Pizzeria Napoli in Wiesbaden

I was hungry and looking for something to eat in wiesbaden since I’m on holiday I walked into the nearest pizza shop I found it was a lovely family business quick pizza delicious I had a cheese pizza it was very delicious and I definitely will be coming again.

What a shame and disappointment. The customer service was by far the worst in all Wiesbaden, instead of owning up to their own mistake, they tried to blame my husband for not giving the order properly over the phone. They up charged me for every little thing, but had pizzas on there for less with more toppings. I always order the same thing in every pizza place, burrata, rucola and sun-dried tomatoes on a margarita pizza, and I’ll pay any price as long as the pizza is good. I paid €18 for a pizza and still couldn’t get my sun dried tomatoes on there because “my husband didn’t order it” not the best pizza on top of that. The Burrata was cold, and she even argued back that I didn’t say to put the burrata in the oven. I clearly told her that Domino’s makes better pizzas than her and she said that’s because I’m American 🤣🤣🤣 And again, instead of taking accountability and saying we can fix it or let me make it to your liking, they just argued back and said this is how we make our pizzas here. I would not recommend this pizza to anyone. The minestrone soup tasted like frozen vegetables in broth. Very low quality in my opinion. In food and customer service. The owner never apologized, just kept saying we didn’t pay for sun dried tomatoes. I am going to walk back and give them back their low quality pizza.

We always order at lunch. Everything is very fresh and delicious...the staff is also very friendly...and the salads are always very generous, much to our delight 😁😁

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We ordered a Margherita pizza for pickup over the phone, but what we received bore no resemblance to a Margherita. There was hardly any cheese, just an excessive amount of tomato sauce. Unfortunately, the taste wasn't great. You wouldn't expect that from an Italian restaurant. I won't order from there again.

This place is excellent! The food, the atmosphere and the staff are all incredible! my husband and kids each had a different kind of pizza and loved it. I had the chicken cream pasta and it was very tasty! Highly recommend this place

Very tasty food at fair prices! We had our order delivered, and despite the longer delivery time, it arrived piping hot! It's also great that they have a larger selection of Italian desserts – something you find in few restaurants.

I gave it a chance today! First bite and I already regret it. I ordered "classic" spaghetti carbonara, without cream. What I got was completely oily pasta (like with garlic and oil), barely any egg in it, some kind of wobbly ham, no texture at all, tasted of nothing, could even be imitation ham, and then everything was so incredibly salty that you had to drink half a liter of water after every bite. Worst pasta in a long time, I'll never order from there again. They've lost me as a customer straight away!!!

Excellent pizza. Very nice staff found it very good at a JGA. Then there was a bottle of wine on the house.

We had dinner here today with a group of 6 girls. We were welcomed and looked after in a very friendly and courteous manner. Our food, various pizzas and a pasta dish with mushrooms, were delicious. If we were from Wiesbaden, we would definitely come back soon. Big recommendation :)

Where is there something like that? The Parmesan for the Spaghetti Bolognese was charged extra at 2 euros and was then just grated cheese for the pizza. The meat was almost impossible to find. Blandly seasoned and actually inedible. The plate went back full. There wasn't even a request. The criticism was met with incomprehension. The pizza also lacked seasoning. Can't actually recommend it at all

I just moved to the area and on my first walk I discovered Pizzeria Napoli, just 3 minutes from my home. We tried two pizzas – a prosciutto and a salami – and both my wife and I absolutely loved them! If I could, I would give it 6 stars. After years of searching and trying out many “Italian” pizzerias in Wiesbaden, I have finally found the authentic taste of Italian pizza here. I don't understand the negative comments because we've never had better pizza in the city. The dough was perfect, the ingredients were fresh and the taste was intense – we were completely convinced. We will definitely be back, and Pizzeria Napoli will always be our first choice when we fancy a real pizza. I can recommend her with full confidence!

...ordered online again, the current waiting time in the app was 30 to 60 minutes, after 40 minutes everything was brought and, as always, it was very tasty!

We had to wait about 100 minutes for the food despite the stated 30-60 minutes. Pizza was mediocre at best. The salad was not washed and not seasoned well. Definitely too expensive for 9.50. Order somewhere else next time

This is the best pizza! Pizza Napoli is the only place in the city that I have found with ground Italian sausage to put on pizza. Amazing and friendly staff. Limited seating, but fast delivery by their own drivers.

Pizza is well made and the price is completely fair.

We've been waiting for the pizza for 2 hours now, according to the app there is a delivery time of 30-60 minutes when ordering. That is really annoying. We called after 1.5 hours and asked when we could expect our food. The only answer was that they had a lot to do. Really bad.

Once and never again, I ordered grilled vegetables, what came were a few slices of grilled aubergine, and on top of that, my drink expired, absolute disgrace...

Despite the friendly voice and the prompt delivery, today we had probably the worst dishes we have ever had when ordering. Tagliatelle Frutti Di Mare, pasta overcooked, no taste of anything, spaghetti carbonara, pasta overcooked with no recognizable sauce, Insalata Frutti di mare, salad drowned in sauce, seafood without any taste and even the pizza bread was absolutely tasteless. I would have preferred to bring the food back and let the employees try it. My recommendation is to buy a frozen pizza.

The ambience and service were absolutely fine. Unfortunately the pasta dishes tasted very bland. An hour after eating we vomited and had diarrhea. Of course, that doesn't necessarily have to be related. We ate the tiramisu the next day. It was very tasty and had no problems afterwards.

I ordered online. Has to wait about 45 minutes for the order to be done. Most likely due to being a Saturday evening. Parking is scarce and have to parallel parking if available. Food was good. Prices were decent. Staff spoke English and were friendly.

Simple and therefore delicious. Not a shishi, just a good, quick Italian snack, better than some smarmy pizzerias. I'll come back and download the app too.

We ordered and had to wait over 2.5 hours despite asking several times over the phone. There wasn't even an apology. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time either, although 2.5 hours was now the record. But that's not service for me. It's a shame, because the pizza is really delicious, almost like in Italy.

An italienisches gibt es nur die napoli schrift! keine angestellt spricht italienisch! Personal sehr unfreundlich un inkompetent meine Pizza war sehr trocken und verbrannt! die konnte man wirklich nicht essen und keiner von denen hat es interessiert! ich finde sowas ist wirklich sehr Respekt los gegenüber ein Gast! absolut nicht zum empfehlen!

Die schlechtesten Arancinis die wir je gegessen haben. Kein Gewürz, keine Mozzarella & keine Tomatensoße, drei Erbsen auf 6 Arancinis & sehr getränkt in Öl. Dafür 3.90 pro Kugel ohne Geschmack ist echt ein Witz. Eine Beleidigung für jeden Italiener der dort sein Essen bestellt. Telefonische Beschwerde wurde belächelt & aufgelegt. 1 Stern ist zu viel. PS: Verpackung war hübsch dafür gibt's n Stern

Um den kleinen Hunger schnell zu stillen ist das Ambiente gut geeignet. Die Pizza kommt aus einem Gasofen, schmeckt jedoch wunderbar.

Ich muss ehrlich sagen das Personal was die Bestellungen über das Telefon aufnimmt ist auserordentlich unhöflich und hat mich zur Weißglut getrieben ich habe 4 mal angerufen und wurde einmal beleidigt einmal weggedrückt und bei dem anderen mal ignoriert als wäre ich Luft. Die Pizza ist dennoch geil aber ich persöhnlich würde vielleicht mal darüber nachdenken deutsches Personal anzuheuern.

Die beiden Pasta Gerichte waren vom Geschmack her identisch, nur Tomatensuppe und oregano, außerdem waren die nudeln zerkocht. Pizza hat stark nachgelassen und die Tomatensoße ist kaum gewürzt. Das Pizzabrot war vom Geschmack her okay, allerdings hätte die Beschreibung Pizza Keks besser gepasst. Alles außer dem Rand war hart. Die Box war triefend mit Öl, sehr unpraktisch zu tragen.

Essen ist günstig aber dafür nicht gut. Service ist ganz ok, beim abholen kann man aber auch nicht viel falsch machen. Beim Liefern dauert es trotz geringer Entfernung recht lange. Ambiente kann man nicht beurteilen, da nicht vorhanden. Es ist halt ein Lieferservice bei dem man im Notfall vor Ort essen kann.

Sehr lecker und sehr zuvorkommend:) Die Pizzen sind mega und meine Freundin hat Pasta heute probiert…einfach nur Top:):):) Die Qualität findet man selten in feinen Restaurants und hier findet man es in eine Pizzeria….Teller mit liebe angerichtet und lecker, so sollte es sein. Weiter so….wird mit guten Gewissen weiter empfohlen.

An sich bestellen wir sehr gerne bei Napoli. Heute waren wir allerdings mehr als enttäuscht. Bestellt um 18:40 eingetroffen um 20:20. Die Pizza war kalt, die Tortellini waren auch schon mal besser. Zu lange Wartezeit, mittelmäßiges Essen. Angebene Wartezeit hieß 30-60 min.

Our go-to place for take out pizzas. The price is ok, the quality is constantly good, and it’s close to where we live. What’s not to like? The parking could be a problem though, it’s in a steep uphill street with no parking spots, so you’ll have to look in smaller streets around the corner.

Meiner Meinung nach die beste Pizzeria in Wiesbaden! Wir haben schon einiges an Gerichten hier ausprobiert und es schmeckt immer frisch und seeeehr lecker! Seit zwei Jahren bestellen wir nur noch hier Italienisch. Danke und weiter so!:)

Naja nicht viel Unterschied mit einer Tiefkühl Pizza die Champions waren nicht richtig durch die Tomatensoße auf der Pizza war auch nicht so gut. Einmal und nie wieder hier gegessen. Bediener war sehr unfreundlich kein Hallo nichts.

Klein aber Fein ! Sehr sauberer Laden, junges, motiviertes Team. Die Pizzen qualitativ super 👍🏼 Die Pasta kommt in einer guten Portion und optimal gewürzt. Bestellen hier gerne öfter vor Ort oder zum liefern. Weiter so !

Hands down the best pizza in town and the pepperoni passes for American pepperoni for my kids. The homemade Italian sausage is the best. We love this place!

Easily the Best Pizza in Germany. I have been coming for almost 3 years and the service has always been top notch. The owner is passionate about pizza, and it's always a pleasure talking to him. I also did a large order once for catering, everything was done to perfection and on time.

Wir haben hier öfter Pizza bestellt. Leider kamen die Pizzen immer kalt bis maximal lauwarm an.

Die beworbene App funktioniert nicht, in nunmehr ca 6-8 Bestellungen gab es keinen 10% Code. An Telefon fehlt es zeitweise an Freundlichkeit, schade... zuzeiten dauert die Lieferung länger als eine Stunde. Geschmacklich ist es gut. Lg

Wir wollten heute endlich einmal wieder eine Pizza zur Selbstabholung im Napoli bestellen. Während der Corona - Zeit haben wir hier immer unterstützt. Leider war heute eine Bestellung über die App nicht möglich und auch telefonisch wurde uns sehr aggressiv mitgeteilt ... wir nehmen keine Bestellungen an ....auch nicht zur Selbstabholung .... schade eigentlich .... das war's dann für uns !

Die Pizza war völlig verbrannt. Der Boden und die Ränder waren Pech schwarz. Der Belag sah auch, als hätte man ihn drauf geschmissen. Kundenservice war sehr enttäuschend. Definitive mein letztes Mal da!
