We've ordered food there often, and until today everything was great. Today the food was inedible. Absolutely disgusting, and it went straight into the trash. Everything smelled of old frying oil and was cold. Never again at La Luna.

Ordered 3 times - 2 of them tasted anything but good. Apart from that, I struggled with stomach problems... we're out!

Needs improvement! The fries were fluffy & cold. The aioli was completely missing from one dish. The pizza was “lukewarm”. I accept the hour delivery time because of Saturday evening. We'll order again, but then it has to fit.

Fries were soft, noodles should be 3 colors, the sauce on the noodles tasted like nothing and he was too late. This makes you wonder whether you should even tip at all. It was probably the last time!

Today I had baked cortoccìo and spinach casserole. Contrary to other orders, the cortoccio was very tasteless. The casserole was OK, the pizza rolls provided were probably bought and not homemade. Delivery was within the specified time frame, food was hot. Was a bit disappointed as we order here often and have never had any complaints.

impertinence. We ordered chilli cheese burgers there and a large ham pizza. You could actually throw everything straight into the bin. Called, no insight but rather snobby answers. The meat from the burgers doesn't taste fresh, as you can probably tell (I mean, how unappetizing do the burgers look?!) and you could have saved everything on the bit of lettuce and the one slice of tomato + the mini blob of sauce . The pizza was quite small, even for €10, and not tasty. The store is not recommended!

4 family pizzas for a team were pre-ordered the day before, unfortunately we were forgotten. The order a week before was also not complete, additional orders for pizza were not taken into account, the three types of pasta were only one type. It's a shame, it used to be better

Ordered there. First there was a 20 minute wait, then it was 2 hours. Suddenly a pizza is missing. Someone has to watch. That's annoying. When you call you are told that there is a lot to do. Either you make an order stop or you do your job correctly. Used to be good, now unreliable. A real shame!

The delivery came after over 2 hours and two calls. The pizzas were cold, didn't look good and part of the order was missing. The pizza wasn't a big hit either.

Ordered pizza rolls filled with tuna and got them with Turkish sausage (Suçuk))… The curry rice with chicken was made with rice pudding 😫 and completely unsalted...let alone any other spices or herbs...never ever...

I ordered the pasta special, but with cream sauce & garlic (I've already ordered several times) As you can easily see, the noodles are only soaked in oil & without garlic. After telephone consultation, the employee said in an unfriendly tone that the dish was prepared without cream sauce and that this was not done as requested. He also states that I can come over so that I can, quote, get a little cream. Why isn't this mentioned when I order? And as you can see, the employees are not on the same page. For once the pizza was edible, otherwise you usually end up with a completely burnt dartboard.

Pizza was averagely tasty. The Picante pizza wasn't even a bit spicy. Pizza fungi is even good. Order speed approx

If you could give 0 stars I would. Estimated 1 hour - After waiting 2 hours, I called and was told they would be on their way straight away. Impudence - never again!

The worst baguette I've eaten so far (finished baguette). My gyros baguette was basically without gyros. The whole thing can cost a maximum of €1. We even had to tell the supplier how much we had to pay. Never again!!!

There are bad experiences with delivery services and then there is Pizzeria la Luna, which puts such moments in the shade. With the naive hope of getting reasonably solid baguettes, we spontaneously ordered from the restaurant in question. The "baguettes" received (the received wheat crimes do not even begin to live up to this name) were a culinary imposition and an insult to every palate. Soft, untoasted 29 cent baguettes were just the beginning of a great disappointment, which was also reflected in the toppings. Carelessly and sparingly topped, not a single aspect of these sandwich sins was convincing. The disappointment was actually so great that I immediately picked up the phone to express my indignation to the restaurateur in charge. With the exception of a "thanks for the feedback", no compensation or other compensation was offered for this crime against bread culture. So I feel compelled to submit this review to protect other hungry people from this experience.

Not recommended, we ordered 7 baguettes with different toppings and you couldn't even tell which topping it was supposed to be. The cheapest baguettes were used, not properly baked and hardly any toppings.

When ordering over the phone, we were rudely informed that you could only order “by numbers”. The menu here is not up to date, so I got completely the wrong dishes. 30 minutes later than stated. Food so-so, at least too expensive for the quality.

Food was delivered incorrectly because the store did not update the menu online. When I complained on the phone, I was told it was correct on the paper card. Replacement was refused or I should bring it. If that were possible, I probably wouldn't have ordered. -1* for service, 2* for taste

Friendly staff, friendly drivers, and the food is excellent as always. At a very good price-performance ratio.

Pizza has always been quick so far and it's solid so far it's never taken longer than half an hour for masses

The last shop! We waited 2.5 hours for our pizza. The drivers simply didn't understand anything. Even though the delivery address was only 5 minutes away. The biggest shame was that after the waiting time and the second driver, we got the pizza that had been on the way for 2 hours. No recommendation and the last store there is. If employees are unable to find an address, you shouldn't offer a delivery service!!!! I would prefer not to give a star!!!

I think unprofessional, unreliable, unfriendly and absolutely incompetent sums it up best here. I called here by phone and ordered a pizza. The guy barely spoke any German on the phone, which isn't a bad thing in itself, but after repeating my name and the street name five times, you can probably expect someone to understand you, right?! Now after I ordered my pizza twice (pizza 30cm with hollandaise sauce, feta and minced meat) I was told 45-55 minutes. Okay for a Sunday I think the delivery time is okay...if it stays as advertised!!!! When it was already 1 hour and 20 minutes, I called again and asked. I then asked: "Mr. M. here, I ordered about an hour ago. Where is my order or is the driver already on the way?". The answer I got was: "I should stay calm and not get so upset. We have a staff shortage and a lot of orders." The first thing I think about is how loud was I now? I asked legitimately...well... I was then told: "The driver is on the way and should be there in about 3 minutes". A full 20 minutes later I called again and introduced myself again: "Mr. M. Straße ... and with the somewhat annoyed voice where is the driver or the order". Then I got the answer: "I would never have called here and I would have ordered through Lieferando...". I said no and offered to show my call history because I couldn't tolerate it like that... Because after about 1 hour and 50 minutes it became too much for me and I am not responsible for their personnel and organizational problems and I don't allow myself to be accused of this, especially not on the phone, my patience was at an end. I then determined a time window if the pizza isn't here by then, I won't just pay........ There was no apology from the pizzeria but only accusations... that's not how you treat customers......!!!!!!! Interestingly, the pizza was delivered according to my announcement and within the time window. The driver just said: "We have a staff shortage, that's not intentional." and adds "At least the pizza is warm" so with all the love and friendliness that my food arrives warm is a basic requirement for me to order at all........ When I wanted to eat the pizza, I even noticed that the topping was completely wrong... I got 2 salami pizzas even though I even paid extra for the other things... So I don't know if other people's experiences were better, but I think it's an absolute mess. I felt like crap here as a customer and I will never order here again and would advise absolutely everyone against it.....customer Is king this sentence is apparently not known to them! #Never again

Beste Nudeln die ich im Leben je gegessen habe, die Lieferung ging schnell und problemlos. Immer wieder gerne. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis auch TOP!

Die Mitarbeiterin am Telefon wirkte leider etwas inkompetent und man hatte das Gefühl als wisse sie selber nicht, was für Zutaten in der Pizza waren. Pizza war leider nicht sehr gut und es wurde am Telefon fälschlicherweise eine vegane Variante versprochen. Pommes waren aber in Ordnung.

Schnelle Lieferung, gute Portionen für den Preis und sehr freundliches Lieferpersonal. Keine Beschwerden und absolut zu empfehlen!

Pizza war sehr gut. Preise sind mit knapp 9 € durchschnittlich pro Pizza etwas hoch. Gyros mit Pommes war viel zu wenig für 11 € und bei einem Gyros Baguette habe ich ein Haar im Essen gefunden.

Die einzige gelieferte Pizza die uns wirklich echt gut schmeckt!! Ich hatte zb. Thunfisch. Sehr lecker, warm und knusprig. Lieferanten immer ULTRA nett. Lieferung war in Rekordzeit keine 20 Minuten da 👍🏼

Das Essen ist sehr sehr lecker allerdings wenn ich es bestelle warte ich jedes Mal über eine Stunde auf das Essen und das kann es nicht sein. Noch nicht unter einer Stunde geliefert egal zu welcher Uhrzeit. Dafür die 2 Sterne vor Ort geht das hoffentlich schneller denn das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist mehr als nur in Ordnung darum schade das es beim liefern so lange dauert

Sehr gutes Essen. Pizza, Salat, Burger und Baguette schmecken hervorragend. Teig und Belag ausgewogen und gut gewürzt. Klasse Pizzaboden. Vegetarische Sachen sind auch da und empfehlenswert. Sagen Bescheid wenn sie etwas nicht haben und sind oft schneller da als angekündigt. Günstig und sehr freundlich. Mit besten Empfehlungen! :)

Die bestellte Pizza Frutti de mare war wohl eher 'ne reine Thunfischpizza. Außer Thunfisch, Zwiebeln, Peperonis und eine (übertrieben) fette Lage Käse hab ich von den Meeresfrüchten nicht viel gesehen. Frutti de mare geht anders!

Mussten fast 2 1/2 Stunden auf unser Essen warten obwohl gesagt wurde das es nur 90 Minuten dauert. Aber das Essen hat sehr lecker geschmeckt.

Das Kartoffelgratin war der Hammer.. Genauso wie die Burger. Warten hat sich gelohnt. Wir bestellen wieder!

Dord gibt es halt die leckeren Pizzen die besten Salate aber die Krönung ist das Dressing dafür gebe ich sogar5 STERNE

Die Schnitzel und Pommes dort sind eine Katastrophe , auch die Pizza war labberig.

Ich war eigentlich immer super zufrieden mit euch. Doch meine Schinken Pizza heute war echt nicht appetitlich. Wär sehr gummiartig und schmeckte etwas "alt" als wäre sie von der vorherigen Bestellung zurück gegangen und dann nur erwärmt und neu ausgetragen... Schade...

Eine über Jahre schon eine sehr gute Pizzeria.

Eine sehr kleine Pizzeria, mit freundlicher Bedienung. Die Pizza ist reichlich belegt , sättigt gut und ist sehr schmackhaft. Der Teig ist nicht zu dünn und nicht zu dick .Alles in allem zu empfehlen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Das Essen kam nicht so, wie bei Lieferando angegeben. Es fehlten Peperoni und die gefüllten Weinblätter im Salat. Nach einem Anruf entschuldigte sich der Besitzer mit der Aussage, dass die Zutaten nicht geliefert wurden und somit auch nicht im Salat sein konnten. Als Entschädigung wollte er eine Flasche Cola vorbeibringen, diese kam aber nicht an. Das Essen schmeckte jedoch gut und die Lieferzeit war auch super.

2 Familien Pizzen dort bestellt am 20.10.19. Pizza kam 10 Minuten früher an. --> Super! Deswegen auch 2 Sterne. Pizza an sich komplett verbrannt. Dementsprechend sehr trocken. Der Spinat auf der Pizza schwarz und beim drauf beißen wie ein Keks zerbröselt. Feta Käse auf der Pizza das gleiche Spektakel. --> Halbe Pizza im Müll gelandet da leider ungenießbar. Die zweite bestellte und gelieferte Margheritapizza ein ähnliches Desaster. Sehr trocken. Sicherlich 10 Minuten zu lange im Backofen geblieben. Selbst ein betrunkener schmeckte das dies wohl nur ein schlechter Scherz gewesen sein sollte. Man hörte bis dato viel gutes jedoch wurde man leider eines besseren belehrt.

Lieferung super schnell , die Pizzen waren super lecker .Schön groß, genug Belag drauf und die Nudeln waren auch ok . So muss ein Lieferservice sein, wir bestellen wieder :-)

Sehr freundliche Leute, guter Service im Laden und auch beim Pizzataxi. Das Essen wurde pünktlich geliefert 👍👍👍👍👍 ( sehr pünklich ) Die Parksituation ist leider nicht die Beste, aber das bringt der Standort mit sich ( Wohngebiet schmale Strasse ) Die Pizza ist sehr lecker und der Pizzabecker geht auch auf Sonderwünsche ein. Ich persönlich esse dort nur Salat...dieser verdient allerdings 5 Sterne!!!

Ui, heute kann ich leider nichts gutes berichten. Das Nudelgericht war undefinierbar. Anstatt Sahnesauce gab es eine Currysauce vermischt mit Bratensauce. Die gefüllten Pizzabrötchen wurden zu heiß in die Styroporverpackung geworfen, sodass der Käse mit der Verpackung verschmolzen ist

Haben am Samstag Abend bestellt. Das Essen wurde 30 min früher als angegeben geliefert, was schon sehr positiv war. Das Essen war zudem superlecker. Selbst der Salat war frisch und sehr sehr lecker. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder bestellen:)

Ich bin total begeistert! Das Essen schmeckt super lecker. Das Ambiente ist auch sehr schön. Nur empfehlenswert. Es lohnt sich definitiv hier Essen zu gehen!

Ich bin völlig fassungslos dieses Essen ist der absolute ober Wahnsinn ich habe noch nie so ein Essen in einer Pizzeria bekommen es war perfekt abgeschmeckt und hat eine perfekte symbiose aller geschmaksharmonien miteinander vereint ich werde immer wieder dort Essen gehen deswegen bekommt ihr 5 Sterne von mir macht bitte so auf dem Niveau weiter
