Unfortunately by far the worst pizza I/we have eaten. Apart from the taste, all pizza sizes are wrong. 37 cm pizza is stated and the box is only 36cm, the pizza itself is 31cm. Absolutely not recommended!

The food came clearly late. The lassagna was floating in fat and water, was not seasoned and looked like a pile of mud. The side salad was colorless and anything but fresh. The tortellini were swimming in the same watery, fatty sauce as the lassagna. Furthermore, the schnitzel was swimming in a ready-made cream sauce. What a waste, because the meat was really okay. All in all, yuck! Is not recommended. And completely overpriced too.

Wouldn't recommend anyone to order there, we waited almost 2 hours and were told a minute each time on the phone. Never order there again

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews here. I usually order a 36cm pepperoni pizza and a 30cm tuna pizza with onions. Today I was so excited again, crispy and well topped. Taste was excellent and what is very important to me, it was really hot. The price is absolutely reasonable, you really can't complain.

Anyone who cannot teach their henchmen who deliver the tracts to respect a “NO ADVERTISING” sign will, on principle, get a bad rating from me + I will never order from you! Please keep your paper waste!

Delicious food, large selection and very friendly staff

We ended up here through the gourmet block and both had the Indian food. The food was really very good and, thanks to Schlemmerblock, just under 22 euros for 2 main courses and 2 drinks. The restaurant doesn't look like anything special from the outside, but it's really recommendable, which you shouldn't expect from the choice of food (German, Italian, Indian).

I ordered a pizza there three times and three times I was disappointed. I wanted the 16 with extra olives. As you can see from the picture, she really put effort into the olives. I waited over an hour for the pizza to be delivered cold. Thanks for nothing. I will never order there again in the future.

I'm really disappointed with my experience today with this Pizzeria Milano. I placed an order via Lieferando and unfortunately it was completely forgotten. I waited for over an hour and then when I inquired I was told my order had been overlooked. For the 3rd time in a row! I'm sorry, but this is simply unacceptable. Customer service wasn't particularly helpful either. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, I was just brushed off and told there was nothing that could be done. This is really disappointing. I have ordered from this pizzeria several times and have had several bad experiences. From black hair in the food to spoiled chicken, I've had everything at Milano and kept thinking, give them another chance. I've called the pizzeria every time and I always get bad excuses. So far no reparation has been offered for the 5th or 6th time. But this time I can't ignore my public frustration. In the future I will think very carefully about whether I will do this again. There are plenty of other restaurants that care about their customers and take their orders seriously. I hope the pizzeria learns from this bad review and improves its quality of service. Customers should not be forgotten or ignored.

Terrible service! I ordered via Lieferando and included a request in the description to call instead of ringing the bell. Unfortunately, the delivery person didn't comply and ended up ringing my grandparents' doorbell. This is exactly what should be avoided at 11 p.m. on weekdays. I am disappointed that the orders are obviously being processed so incorrectly that such a comment is ignored in the “COMMENTS” FIELD. Other supply chains can do this.

The food wasn't good for 2 pizzas And tasted burnt

The food tasted good, it just took a long time. The atmosphere could be better, we immediately put our clothes in the washing machine. The service was very willing, but unsure.

I'm really disappointed with the food, it wasn't really warm anymore and the lasagna wasn't lasagna, it was swimming in the sauce, you could look for the noodles and they didn't even apologize

Restaurant Milano – Mein erster Versuch, hier zu bestellen, trotz einiger negativer Kommentare. Ich wählte Pizza Formaggi 36cm und Schnitzel Gorgonzola für mich und meine Schwester aus. Bedauerlicherweise war das Schnitzel in zu viel Soße ertränkt, die zudem wässrig und geschmacklos war. Die Pommes waren klein und weich. Im Gegensatz dazu war die Pizza außergewöhnlich fest und zäh, sodass intensives Kauen erforderlich war. Geschmacklich entsprach es nicht meinen Vorlieben. Die Lieferung verlief auch nicht so wie geplant, obwohl der Lieferant zuerst die falsche Adresse ansteuerte, konnte er den richtigen Weg schnell finden. Alles in allem war die Erfahrung in 2/5 Sternen, aber ich werde wahrscheinlich nicht erneut bestellen.

Fleischgerichte und Pizza ziemlich lecker, das indische Essen ist mir zu stark vorgefertigt. Meines Erachtens ist die Speisekarte zu groß: deutsches Essen, italienisches, indisches, aber immerhin findet so jeder etwas. Ich würde gerne auf einen Teil der Auswahl verzichten zugunsten der (insgesamt aber ohnehin recht guten) Qualität. Toll fände ich ein Upgrade der indischen Speisen und/ oder selbst gemachte Salatsaucen. Insgesamt kann man in der Pizzeria Milano gut essen, wenn man nicht gerade sehr gehobene Gourmet-Ansprüche hat.

Pizzeria im einfachen Stil. Essen war gut und günstig

Meine Gerichte waren bis jetzt immer sehr lecker. Die Nudeln sind eine Geschmacksexplosion! Nur zu empfehlen.

Der Salat mit Hähnchen war grottig. Das Hähnchen Staub trocken und nicht essbar, ansonsten fast nur Eisbergsalat. Die Lieferzeit hat 75 Minuten betragen, obwohl 40 Minuten angekündigt waren. Die Pizza war okay.

Beste Service mit den besten Preise. Pizza hat gut geschmeckt kann ich nur empfehlen.

Heute spontan eine Pizza fürs Homeoffice zum Abholen bestellt. Seht freundlich, lecker und mit 15 Minuten Wartezeit auch fix genug. Gerne wieder!

Leider agieren hier wohl mehrere unterschiedliche Köche. Mal ist das Essen erstklassig, mal solala. Dennoch esse ich hier gerne. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Essen war frisch zubereitet. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich.

Indisch war lecker, jedoch waren die checken Wings eine bodenlose Frechheit. Fast kein Fleisch dran und ohne Gewürze. Pommes waren auch labberig.

Essen lecker, könnte etwas mehr gewürzt sein. Abholzeit in Ordnung.

We have ordered Indian Food from Pizzeria Milano for over 10 years now. I'll be honest, during the Pandemic, while I applaud that they managed to remain open and serve their customers, the quality in their Curries had begun to decline. HOWEVER, today, we ordered delivery from them again. Not only was the delivery fast and convenient, but the quality of the Curry was amazing! Not just the ONLY Indian Restaurant in Ingelheim. Milano is some of the BEST Indian Food offered in Germany. As someone who travels a lot all over Germany, and the UK, and is from the States, originally, take this review for that level of value. If you eat the quality of food that was prepared for us today, you will be very happy.

Beide Pizzen waren sehr gut. Preis-Leistung fand ich ebenfalls sehr gut. Ambiente nicht ganz so toll für einen schönen Abend.

Bitte zuerst um die Beachtung des Preis-Leistung-Niveaus. Sicherlich ist nicht alles geschmacklich für jedermann. Dennoch komme ich hier öfter und gerne her, da es fast immer schmeckt und man allumfassend gastfreundschaftlich behandelt wird. Vor allem das Letztere und in Verbindung der günstigen Preise kann sich so manch Ingelheimer Gastronom eine Scheibe hiervon abschneiden. Komme auf jeden Fall wieder! :)

Wir sind seid Jahren Stammkunden bei milano und empfehlen sie immer gerne weiter, allerdings war es die letzen Male immer etwas anders entweder kamen die grössen falsch an, es fehlte eine Pizza oder heute ungenießbar da sie viel zu dünn war, sehr sehr wenig Belag bei meiner Rucola keine Tomaten, meine Gorgonzola Pizza steht ewig nicht mehr auf der Karte bestelle sie trotzdem aber das ist defenitiv kein Gorgonzola mehr, die Preise sind erhöht worden was völlig okay ist wenn sie den schmeckt! Als ich angerufen habe hieß es beim nächsten mal wird es besser, bringt mir nur nichts da wir besuch hatten es eine Enttäuschung war und 40€gekostet hat 😒

Das Essen war lecker und reichlich. Das Chicken Masala war gut und der Reis, so wie man sich den wünscht. Die Servicekräfte waren immer am lächeln und sehr freundlich.

Vor einem Jahr in Coronazeiten ! super lecker indisch gegessen.Es wurde von uns überall gelobt. Aber heute ,nach Coronalockerung eine Zumutung. Heute mal eine Pizza probieren,das war der größte Fehler. 1. Der Chef hat unsere Bestellung vergessen,nach einer Stunde geduldig warten und anfragen ,kam sie auch zügig. 2. Pizza können sie überhaupt nicht: Teig trocken und hart,fast Knäckebrot, Belag dünn von allem nur angetäuscht und überschaubar.Wenigstens mehr Tomatenoße bei dem Teig wäre vielleicht die Lösung,die ist auch billig. Am Nachbartisch 4 reife Damen, hatten das gleiche zu beanstanden,war nicht zu überhören. Sie haben zum Spaß die Erbsen auf der vegi.gezählt. 🤦👍🏻 Keine Ahnung ob ein Wechsel stattgefunden hat,es waren komplett andere Personen anwesend. Preise sind okay,aber ich zahle auch gerne mehr wenn die Qualität stimmt,es war schlechter als Tiefkühlpizza.

Wir haben mit 4 Leuten ganz lecker indisch gegessen. Das Restaurant heisst zwar Pizzeria Milano, gehoert aber einer indisch / italienischen Familie und bietet indische und italienische Kueche an. Die Preise sind fuer indisches Essen sehr günstig. Hauptgerichte mit Fleisch ab 11 Euro. Reichlich und sehr gute Qualität. Und dazu super netter Service. Volle Punktzahl.
