Ordered through PizzaHammer and received nothing, neither a call nor a delivery, very disappointing, waited 2 hours, then saw that they are now closed and therefore have not received my food or anything else, you could have at least called, this should not be too much to ask, would prefer to give zero stars

⭐ 1 star Simply shocking and disappointing. I ordered the crispy plate – the bowl was badly scratched, and there was a hair in my food. This is absolutely unhygienic and unacceptable! When I reported it, I didn't receive an apology, but was told in a roundabout way that I shouldn't come back. This kind of behavior towards a regular customer is outrageous. Apparently, only inexperienced young people who have no idea what they're doing work there. No quality, no hygiene, no respect. I'll never be back.

We clearly and unambiguously placed our order over the phone: • 1 pizza with spinach • 1 pasta with prawns • 1 pasta in carbonara sauce • 1 salmon with spinach What we received instead was completely wrong: • One pizza with minced meat (even though spinach was ordered) • Pasta with minced meat, mushrooms, and ham • Two dishes with shawarma and fries, plus an extra portion of shawarma When we called immediately after receiving the delivery, we were treated extremely rudely and passively. Every clear statement was met with an annoyed and disrespectful "What?" instead of any insight or solution. We were cheekily told we could reorder and pay again, even though the mistake was clearly theirs. A further call for clarification brought even more frustration: We asked if the pizza contained pork – we were told they didn't work with pork. However, the pasta delivered contained ham. There was no clear answer or insight – they simply denied it. The behavior of an Arabic-speaking employee was particularly bad: She was disrespectful, rude, and aggressive, casually speaking Arabic during the conversation, and barely responded to my questions. Even after I politely asked her to focus on the conversation, she became loud and simply hung up in the middle of the conversation. Conclusion: Bad food, no insight, no customer service – and on top of that, an insolent, aggressive tone. Absolutely disappointing and the last time we'll order there!

I was very disappointed with this pizzeria. We called and ordered pasta carbonara, pasta with prawns, salmon pasta, and a spinach pizza. We gave the numbers listed on the website, and everything was confirmed with great difficulty. We received shawarma with fries, tortellini in ham and mushroom sauce, a pizza with ground beef, and an extra shawarma. When I picked up the food, I wanted to pay by card and was asked if cash wouldn't be better (presumably because of the tax). I called back and was given no solution, only that I could reorder, but I wouldn't get my money back (my original order was worth about €26-27, and I paid €39). The employee became rude when I tried to explain to her that it was the wrong order. She became rude and repeated herself. Later, we called again to ask if the ground beef on the pizza was pork. We were rudely refused, saying they didn't sell pork. We then explained that this wasn't true because we had the tortellini. The employee said this wasn't true because they didn't serve pork. She started speaking Arabic in the background, to which we pointed out that we would like her attention. She got angry and started arguing loudly, then simply hung up.

Unfortunately I can't rate the food here because it never arrived. I ordered a little over €30 using the Pizzeria Mimmo app (if you click on the website here you also get the same offers). The offers are outdated and no longer exist according to the employee who called me directly after I placed my order. Unfortunately, I didn't have the option to cancel and the employee couldn't either. However, he offered me something else as an alternative. I asked for a kebab pizza tray. This wouldn't be a problem, but I would have to pay an extra charge to the supplier in cash, which would then come to €40. Since I don't know the pizzeria's prices (as the website is out of date) I don't know whether a pizza tray for €40 corresponds to the standard. All I know is that I don't have to pay €40 at other pizzerias. Of course I ordered somewhere else. I now have to try other ways to get my money back. It's a shame actually.

I bought tuna pizza two weeks ago. Where I was eating, there was a hair on it and I thought to myself, it could happen. And then the tuna still looks kind of strange, like it's old or something like rubber and yes then I bought the tuna again a week ago. It still looked like that but I didn't think it mattered. And then I bite into the pizza and just see a dead insect in the dough... and I threw up. Otherwise the pizza tastes really good and the employees etc are very friendly but the thing with the insects really doesn't work.

I would have to give it 0 stars! Ordered via Lieferando for New Year's Eve. Order was billed as delivered but I didn't receive the order....! The doorbell wasn't even rung and calls weren't responded to!

Lecker knusprige Pizza, Nudeln schmeckt fantastisch ... und ich empfehle sehr Schnitzel ... saftiges Putenfilet in knuspriger Panade mit Sauce, deren Geschmack man kaum vergisst !!!!!!!! Ich kann es nur EMPFOHLEN !!!!!!!! ZÖGERN DICH NICHT!!!! Komm einfach vorbei und entscheiden selbst, was DIR am besten schmeckt !!!!

Nie Wieder !!! Pommes waren Matschig, Nuggets waren zu lange im Ofen und haben nach Pappe geschmeckt und die Pizzabrötchen waren noch so roh das man sie einfach formen konnte wie frischen Teig. Wenn euch eure Gesundheit irgendwas wert ist dann macht hier einen großen Bogen drum 🤮

Am 21.10.2023 habe ich 2 Pizzen bestellt. Eine XXL-Pizza mit Thunfisch und eine große Margherita. Beide Pizzen kamen eiskalt an und haben ekelig geschmeckt. Die Lieferung kam erst nach 60 Minuten!! Der Rand war viel zu fest. Man konnte das nicht mehr abbeißen. Der Fisch wirkte alt und gammelig. Ich habe dann bei dem Laden angerufen und aufgefordert, dass eine neue Lieferung kommt. Uns wurde überhaupt nicht entgegengekommen. Man hat uns angeboten, EINE Thunfischpizza in kleinerer Größe in einer STUNDE zu bringen. Der Laden ist gar nicht zu empfehlen! Finger weg!

Schnell, leckeres Essen, freundliches Personal. Sitzmögkichkeiten vorhanden drin sowie draußen.

Lieferung nh Vollkatastrophe - Pizza ohne Belag angekommen, da alles runtergerutscht ist. Auch der Karton ist offen und Süfft komplett durch. Hier auf ein besseres Produkt zurückgreifen. Pizza dementsprechend nicht schön zu essen. Nudeln sind nicht verbunden mit der Sauce, auch hier nochmal nacharbeiten. In Duisburg definitiv weit unter Durchschnitt.

Pizza ist gut aber der Salat ein Witz. Habe Salat mit Tomaten und Zwiebeln bestellt an kam ein Haufen Zwiebeln mit 8 Scheiben Tomaten und 5 Blätter Basilikum. Und den Dressing. Was soll das ? Leider letztes mal bestellt.

9/10 würd ich immer wieder bestellen. Haben für 23€ 5 Pizzabrötchen kostenlos dazu bekommen. Tortellini war sehr lecker für 7€ etwas wenig drinne. 3-4 Tortellini mehr und es sieht schon viel besser aus. Pizza war auch gut und Lieferung war schneller als angegeben.

Essen ist super aber 4€ für 12-13 Stück Pommes bischen überteuert

Essen wird schnell geliefert und es ist immer noch warm dazu kommt denn Besten Amerikanischen Bürger und die Leckersten Pommes die ich jemals hatte 5 Sterne Super Laden.

Die BESSTE Pizzeria ich Esse seit über 10 Jahren dort und die Quallität hat nie nachgelassen das Essen schmeckt besser wie bei den meisten Restaurnats und der Preis ist mehr als angemessen einfach der Beste

Sehr gut und lecker! Liebe den Laden. Pizzen mit liebe gemacht und haben einen sehr guten Geschmack. Bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Laden und würde es ohne zu Zögern weiterempfehlen. Der Chef da ist die netteste Person die ich kenne. Das Personal ist auch sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent. Verstehe nicht wie man den Laden als schlecht abstempelt
