Pomodore appetizer to be too big but very tasty! The three main courses were also all very enjoyable! Unfortunately, due to the large starter, I was only able to eat half of the pizza. So I would skip the starter next time. Which is another loss of sales for you. I would also like to mention the friendly Kellerin and Holland fan. Super super cool! I will visit this restaurant again and would happily recommend it!

I enjoyed being a guest for many years. Unfortunately, quality and taste have increasingly deteriorated. After our ToGo meal today was delivered via Uber Eats in very poor quality (tasteless, white cheaper probably pollock(?) instead of wild salmon), this will be the last time I eat there. Price/performance unfortunately absolutely not acceptable. A pity!

Today we have a pizza with rocket, Serano ham and Parmesan as well as crema de balsamico, Ate rigatoni with vegetables and spaghetti bolo for my daughter. I really have to say that we have never eaten pizza and pasta that were so good. 😍🫶😍

So we ordered for 8 p.m. and the pizza wasn't there at 10 p.m. Even when I called at 9 p.m. and asked, they said the pizza was on the way, it still wasn't there!

Unfortunately, it has to be said that things have gone significantly downhill over the last few years. It's okay, but unfortunately way too expensive for it to be okay. As if the high prices were trying to compensate for the many empty tables. Service okay, but was also more child-friendly with painting supplies etc. All you need is a menu via app or scan. A pity.

I would like to give a review here for the benefit of the employees. Great food, great service, great kitchen! What is clearly missing is proper treatment of employees. The staff is responsible for glasses that break during use. They are supposed to jump as the boss sees fit, there is an arrogant tone. If someone cheats the bill or there is an error in the cash register, the employees also pay for it, I know a few who had to experience that. It's nice that everything is done for the guest so that it suits him and he is satisfied, but the people who ensure this are treated like doormats by the management, quite unfairly. I just wanted to mention that here. LG

Delicious pizza, great ambience

The Pizzeria Piccola in Ehrenfeld absolutely convinced me! Even though I was there alone, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me immediately feel welcome. You can also have a coffee there and enjoy the atmosphere.

Cozy shop, clever menu. Rather in the higher price segment, especially when it comes to drinks. The pizza is very tasty, although the base could be a little thinner and crispier. Very nice: If you ask, you can get a cruet with garlic oil, chili oil and oregano. Unfortunately there was a long waiting time after arrival until we were served.

Ambience is nice, central in a busy area. The service was friendly and quick. Unfortunately, the food wasn't convincing, the pizza was very salty and hardly any other seasoning. The appetizer platter was nicely presented but there was also a lack of seasoning or oils.

Very long waiting times for a pizza on a weekday, with up to 60 mins without any “warning” or communication about it or any apology. Unfortunately, as a customer, you also hear the loud arguments between the employees in the kitchen. A pity. Don't come back.

Unfortunately, the quality has been steadily deteriorating over the last few years, the food is now inedible and the prices are outrageous for this quality. It started with a menu change - I think there was a change in boss - many good dishes were eliminated... I used to go there once a week and it was my absolute favorite Italian restaurant. I've tried it a few times recently, but what can I say: no matter what dish I ordered - whether pizza or pasta - it was a disaster. The fact that you can even make Al Forno dishes taste like NOTHING is almost impressive. Unfortunately, this hasn't had anything to do with Italian food for a long time and I'm surprised at every positive review. Many friends of mine also enjoyed coming here often, but now everyone avoids this location and is happy that there are other good Italian restaurants in Ehrenfeld. The only star goes to the waiters, who always provided good service and certainly can't be blamed for this loss of quality.

Never again!! Pasta was overcooked and fell apart, only the top ones on the plate looked presentable. The pine nuts were certainly counted out, so we were able to enjoy the dried tomatoes even more. (1☆ is still too much). Piccolo was too warm, so we ordered more Add ice. After a while the door and a window were opened. After about 20 minutes we asked for it to close, but we were disabused of it: "the sun is shining, it's warm and spring". Card payments are not accepted!!, although all types of card payments are accepted on the website of all Piccola chains. Very annoying! (This is often an indication of cash register fraud; a receipt requirement has been in place since 2020). It's good that there are other Italians who also have more to offer in terms of quality. Very nice restaurant. Food is very good for the price. Nothing special but appropriate. The staff was a bit overwhelmed that day but we were able to address the errors in the order and they were fixed.

Last week we had the pleasure of visiting Pizzeria Piccola Ehrenfeld with a large group of 18 people, including children. Despite our large numbers, service was exceptionally attentive and friendly, and all orders were served promptly and without delay. The atmosphere in the restaurant is warm and welcoming, ideal for families. The children had a lot of fun and felt very comfortable, which is not always a given on such occasions. The meal itself was an absolute highlight. The pizzas were freshly prepared, with crispy bases and generously topped with quality ingredients that honor Italian cuisine. It's not easy to manage such a large group, but Pizzeria Piccola did it brilliantly. We recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic Italian meal in a friendly environment.

Very friendly staff, tried hard, but overwhelmed. One toilet for the entire restaurant, you should look in there every now and then, not good.

I had Ravioli Tartufo and Sarti Spritz. The food was delicious and a highlight that I haven't had in a long time. The waiter was friendly and on the ball. An absolute recommendation!

We ordered four pizzas for delivery to Cologne-Vogelsang. Ordering via the app went smoothly, and what is positive is that the status of the order is displayed in the app. Therefore, we were able to track that the actual delivery took 40 minutes. Since the branch in Bickendorf no longer exists, delivery takes a correspondingly long time, and you are then at the end of the food chain in Vogelsang... Accordingly, the pizzas were not even lukewarm. The tuna pizza was extra rustic, you could say half black. We had a delivery fee of €1.99 and a tip of €3 - €55.59 in total. This can be invested much better.

Delicious food. Our seating area was a little too small. Still OK I would have liked a small starter or olives on the table before the meal.

I have only positive experiences. What impressed me most about the service was the nice young man who served us during our stay. Always friendly and in a good mood - just as you wish!!👍👍

A great meal. Perfectly seasoned and very close to the Italian original. Unfortunately a bit loud! There are no sound-absorbing wall panels and the tables are a bit too narrow. You can order electronically via QR code. That's a good thing, because the very friendly service staff would otherwise be overwhelmed by the abundance.

A very nice restaurant. I met someone there and we just had a drink. Maybe that wasn't lucrative enough. At least I ordered a Coke several times that was promised to me but was never brought. Ultimately I gave up on it.

The pizza was very tasty and you could put different toppings on the halves and eat two types if you couldn't decide. Unfortunately the pomegranate lemonade was empty, so we got "peach lemonade", which tasted like Ahoi Brause Orange, unfortunately not that tasty... But all in all a nice evening.

We found the atmosphere in this restaurant very pleasant. Smooth and very friendly service. Unfortunately, we are not such a fan of the food. The pizzas were heavy on the stomach because of the mountain of cheese that had been melted on them and the 'suggestion' lettuce was hardly worthy of the name. Too bad because it's a nice place.

Easy online reservation. Food is ordered quickly and prepared quickly. Both Carbonara and Pizza Tonno taste wonderful. In terms of price, the restaurant is completely reasonable and there is a large selection of drinks. The waitresses and waiters are all friendly and know what they are doing. A shop that you have to see or visit.

We ate there on Rose Monday and spent a lot of time. The service is great and the Italian food is delicious. It can get crowded at times, so I would recommend making a reservation. Credit cards are a given. Gladly again.

The salami on the starter plate had nothing to do with Italian salami but rather something to do with supermarket salami, the ones with the big slices

Very nice restaurant and nice staff. Delicious dishes served quickly and friendly. Fresh ingredients and delicious homemade lemonade are available here. With so many good impressions, the restaurant is of course very full and therefore quite loud at times. Nevertheless, we would like to come back.

Supposedly the kitchen was open until 10:30 p.m., then at 10:00 p.m. they were told off that there was only pizza left, so you don't keep any customers.

Die Pasta schmeckt hier phenomenal. Immer frisch und lecker und der Lieferservice ist auch sehr schnell.

Sehr schönes italienisches Restaurant. Sehr angenehmes Ambiente, ziemlich flotter und sehr freundlicher Service. Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt, egal ob Nudeln, Pizza oder Dessert. Portionsgröße passt.

Übertrieben freundlich war der Kellner beim Empfang,doch eine halbe Stunde mussten wir warten bis eine aufmefksame kellnerin bemerkte,das wir noch gar nicht bestellt haben. Sehr unangenehm,für uns als gast gewesen diese Wartezeit. Trotz allem hat die pasta wieder einmal geschmeckt ;)

Wir waren vor einem Event dort zum Essen . Der Service war super das Essen war lecker die Preise waren völlig angemessen ein schöner kleiner familiäre geführter Italiener in bester Lage wo wirklich alles top ist . Nix zu meckern. Natürlich ist es in den Räumlichkeiten eng besetzt und deshalb ein bisschen lauter was für uns aber kein Problem dargestellt hat nur wer vlt eher die Ruhe sucht sollte sich dann vlt doch was anderes suchen . Aber das ist kein negativer Punkt nur wichtig in die Bewertung zu schreiben da es ja sinnvoll sein sollte und zielführend ✨❤️✨ Im übrigen waren wir die mit den Katzenohren in den Haaren 🤣🤣🤣

Leckere Pizza, gemütliches Lokal und sehr nettes Personal.

Sind immer zufrieden im Piccola, Preise sind teilweise schon etwas höher. Aber es ist immer lecker und man kann absolut nichts mit falsch machen.

Waren jetzt das zweite Mal mit mehreren Jugendlichen zum Geburtstagsessen hier. Die 10 unterschiedlichen Gerichte von Penne mit Hirschgulasch oder Garnelen bis zu den Pizzen wurde alle relativ zeitgleich und schnell an den Tisch gebracht. Preis mit Getränken war mit unter 20€ pro Person sehr gut. Die Bedienungen waren alle freundlich, schnell und aufmerksam.

Wir haben an einem Mittelmässig besuchten Sonntag Mittag, in einer Sechser Gruppe hier gegessen. Eine Stunde haben wir auf unser Essen gewartet. Das Licht ist während 20 min immer aus und an gegangen. Vorspeise ist nur auf Nachfrage gekommen und es hat die hälfte gefehlt. Die Carbonara die ich hatte war aus Kochschinken und nicht wie es auf der Karte stand, sondern auf Rahm Basis. Nie wieder.

Pizzakartons zuhause auf den Tisch gestellt mit Pizza und 2 Blatta orientalis (bitte googeln) Ekelhaft. So ekelhaft 🤮 Haltet eure Küche sauber und die Lebensmittel Behälter. Das ist keine erfundene Story sondern erlebte Realität. Der Stern ist ein Platzhalter. Tipp Kartonagen aus Wohnungen immer sofort entfernen oder in Beuteln verschließen ❗️

Ich bin in letzter Zeit leider extrem enttäuscht. Picolla war viele Jahre lang mein Lieblingsitaliener. Aber seit ungefähr März diesen Jahres ist die Qualität sehr viel schlechter geworden. Gleichzeitig sind die Preise deutlich gestiegen und die Portionen kleiner geworden. Ich verstehe, dass man die Preise an die Gegebenheiten anpassen muss. Aber die Kombination aus allen genannten Veränderungen führt für mich leider dazu, dass ich hier nicht mehr essen werde. Allen voran natürlich, dass der Geschmack einfach deutlich schlechter geworden ist :(

Ich bin restlos begeistert. Unsere Kellnerin war super freundlich und hat auch ein bisschen mit uns gequatscht, das war richtig nett. Das Essen war hervorragend(!), die Wartezeiten kurz und das Ambiente angenehm. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal hierher!

Super schönes Restaurant mit unglaublich freundlichem Personal. Die Limo und das Brot mit Ziegenkäse waren sehr gut! ☺️ Ich habe mich für die Pizza Bufala entschieden, die ich leider nur OK fand. Für mich war es deutlich zu viel Käse, da der Büffelmozzarella nicht den üblichen Käse ersetzt sondern zusätzlich oben drauf kommt. Außerdem war der Teig viel zu dick und demnach an keiner Stelle außer am Rand knusprig. So konnte man die Pizza auch nicht mit der Hand essen. Schade war auch, dass wir nicht auf die Wochenkarte, die nur am Eingang steht hingewiesen wurden. Wir hätten uns nämlich dann für eins dieser Gerichte entschieden. Mein Freund hatte die Canneloni mit Spinat, die gut, aber nicht außergewöhnlich geschmeckt haben.

Wollte immer schon mal dort essen. Heute war es dann soweit, die Vorspeise war lecker. Spezi gab es nicht mehr, statt Pizza mit Rucola und Parmesan gab es Spinat und Gorgonzola. Statt vegetarisch gab es Schinken. Die Preise sind ordentlich aber der Kellner hatte dann nach eigener Aussage freundlicherweise 20% Rabatt wegend er ganzen Vorfälle gegeben. Nie wieder.

Deftig und lecker. Immer gut besucht. Zu zweit bekommt man aber auch ohne Reservierung oft gut nen Platz.

Sehr lecker, aber das Essen wird immer teurer :(. Aber man sitzt dort sehr, sehr gemütlich an der Straße und das Personal ist wirklich extrem freundlich.
